      "body": "![2018-08-03 12;18;36.JPEG](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmQ1irYja5isge2RnmXZMqYxXUTbGKZ9HMjrmqXtK9MBa5/2018-08-03%2012;18;36.JPEG)\n\n안녕하세요 Trp-Lee입니다.\n\n\n우리 어릴때 만화책 중에 '보물선'이라는 만화책이 있었는데요.\n\n최근 보물섬 현실 버전이 최근에 그것도 코인판에 나와 화제가 되었습니다.\n\n보물섬이 아니라 정확히는 \"보물선\"을 사업 대상으로 하여 코인을 발행한 신일그룹 이야기입니다.\n\n최근 스캠코인이다 뭐다 말이 많은 가상화폐 업계에서는 참 웃픈 해프닝들이 많이 발생하는데요.\n\n이제 수사가 막 진행 초기이지만 아무래도 사기행각으로 끝날 것 같은 느낌이 강하게 듭니다.\n\n현재 가상화폐 업계 도덕적 해이면에서의 심각성을 돌아보는 한편, \n\n묻지마 투자나 다단계 투자가 얼마나 위험한지에 대한 경각심을 갖기 위한 글입니다.\n\n\n신일그룹은 자본금 1억으로 설립된 지 두달 밖에 안된 신생회사입니다.\n\n이런 신생회사가 최근 주목받는 이유는 바로, 시가 150조원의 금화가 실려 있는채로\n\n113년 전 울릉도 앞바다에 침몰한 러시아 군함 드미트리 돈스코이호를 발견하였고 \n\n이를 대상으로 투자를 유치하고 있기 때문입니다. \n\n이슈가 커지자 최용석 신일그룹 대표는 7월 26일 기자회견을 가졌는데요.\n\n\"현장 탐사원이 침몰 상태의 돈스코이호에서 여러 개의 상자묶음을 발견했고, \n지금까지 역사적으로 돈스코이호의 발견을 위해 많은 업체들이 큰 자본을 투입한 것으로 \n미루어 볼 때 재산적 가치가 있는 무언가가 있을 것\"이라는 확신을 가지고 있다고 하면서, \n\n\" 150조원 보물선은 저희가 사업을 하기 전부터 사용되어 오던 문구였고, 이를 검증없이 무책임하게 사용한 점에 대해 진심으로 사과드린다\"고 하였습니다.\n\n신일그룹은 보물가치를 애초 150조원으로 광고하다가 최근 10조로 바꿔 논란이 된 바 있습니다.\n\n\n그렇다면 일단 인양만 하면 끝나는 것일까요?\n\n아닙니다. 여기에는 법적 문제들이 얽혀 있습니다.\n\n국내적으로는 2003년 최초 돈스코이호를 발견하였다고 주장하는 동아건설과,\n\n또 돈스코이호는 자신들의 소유라고 주장하는 러시아와의 분쟁여지가 있습니다.\n\n동아건설은 1999년 돈스코이호 탐사에 나섰으나 1년 6개월 동안 막대한 비용만 지출한 채\n포기하였다가, 2003년 6월 울릉도 저동 앞바다 약 2km지점에서 돈스코이호로 추정되는 \n침몰선을 발견했다고 발표한 바 있고 결국 이를 주가 상승의 이슈로 쓰다가 자금난으로 결국 파산한 회사입니다.\n\n러시아의 경우 돈스코이호가 1900년대 초 러일전쟁에 참여했던 러시아 군함이기 때문에\n자기들 소유라고 주장하는건데요, 이것도 일리가 있습니다.\n단 국제사례를 볼때, 이런 경우 대부분은 침몰 장소의 영토를 가진 국가가 소유하고, \n발견하거나 인양을 한 자에게 일부분 소유권을 인정한 사례들이 있습니다.\n\n다만 역사적 유물인 경우 최초의 소유권이 있던 국가에게 돌려주는 경우가 있어 어떤 유물이 \n나오는지에 따라 소유권자가 달라질 수는 있습니다.\n\n\n이처럼 만약 인양에 성공하고, 그 안에 금괴가 있다고 해도 문제가 많은 돈스코이호.\n\n하지만 정작 신일그룹이 제출한 돈스코이호 발굴 신청서는 반려됐습니다. 인양에 필요한\n\n각종 서류를 제대로 제출하지 못했다고 하네요. \n\n국유재산 매장된 물건의 발굴에 관한 규정상\n1. 매장물 위치 도면\n2. 작업계획서\n3. 인양 소요 경비에 대한 이행보증보험증권 또는 재정보증서\n4. 발굴 보증금(매장물 추정액의 10%)등을 제출해야 합니다. \n\n애초 150조원의 금괴라고 주장하던 신일그룹은 그 뒤 기자회견을 통해 10조원이라고 매장물 추정액을 기존의 10%로 대폭 줄였는데요. 정작 발굴 보증금을 내라고 하는 것에 대해서는\n돈스코이호의 고철값 12억의 10%인 1억 2천만원만 납부하겠다는 입장이라고 하네요.\n\n\n이런 보물선을 활용하여 신일그룹은 자체 발행한 '골드코인'을 \n코인당 200원에 ICO를 통해 팔면서, 추후 금괴를 발견하면 100배의 수익을 \n보장한다고 광고하여 문제가 되었습니다.\n\n이에 대해 경찰은 최근 인터폴에 공조수사를 요청하는 등 수사에 박차를 가하고 있다고 합니다.\n\n\n제대로 보지도 못한 금괴를 대상으로 한 \n보물선 투자 해프닝은 어쩌면 우리가 볼때 황당무개한 얘기일지 모르겠습니다.\n\n하지만 정작 현재 코인업계의 실상을 보면, 보물선보다 더한 허상을 쫓고 있는\n안타까운 사례들이 더 많다고 생각하고 있습니다.\n\n투자를 할때는 원칙과 소신을 갖고, 상식적인 선에서 판단할 수 있는 \n자신만의 기준과 안목을 기르는 것이 먼저라고 생각이 들게하는 이슈였습니다.\n\n앞으로 돈스코이호의 수사결과 및 사업진행 추이를 관심있게 지켜보도록 하겠습니다.\n\n더운 날씨지만 금요일입니다. \n오후 시간 마무리 잘하시고 좋은 주말 맞으시길 바랄게요~!",

      "body": "TRP-Lee입니다. \n\n오늘은 전에 erc-20 관련 글에서 살짝 언급하였던 스마트 컨트랙트에 대해 \n\n좀 자세히 알아보고자 해요.  여기저기서 꽤나 많이 들어보셨을 단어지만, \n\n사실 이에 대해 자세히 들어가게 되면 잘 모르는 분들이 대다수인거 같습니다\n\n\n그럼 시작해 볼게요~!\n\n\n1. 스마트 컨트랙트란 무엇인가요?\n\n스마트 컨트랙트는 계약을 규제하기위한 프로토콜입니다.\n\n스마트 컨트랙트은 계약의 협상 또는 성과를 기여, 검증 또는 이행하기 위한 특별 프로토콜입니다. \n스마트 컨트랙트을 통해 제 3자 없이 신뢰할 수 있는 거래를 수행 할 수 있으며, 이러한 거래는 추적 가능하고 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 스마트 컨트랙트에는 계약 조건에 대한 모든 정보가 포함되어 있으며 \n모든 예상 작업을 자동으로 실행합니다.\n\n\n\n2. 스마트 컨트랙트는 어떻게 출현하게 되었나요? \n\n이 아이디어는 원래 컴퓨터 과학자이자 암호 작성자인 닉 사보(Nick Szabo)가 1994년에 설명했습니다. \n\n그는 일에 있어 주요 원칙을 정의했지만 그 당시에는 이를 실현할 적절한 환경이 없었습니다. \n블록체인 기술이 등장한 이후로 많은 변화가 있었습니다. \n\n비트코인은 블록체인 상에 계약을 하기위한 기초를 마련했습니다. 그러나 비트코인의 툴들이 모1든 요구를 충족시킬 수는 없었기 때문에, 그 뒤 등장한 이더리움으로 모든 사람이 스마트 컨트랙트를 체결 할 수있게 되었으며 이는 거래를 더욱 촉진하게 되었습니다.\n\n\n3. 스마트 컨트랙트는 어떻게 작동하나요?\n\n스마트 컨트랙트의 주요 원리는 자동 판매기와 비교할 수 있습니다. \n그들은 자동으로 주어진 명령만 실행합니다. \n\n처음에는 자산과 계약조건이 코딩되어 블록체인 블록에 넣어집니다. 이 계약은 플랫폼의 노드간에 \n여러번 배포되고 복사됩니다. 트리거가 발생하면 계약 조건에 따라 계약이 수행됩니다. \n프로그램은 약정의 이행을 자동으로 확인합니다.\n\n\n4. 스마트 컨트랙트를 생성하려면 무엇이 필요한가요?\n\n스마트 컨트랙트를 생성하려면,\n\n(1) 계약의 대상 \n프로그램은 자동으로 제품을 잠그거나 잠금을 해제하기 위해 계약중인 제품이나 서비스에 \n액세스 할 수 있어야 합니다. \n\n(2) 디지털 서명 \n모든 참가자는 개인 키로 계약서에 서명하여 계약을 시작합니다. \n\n(3) 계약 조건 \n스마트 컨트랙트 조건은 정확한 작업 순서를 취합니다. 모든 참가자는 이 약관에 서명해야 합니다. \n\n(4) 분산된 플랫폼 \n스마트 컨트랙트는 플랫폼의 블록체인에 배포되고 플랫폼의 노드간에 분산됩니다.\n\n이런 것들이 필요합니다.\n\n\n5. 스마트 컨트랙트는 실생활 어디에서 사용할 수 있나요? \n\n스마트 컨트랙트는 다양한 분야에 적용될 수 있습니다.  \n\n(1) 선거  \n\n투표 결과는 블록체인에 저장되고 네트워크 노드간에 분산됩니다. 모든 데이터는 암호화되고 익명입니다. 이 방법은 투표결과를 조작할 가능성을 없애줍니다\n\n(2) 물류\n\n공급망은 일반적으로 길며 많은 링크를 포함합니다. 각 링크는 이전 계약의 확인을 받아야하며, 계약의 마지막을 유지시켜야 하는데 이는 많은 시간을 필요로하며 비생산적입니다.  \n반면 스마트 컨트랙트의 경우, 각 참가자는 그간의 계약들의 진행 상황을보면서 시간 내에 작업을  \n수행할 수 있습니다.  \n스마트 컨트랙트는 계약 조건의 투명성, 사기 보호를 보장하고 또한 사물 인터넷 통합과 함께 선박 추적을 가능하게 합니다. \n\n다른 가능한 응용 프로그램으로, 즉 관리시스템 , 은행 시스템, 보험, 부동산, IoT 등이 있습니다.\n\n\n\n\n6. 스마트 컨트랙트의 장점은 무엇이 있을까요? \n\n스마트 컨트랙트는 블록체인 기술의 모든 장점을 사용합니다.  \n\n(1) 보안 \n\n스마트 컨트랙트는 암호화되어 노드간에 분산됩니다. 이는 귀하의 허락없이 분실되거나 변경되지 않는다는 것을 보증합니다.  \n\n(2) 경제성과 속도  \n대부분의 프로세스는 자동화되어 있으며 대부분의 중개자는 제거됩니다.  \n\n(3) 표준화  \n요즘 스마트 컨트랙트에는 다양한 종류가 있습니다. 하나를 선택하고 필요에 따라 변경할 수 있습니다.\n\n\n7. 그렇다면 단점은? \n\n스마트 컨트랙트는 완벽하지 않습니다.  \n다음은 스마트 컨트랙트에서 발생할 수있는 몇 가지 문제점입니다.  \n\n(1) 인적 요소 \n이 코드는 사람들이 작성했으며 실수를 저지를 수 있습니다. 스마트 컨트랙트가 블록체인 상에 있으면 변경할 수 없습니다. 인간 실수의 좋은 예가 DAO입니다. 코드 작성시 개발자의 실수로 인해  \n사용자와 회사는 많은 비용을 지출하게 되며 일부 해커는 오류를 악용하여 약 6천만 달러를 훔쳤습니다.\n\n(2) 불확실한 법적 지위  \n현재  스마트 컨트랙트는 어떤 정부도 규제하지 않습니다. 따라서 정부기관이  스마트 컨트랙트를  \n위한 입법 체계를 만들기로 결정하면 잠재적인 문제 있을 수 있습니다.  \n\n(3) 구현 비용  \n스마트 계약은 프로그래밍 없이는 수행할 수 없습니다. 실수를 방지하고 블록체인 기술을 \n회사의 내부 구조로 채택하려면  숙련된 코더가 있어야합니다. \n\n\n\n8. 어디서 스마트 컨트랙트를 만들 수 있나요? \n\n요즘 스마트 컨트랙트는 다양한 블록체인에서 구현됩니다. \n\n또한 Confideal 같은 플랫폼에서는 코딩 기술이 없이 스마트 컨트랙트를 생성할 수 있는 플랫폼들이 등장하고 있어 그 진입장벽이 점점 낮아지고 있습니다. \n\n\n스마트 컨트랙트에 대해서는 이 정도면 충분하지 않나 싶네요. \n\n다음 시간에는 새로운 주제로 찾아뵐게요! \n\n좋은하루 되세요 : )",

      "body": "안녕하세요 TRP-Lee입니다.\n\n가상화폐(암호화폐)에 조금 관심이 있으신 분들은 코인이다, 토큰이다라는 \n이야기를 많이 들어보셨을텐데요. 오늘은 요즘 대부분의 ICO에 활용되는 이더리움 기반의\nERC20 토큰에 대해 간단히 알아보고자 합니다.\n\n먼저 ERC20은 약자인데, 이를 풀어 쓰면 Ethereum Request for Comment 20입니다. \n이더리움 블록체인 네트워크에서 발행되는 코인의 표준을 말합니다.\n\n가상화폐 시장에서 비트코인에 이어 2위인 이더리움은 가상화폐의 이름임과 동시에 플랫폼을 지칭하는데요. 따라서 이더리움 기반의 토큰들의 경우 이더리움 플랫폼 상에서 작동할 수 있다고 보시면 됩니다.\n\n현재 가장 기술적으로 앞서가고 있는 블록체인 플랫폼 중의 하나인 이더리움. \n이러한 이더리움 플랫폼의 스마트컨트랙트 기능을 이용하면 이더리움 상에서 호환 가능한 토큰을 쉽게 발행할 수 있게 되어 있습니다. \n한편 누구나 쉽게 접근(발행)가능하기 때문에 요즘 문제되고 있는 무분별한 ICO의 원인이 되기도 합니다.\n\n현재 많은 수의 가상화폐들이 이더리움 플랫폼을 채택하여 등장하고 있습니다.\n\n이러한 ERC-20 토큰들은 나중에는 표준호환 토큰을 이용해 이더리움으로 바꾸고, 현금화까지 가능하다고 합니다. \n\n정리하자면, ERC-20 토큰은 Ethereum 플랫폼에서만 설계되고 사용되는 토큰입니다. \n표준 목록에 따라 다른 토큰을 공유하거나 교환하거나 암호 지갑으로 전송할 수 있는데, \nEthereum 커뮤니티는 세 가지 선택적 규칙과 6가지 필수 규칙으로 이러한 표준을 만들었습니다. \n\n1. Establish and adhere to the Ethics Charter for the protection of users and fulfillment of social responsibilities\n\n\nAnd, \nthe result of the examination is ?? \n\n\nIt is a wonder .. all of a sudden, all the exchanges were qualified.\nThey added that the insufficient part of the check exchanges will be improved in the future.\n\nBecause they were self-inspecting, I could expect that the result will not be bad. \nHowever, to understand the result clearly, I carefully had a closer look at the content of the examination.\n\n\n\n1.       "body": "<html>\n<p>안녕하세요.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Trp-Lee입니다.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>오늘 11시에 한국블록체인협회의 자체 자율규제안에 근거한 국내 몇몇 가상화폐거래소들의</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>심사 결과 발표가 있었는데요.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>그 기사를 보고 여러가지 드는 생각이 있어 간단히 정리해 보고자 합니다.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>기사를 보시면, 한국블록체인협회가 2018년 4월부터 2개월간 국내의 거래소 대상으로,</p>\n<p>정확히는 12개(빗썸, 업비트, 고팍스, OK코인코리아, 후오비코리아, 한빗코, 네오프레임, 코인제스트, 코인플러그, 한국디지털거래소, 코빗, 코인원) 거래소에 대해 심사를 하였다고 하네요.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>심사 내용이라고 하자면,</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>1. 자금세탁 방지를 위한 본인확인절차</p>\n<p>2. 이용자 거래기록 5년간 보관</p>\n<p>3. 암호화폐 이상거래 감지 시스템 구축</p>\n<p>4. 이상거래시 사후조치 내역 공지</p>\n<p>5. 신규 암호화폐 상장절차 구축</p>\n<p>6. 상장 암호화폐 백서 및 해외거래소 가격 등의 정보 공개</p>\n<p>7. 20억원 이상의 자기자본 보유 및 재무제표, 감사보고서, 주주명부 등 제출</p>\n<p>8. 이용자 보호 및 사회적 책임 이행을 위한 윤리헌장 제정 및 준수 등</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>이러한 내용인데요.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>심사결과는?? 짜잔..신기하게도 모두다 적격이랍니다.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>점검 거래소들의 미흡한 부분은 앞으로 개선해 나가겠다 하더라구요.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>자율적으로 심사한 것이니, 어련히 결과를 좋게 줬겠나</p>\n<p>어느정도 예상은 했지만 너무 눈가리고 아웅식으로 느껴져서,&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>그 이유를 파악해보기 위해 가만히 심사내용을 뜯어봤습니다.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>1. 자금세탁 방지를 위한 본인확인절차 :&nbsp;</p>\n<p>이미 본인확인절차는 가상화폐 거래소가 아니더라도 특별할게 없는 분야입니다.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>2. 이용자 거래기록 5년간 보관 :&nbsp;</p>\n<p>이것도 특별할게 없구요. 그냥 데이터를 오래 보관만 하면 되니까요.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>3. 암호화폐 이상거래 감지 시스템 구축 :&nbsp;</p>\n<p>이상거래라는게 애매하긴 한데요. 상반기 국내 거래소들 해킹사례가 생각나네요. 정말 구축된건가요?</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>4. 이상거래시 사후조치 내역 공지 :&nbsp;</p>\n<p>대형 거래소들이 해킹 사고 발생 후 사후조치 내역 공지하고 있나요?</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>5. 신규 암호화폐 상장절차 구축 :&nbsp;</p>\n<p>이건 거래소들 각자 알아서 하고있는 영역입니다. 뭐 이렇다하면 이런거고 저렇다 하면 저런거죠.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>6. 상장 암호화폐 백서 및 해외거래소 가격 등의 정보 공개 :&nbsp;</p>\n<p>이것도 특별할 게 없어요 하나도...</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>7. 20억원 이상의 자기자본 보유 및 재무제표, 감사보고서, 주주명부 등 제출 :&nbsp;</p>\n<p>이게 핵심이죠! 결국 20억 이상 가지고 있는지를 체크해 본 자율규제안으로 보입니다.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>8. 이용자 보호 및 사회적 책임 이행을 위한 윤리헌장 제정 및 준수 등 :&nbsp;</p>\n<p>보여주기식의 형식적 항목.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>제 기억으로는 올해 상반기에만 국내 거래소들의 유수한 해킹사례들이 발생하였는데요.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>그것도 국내 1위와, 상위권을 다투는 업체였던 것으로 기억합니다...;;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>그 문제를 일으킨 거래소들도 저 자율규제안에 의해 적격판정을 받았다고 하면,</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>대체 저 자율규제안의 의미를 어디서 찾아야할까요? 정말 20억 이상 가지고 있는 회사인지를&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>살펴본 걸까요? 아니었으면 좋겠습니다...ㅜㅠ</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>결국 저렇게 자율규제안을 준수하는 모범적인 거래소들의 경우,</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>은행거래 등을 원활하게 하여 신규이용자를 받게 하겠다는게 1차적인 목적인데요.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>&nbsp;제가 사실 실소를 터뜨린 부분은 따로 있습니다.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>전하진 자율규제위원장이 말하길 \"....(중략) 1차 심사였던 만큼, 향후 암호화폐 시장의 건전성과 이용자 보호를 위해 심사기준 등을 향상 시키겠다\" 이 부분이었는데요.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>힘있는 자의 논리로 들리더라구요. 사실 한국블록체인협회는 국내 다수의 거래소들은 가입하고 싶어도</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>받아주질 않는 것으로 알고 있습니다.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>이제 제 예상으로는, 어느정도 국내 상위권 거래소들은 자율규제안 \"적격\"판정을 받았으니</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>심사기준을 대폭 강화하여 진입장벽을 높일 것으로 예상됩니다. 그래야 대기업들이 장악하고 있는</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>가상화폐 시장이 더욱 곤고해질 테니까요.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p></p>\n<p>얼마전 비탈릭 부테린의 무시무시한 말이 생각나네요.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>\"중앙형 가상화폐 거래소들은 다 불에 타버렸으면 좋겠다\"</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>블록체인의 본래 정신인 분산화(Decentralized)와는 조금 거리가 있는 중앙형 거래소들,</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>그리고 그런 거래소들에 점점 영향력을 행사하여 시장을 장악해 가고 있는 기득권자들.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>이대로 괜찮은 걸까요?</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>다음에는 좀 더 유쾌한 주제로 돌아오겠습니다.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>좋은 하루 되세요 : )</p>\n</html>",

      "body": "![2018-07-06 16;11;03.JPEG](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmYeLtoDsySeUQpd3zZUKqFKb8y6G3FrKNwH2xd4XQ8qFn/2018-07-06%2016;11;03.JPEG)\n\n안녕하세요 trp-Lee입니다.\n\n첫 글로 무엇을 할까 고민하다가...\n\n오늘은 가상화폐들(편의상 이하 코인이라고 칭함)의 탄생과 그 여정에 대해 \n\n짚어보는 시간을 갖겠습니다.\n\n\n\n현재 나와 있는 코인들은 수천가지에 달합니다. 그러면 그 코인들은 어떻게 탄생하고\n\n우리 앞에 나타났다가, 때로는 조용히 사라지는 걸까요?\n\n\n관련업계 종사자로서 이에 대해 간단히 설명해 드리는 것도 \n\n의미가 있을 것 같다 생각했습니다.\n\n\n\n- 코인의 기획단계\n\n\n이는 사업으로 따지면 사업의 구상단계라고 보시면 됩니다.\n\n한마디로 사업계획서를 작성하게 되는거죠. 작성하면서 내부 논의를 거쳐 \n\n방향 수정도 하게 되고, 때로는 전면적으로 사업의 색깔을 바꾸게 되는 그런 과정입니다.\n\n여튼 이런 과정을 거쳐 사업 아이템이 나오면 이를 통해 \n\n소위 말하는 백서를 작성하게 됩니다.\n\n\n\n\n- 백서의 작성\n\n\n백서란? 흔히 White Paper라고들 하는데 이는 코인에 대한 사업계획서라든지, \n\n소개서 쯤 된다고 생각하시면 쉬울거예요.\n\n일단 사업아이템이 정해지게 되면 이를 기초로 코인을 소개하게 되는 \n\n대외적 홍보 문서를 만들게 되는데 이게 백서입니다.\n\n백서들은 거의 코인마다 존재하지만...\n\n(간혹 백서도 없는 근본 없는 코인들도 있습니다 ㅜㅜ)\n\n수많은 백서들은 보다보면 내용은 어느정도 획일적임을 알 수 있습니다.\n\n\n(1) 블록체인, 가상화폐에 대한 일반론적인 내용 : 뻔한 내용들이죠\n(2) 코인에 대한 서론 : 어떤 코인이고 왜 이런 아이템을 생각하게 되었는지\n(3) 코인에 대한 기술적인 설명 : 비트코인, 이더리움 등에 비해 얼마나 우수한지\n(4) 사업 로드맵 : 앞으로 우리가  사업을 이렇게 해나갈 것이다\n(5) 결론 : 좋은 얘기\n\n이렇게 백서가 작성되게 되면 코인의 탄생은 거의 준비가 된 것이라 할 수 있겠네요.\n\n다음 시간엔 코인의 제작, 홈페이지 제작, 거래소 상장 등 \n\n백서 작성 후에 이루어질 일들에 대해 설명하는 시간을 갖도록 하겠습니다.\n\n좋은 저녁시간 되세요 : )",

      "body": "![2018-07-06 16;15;00.JPEG](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmQxkys9JY7Snj3iqwiZXb7NiZYZCcvkLMEGDiXHDJXcC2/2018-07-06%2016;15;00.JPEG)\n\n\n안녕하세요 trp-Lee입니다.\n\n지난 시간에 이어 오늘도 코인의 탄생과 그 여정에 대해 이어가도록 할게요.\n\n앞서 코인기획, 백서 작성에 대해서 알아보았는데요.\n\n오늘은 백서 작성 후 이뤄지는 일들에 대해 알아보고자 합니다.\n\n\n\n\n\n- 코인(또는 토큰)의 제작\n\n너무나 당연한 얘기지만 코인으로 사업을 하려면 \n\n먼저 코인이 제작되어야겠죠?\n\n코인을 제작하려면 일단 결정해야할 것이, 채굴형인지 발행형인지 결정해야 합니다.\n\n이 결정은 사업의 성격에 따라 정해지는데요. 사실 최근들어서는 \n\n발행형인 토큰으로 95%이상 진행된다 보시면 됩니다. \n\n그 이유는 독자적인 메인넷을 갖추려면 보통 일이 아니기 때문이죠...\n\n어설프게 타 코인 짜집기 했다가는 공개하면 바로 들통난다고 하더라구요.\n\n토큰은 이더리움 기반 erc-20으로 발행하는데요. 요즘은 인터넷에\n\n상당히 설명이 잘 되어 있어서 초심자들도 어느정도 배우면 \n\n자기만의 토큰 발행도 가능하다고 하니 관심있으신 분들은 \n\n도전해 보시는 것도 좋을 것 같네요~\n\n\n코인(또는 토큰)이 만들어졌다면...\n\n\n- 마케팅 : 프라이빗세일, 프리세일, ICO 등\n\n어떤 사업을 할지에 따라 다르지만 보통 코인을 발행한다는 건 \n\n초기 사업자금을 충당하기 위함이 보통이죠? \n\n흔히들 아시는 ICO(Initial Coin Offering)의 경우 국내에선 아직 성격이 애매해서\n\n진행하기가 부담스럽고, 다들 꺼려하는 게 보통입니다.\n\n싱가폴 등에서 ICO를 많이 하는데요, 해외에서도 ICO를 제대로 준비하려면\n\nKYC(Know your customer)등 상당히 복잡한 일들이 많습니다. \n\n그에 따라 요즘은 편하게 가려다보니... \n\n프라이빗세일(아는 사람에게만 주겠다), 프리세일(마케팅 팀을 통해 팔겠다) 등을 통해\n\n초기 자금을 모집하곤 하죠. 여기서 다단계들도 많이 등장하곤 합니다 ㅠ\n\n초기에 진입하면 할수록 할인율이 높아져서 같은 가격에 \n\n더 많은 물량을 확보할 수 있는건 ICO와 마찬가지구요.\n\n이 과정에서 거래소 상장 관련하여 컨택을 많이하게 되져. \n\n그래서 괜찮은 거래소와 상장에 대한 계약이 이루어지면 그것 또한\n\n코인 입장에서는 호재가 되는 겁니다.\n\n\n\n- 돈 모금 후 사업의 진행 및 코인의 거래소 상장\n\n돈이 원하는 만큼 모집이 됐다면 이제  거래소에 상장도 진행해야 하고...\n\n그 과정에서 토큰 형태로 상장할지, \n\n메인넷을 구축해 코인으로 상장할지 결정이 되어야 하구요.\n\n보통 코인들은 메인넷에 대한 계획들이 대부분 있습니다 ㅎㅎ\n\n그걸 얼마나 내실있게 이행할 수 있는지는 전적으로 사업 주체에 달린거지만요.\n\n나중에 코인과 토큰의 차이점에 대해서도 간략히 설명하는 시간이 필요하겠네요~!\n\n거래소 상장을 하게되면, 거래소 측에 코인의 소스를 제공해줘야하는데요,\n\n토큰의 경우 이더스캔에 대부분 공개되어 있으니 비교적 쉬운편이나, \n\n메인넷을 갖춘 코인같은 경우 그 독자적인 소스를 거래소 개발자에게 넘겨줘야\n\n상장이 가능합니다. 그리고 때로는 개발자들이 코인 개발자에게 코인 상장\n\n매뉴얼도 요청하는 경우도 있구요 ㅎㅎ\n\n\n- 거래소 상장 후 로드맵 이행\n\n거래소 상장하고 시장에서 거래가 활성화 되었다면, \n\n이제 모집된 금액으로 열심히 사업을 해서 백서에서 약속했던\n\n로드맵을 이행하면 됩니다.\n\n\n그렇게 로드맵 이행률이 높아지게되면, , \n\n우리 정치인들이 공약을 이행할수록 지지율이 올라가듯이\n\n코인의 가격도 올라가겠죠??\n\n그러면 그게 곧 추가적인 자급유입을 유도하면서 사업주체의 자본력이 되게 됩니다.\n\n\n사실 제가 알고 있는 코인이나 거래소에 대한 지식을\n\n알기쉽게 설명해 드리기 위해 썻지만..막상 글로 쓰다보니\n\n구구절절 쓸 얘기가 너무 많아서 급하게 마무리한 감이 없지 않습니다 ㅠ\n\n다음에 또 기회가 된다면 관련된 이야기를 좀 더 해보겠습니다.\n\n읽어주셔서 감사합니다 : )",
