L'ambition de l'équipe derrière le projet DENT est de créer une plateforme d'échanges de datas mobiles. Les transactions se feraient dans une nouvelle crypto-monnaie lancée par l'entreprise : le Dentcoin. ##  \n  \n   \n  \n\n\n  \n  \n  \n\n\n\n<center>**Quels avantages pour les utilisateurs de datas mobiles ?**</center>\n\nSi le projet rencontre le succès espéré par ses créateurs, cela pourrait entrainer de nombreux avantages pour les utilisateurs d'internet mobile dans le monde entier.\n \n\nLes forfaits mobiles ne disposent pas tous d'une option de report des datas inutilisées le mois suivant. Selon une étude de l'organisme Park Associates, en 2015, les datas mobiles ont générés pas moins de 386 milliards de dollars  de revenus pour les opérateurs téléphonique. \nEn supposant que 15% de ces datas soient inutilisées cela représente tout de même  plus de 57 milliards de dollars par an payés pour rien par les utilisateurs. Avec DENT ils pourraient vendre leurs datas restantes en fin de mois et les utiliser leurs Dentcoin pour en racheter lorsque leur forfaits sont épuisés.  \n\nBien que récemment interdit par l'union européenne, le roaming international et les frais (souvent astronomiques) qui en découlent disparaitrait. Si à première vue la partie semble loin d'être gagnée,(on voit mal pourquoi les opérateurs téléphoniques accepteraient de renoncer à une telle manne financière) DENT assure avoir un plan. \n\nL'entreprise serait déjà en contact avec de nombreux opérateurs téléphoniques à travers le monde. Selon les créateurs de la plateforme, le concept séduirait les opérateurs téléphoniques naissant voulant se positionner sur un créneau « user friendly » afin de se démarquer de leurs concurrents.  En cas de refus de la part de ces derniers, la plateforme envisagerait même de lancer son propre opérateur de télécom.\n\nA moyen terme, DENT compte utiliser sa communauté petite communauté d'utilisateurs comme un moyen de pression pour faire plier les télécoms réticents au projet et ainsi permettre le développement de la plateforme. \n\nLe projet est séduisant, mais est-il vraiment réalisable ?
