Children have special worries, and they can be more sensitive to physical and mental health issues as they grow than we might expect. So, here are five things parents can do to keep their children healthy as they get older.\n\n<h5>A well-balanced meal plan</h5>\n\nWhen children are young, it is critical that they consume a healthy, balanced diet because this will set them up for the rest of their life.
