This time I would pull a card, and let Tarot dictate what card I should create. I was having some pretty disturbing dreams, one of which really stuck with me, and I was inspired to try to recreate the visual. In my dream my father was still alive and for some reason had his eyes burned out with a blowtorch. My mind is filled with dreams asking to be realized into photos.       "body": "When you just have one of those days? Or nights? Or even just an hour or passing thought?\n\nWhat do you do when self-doubt kicks in?\n\nI have now been a freelancer for about two months, and when I first took the leap these self-doubt spirals were pretty frequent. I've gotten a better hang of them, or at least I thought I had until tonight. I had a pretty decent day, I've been working all month, and am booked this week, but my expenses scare me and the fear was set off when I was offered weekend work if I wanted. I don't want to work on my weekend, but I feel I have to. The thought lingers in the back of my mind. I am technically making more money than I did in my full-time position, but cash flow is quite different now with things like Net 30 payment and I also have to pay an arm and a leg for health insurance.  I'm not someone who grew up with money, and I didn't start with a cushion, so having the savings that I've built myself is something I'm proud of. Having to dip into it, though I knew that would be the case during this transition, is terrifying and defeating.\n\nThen that seed of self-doubt kicks off a whole slew of thoughts. I quit being a full-time retoucher to make time and space for my photography, and yet here I am busting my ass everyday retouching. What if I continue to just get stuck and my photography career never becomes what I want it to be? I see other people's careers and want what they have. After work this evening I had my photo taken by a fellow photographer and friend. He is fully supporting himself on his photography and isn't slinging side hustles or other skills to make ends meet. He is extremely talented and he deserves what he has, but I can't help but think, \"I want that.\"\n\nSo, before I continue to spew more of these thoughts running through my head and making the tears well up, I ask you: What do you do when this happens?       "body": "Hello, you are very new to steem block chain so it is likely a bit confusing, it does sort of get better with time. I see you ahve some advice already, being a creative person, and a photographer, recently steem block chain has taken to having what are know as tribes, (pre-SMT community type places), one of them is creativecoin - https://www.creativecoin.xyz ,an alternate front end to steem block chain. You use your steemit name to log in and your posting key is the key you use. \n\nto start being seen by a large creative crowd the tag they use is #creativecoin, so when you ahve a spare tag and your post is creative in nature, then it is a very good tag to use. \n\nSteemit is a tad bit complicated, but not overly so. It is just very hard to find any place to go for help. There are a ton and a half of Discord chat rooms, of steemit chat rooms, and most of the time it is still hard to find help in one of them.\n\nI used to be more involved in helping on board new users, but I have lost touch with many of the on boarding people, I am surprised to not see any here on your intro post yet. \n\nIf you do have trouble finding help when you need it, I am one of those people that do not get upset at having unrelated \"can you help me with this\" type of questions on any of my post. So feel free to ask for help if you need it, if I can not help I will try to find someone that can. \n\nSo with that I think @heyhaveyamet knows a lot of the newer onboarding currently active teams. So I am sure now that they have been tagged they will pop around.",
