| body | Quando intraprendi un nuovo programma di dimagrimento o di definizione muscolare, le indicazioni che ti vengono date dal tuo istruttore o che trovi girovagando online sono sempre le stesse. A seconda del tuo livello di esperienza, le strategie sono queste 4: 1 - Il semplice mangiare meno (per chi è davvero alle prime armi e fa le cose un po' a caso); 2 - Seguire allenamenti ad alte ripetizioni(oltre le 10) e/o bassi recuperi (sotto i 2 minuti), circuiti, superset, triset, eccetera per bruciare più calorie. 3 - Praticare tanto cardio come corsa, tapis roulant, cyclette ed ellittica, oppure partecipare ai numerosi corsi nelle sale della palestra o che trovi su you tube così da aumentare il dispendio calorico; 4 - Contare in modo ossessivo ogni caloria introdotta nella dieta al fine di ridurle sotto il proprio fabbisogno energetico. Sbaglio? E sai perché sono proprio queste quattro? Queste 4 strade hanno tutte una radice in comune: si focalizzano sul creare un "deficit calorico". Ovvero introdurre meno calorie di quante non se ne consumano. In pratica, danno per scontato che l’essere umano funzioni esattamente come un treno a vapore. Il cibo (le calorie) sono il carburante. Tutto ciò che devi fare è regolarne la quantità. Purtroppo, le cose non sono così semplici. Infatti, questa teoria si porta con sé dei pericolosi problemi che non puoi permetterti di trascurare.
