      "body": "![20150504_114500.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmRiJ2bruJpcgLGYPLJDtuAHM5Kw3wyBZHEwif9aWYcttL/20150504_114500.jpg)\n\nOne of my favorite painters is Mark Rothko; I was simply blown away by an exhibition that was put on by the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C held in Seoul back in 2014. \n\nWhy was I so impressed? Well, the paintings seemed to move and perform and vibrate before my very eyes like magic! I had never seen anything like it. Some of the paintings seemed to glow eerily in the dark with a ghostly or supernatural presence. It can be hard to describe the effect of a Rothko painting exactly because it is like a meditative experience.  Those of you who meditate are much more likely to relate to Rothko than those who only live their lives in the everyday mundane and material world.  A Rothko painting can be like a religious, mystic or spiritual experience.  The size of the paintings kind of envelops you and it feels like you are having a direct experience with the work. To me, it felt like I was encountering the soul of the artist, not a flat canvas with streaks of color applied to it.  A lot of people just do not seem to “get” Rothko at first and I think it is because they bring their own prejudices with them when viewing art. There is a preconceived idea that they have that anybody can easily do a color field painting or abstract expressionist painting so they make a comment like, “My kid could do that!”  Well, if it is so easy to paint like Rothko or Pollock then why don’t you do it then and create paintings that fool experts and make lots of money then?\n\n In reality, skill, imagination, sensitivity and passion are required to produce any effective work of art regardless of the style.  Yes, a kid can put blobs of color on a canvas, but do they have the life experience to create an iconic art work. I am not undermining the art work of kids by the way, the imagination kids have and their courage and freedom to explore is just wonderful and we should encourage them in anything creative that they do. They could be the next Picasso!  All I’m saying is that adults bring years of life experience to their work. Rothko for example was highly intellectual; interested in both music and philosophy and in his work are contained the human themes of joy, ecstasy, tragedy and doom. He was proud of the fact that some viewers cried in front of his paintings and he saw this as evidence that he was able to directly communicate something profound with the viewer. I do think the size of his paintings helps in their impact. It is hard to get this type of emotional experience from a small print hanging in your bathroom!  You begin to understand the scope of what he was doing and what he wanted to achieve though once you are standing in front of a vast painting that seems to overwhelm you in its size and scale and which seems to suck or draw you into it like some type of vortex or gateway into another reality.  If you ever get a chance, be sure to go to an exhibition on Mark Rothko. You may see art in a different way and you may come to see how powerful art can be if you are prepared to keep an open mind.  \n\nIf you are interested in abstract art, then follow me.       "body": "<html>\n<h1>&nbsp;<em>&nbsp;More and more of us are awakening every day and it is very exciting to see the evolution of humanity finally taking place. It is almost as though we are waking up from a deep slumber. It is time to embrace direct experience which leads to wisdom and throw away preconceived ideas and ignorance. &nbsp;Our awakening will change the world as we know it!</em></h1>\n<h2>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>1.) Intuition, insight, and an increase in psychic abilities and creativity</strong></h2>\n<h2>&nbsp;If you want to get into a state of “knowingness,” then meditation will make a massive difference in your own life. There is a reason why remote viewers are more successful in their work if they meditate regularly. (If you wish to explore the topic of remote viewing then I highly recommend checking out the work of <em>The Far Sight Institute</em> on YouTube). &nbsp;Through meditation you will gain insights into things that may change your life profoundly and in a very positive way. What I have found is that almost everyone who has started to question the system we live in and who discovers how crazy it all is, eventually starts to meditate. Why do they do this? As our own level of awareness increases it is only natural that we would wish to become even more awakened! &nbsp;Intuition is like a spiritual and human form of Wi-Fi that allows us to tap into the vast information library of the universe. Where do psychics get their insights from after all? If you still doubt that psychic abilities exist then please research this field while keeping an open mind. There is a reason why police departments hire psychics when all else fails. They get results! You too can develop your own psychic abilities through meditation. I am still developing this ability, but what I have found is I have a feeling of knowingness in situations, for example, I will just know if someone is trustworthy or not even if I have just met them! I can get a feeling about their mental, emotional and spiritual state of being. The following is an example of my own experience of human Wi-Fi from meditation. Before I started meditating, I enjoyed listening to music. I have always loved it, but I didn’t write songs. In fact, I didn’t think I could even write a song despite the fact that I have always felt I was a creative type. Song writing just seemed way too hard! After I started meditating, something strange and wonderful happened. &nbsp;Melodies, choruses, guitar solos and entire lyrics to songs just came to me in a flash! I was so surprised by it, that it was slightly shocking to me at first. Where did this ability just suddenly come from? It is mysterious, yes, but it is also amazing. &nbsp;I would be taking a shower and a chorus and melody would just pop into my head, or a complete song that I had never heard before in my life would come to me suddenly in the middle of the night. If this happens to you, do make sure that you record it or write the lyrics down because I have lost songs believing I would remember them in the morning. No!!! Being creative will seem far more effortless with regular meditation and you can of course apply this to any field, whether it is starting a business, designing a product or creating art!</h2>\n<h2>&nbsp;2.) Break bad habits and harmful addictions</h2>\n<h2>&nbsp;&nbsp;Regular meditation will lead you away from bad habits and addictions. It is rare to meet a person who meditates regularly who is a drug addict or someone who is addicted to alcohol or tobacco! &nbsp;Meditation will simply cause you to lose your desire for these addictions. I have met people who have given up the desire to smoke because they just got so turned off it suddenly, both ethically because they realized they were giving their hard-earned money to big tobacco companies that give their executives bonuses for selling this noxious poison, and also the fact that they realized that they were slowly killing themselves while polluting their bodies with chemicals that make their skin and breath smell like death! Their whole mental thought process changed in regards to their habit through meditation and this is far more effective than using nicotine patches because unless you change mentally and spiritually, the desire to smoke is still there! A patch is like a stop-gap measure. Smoking is just so uncool in 2017 anyway, because it reflects a person who has not yet awakened fully. They are like a chrysalis that has not yet turned into a butterfly! Sorry if I’ve offended you, but I used to be a smoker. &nbsp;If you want to enjoy a drink or a cigar or a joint then that’s cool. What I’m talking about is gaining back control over your own life. Many people are living in a state of denial about their addiction and they pretend that it is not a problem by making up an excuse or excuses for continuing to do it. I have heard some good ones, “It’s the only thing I actually do for myself!” or “It relieves my stress.\" An addicted person is never fully in control of their life because they must feed their addiction constantly. Meditation will lead you to live a much healthier existence where you realize that you are in control of your own life; you have choices, and you do have control over your own future and destiny. You will begin to accept who you are and begin to love yourself. When you love yourself you will take better care of yourself and then your self-esteem will improve because you like what you see when you look in the mirror. I have been to a place where I could feel nothing but pure love and had the sense of a conscious intelligent and wise force. Call it “God” if you will. We should celebrate our differences and even learn to delight in the fact we have bodies that look different and that come in different shapes and sizes and colors. That is beautiful don’t you think? Wouldn’t it be so boring if we were all clones that looked exactly the same? But the important thing is, you will come to the conclusion that each of us is a soul enjoying a unique experience in a human body. &nbsp;Killing another human being is like killing yourself; harming another person is like throwing a fistful of dirt in your own face! &nbsp;We really need to wake up. If the essence of who we are is indeed our soul, then how silly it is that we would discriminate against each other based on skin color, gender or sexuality. It’s ridiculous! It appears clear that there is an agenda which benefits the status quo involved in dividing humanity rather than uniting us all. It suits them as we are constantly bickering with each other rather than focusing on those trying to deceive, enslave and control us. You will find yourself becoming gentler and kinder through meditation and this will have a very positive effect in your life and in your relationships with others. You may still feel frustrated at times with people or in difficult situations, but by regularly meditating you will be slow to anger and have much more control over how you deal with difficult situations. You will be able to think more clearly, more calmly and stress will begin to disappear from your life. You will love and appreciate animals more and become more aware of their different personalities! People who meditate regularly lose their desire to eat meat or reduce their own meat consumption as they see all living creatures as sentient beings that deserve to be treated respectfully. They may also see the meat industry itself as unethical. You will realize that we should be living in harmony with nature on this wonderful planet, our home, not trying to constantly exploit it. At 75 or higher silver is dirt cheap in comparison to gold historically. The ratio to gold to get it out the ground is closer to 10/1, so the potential for a big move up in silver is in the cards. We need the gold to silver ratio to fall back below 60 to signal the new bull market is well underway  where both metals are moving up together lead by silver of course!",

The Dubai-based company OneGram is offering coins in an IPO (Initial Coin Offering) through the gold vault GoldGuard. The truth be known, I am more of a \"silver bug\" and if you have been following the one and only Gregory Mannarino like I do then you know that the cheapest physical asset on planet earth right now without a shadow of a doubt is physical silver and it is likely to make a big move up soon! \n\nDo your own research on silver and you will find it is really the bargain of the century at this moment. It is dirt cheap at well under twenty bucks because it so very unloved right now, but it is both a source of wealth and value and also an incredibly useful industrial commodity that is used and will continue to be used in all array of things such as smartphones, solar panels and electric cars and even for medical uses. It has also been used as money for an even longer period than even gold! It will lead gold when the time is right. Remember, that in a bull market, both metals should be going up together! We are setting up for a major bull in the precious metals as we are seeing higher lows with the lowest low reached back in December 2015. Only a fool would dismiss owing physical silver. There could be huge opportunities for silver ahead like a silver-backed cryptocurrency.\n\nEverybody should own physical gold and silver and become their own central bank because central banks have and will continue to create mind boggling amounts of fiat money using key strokes. They are masters at ripping off citizens by devaluing our fiat currencies so that our money has less and less purchasing power every year. In other words we become poorer and poorer. In Germany, a customer must pay the bank to look after their money. What a slap in the face! The old men should be storming the Western banks with their canes yelling \"Come on boys, let's get at em\".  The little old ladies should be hitting these worthless bankers with their handbags. The bankers are truly masters at screwing their customers over by charging extortionate fees for even the most simple of everyday transactions that ought to cost virtually nothing in this digital world. The banks are dinosaurs! I recently paid $60 for two telegraphic transfers through my bank. That is simply a blatant rip-off. It was also a slow and tedious experience like something from the dark ages. We all know how this current banking system will end. The bankers will be dragged kicking and screaming to their fate if they don't make drastic changes to start putting their customers first. \n\nAlready confidence in the whole sorry system is eroding. Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies have shown people around the world that the current banking system is seriously flawed. More and more people are waking up. Get your physical gold and silver now, but don't write off the cryptocurrencies! They may in fact be a lifeline which helps us make a transition to an entirely new monetary system. All this debt will blow up. It is simply a mathematical certainty. Remember that the Economist magazine warned back in 1988 that we would have a gold-backed global currency in 2018. You should heed such clues and warnings from the globalists. Do not wait until it is too late to get onto your lifeboat. Look at the madness that is going on around the planet. This will not end well! We are simply heading into uncharted waters here. Tensions are rising again in the Middle East and we have political uncertainty around the globe and growing economic problems. Gold is and has always been the greatest store of value on the planet. It is what endures strife and chaos. You doubt me? What has actually survived countless wars and collapsed civilizations? Wonderful architecture crumbles to dust; only a few relics survive from the Greek and Roman civilizations which today can only be viewed in museums. Gold can be a way to pass on wealth from generation to generation yet so very few people own it. It is portable unlike real-estate. It is a supreme store of wealth by weight. How short-sighted people are not to own this amazing and unique asset! This may be all about to change with a gold-backed cryptocurrency however.\n\nA gold-backed cryptocurrency may change the irrational thinking and prejudices some people still have about gold. Perhaps the rationale of the lay person and why they don't own it is that you can't carry a big kilo bar of gold around with you safely! This is silly. Would you walk around with a huge amount of cash? Imagine if you will a cryptocurrency that is released at the current price of a gram of gold and which is backed by physical gold held in a compound in a special jurisdiction at an airport outside your country of origin in Dubai in a high security vault. Your wish is now granted. Now the reason I and many others are quite excited by this new coin offering called OneGram is because of the stability this cryptocurrency will have compared to any others. It will always be worth at least a gram of gold, so you know you are getting a good deal when you buy it. You are not overpaying because you are only paying the backing price for the coin! It means the price will likely not fluctuate as wildly as coins backed by nothing other than blockchain. \n\nGold has never gone to zero in all of human history and it is highly unlikely it ever will! It simply takes a huge amount of energy and labor just to get it out the ground, so it always has a certain intrinsic value. Think carefully about this. With other cryptocurrencies the price is set mostly by supply and demand. That is why we have seen massive price swings in most cryptocurrencies. Yes, you can successfully argue that energy is required to generate Bitcoin, you can even argue about the limited number of coins in circulation, but the plain fact of the matter is, there is nothing to stop someone using energy and block chain to create yet another cryptocurrency. There are plenty to choose from now on the cryptocurrency block and there will be plenty more of them. Will they all survive? A gold-backed cryptocurrency on the other hand is totally unique. Nobody as of yet has ever figured out a way of creating gold. It came out of the Big Bang! It required an amount of energy that we cannot even fathom to create. It is a very rare and finite resource that is easily divisible. It is held by central banks. It is likely something a civilization from another planet would want and covet due to its unique properties. Some think it is beautiful. It does not tarnish or corrode and it conducts electricity superbly. There are many reasons it has been prized by all manner of peoples throughout history as money par excellence. It is simply, the money of Kings and Queens.       "body": "Thank you for posting these! This what I'm seeing almost everyday now in South Korea. Unlike you, most people are too busy texting to even look at the sky anymore. It is really wonderful to know that more and more people are waking up though out of their deep deep slumber. Think critically and look at the flight paths people. The point of a commercial plane is to fly people or goods from point A to point B. We are kidding ourselves if we think these crisscrossing flight paths are caused by normal commercial planes. Why would air traffic have increased exponentially over small towns that don't even have an international airport? Get out the binoculars. You will notice that most of the time they are sleek, fast, white unmarked planes. Kind of strange don't you think? All the commercial planes I have ever seen on the tarmac at airports have markings on the tail which are very distinctive. Ask an older person if they saw these crisscrossing patterns in the sky when they were kids. I guarantee they will say no if you point out the grid patterns to them. There was no such thing when I was a kid. I am 42 and spent most of my childhood playing outside. I miss those fluffy \"mashed potato\" clouds we used to have. Now we have these new streaky engineered clouds that fan out and turn into a fine mist that blankets the sky. It is rare to see a beautiful clear blue sky anymore. Come on people! Use logic and reason. There is something very big going on here in plain sight. This program is international in scale and must be costing billions of our tax payer dollars. They think we are all too dumb and glued to Facebook to take any notice. Let's prove these power crazed psychos wrong. Later, when they get caught red-handed, they will probably come out and say \"We did it for your sake to stop Global Warming!\" I do not trust someone who is doing something behind my back. These people are supposed to be our elected officials who work for us. We are not their slaves. We are the ones who have the power.       "body": "Cosmic cow boy is correct. People, please use the term \"Geoengineering.\" There is an enormous amount evidence to show that this is really happening. I'm 42 and I can never remember seeing the hazy, grid-patterned skies we see today. If you haven't been on this planet that long, I suggest asking an older person if the skies looked like this when they were younger. Point out the grid patterns when you see them and ask them! \n\nAlso, people, please use your critical thinking skills a little more. The patents for this technology can be found on the internet and this technology has been around for a long time. Weather modification programs are very real, it was used over Vietnam. Check out Wiki! The only question is, are they using it without our permission? The answer I believe, is an emphatic \"Yes\".  I live in a small city and there is no international airport here. Why would the amount of air traffic increase exponentially in just a few short years to the point that there are now crisscrossing patterns in the sky! This doesn't make any logical sense. Has anyone considered how crazy this is? My ex-colleague who had a pilots license, looked at the flight path of one of these sleek, fast, white, unmarked planes and they pointed out that these are drone controlled aircraft. It makes a lot of sense. Why would they risk human pilot error when they have planes flying for hours in the same air space flying in grid patterns? It's way too dangerous. Anyone who seriously believes this is not happening, just look at the flight paths! If you watch the skies closely, you can see these planes flying at very steep angles sometimes and they tend to fly much higher up in the atmosphere than your typical commercial aircraft.  Anyway, what is the purpose of a commercial airliner? It is to fly passengers from point A to point B. Are these planes flying from one destination to another? Clearly, they are not. I have gone shopping in the morning and have seen them up there spraying. When I come back home a few hours later they are still up there flying around in the same area.  People, it is time to think critically. There are so many good documentaries like \"What in the World are the Spraying?\" It's time to do some homework and investigate this issue before it's too late for ourselves and this beautiful planet. They are spraying toxic metals which have a very  negative effect on all living creatures, plants and organisms. If not for your own health, investigate for the sake of your children. For those who think, \"They wouldn't do that, they would be harming themselves!\" think a little more carefully. Just because you wouldn't do something so crazy doesn't mean they won't. They have started wars in your name that killed innocent children and you think they wouldn't do a weather weather modification program? Wake up. Come on! In their minds the end game is probably a climate controlled bunker with an air filtration system. They are not you and they do not think like you. They are intersted in two things, money and power. They think the average person is a stupid, mindless robotic idiot who is only interested in Facebook or watching sports on T.V. They are doing what they are doing in plain sight because they think we are too dumb and too disorganized to stop them. BUT, we are the ones who have the REAL power. We just don't know it yet.",
