In fact, it's all supposed to be a struggle. The approach of professionals is an indication of just how strongly struggle is linked to success.  \n\n\nThis is the war we fight every day. The world wants to make you corrupt. The world wants to make you believe that you can find happiness in a job that you don’t like as long as you work hard. A wish that if you just think enough you can find some easy way out or get what you want without having to actually do something.\n\nBut that is not very likely to happen. Instead you just keep thinking and thinking and hoping that something will happen or someone else will take action.\n\nWhen you focus too much of your attention on what happened and replaying it over and over or on imagining the future then that usually leads to worries. To feeling paralyzed in fear by the things you magnify in your mind from the past or a possible future.\n\nWhen we think about failure, we think of things in a negative light. We say that failure is painful and that it causes emotional turmoil and upset, and inflicts agonizing pangs of guilt, regret, and remorse.\n\nBut, for those that have known true failure, and have bounced back from it, understand that failure in life is necessary for success. Sure, failing hurts. In fact, it cuts deep like a razor, slicing its way to our inner core. Yet, it’s necessary.\nAnd the most successful people in life have failed the most times. If you try to go through life without failing at anything, then you’re not really living a life at all. Taking risks and falling down flat on our faces is part of life; it makes us into who we are.\n\n We know that falling down and failing while learning to walk is just a part of life. \nWhat we don’t realize as is just what some people had to go to in order to get where they are in life. they had to fall down and fail many times.\n\nFailure brings with it important firsthand knowledge. That knowledge can be harnessed in the future to overcome that very failure that inflicted so much pain in the first place. Persistence is important, but repeating the same actions over and over again, hoping that this time you’ll succeed, probably won’t get you any closer to your objective. Look at your previous unsuccessful efforts and decide what to change.
