This is a huge setback for peace and prosperity in Europe. \n\nOn the other hand, the EU represents a mid scale model of globalization and free trade where not only goods and services but jobs and people's livelihood is up for trade. This globalization trend has been going on for decades and it consistently increased income inequality in Europe and elsewhere.
