      "body": "I have met many people in my life some healthy some skinny, some tall and some short, some fair toned some dark, some with pimples and some with dimples. But among the people I have met so far about 95% people are not comfortable or satisfied with their own body or skin. Maybe you and I are also a part of it. \nHave you ever wondered the reasons why do we feel so; after all it's our own body something we own by birth or have acquired later due to our habits then why to be ashamed of that?  \nIn my opinion the advertising media has a great role in compelling us to judge ourselves dislike our body type. It leaves us wishing to be as fair, as slim, as tall as a top class movie actor. The advertisements portray the body type that we own in such a way that we start hating our self and make us feel that something that we are is really very odd in a bad way. Have you ever watched an advertisement of a fairness cream in which a woman in her late twenties is getting rejected time and again for marriage by various guys and that just because she is dark toned, but after she uses the fairness cream then magically she gets fair then there's a long line of guys waiting for their turn to offer a marriage proposal to the girl. Why to marry a guy who can't accept the girl the way she is? Advertisements like this make us feel worthless and we start hating ourself and god too which we believe has made us dark toned or fat or with marks. This is just an example there are a lot more that we still get to watch on the television.   \nThe strategy of the advertisement is to create a sort of fear in our mind that if we are fat or dark or have marks all over the face then the society will not accept us, we will never get married or we will not get to achieve our dreams or we will not get any job. When this fear covers all our mind then we start using their slimming tea, fairness cream, height increasing drinks and many more and in this way the aim of the advertisement is fulfilled to increase their customers. You know what this is all bullshit. All that matters is the thought you carry with yourself the real you. No matter how fair, tall, perfect figure you have but if you have a negative thought then no one will like you. \nNobody will think you are beautiful unless you are comfortable in your own body type and skin tone. So come on chins up, walk tall as if you are no less than a top Hollywood actress because you are beautiful in your own and every way.",

It is a landlocked country locates between India to the east, south and west and the Tibet Autonomous Region of China to the north. Its territory extends roughly 500 miles from east to west and 90 to 150 miles from north to south. The capital is Kathmandu.\nNepal historically was one of the least urbanized countries in the world, but urbanization is accelerating, especially in the capital and urban sprawl and pollution have become serious problems. As we know Nepal is divided into three part: Tarai, Hill and Himalayan. Nepal contain some of the rugged and difficult mountain terrain in the world.\nNepal is a third world country with a majority of the population striving for a better life. Their belief in the caste system divided the people by their social class, and many are happy to see this system fading.\nParents are highly respected by their children as the eldest son’s main responsibility is to care for them when they are too old to take care of themselves. Relatives often stay close to each other and may even live in the same house.\nNepali learn English in schools and a little about the American ways of life. Their culture is very rich from their clothing styles to their food. Just as these social ills are common in many countries. As in many other developing countries, Nepal has high poverty rate. Large numbers of Nepalese lack adequate health and sanitation facilities and are malnourished and illiterate. Many people either have jobs that do not pay enough to survive or are unemployed. Death rate are high among children and people often cannot find adequate housing. The country as a whole is struggling to develop economically. This means that the country needs appropriate and sustainable productive activities or more industry to provide jobs for the people. \nThe biggest problems in Nepal is political instability. It is far deeper and has much wider implications. \nSince Nepal’s last major earthquake was the most hazard due to which Nepalese are still suffering. Nepal government had promised to do a lot for the victim of earthquake but still the condition is critical. There is some major problems facing by victims like: shelter, suppliers, food, blankets, etc. some of them have given those facilities but even some are suffering. Nowhere it takes generations of consistent effort from all stakeholder to actually achieve anything tangible, and as a people.\nThere are some to do better and honest, law-abiding citizens, but that population is still disorganized and relatively powerless. However these people can inspire and be an example for other and get more like themselves on board, becoming a critical mass of lasting change, unleashing a chain- reaction that helps to leapfrog into the modern global economy within the generation.\n•\tTry to gain as many skills and as much knowledge  in the widest of genres.\n•\tRealistic goals should be there that fix as an individual, while benefitting the society at large.\n•\tBe non-compromising in goals, but flexible in strategy, keeping room for uncertainty.\n•\tUse available resources in systematic and scientific way. The internet and technology in general has been a great equalizer in today’s world. There are different opportunities to learn that preceding generations simply never would have imagined as possible.\n•\tTakes breaks and prevent from burning and of frustration. \n•\tOrganize different awareness programs and control the social problems of the society as well as nation.\n•\tSystematic plans and policies should be made and implemented to decrease the problems of the \nNation.",
