      "body": "In Venezuela the official coin right now is the Bolivar Fuerte i say right now because before Chavez change it called just Bolivar and it was really strong in some moment between 80´s and 90´s the dollar and bolivar cost the same but now 1 dollar is equivalent to 1600 bolivares fuertes. \n\nFor that the venezuelan people has to make magic with his salary, we have two or three work and now we have another the bitcoin work in the night went we came to home tired of work all day we rest... yeah working in the web because bitcoin represent an alternative way for make dollar and change for bolivares or better have the enought for go out this trouble country, every 9 0f 10 people that i know is working in these, but is safety? i saw yesterday and economic doing an interview and explain that the cryptocoin might be dangeorus because in the past in other economic situation in the web the hackers found the way to make that a coin completelly dissapear, but also explain that the btc software is the strong that he saw for now because the satochi is a technology well done by his creator.\n\nSo for know we are safe and the venezuelan are taken advantage on that for make dollar and sadly  leave his country looking for a better future to his families. \n\nSo thumb Up for the Bitcoin and Satochi.",

      "body": "In Venezuela at the 90´s everybody work an earn his space and promotion working hard the economic system was very stable not perfect but enought to grow personally and profesionally, right now is the opposite sadly for the young population that want increase his personal life to a better with work, but the goverment are getting used that the citizen just get what the want when they want, is very hard right now live here the hungry in the people is making that everybody is violent one with another, the family´s are separate for different thoughts or because thay cant no stand the situation are tired of violent, robbery every day, the public transportation is almost extinct because there is not replacement parts for the vehicle the salary does not reach for pratically nothing for example a minimun salary is 248000 at month bsf and a kilogram of meat cost 320000 so is impossible.\n\nThere is almost unimaginable that a country with gold, petroleum, beatifull landscape for tourism an many other thing right now the people is so poor and not for not work because for example i have three work i´m a teacher graduate with honor´s summa cum laude, with a master in educational management and 9 year of experience can buy with my salary  pair of shoes because is i buy that my family  doesn´t eat.\n\nIs difficult live in Venezuela.",

      "body": "La música ha sido un elemento clave y presente en todas las generaciones de la humanidad y en cualquier aspecto político, social, cultural, económico y religioso, como menciona Stockhausen citado en Berrocal (2011, p.23) “Desde que el hombre existe ha habido música pero también los animales los átomos y las estrellas hacen música ”, los antiguos romanos la utilizaban de forma percusiva tanto para llamar a sus guerras como para sus victorias porque esta representaba una forma de comunicación a gran escala y efectiva con todos, al igual que grandes pensadores griegos como platón quien dijo: “La música es para el alma lo que la gimnasia para el cuerpo.” Haciendo referencia a la concordancia filosófica del ejercicio para el enriquecimiento mental comparado con el ejercicio para mantener el cuerpo saludable, además la música fue ubicada dentro del quadrivium junto con las grandes ciencias del conocimiento y las artes liberales como la aritmética, la astronomía y geometría, pues era considerada de gran importancia para la formación holística del individuo, esto sentaba un precedente en la historia pues se le daba el lugar merecido a ese sonido armonioso que llena el espíritu y enaltece las emociones de todos los seres vivos.\nPor lo tanto, no es casualidad que los grandes genios de la historia se sintieran identificados con ella como Nietzsche (1844-1900) Filósofo, poeta y músico alemán quien dijo “sin música la vida sería un error” al igual que Albert Einstein (1879-1955). Físico alemán acotó “Si no fuera físico, probablemente sería músico… No puedo decir si habría podido hacer alguna pieza creativa de importancia en la música, pero sí sé que lo que más alegría me da en la vida es mi violín”, del mismo modo Oscar Wilde (1854-1900). Escritor irlandés mencionó “El arte de la música es el que más cercano se halla de las lágrimas y los recuerdos”, así entre otros tantos quienes hicieron referencia de la música y la importancia que tuvo en sus vidas y sus obras pues como acota Berrocal (2011. p. 23) “La música resulta de una percepción agradable de los sonidos y que, además, produce un estado placentero” y al estar en ese estado la creación se hace presente.\nLa música siempre ha sido un lenguaje de expresión universal no verbal pero entendible por todos los que la escuchan y los que la hacen ya sea con intención o sin ella, es una forma de establecer una conexión ulterior con otros mediante mensajes codificados en hertzios que son transformados por nuestro cerebro en ese hermoso trinomio de ritmo, melodía y armonía que a su vez se expresan en un grado corporal, mental y espiritual respectivamente, siendo entonces esta una combinación que lleva consigo la estructura completa del ser interior y exterior.\nAl pasar del tiempo las ciencias absolutas fueron tomando protagonismo en el mundo, el positivismo se adueñó de la realidad conocida y observable a través del método científico enmarcado en la verificación de la experiencia, del mismo modo entonces la música se fue aislando por un tiempo del conocimiento para crear un ser completo, sin embargo los metodólogos musicales Dalcroze, Kodaly, Willems, Martenot entre otros mantuvieron en la sociedad el interés por la misma pues ellos consideraban que la música podía crear una percepción de la realidad acorde con el contexto socio cultural y que a través de ella el ser integral se desarrollaba a plenitud, más adelante otros metodólogos fundamentados en los antes mencionados hicieron su aporte para rescatar en la humanidad el valor intangible de los sonidos armónicos. \nEn la actualidad es preciso acotar que, así como todos los aspectos de la vida, la música ha ido evolucionando y se ha transformado en una herramienta útil no solo para los músicos sino para otras áreas del estudio de la mente como la psicología y la sociología dos ramas que han venido abarcando espacio en los intereses humanos por su capacidad para abordar situaciones específicas en las personas como estados de ánimo, manejo de las emociones, manejo de conflictos, stress, es de esta forma como comienza a surgir la musicoterapia para abordar desde otra perspectiva estas aflicciones que embargan a los seres humanos por ello la American Music Therapy Association (AMTA) tomado de Berrocal (2003, p.93) define la musicoterapia como : “una profesión, en el campo de la salud, que utiliza la música y actividades musicales para tratar las necesidades físicas, psicológicas y sociales de personas de todas las edades. La Musicoterapia mejora la calidad de vida de las personas sanas y cubre las necesidades de niños y adultos con discapacidades o enfermedades.       "title": "El Coaching y la Musicoterapia como Estrategias Gerenciales Creativas",
      "body": "Actualmente, la educación demanda estrategias que generen procesos educativos adaptados a las nuevas generaciones. En este sentido, el docente como gerente de aula, representa el factor clave que construirá y guiara al estudiante por el camino necesario para conseguir impulsar sus potencialidades. En los últimos tiempos a estado muy en boga en la comunidad educativa un tema que se presenta como un recurso innovador para desarrollar estrategias que permitan a las personas alcanzar grandes objetivos y producir resultados altamente exitosos en sus vidas. Hacemos referencia entonces, al Coaching el cual permite detectar las reales motivaciones de una persona y orientarla desde su propio autoconocimiento, reflexiones y dominio de emociones a la seguridad plena de que es posible evadir las limitantes y conseguir sus propósitos en la vida, contribuyendo desde su desarrollo como persona (motivación, autoestima) hasta la forma de entender y resolver conflictos, como ser social que forma parte de una comunidad diversa pero capaz de transformar las necesidades en fortalezas y oportunidades. Y si entonces el coaching motiva y potencia las capacidades de una persona, podría ser un herramienta impulsadora “tanto para los alumnos con necesidades educativas especiales (NEE) como para quienes no las tienen, y convertir, así, a la escuela en un verdadero contexto generador de oportunidades y desarrollador de talentos”. En Venezuela existe gran sustento legal para garantizar la inclusión dentro del Sistema Educativo en todo sus niveles a personas con NEE, donde planteles públicos y privados tienen el deber y la responsabilidad de incorporar las metodologías necesarias para asegurar el progreso y desarrollo de sus potencialidades, personalidad y goce de una vida plena. En pro de este compromiso es necesario, que el docente posea la preparación para ser altamente creativo e innovador ante el reto de alcanzar el desarrollo integral de todos sus estudiantes. Se busca plantear una relación entre la utilización del coaching junto a la musicoterapia, donde esta última aporta desde la estimulación musical y las sensaciones el desarrollo de habilidades necesarias para una productiva integración social. El estudio estará sustentado completamente en una revisión bibliográfica, teniendo como propósito mostrar el coaching y la musicoterapia como estrategias que formen parte de nuevas metodologías gerenciales creativas dentro del Aula de Clases.",
