      "body": "Este es un acontecer que creo que casi ningun Venezolano se esperaba, pero que bueno que este pasando, o que malo, en realidad aun no lo sabemos, porque no sabemos que vendrá después, pero solo el hecho de conseguir un cambio creo que dará un aire de esperanza a la gente. No lo se, pero como dicen en mi casa, todos ellos son de la misma gente, solo buscan sus propios intereses.\n\nPero bueno, intentare ver todo lo bueno de la situacion y plasmare en este post todo la informacion que les pueda recopilar para actualizarlos. \n\nYo no habia estado pendiente de la situación política del pais, ya que siempre era lo mismo,   \"Plan para la recuperacion economica\". Pero aqui ya hay algo que sobresale en mi atencion. \n\nAnte todo para empezar, ¿quien es Juan Guaido? Pero que fueron desconocidas, no solo por el pueblo de Venezuela, sino también por toda la comunidad internacional. Aun así el ex-presidente tenia todo el derecho de terminar su mandato hasta diciembre del 2018. Siguiendo el artículo 231 de la Constitución Nacional el candidato elegido deberá tomar posesión del cargo de presidente el 10 de Enero del primer año ante la Asamblea Nacional mediante juramento, y que si por cualquier motivo sobrevenido no pudiera podrá hacerlo ante el Tribunal de justicia.\n\nAhora bien el pasado 10 de Enero, Maduro  no se juramento ante la Asamblea, constituyéndose así una Falta absoluta, estipulada en el artículo 233 de la Constitución Nacional, configurada cómo \"Abandono del cargo\", que fue declarada por la Asamblea, y que constituye la revocación del cargo.\n\nSegún este mismo artículo el 233 de la constitución, cuando se produce está falta, se procederá a una nueva elección universal, directa y secreta dentro de los 30 días consecutivos siguientes, tal como sucedió en el 2013 luego de la muerte de Chávez quien nunca pudo juramentarse ante la asamblea. Y ojo cito el artículo \"Mientras se elige y toma posesión el nuevo presidente o la nueva presidenta, se encargará de la Presidencia de la República el Presidente o presidenta de la Asamblea Nacional\".\n\nSíguiendo este mandato constitucional, Juan Guaidó actual presidente de la Asamblea Nacional, tendría que tomar posesión de actual presidente interino o de transición de Venezuela.\n\nMaduro si se juramento, pero ante el Tribunal supremo de Justicia, y aunque la Constitución declara que si se puede juramentar ante el Tribunal, esto solo será en caso de Emergencia, y siendo nuestra actual Asamblea Nacional, el único órgano reconocido internacional mente, cómo elegido de forma soberana y democrática, al maduro juramentarse \"a la fuerza\" en el tribunal se establece una usurpación de poderes, pues dicha juramentación era competencia exclusiva de la Asamblea Nacional.\n\nTodo esto no constituye ninguna fuerza legal, ya que esta hecho fuera del maco de la ley.\n\nPor su parte la OEA, aprobó este jueves una resolución para declarar ilegítimo el segundo mandato de Maduro. La medida hace un llamado para la realización de nuevas elecciones presidenciales con todas las garantías necesarias para un proceso libre, justo, transparente y legítimo, una resolución celebrado por el secretario general de la OEA Luis Almagro, y rechazado por solo 5 paises, entre esos Bolivia, Cuba, Surinam, Nicaragua quién sostienen a Maduro cómo un presidente legítimo.\n\n![descarga.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmSrUdtVigAXSU3rWXBCiXeqkRBbFob4Rh9F7ks39qq1h8/descarga.png)\n\n    \n\n\nGuaidó dijo que la Cámara se apegará a la constitución venezolana y, en este sentido, asumirá \"las competencias de la encargaduría de una Presidencia de la República\", no sin advertir que el mero decreto no será suficiente para sacar del poder a Maduro, que juró el 10 de enero como jefe de Estado hasta 2025.\n\nY siguiendo el artículo 333 de la Constituciónque es el llamado a colaborar con el restablecimiento de la Constitución Guaidó convocó \"a todo el pueblo a la calle\" a participar el 23 de enero -fecha en la que se conmemora la caída de la dictadura de Marcos Pérez Jiménez- \"a una gran movilización en todos los rincones de Venezuela\".\n\n¿Que cosas no ? Como la historia se repite haciendo de cada fecha que vivimos una simbologia que un futuro probablemente no entenderemos el verdadero significado de ese dia.\n\nNo se que pase en todo esto, no se que fichas se están moviendo en el lado oculto del tablero, pero solo espero lo mejor para mi país, y para las personas que me rodean. Pero siendoles honesto, entre estas dos personas no escogeria a ninguna porque no creo en politicos, pero si por Juan se puede destituir a Nicolas Maduro y realizar unas nuevas elecciones, tiene mi apoyo, solo por el hecho de buscar algo nuevo.\n\nEsperemos lo mejor.
