titleWho Are Cybertrust?
bodyFounded in September 2014 in Luxembourg, Cybertrust is an innovation that will remove all the legal issues and barriers to bring financial institutions and blockchains together. Cryptocurrency has grown over the years with the speed of light while native financial institutions have sat on the sidelines. Cybertrust is going to provide a legitimate and simple way to bring institutional investor capital to crypto markets via crypto asset securitization, which would work on the current legal, tax, compliance and IT framework. [Cybertrust](https://www.cybertrust.io/) are going to open doors for the investment by converting old investment funds into crypto assets like Global Crypto Notes, which are legitimate and transparent from a compliance and legal perspective.  ![17.png](https://steemitimages.com/DQmb9mUbZuFrQFZdMiwviobQguDV8kmcgd3B8guXmRRF49k/17.png) Currently, Cybertrust is going through a Pre-Sale round which is going to an initial token offering close round and pre-ICO which would be followed by initial token offering in December 2017. After the Initial token offering phase, its native token CABS would be listed on C2CX and other crypto exchanges. In Q2 2018 Global, crypto notes will be approved for clearing and settlements via regulated bank acting as agent. Cybertrust plans to use all the net funds to further develop their platform. They plan to develop CABS and set legal and technical standards in the crypto custodial services. After sometime of the full launch, they are planning to add more offices to their network starting with Zurich office for institutional sales, which would be followed, by an office in London for trading and research. Final offices for the current plan include an office in Tallinn for IT/Blockchain and Shanghai for trading desk and sales. For business development, cybertrust has a plan for all the departments that it is going to work on in a year. They are going to use 34% of the funds on legal and regulatory, 22% in hiring and salaries, 20% on IT infrastructure, 14% on business development, 5% on operational costs and 5% on miscellaneous improvements and development. The main advantage of using cybertrust is that it is going to regulate the purchasing of crypto, which is currently taking place via unregulated exchanges. Users can purchase the native cybertrust token called CABS, which is an ERC-20 standard base ethereum token. CABS is the way to convert digital assets intro crypto securities via a cybertrust. When CABS and users digital assets combine, they create Crypto Derivative whose value depends on the value of the underlying asset, such as commodity, currency, or security. ![16.png](https://steemitimages.com/DQmTY99c2FSj6NqXZEoMAFuz7qpinCqvcdrVPp1CpVbtWyz/16.png) Crypto derivative is a regulated form of user’s digital assets that are tax-free and risk-free clearing and settlement. Normal crypto assets are secured using private keys, which are stored in crypto wallets that need investment to secure them properly both digitally and physically. With cybertrust users don’t have to worry about their private key because cybertrust stores them in an offline crypto vault supplied by Xapo in a hyper-secure, ex-military bunker in the Swiss Alps. Additionally, users would be provided with a detached hardware deep storage space, which would be used to store all privacy-related keys. This security aspect of CyberTrust makes it a very good alternative to raw crypto and is a better fit for institutional investors. Some other uses of cybertrust include the inheritable asset holding. This means that you can give it up to someone else after you in case of any change in your position. Cybertrust provides clarity on tax impact according to regulatory and judicial oversight. Cybertrust allows users to feel relax about their assets without having hassle because cybertrust has one of the most impeccable security systems in the world. Only users have the ability to connect to their private keys and no one else can access them because the server in which they are stored is practically offline. Crypto derivative is going to provide an opportunity to settle in fiat inside traditional banking system. Compatibility of the crypto system with traditional banking system has been a headache of the investing world for a while now. With the dawn of Cybertrust that barrier would finally be broken which would change the way investments work in cryptocurrency world. Cybertrust is expected to fully come online in Q2 2018 with additional services to come online like other derivatives and synthetic products. Currently, CABS can be exchanged with Swiss Francs and Euros. They do not accept USD. Cybertrust provides users with an ability to earn a profit while using the system. It allows users to earn a profit on sale or asset management of new financial products. Another important aspect of cybertrust is that to hold CABS user don’t need any type of wallet unless they want to withdraw then ERC-20 will do the job. # How does it work? Cybertrust works in a very simple way. Users have to create their accounts with cybertrust while complying with their KYC and AML requirements. After the setup of the account, the user can edit their security settings. When necessary settings are complete, users are able to deposit their cryptocurrency assets to the network, which would allow them to buy CABS token. Once CABS is in users account they can use CABS to join an open securitization pool. Cybertrust works around user’s cryptocurrency. # The ITO * ![15.png](https://steemitimages.com/DQmV1g9eDwp11DrqaYtDdBE6fUBu37hwcoQN8akNaYErkCy/15.png) # Important Links * If you would like to participate in the [Cybertrust ITO](https://www.cybertrust.io/). titleCould a Decentralised Search Engine Threaten Google?
bodyAs Cryptocurrency continues to grow it is starting to change the landscape of how we view the world. New companies are using the blockchain for so many new and exciting projects, opening a new world of prospects that we never thought possible until now. The decentralization of currency and creation of the blockchain will now allow you to earn revenue without particularly doing anything for it. We are entering the era of redistributed wealth. I’ve got a few questions for you to think about. Firstly how much revenue do you think Google makes in a year? Also, how do they earn that revenue? ![statistic_id267606_google_-quarterly-revenue-as-2008-2017.png](https://steemitimages.com/DQmcAWCmxJZ13Xo9qb2BahLAdUnV7mWnjhgoGg4CnotTUHU/statistic_id267606_google_-quarterly-revenue-as-2008-2017.png) [Google’s revenue in 2016](https://www.statista.com/topics/1001/google/) was $89.5 Billion dollars. They produced $79.4 Billion of their revenue (88.72%) through advertising. Using the blockchain a new company is offering a decentralised search engine that will cut out the middle man. You get payed directly from the advertisers for your searches. ![bitclave.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmTknvpQWsKZkVfsbfp1kbAQzU5gEo9yVR52Wrh6t5kfag/bitclave.jpg) [BitClave](https://www.bitclave.com/en/) is a decentralised search engine which provides a bridge straight from the advertisers to the people searching and buying their goods. Opening up a new source of revenue for people by doing something we have always done. https://youtu.be/ZQlQv4zi6YI Companies that advertise on regular search engines like Google have to pay a lot of money per click for the keyword that is related to their product or service. It essentially runs like an auction. The Company who is willing to pay the most is ranked 1st, the 2nd highest paying company is ranked 2nd and so on. We go on about our daily lives with our location settings on, making our purchases and basically telling Google about where we visit, what we like to purchase and at what time we like to purchase it. We are giving away our data for free. Data is gold dust for a company. Data allows them to target their ads to the ideal customers who are most likely to buy their product. Why waste money throwing your advertisements out to anyone when you can show the people who are most likely to purchase? Data also allows a company to scrutinise their selling processes and make adjustments accordingly to make the sales process as smooth and efficient as possible. BitClave uses this data in a different way. When an advertiser is looking for it’s target customer and you happen to be that customer an activity ledger between you and the Advertiser is initiated when you click their advertisement. Bitclave puts you in control of your own data. When you make a purchase you are rewarded in CAT, BitClave’s native Cryptocurrency. You can save your CAT or withdraw it at any time and trade it for the currency of your choice. The beauty is that your savings can obviously grow in value as the company grows in popularity and the value of Cat increases over time. # The Team * ### Alex Bessonov -CEO Alex is a Senior Engineering Leader and Executive with over 20 years of experience in the Software and Security Industry. titleThe Full Circle Of The Cannabis Industry
bodyMy next topic is quite a taboo subject for some but an extremely popular one for Billions of people worldwide. I'm talking about the Cannabis industry. Before Cannabis was known as an illegal substance, it was a used for fiber and as a herbal medicine. The first recorded uses for Cannabis have been integral in many ancient cultures. The earliest known usage was discovered in Holland were a neolithic grave was discovered, dated 2459-2203 BCE. Inside the grave, large concentrations of Pollen were found. Analysis showed that the Pollen was mostly Cannabis with a small amount of Meadowsweet, a plant which possessed fever quelling properties. The grave belonged to someone who was extremely ill and the Cannabis was used as a painkiller. Cannabis appears throughout history. The ancient Greeks, [ancient Egyptians](http://www.ancient-origins.net/history-ancient-traditions/versatile-plant-what-were-many-uses-cannabis-ancient-egypt-007733), as well as in ancient manuscripts in India and medieval Islam. The Vikings and medieval Germans used cannabis for relieving pain during childbirth and for toothaches. Extensive use was first recorded in Asia around 500 BC and was then traded around Europe and Africa. For hundreds of years surgeons used cannabis as an anesthetic. Reducing the plant to powder then mixing it with wine for administration prior to conducting surgery. ![800px-Cannabissativadior.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmTTTTDD18Kt3PpqbXFJgpVrjCE42euPa67WxBmFzF3QUd/800px-Cannabissativadior.jpg) It was known that Germanic tribes introduced it to the UK in the 5th Century after the raids from the Anglo-saxons. Cannabis made it's way over to America in the 1600's. In 1619, King James I decreed that the American colonists of Jamestown would need to step up efforts to do their fair share towards supporting England. The Virginia Company enacted the decree, asking Jamestown's land owners to grow and export 100 hemp plants to help support England's cause. It wasn't until 1906 that Cannabis was seen to be harmful in any way. In the USA, Cannabis was labelled as a poison which needed to be controlled. It was made exclusive, just for medicinal purposes only. The Federal Bureau of Narcotics was formed in 1930, which was headed by [Harry J. Anslinger](https://www.cbsnews.com/news/harry-anslinger-the-man-behind-the-marijuana-ban/). After the prohibition of alcohol ended in 1933, the bureau's attention quickly focused on Cannabis. The key catalyst and Anslinger’s go-to case branding Cannabis as the “devil’s weed.” Victor Licata, a boy from Florida hacked his family to death with an axe. The news was brought to him by a doctor, who out of 30 doctors was the only doctor to label Cannabis as dangerous was used to instill widespread fear. ![Killerdrug.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmXncFSccNKYhjKTJoUZBpg5Hcp1uk8SECEQ1YHQWJD33J/Killerdrug.jpg) The United Kingdom acted slightly earlier making Cannabis illegal in 1928, adding it to the [Dangerous Drugs Act of 1920](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dangerous_Drugs_Act_1920). It was allowed to be used for medicinal purposes until 1971. The main medicinal purposes Cannabis was used for in the UK was for treating drug addiction, which is where it picked up its stigma as a gateway drug. When you look at the big picture, Cannabis his only been illegal for a fraction of it's involvement with mankind. Pro Cannabis campaigns have rallied since the day it was made illegal, to bring it's valuable qualities out of the darkness and into the light. Now as many US drug companies face floods of lawsuits from people claiming to have been harmed by opioid-based painkillers, medical marijuana is back on the agenda as a potentially safer alternative. There are many illnesses and diseases which Cannabis has had a positive effect on. * [Controlling](https://www.news.vcu.edu/article/Marijuana_and_its_receptor_protein_in_brain_control_epilepsy) Epileptic seizures * [Reversing](http://healthland.time.com/2012/01/10/study-smoking-marijuana-not-linked-with-lung-damage/) the Carcinogenic effects of Tobacco * [Treating Glaucoma](https://www.aao.org/eye-health/tips-prevention/medical-marijuana-glaucoma-treament) * [Helping to control](http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/entry/marijuana-and-cancer_n_1898208) the spreading of Cancer * [Decreasing anxiety](https://www.health.harvard.edu/mind-and-mood/medical-marijuana-and-the-mind) * [Slowing the progression]( http://www.nbcnews.com/id/15145917/ns/health-alzheimers_disease/t/marijuana-may-help-stave-alzheimers/#.UJqzy2l25Jl) of Alzheimer's disease * [Easing the pain]( https://www.reuters.com/article/us-marijuana-sclerosis/marijuana-may-ease-multiple-sclerosis-symptoms-idUSBRE84D0RS20120514) of Multiple Sclerosis * [Reduces the side effects]( http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/09/12/AR2006091201444.html) of Hepatitis C treatment * [Treating]( https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2009/12/091220175502.htm) Inflammatory Bowel diseases * [Help relieve pain and discomfort]( https://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/06/08/can-medical-marijuana-help-arthritis_n_873189.html) for Arthritis sufferers * [Fighting against Crohn's disease](http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2013/05/21/cannabis-treatment-inflammatory-bowel-disease-crohns_n_3311278.html) * [Reducing tremors](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rAdDdTZuNA8) in sufferers of Parkinson's disease * [Helping veterans]( https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/world/2012/11/03/israel-medical-marijuana-drugs/1678641/) suffering from P.T.S.D * [Protects the brain](https://academic.oup.com/cercor/article/25/1/35/365149) after a concussion or trauma ![199.png](https://steemitimages.com/DQmSmY4U7rn28CG7Ue2jnHNR5H5VPr1GdBypAaMU3cYnmLP/199.png) Now in the United States, the consumption of Cannabis legal to some extent in 30 states, though the majority only allow consumption for medicinal purposes. In the United Kingdom a conference took place in August in a major bid to lift Cannabis out of the Dangerous Drugs Act of 1920 and be used for medicinal purposes. Many statistics since the legalisation of Cannabis in the USA have been a real eye opener to their neighbors, who are still on the fence. Colorado collected almost [twice as much](http://time.com/4037604/colorado-marijuana-tax-revenue/) revenue through taxation of Cannabis than Alcohol and also showed a dramatic decrease in crime as a result of it. Many neighboring states are tipped to become the next in line to legalize Cannabis in 2018 and experts predict that by 2021, will be legal nationwide. ## Cannabis on the blockchain Since blockchain technology has been at the forefront of innovation, it has been implemented into many industries. For those of you that are unaware of blockchain technology, let me explain. The blockchain in a nutshell is a huge library of transactions. When a user sends an item of value, the transaction is processed and placed into a block with many other transactions. The block is cryptographically sealed, which means that a complex algorithm is applied to link it to the block that came before and opens up a new block above it. This form a chain of blocks which are all interlinked cryptographically. This guarantees the security of personal information because for a hacker to break into one singular block, he must break into them the entire blockchain. Transactions are extremely fast, averaging around 10 seconds. Which cuts a whole 3 business days off the time it takes for a bank to process. The blockchain is also completely transparent and we can store any item of value on it. This can be a little tricky to understand at first. Imagine a world where you can see the entire history for the item you are buying and knowing without a shadow of a doubt that it can be counterfeit. This sounds too good to be true doesn't it? When a company creates a product or any item of value, they can register that product on the blockchain with a specific number. When the item is sold, the transaction is recorded on the blockchain and we have a new owner of this specific item. The item could have 30 owners before it get's to you. We can find out if the item is genuine because we can look at the entire history of the item through the blockchain. It will display the entire history of the item. We have no reason to doubt anymore, we have entered the era of transparency. ![1133.png](https://steemitimages.com/DQmcJTkKCpeVSbR2M5S2M6uszx4ToerZTVpfwusio2bb6P5/1133.png) As the Cannabis industry is beginning to bloom into an extremely substantial market with Billions of supporters, the addition of blockchain will be a key growth catalyst. At the forefront of this surge are [Duber](https://dubercoin.com/), a decentralised Cannabis ecosystem. By bringing Cannabis into the blockchain they are creating a coherent network of information which flows from the growers all the way to the consumer and back again. The Cannabis industry is an accumulation of many different stages of process, which aren't collectively interlinked. The inclusion of blockchain technology allows Consumers to see the details for where their product was grown, how it was grown and the journey it has taken to get to them. They can then provide feedback to any part of the network and be rewarded for it with Duber's native Cryptocurrency (DBR). Consumers can access the Duber marketplace and select the product they wish to buy. They can see every process the product has been a part of which are; the growers, testing laboratories, processors, retailers and the delivery. As time passes and community connoisseurs dissect the finest technique of each stage, their feedback will help to distinguish the best. Providing other consumers with excellent information but also creating an air of competition between different parties at each stage. Which ultimately creates the finest product achievable. "body": "My next topic is quite a taboo subject for some but an extremely popular one for Billions of people worldwide. The grave belonged to someone who was extremely ill and the Cannabis was used as a painkiller.\n\nCannabis appears throughout history. Reducing the plant to powder then mixing it with wine for administration prior to conducting surgery.\n\n\n![800px-Cannabissativadior.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmTTTTDD18Kt3PpqbXFJgpVrjCE42euPa67WxBmFzF3QUd/800px-Cannabissativadior.jpg)\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIt was known that Germanic tribes introduced it to the UK in the 5th Century after the raids from the Anglo-saxons. \n\nIt wasn't until 1906 that Cannabis was seen to be harmful in any way. The news was brought to him by a doctor, who out of 30 doctors was the only doctor to label Cannabis as dangerous was used to instill widespread fear.\n\n\n\n\n![Killerdrug.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmXncFSccNKYhjKTJoUZBpg5Hcp1uk8SECEQ1YHQWJD33J/Killerdrug.jpg)\n\n\n\n\nThe United Kingdom acted slightly earlier making Cannabis illegal in 1928, adding it to the [Dangerous Drugs Act of 1920](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dangerous_Drugs_Act_1920). It was allowed to be used for medicinal purposes until 1971. The main medicinal purposes Cannabis was used for in the UK was for treating drug addiction, which is where it picked up its stigma as a gateway drug.\nWhen you look at the big picture, Cannabis his only been illegal for a fraction of it's involvement with mankind. There are many illnesses and diseases which Cannabis has had a positive effect on.\n\n* [Controlling](https://www.news.vcu.edu/article/Marijuana_and_its_receptor_protein_in_brain_control_epilepsy) Epileptic seizures \n\n* [Reversing](http://healthland.time.com/2012/01/10/study-smoking-marijuana-not-linked-with-lung-damage/) the Carcinogenic effects of Tobacco\n\n* [Treating Glaucoma](https://www.aao.org/eye-health/tips-prevention/medical-marijuana-glaucoma-treament)\n\n* [Helping to control](http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/entry/marijuana-and-cancer_n_1898208) the spreading of Cancer\n\n* [Decreasing anxiety](https://www.health.harvard.edu/mind-and-mood/medical-marijuana-and-the-mind)\n\n* [Slowing the progression]( http://www.nbcnews.com/id/15145917/ns/health-alzheimers_disease/t/marijuana-may-help-stave-alzheimers/#.UJqzy2l25Jl) of Alzheimer's disease\n\n* [Easing the pain]( https://www.reuters.com/article/us-marijuana-sclerosis/marijuana-may-ease-multiple-sclerosis-symptoms-idUSBRE84D0RS20120514) of Multiple Sclerosis\n\n* [Reduces the side effects]( http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/09/12/AR2006091201444.html) of Hepatitis C treatment\n\n* [Treating]( https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2009/12/091220175502.htm) Inflammatory Bowel diseases\n\n* [Help relieve pain and discomfort]( https://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/06/08/can-medical-marijuana-help-arthritis_n_873189.html) for Arthritis sufferers\n\n* [Fighting against Crohn's disease](http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2013/05/21/cannabis-treatment-inflammatory-bowel-disease-crohns_n_3311278.html)\n\n* [Reducing tremors](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rAdDdTZuNA8) in sufferers of Parkinson's disease \n \n* [Helping veterans]( https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/world/2012/11/03/israel-medical-marijuana-drugs/1678641/) suffering from P.T.S.D\n\n* [Protects the brain](https://academic.oup.com/cercor/article/25/1/35/365149) after a concussion or trauma\n\n\n![199.png](https://steemitimages.com/DQmSmY4U7rn28CG7Ue2jnHNR5H5VPr1GdBypAaMU3cYnmLP/199.png)\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNow in the United States, the consumption of Cannabis legal to some extent in 30 states, though the majority only allow consumption for medicinal purposes. In the United Kingdom a conference took place in August in a major bid to lift Cannabis out of the Dangerous Drugs Act of 1920 and be used for medicinal purposes.\n\nMany statistics since the legalisation of Cannabis in the USA have been a real eye opener to their neighbors, who are still on the fence. \n\n\n## Cannabis on the blockchain\n\nSince blockchain technology has been at the forefront of innovation, it has been implemented into many industries. For those of you that are unaware of blockchain technology, let me explain. \n\nThe blockchain in a nutshell is a huge library of transactions. \n\nThe blockchain is also completely transparent and we can store any item of value on it. \n\n![1133.png](https://steemitimages.com/DQmcJTkKCpeVSbR2M5S2M6uszx4ToerZTVpfwusio2bb6P5/1133.png)\n\nAs the Cannabis industry is beginning to bloom into an extremely substantial market with Billions of supporters, the addition of blockchain will be a key growth catalyst. At the forefront of this surge are [Duber](https://dubercoin.com/), a decentralised Cannabis ecosystem. By bringing Cannabis into the blockchain they are creating a coherent network of information which flows from the growers all the way to the consumer and back again.\n\nThe Cannabis industry is an accumulation of many different stages of process, which aren't collectively interlinked. The inclusion of blockchain technology allows Consumers to see the details for where their product was grown, how it was grown and the journey it has taken to get to them. They can then provide feedback to any part of the network and be rewarded for it with Duber's native Cryptocurrency (DBR). \n\nConsumers can access the Duber marketplace and select the product they wish to buy. Also by providing input about each stage of the system, Duber rewards them in DBR. Consumers can also earn DBR through referrals and loyalty rewards.\n\n**The [Duber ICO](https://dubercoin.com/) begins on December 5th, 2017 and is due to end on January 19th, 2018.**",
