bodySehr gute Frage 👍 – das betrifft eigentlich Balance zwischen Arbeit, Schlaf und Erholung, damit man morgens erholt und fröhlich aufstehen kann. --- 🕒 Arbeit Die meisten Menschen können 6–8 Stunden konzentriert arbeiten, ohne dass die Leistungsfähigkeit stark abnimmt. Bei mehr als 10–12 Stunden Arbeit pro Tag steigt Stress stark an → Müdigkeit, schlechter Schlaf, Gereiztheit. Optimal: ca. 7–9 Stunden produktive Arbeit pro Tag (inkl. Pausen). --- 😴 Schlaf Erwachsene brauchen im Schnitt 7–9 Stunden Schlaf. Weniger als 6 Stunden → oft schlechte Laune, weniger Energie, höheres Krankheitsrisiko. Mehr als 10 Stunden → kann müde machen, außer man holt Schlafmangel nach. Wichtig ist Regelmäßigkeit: immer etwa zur gleichen Zeit ins Bett und aufstehen. --- 🌅 Damit man am Morgen fröhlich aufsteht: 1. Genug Schlaf (7–9 h, regelmäßig). 2.       "body": "Sehr gute Frage 👍 – das betrifft eigentlich Balance zwischen Arbeit, Schlaf und Erholung, damit man morgens erholt und fröhlich aufstehen kann.\n\n\n---\n\n🕒 Arbeit\n\nDie meisten Menschen können 6–8 Stunden konzentriert arbeiten, ohne dass die Leistungsfähigkeit stark abnimmt.\n\nBei mehr als 10–12 Stunden Arbeit pro Tag steigt Stress stark an → Müdigkeit, schlechter Schlaf, Gereiztheit.\n\nOptimal: ca. 7–9 Stunden produktive Arbeit pro Tag (inkl. Pausen).\n\n\n\n---\n\n😴 Schlaf\n\nErwachsene brauchen im Schnitt 7–9 Stunden Schlaf.\n\nWeniger als 6 Stunden → oft schlechte Laune, weniger Energie, höheres Krankheitsrisiko.\n\nMehr als 10 Stunden → kann müde machen, außer man holt Schlafmangel nach.\n\nWichtig ist Regelmäßigkeit: immer etwa zur gleichen Zeit ins Bett und aufstehen.\n\n\n\n---\n\n🌅 Damit man am Morgen fröhlich aufsteht:\n\n1.
