      "title": "En EmprenderconTuidea: Diagnosticando al Emprendedor 2da parte. La Proactividad.",

Espero que<strong> la primera parte de mi artículo “DIAGNOSTICANDO AL EMPRENDEDOR”</strong>, les haya aportado algún valor, algún beneficio a quienes desean emprender como aquellos que no están decididos a tener el estilo de vida de uno. La herramienta que les dejé en el post anterior es aplicable a nuestra vida cotidiana y si bien puede parecer difícil de lograr, no es imposible <strong>aplicar los consejos que Steve Jobs</strong> nos dejó, después de todo, sabemos de sobra lo exitoso que fue este hombre.\n<img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-187 size-large\" src=\"http://emprendercontuidea.com/wp-content/uploads/proactivo-reactivo-1024x632.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"555\" />\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Proactividad</h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sabemos que, en el mundo organizacional, ser proactivo significa tomar la delantera ante cualquier eventualidad, es decir, ser capaz de anticiparse a las futuras dificultades y necesidades y así tener a la mano las herramientas para subsanar las eventualidades. Por ello, es una habilidad clave en un emprendedor.</p>\n<img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-188 size-full\" src=\"http://emprendercontuidea.com/wp-content/uploads/separador-pequeño.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"863\" height=\"125\" />\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Entonces ¿eres Proactivo?</h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si crees que no has logrado desarrollar esta habilidad, no hay problema, <strong>podrás adquirirla y aunque no lo creas</strong>, puedes aprender a manejarla. Lo que necesitaras para lograrlo son <em>buenas herramientas y mucha constancia</em>. Como dicen en mi pueblo natal: “nadie nació aprendido”. Esto hace referencia a que nacemos sin conocimientos y en el camino los vamos adquiriendo. <strong>No te ajustes a las circunstancias, ajusta las circunstancias para lograr las situaciones que tu deseas.</strong></p>\n<center> <img class=\"wp-image-52 size-full alignleft\" src=\"http://emprendercontuidea.com/wp-content/uploads/capital.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"402\" height=\"125\" /></center>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>¿Crees que la proactividad es importante?</strong></h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al emprender un nuevo proyecto, no hay pronóstico seguro de su éxito o fracaso, <strong>es casi imposible saber cuál será el rumbo de ese proyecto</strong>. Es preciso analizar y determinar las posibles causas de un hipotético fracaso y tomar las medidas para corregirlo. Para ello, hay que tener <strong>la habilidad de adelantarse y tomar las previsiones</strong>. De ahí <em>la importancia que ha ganado la proactividad en muchos campos, sobre todo en el empresarial</em>.</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, no creas que no hay manera de confundir <strong>el actuar anticipadamente ante las necesidades de tu empresa, negocio o proyecto</strong> con <em>el actuar impulsivamente y cometer errores aún peores</em> a los que si no hubieses ejecutado alguna acción. Las <strong>personas proactivas, se rigen por principios</strong> muy bien estudiados y seleccionados; puede haber cambios en su entorno, pero se hacen responsables de la reacción ante tales estímulos asegurándose de estar inmersos en energía positiva, lo que les hace<em> ganar influencia en sus círculos</em>.</p>\n\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">¿Cómo puedes saber si se es proactivo?</h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Lo opuesto a la proactividad es la reactividad</strong>. Lo que caracteriza a una persona reactiva es su actitud de pasividad, de dejarse arrastrar por las circunstancias y por los problemas, su intolerancia ante los cambios, son desorganizados, actúan caóticamente deprisa y  alimentando constantemente sus impulsos, su arrogancia, su agresividad y falta de tacto. <em>Este tipo de personas, son despreciadas por su entorno, por lo que les resulta difícil escalar en cualquier aspecto de su vida.</em></p>\n&nbsp;\n\n<img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-188 size-full\" src=\"http://emprendercontuidea.com/wp-content/uploads/separador-pequeño.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"863\" height=\"125\" />\n\n&nbsp;\n\n<img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-189 size-full\" src=\"http://emprendercontuidea.com/wp-content/uploads/woman-1733891__340.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"896\" height=\"340\" />\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">¿Tengo orden en el trabajo? ¿Tengo buen rendimiento?</h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Aunque la forma en la que trabajas representa un buen punto para lograr el éxito, es necesario que tengas muy claro cuáles son <strong>tus objetivos a largo plazo</strong>, de modo que, puedas <strong>fijarte y cumplir metas cortas</strong> que vayan en la prosecución del logro de tu objetivo mas importante.</p>\n<img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-188 size-full\" src=\"http://emprendercontuidea.com/wp-content/uploads/separador-pequeño.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"863\" height=\"125\" />\n\n<center><img class=\"wp-image-61 alignright\" src=\"http://emprendercontuidea.com/wp-content/uploads/images.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"278\" height=\"185\" /></center>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Puedes mejorar tu rendimiento si organizas tu jornada:</h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n \t<li><strong>Enumera tus actividades,</strong> toma en cuenta <em>concentrarte en las tareas que tienen mayor prioridad</em>.</li>\n \t<li><strong>Ordena tu espacio de trabajo</strong>. Ordena los archivos, el mesón o escritorio, las carpetas de tu ordenador y, con ello, <em>podrás agilizar tus acciones</em>.</li>\n \t<li><strong>Permítele a tu cerebro recargar baterías</strong>. Está comprobado que 45 minutos después de iniciar una actividad, el cerebro pierde un porcentaje importante de atención, así que si quieres ser<em> más productivo, date un descanso de al menos 10 minutos para recuperar la atención.</em></li>\n \t<li><strong>Mejora tus hábitos en casa</strong>, lo más importante es que consigas <strong>respetar tus horas de sueño</strong> tan necesarias para que tu organismo pueda reponer las energías que agotas cada día. Levántate temprano, prepara una rutina de ejercicios de al menos 20 minutos, ingiere abundante agua y alimentos más sanos y recuerda que no todo es trabajo, también debe haber un espacio para la recreación y el entretenimiento. Tus límites físicos y mentales pueden hacerte sosegar de un tirón. <em>La salud es fundamental y, para tener salud, hay que descansar y complacerse en otros aspectos de la vida.</em></li>\n</ul>\n<center><img class=\"wp-image-190 alignleft\" src=\"http://emprendercontuidea.com/wp-content/uploads/chess-3325010__340.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"482\" height=\"321\" /></center>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">¿Dedicación o suerte?</h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hay personas que inician su emprendimiento y les va muy bien sin esforzarse demasiado, por lo que <em>solemos enunciar que ha sido por un golpe de suerte.</em> Aun así, no vemos más allá de lo que realmente <strong>hay detrás del éxito de todas las personas que deciden emprender</strong>. Muchos dedican su tiempo a prepararse para lograr su éxito, otros luchan incansablemente pero también <b>hay quienes con su actitud y su influencia logran escalar rápidamente</b>, pero también hay otros puntos que conectar.</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Dedicación</em></strong></p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">¿Cómo estas administrando tu tiempo, qué limites te estas estableciendo, son físicos o mentales? <strong>La atención y el esfuerzo que le sumes a tu proyecto será la dedicación que le inviertas a tu emprendimiento.</strong></p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em> </em></strong></p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Suerte</em></strong></p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A veces, hay <strong>oportunidades que pasan por nuestro lado y las dejamos pasar de largo sin siquiera darnos cuenta</strong>. Ten suficiente maleabilidad y presta atención al entorno como para poder ajustar y aprovechar todas las oportunidades. <em>Que no se te escapen. ¡Existen! Recuerda, este es solo el primero de muchos artículos que tengo para ti, Así que, revisa mi blog semanalmente. </div>\n\n<hr noshade>  \n\n\n<center>![girl-2940655_960_720.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmcDsTbwm1z4pE8CgCnr7av9FLHvGPPFFkrg8BeNiSJEQF/girl-2940655_960_720.jpg)</center>\n \n\n\n ##  <center>¿Cómo saber si estoy en el camino correcto si ya decidí Emprender? </center> \n\n  \n<div class=\"text-justify\"> En la web, casi siempre solemos encontrar información sobre los aspectos que te permiten desarrollar tu empresa, pero no para desarrollarte tú en el proceso de creación de tu compañía, incluso, esta información suele ser un poco confusa, además, nos dicen en esos contenidos que sus técnicas son fórmulas mágicas y te harán ser multimillonario de la noche a la mañana, lo que resulta un buen método para vender sus productos.</div>  \n<br />\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Lo que no es común encontrar, es cómo se puede autoevaluar el emprendedor y este es uno de los aspectos más importantes para comenzar a emprender y conocer sus debilidades, fortaleza, amenazas, oportunidades.</div>\n<br /> \n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Hoy EmprenderconTuidea, facilita tu inicio en el pedregoso camino hacia el emprendimiento. Como primer punto debes tomar en cuenta que emprender, en el ámbito económico, se específica como la iniciativa que tiene un individuo de ofrecer productos o servicios, para lo que el emprendedor deberá tener la predisposición de trabajar arduamente sin percibir ingresos, invirtiendo tiempo, dinero y esfuerzo con el fin de crear su propio negocio o empresa, la cual es considerada, una organización capaz de innovar Recursos de mayor complejidad (Humanos, tecnológicos, físicos, direccionales y de capacidad ejecutiva) y convertirlos en resultados que se transforman en ganancias. Esta semana comenzamos con lo mas importante y lo que es mas intrínseco en nosotros: EL INCENTIVO.\n\n<hr noshade>  \n\n![corta motivacion.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmP3BKS8vDcYKqXZJxzDsd6MrNXGXLpwfmugkpSJm8h8Sa/corta%20motivacion.png)\n## <center> ¿Cuánta Motivación te mueve? ¿Ya Tienes un Propósito? </center> \n\n#### ¿Tienes Autodeterminación?\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Cuando iniciamos un proyecto, comenzamos con un gran entusiasmo. Mientras estamos desarrollando el proyecto, se asoma una enorme maraña de dudas y la creciente incertidumbre sobre sí la idea que tenemos es buena, sí será rentable, sí no vamos a perder tiempo, dinero y esfuerzo en ese proyecto. Al cabo de un tiempo, no muy tardío, hay emprendedores que desisten y no arrancan nunca con su proyecto. Es por ello, que lo primero que debemos tener en abundancia proviene de nosotros mismos y es la motivación y, con esta, fijarnos uno o más propósitos (por ejemplo: yo me fije como propósito, dejarles a mis hijos una estabilidad económica heredándoles la empresa que fundé y las que quedan por inaugurar). Si quieres empezar un proyecto empresarial, hazlo con la convicción de encontrar en él, la ocasión de conquistar la autonomía que no conectas trabajando para otros aun cuando tu estatus laboral sea prestigioso o incluso, no tengas trabajo. Pero no te creas invencible, de ser posible, prepárate para cualquier eventualidad (nadie esta exento del fracaso), mírate a ti mismo como una empresa: desarrolla tus habilidades, reconoce tus debilidades, mejóralas y cuando el éxito llegue mantente en calma.</div>\n\n<br/> \n\n![a2.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmXFjDH3pG6nMqLNj6wjdowwktbhAeYXzNpNMtannu35i6/a2.png)\n\n#### ¿Cuán comprometido estas con tu proyecto o tu propósito?\n\n\n <div class=\"text-justify\">Eres responsable del triunfo de tu proyecto, así que siente por él pasión, amor, orgullo y seguramente ni te darás cuenta de cuán duro estas trabajando,  construye un espacio adecuado en donde puedas desarrollar tus ideas y que te permita estar totalmente libre de distracciones innecesarias. Cuida tu criterio ante los apuros, mantén una actitud positiva para afrontar todos los tropiezos y equilibra los aspectos de tu vida personal, familiar y profesional recordando que los dos primeros le agregan valor a tu existencia y deben ocupar el lugar más importante. </div>\n<br />\n\n![a2.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmXFjDH3pG6nMqLNj6wjdowwktbhAeYXzNpNMtannu35i6/a2.png)\n\n#### ¿Motivado por el dinero?\n<div class=\"text-justify\"> ¿Solo piensas obtener beneficios dinerarios de tu proyecto? Sabemos que las personas que le dan vida a una empresa, lo hacen con la plena intención de escalar el nivel de su calidad de vida. Mucha gente que monta una empresa piensa que hay cosas más importantes que el dinero, como es el tener un nivel y calidad de vida aceptable y hacer cosas que les gustan disfrutando de su tiempo libremente. Esto supone buscar un equilibrio entre la vida privada y la actividad profesional, y, como consecuencia del trabajo bien hecho, ya llegará el dinero.</div>\n \n![a2.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmXFjDH3pG6nMqLNj6wjdowwktbhAeYXzNpNMtannu35i6/a2.png)\n\n#### ¿El dinero es un factor irrestricto para ti a la hora de emprender?\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuando eres un emprendedor sabes que el dinero no es imprescindible, sin embargo, no te voy a mentir llegará el momento en que habrá que hacer una aportación de dinero importante y, su valor dependerá netamente del tipo de negocio que desarrolles. Si tu proyecto de negocio resulta ser único e innovador, y el plan de negocio está bien estructurado, la inversión se podrá buscar y obtener a través de otros inversores.
