      "body": "![​Accountability and Staying True to Your Spirit.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmez2wvXk8cm4DmXeZKGGTojV6g5GnnUdpvXUV93fRZFih/%E2%80%8BAccountability%20and%20Staying%20True%20to%20Your%20Spirit.jpg)\n\nAccountability for our choices is something that comes with a responsibility to oversee everything you do in your life and the actions behind them.\n\nIt can be easy to make excuses as to why you make certain mistakes, or why we even fail at times to make an effort to grow out of old comfort zones, but this is where having that self accountability comes into the picture.\n\nBy having accountability for your life, you can start to really observe  these choices and your reasoning behind them. \n\n Doing this helps you to realize how you can actually grow from them, and how to make better choices when you are presented with the opportunity to do so.  \n\nThis goes with saying that ultimately you are the one that makes the choices in your life.  No one else can make the choices for you, so you must learn to approach each moment with that mindfulness and awareness to be fully responsible for your actions.\n\nMake the better choice.\n\nThe only way you can truly get into a better reality is by tuning into the true you.  And who are you truly?\n\nBeyond this physical dimension, you are your Spirit!  Some call this their higher self, or the soul, but really it is that essence inside of every one of us, that directs our consciousness through the experience of this physical reality.  \n\nOnly by observing our reality from this perspective can you begin to realize that you have more control of your choices and reactions on a day to day basis.  Most just follow the crowd and general programming that keeps people unaware and unaccountable for their actions, but who truly wants to live that way?  \n\nTuning into the awareness.\n\nIf you can become aware enough, you can start to actually change the habits and actions you take on a daily basis.  This in turn allows you tune deeper into that spiritual aspect of yourself, to gain better clarity over the mind and your body.  \n\nYou will be able to overcome many of the challenges you face within the physical reality, simply by living in accordance with the higher spiritual nature within you.  \n\nBecoming aware is simply the first step on the journey though, as it goes much deeper than just your awareness! \n\n Activating that awareness though gives you the power to navigate your reality in a space of authenticity and accountability, which liberates many of the burdens and distractions the mind tries to make up.\n\nThis leaves no more room for excuses! But what if that were only true if there was no one else like you?\n\nWhat if there are people out there that are JUST like you? Seeking the exact same thing.\n\nWell that’s exactly what a Spirit family is!\n\nSpirit Family - Moving Beyond The Physical Planes\n\nWhile it’s possible, you don’t have to be blood related to be Spiritually related. Being Spiritually related comes from an internal knowing and a common interest in seeking who you truly are.\n\nAnd from there you come together as a unit to accomplish the same thing. \n\nGetting right within yourself, so that you can be that change you want to see outside of yourself.\n\nAnd while it may be hard to realize that your physical family may not be your Spiritual family it’s something you’ll have to learn to understand.\n\nBecause yes, you may be blood related to someone, but that doesn’t mean that the relationship you share with them isn’t toxic, isn’t loveless, and isn’t helping you or them grow.\n\nSpirit Family - How They Deal With Toxicity \n\nAnd this is where a true Spirit family will shine. Even in the arguments and turmoil, the love remains the same.\n\nAnd at the end of the day everyone within your Spirit family does their part in making sure that whatever tension there is, is resolved.\n\nImagine having an argument and it not lingering on.\n\nImagine instead of thinking about how angry you are with the person, you’re actually thinking about how well that situation went for all members of the family.\n\nAnd this is just the beginning of what it means to be in a spiritual family.\n\nHow To Find Your Spiritual Family\n\nThis manifests differently for everyone, but it all starts with the common interest of seeking out the truth about you and the reality we live in.\n\nAnd when you find your Spirit family you’ll have elevated to a certain degree of consciousness which leads you to finding them in the first place.\n\nFor me it started with reading books based on the law of attraction (not the real law of attraction) which led to a fake spiritual community which then led to my spirit family at https://www.reprogramthematrix.com.\n\nAgain this is all summarized and all a subjective exp.\n\nIt took a long while to get there, but it was an act of magic from our creator. \n\nI kept searching and what I found out was that all I was seeking was also seeking me.\n\nConclusion\n\nYou don’t have to be alone on your path. You just have to be able to tune your consciousness into the possibility that everything in this reality is interconnected, and there is a significance to even the smallest of events happening.\n\nThere are no coincidences.  \n\nIf you can begin to realize this new perspective, you will start to understand that everything usually falls into a divine sequence or design, which leads to prove the fact that we do indeed live in a very mysterious and magical world! \n\n How would we be able to experience these things then if it weren’t for a higher creative intelligence? It blocks out what anyone else does from affecting you negatively. \n \nAnd instead of throwing stuff or cursing someone. You’re properly doing your job in a grateful mood. And if we can realize that this is happening, then how can we start to live more in alignment with our higher self and start shedding the deeper layers of our egos?\n\nUnfortunately, our world is consumed by so much falseness and illusions placed on us by society, that it seems the only way we will ever fit in with others and gain some sort of success in this world  is if we choose to conform to this falseness and live by the ways that have been laid out for us. \n\nAlthough this seems to work for some people, I feel there is a better way for us to live.\n\nWhat if we all started to take the responsibility upon ourselves, instead of blaming all of our problems on our disconnected society?  Would we be able to see that in the end it is up to us to make the difference and changes necessary to live in a place of empowerment and authenticity?\n\nWe have to realize that if we want to reclaim our sovereignty as spiritual beings and step back into our authenticity,  it is going to take a deeper inner knowing of who we truly are, and then distinguishing this connection to our higher self from our egos limiting perceptions. \n\n For we must clear away the blockages that have been placed onto us and break the illusions of our own egos, in order to come back into a place of truth and harmony with our divine nature and authenticity.\n\n\nSo then how do we go about actually doing this?\n\nThrough disciplines such as self observation and meditation, we can find a quiet time and space to connect with ourselves and reflect upon our own actions, thoughts and feelings.  In this time, we may experience moments of pure connection to our breath and presence within the moment.  \n\nIn other times, we may also notice some disharmonious thoughts or intentions that may arise from past actions and moments throughout our day.  The purpose of meditation then is not to disregard these negative qualities or traits within us, but to fully integrate these experiences and to become more aware of them.  \n\nOnce we can become aware of what is coming from our Spirit and what is coming from our ego, then we can start to better connect to what is real to us and begin to detach from the illusions that the mind creates for us.\n\n(Here is the link to a Great e-book Astro just put out, describing the process of identifying how our ego can speak to us and then learning to discern that from our Spirit) https://www.reprogramthematrix.com/store/p65/Identifiying_The_Ego_%26_Spirit_Communication_E-Book_%28PDF%29.html \n\nIt is in the process of self examination and reflection that we can begin to see what is not serving our authentic spiritual nature, and we can find where we may need to realign our self to live in a more truthful way of being.\n\nBy observing these different qualities from within our meditations, we can begin to see what is true to our hearts, and what is false coming from our ego self.  Then through these realizations, we can begin to retune and recenter our ideals based off of a path more devoted and connected to a spiritual way of being.  \n\nSo if you notice yourself catering more towards your ego self, take a moment to reconnect with that space of truth in your inner knowing. You have to be making sure that you do what you say you’re going to do and practice making your Spirituality a lifestyle. But the only way to do that is by becoming self disciplined.\n\nI’m going to show you 3 tips that you can use to magnify your self discipline so that you can keep taking the steps to grow and become spiritually enlightened. \n\n1 - Write Down What You Need To Get Done\nThis is going to engrain your disciplines within your mind which in turn programs your mind to become in tune with that energy.\n\nSee, your mind likes things laid out in a format that it can easily understand and when you make a simple “to-do list” it makes it easier for the mind to accept what you’re trying to accomplish. \n\nWhile yes, many can intuitively know what they need to do - day in and day out, it may be best to start out with a list and as you get better at knowing what you need to do you can slowly detach from the list for good.\n\n2 - Remind Yourself Why You’re DOing What You’re DOing\nIf you don’t know why you’re doing what you’re doing, you’ll eventually give up on it.\n\nBut why is that? Well, think about it like this. When you get to that big bump in the road on your path, what’s stopping you from just turning around right then and there? if you don’t even know why you’re making the trip in the first place, why would you keep on going? \n\nIt’s inevitable that you’ll reach some adversity on your path and when you know exactly why you’re doing something, you’ll get that extra boost needed to complete your disciplines and break through the adversity!\n\nSo write down your “why” in your journal daily and meditate on it as well to really get the most out of this tip!\n\n3 - Actually DO It\nWhile writing down your disciplines and making sure you remind yourself can be helpful, it also can be useless if you don’t actually commit and follow through with your disciplines.\n\nThere’s not much to say about this one besides making sure you complete your goals by taking positive action.\n\nSo when you commit to doing something actually do it!\n\nConclusion\nThere are many ways you can start to practice self discipline and these are just a few of the many ways to do so, so don’t be afraid to try them out!
