      "body": "3月26日，百度董事长兼首席执行官李彦宏在“2018中国发展高层论坛”上就中国经济新动能、无人驾驶、人工智能以及数据隐私等话题展开讨论。\n在现场，李彦宏谈及中国发展人工智能的三大优势：政策开放、人才众多以及大数据。在Facebook曝出5000万用户数据被窃的当口，李彦宏表达了自己对于数据隐私的看法：\n“中国人更加开放，或者说对于这个隐私问题没有那么敏感。如果说他们愿意用隐私换，或者交换便捷性或者效率的话，很多情况下他们是愿意这样做的。”\n值得一提的是，创新工场创始人李开复在分析人工智能发展时也表达过类似的观点。他认为，中国在人工智能感知方面（包括语音识别、图像识别等）会比美国获得更多的数据，因为中国用户更容易接受用个人隐私来交换更好的用户体验，而美国用户则不太接受。\n这点从上周Facebook“数据门”引起的轩然大波就能看出。事件被曝后，Facebook股价大跌，推特上掀起”删除Facebook”运动，一众科技公司大佬也争相表明自己的态度：马斯克注销SpaceX和特斯拉的Facebook官方账号，苹果库克称后果非常严重，政府和企业对用户资料都应有所监管。\n美国互联网公司在数据上面临着各种监管，比如欧盟出台的隐私政策。相较于国外更多纠结于道德问题的数据政策，互联网公司在中国着实获得了比较大的发展空间。\n不过，李彦宏在现场也表示百度当下会遵循一系列的原则，中国也在加强相关的法律法规建设。“如果我们认为用这一个数据，会让所有者受益，而且他也愿意让你去使用这一个数据的话我们会使用的。”\n一方面，更多更容易获取的用户数据对于互联网企业来说是一个机会。但是，企业在把大量数据转换成价值的同时也要保证用户的隐私安全，毕竟人工智能、无人驾驶等都是基于大数据的行业，如果重蹈Facebook的覆辙那就不好了。",
