There is a psychological concept, notoriety travels faster than good fame. So in keeping with the psychological concept let me point out that I am not trying to make people famous by writing this post. I simply cannot stand the food being misused to an extent that it becomes immoral.\n\nPorn stars are also famous but not in the good sense and when they turn to making a good name for themselves it takes them a good lot of time. So getting likes and views is temporary business and misusing food which could feed potentially many mouths is bad business.\n\nI simply can’t help but wonder what kinds of needs and wants arise when potentially good looking and skilled people want to create a series of events that will help people misuse food. If you guys had a little more sense you would be creating events to help distribute food where it was needed but of course that would come later. Would it ever?\nAnyways, I hope to see a better world where marketing such disgusting acts is discouraged. It is indeed the human mind that can create the good, the bad and the ugly. I hope to see the best only. Do not misuse food. It’s not for decorating your body. It’s not for filling holes in your body. It’s to ingest and get energy from. Many people suffer from the lack of it.       "body": "Back in the days, in the 90s when schooling was something that allowed parents to live their unfulfilled dreams through their children making them achieve the 1st and 2nd positions in class there was this notorious game which all schools had called the ‘spelling bee’ contest. My school never arranged a spelling bee with that name but on and off we had class competitions where our teachers would challenge us to spell challenging words of the English language.\n\nAs kids we always wanted to up one another. But when you put a group of teenage girls against teenage boys, its mostly the raging hormones doing the spelling and the idea of winning against the other gender and celebrating the win that’s the motivating factor. We were nothing different. \n\nAs all growing teenage kids I was a brilliant speller in my class and wanted to out-do even myself. It was addictive. Learning new languages is kind of a thing with me. Our competitions were different. We competed in groups always. So whenever we had the so-called spelling bees we always had a strategy; me and my friends. While the easier words were taken by anyone the more difficult words were taken up by only a few which included me and a few others. \n\nMind you this strategy had nothing to do with intelligence. We were not with an IQ of 200+. We were just good at memorizing and visualization. And now when I see spelling bees I am struck by the complexities that a child of grade 5 and 6 is given. We were never given extremely hard words even when we were in Grade 10. \n\nSo why do we want children in grade 5 to memorize words like ‘apparatchik’ , ‘beelzebub’, ‘damoclean’ or even ‘ginglymus’? Heck I don’t even know the meaning of these words and my passtime is browsing through the dictionary sometimes!\n\n![spelling-998350_1280.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmeweoBbmF25GB7A7WoyFXpcd2AcnBUZwXCpoqywQxUCsu/spelling-998350_1280.jpg)\n\nI feel that our obsession with wanting to see children excel at things we couldn’t has become over-bearing. Yes, these children are amazingly visual and have amazing listening powers and analytical skills but would they be able to secure linguistic jobs in the future? Or can they put those skills to any other use is still to be seen.\n\nSecondly our drive to show a good face of the educational system has also become over-bearing. Can a child who can just 'memorize' be a good 'decision maker'? We certainly need to make less money off the educational system to see the real consequence of such competitions.\n\nAs for myself, I do peruse the dictionary and love learning new languages. But that is about it and that so far has no practical use except for getting me a job as a translator which is something I wouldn’t like to do.",

It’s not just the subcontinent you see, its the world over. And by lying I don’t mean those lies that can be caught, I mean those lies that are subtle and covered in layers of truth and well-meaning good work. It’s difficult to catch deceit when there is good work being done around it. \n\nWhat do you attribute the lies to?\nTiming…\nMaybe they didnt to say what they did say…\nOr simply evolution of an idea…\n\nIt’s very difficult to believe someone who may not have good intentions to begin with and just get lucky. But this article isn’t to give you that negative thought process. It isn’t to make you doubt everyone’s good intentions. It’s to make you look beneath the well-meaning good work.\nIt’s easy. Find the benefits of the good work. See who is benefiting from the end result. Just wait and see how many people are actually accruing the benefits/fruits of the good work. The results will tell you a lot about the intentions.\n\nIt’s a long process, yes. It’s a tedious process, yes. But worth the results. You see in our world which is in a mayhem, not many people would want to work unless something accrues to them. It’s not a bad idea to begin with but the relative proportions make the idea bad. If the idea accrues something relatively large to the founder, then the idea was for the founder not for the people.
