      "body": "![스팀잇-습관을만드는방법.png](https://steemitimages.com/DQmfXz9PyzCNvbMAxp8DVHAJ9PgwfHD4SapVv5TqDkGuRSe/%EC%8A%A4%ED%8C%80%EC%9E%87-%EC%8A%B5%EA%B4%80%EC%9D%84%EB%A7%8C%EB%93%9C%EB%8A%94%EB%B0%A9%EB%B2%95.png)\n\n사람은 반복적으로 행하는 것에 따라 판명되는 존재이다. 따라서, 탁월함이란 단일 행동이 아니라 습관이다. \n-아리스토텔레스-\n\n습관이 중요하다는 것은 많은 사람들이 알고 있습니다. \n그러나 책에서 봤던 또는 내가 계획한 좋은 습관들을 만들기는 쉽지 않습니다. \n저 또한 2018년 새해가 다가오면서 나에게 좋은 습관 두 가지만 만들어보자고 제 자신과 약속을 했습니다.\n매일 영어 접하기와 바쁘게 살기. \n하지만 지금 지나간 3개월을 돌이켜본 결과 제가 세운 저의 기준에는 한참 못미치고 있습니다. \n\n습관이 중요한 것은 알고 있지만 좋은 습관을 만들기 쉽지 않다. \n그렇다면 어떻게 해야 좋은 습관을 만들 수 있고 그것은 계속 유지할 수 있을까요?\n\n포털 사이트에 습관이라고 검색을 하면 습관을 만드는 방법에 대해 방송에서 나왔거나 책에 나온 또는 자신만의 노하우가 정말 많이 나와 있습니다.\n\n저 또한 좋은 습관을 만들고자 여러 가지를 참고해 봤는데요. \n아직도 좋은 습관을 만들고 유지하는 것이 어렵다고 생각이 되며 제가 깨달은 것들과 좋은 습관만드는 방법을 소개해드리며 많은 분들과 자신만의 방법 또는 여러 생각을 주고 받고 싶습니다.\n\n1. 절제\n\n습관을 만드는 것에 있어서 가장 중요한 것은 절제라고 생각합니다.\n\n작심삼일이라는 말이 있습니다.\n처음에 계획했던 것(습관)이 오래 지속되지 않는 것에는 분명한 이유가 있습니다.\n다른 유혹에 넘어가는 것. \n\n자신이 계획한 것에는 시작했던 마음가짐을 끝까지 가져가며 항상 절제하는 태도가 있어야 합니다.\n\n2. 반복\n\n두번째는 반복입니다.\n많은 분들도 아시다시피 습관이 만들어지는데 걸리는 시간은 대략 66일 정도라고 합니다. \n66일간 계속 반복해야 제 자신도 그것에 익숙해지고 반복하게 된다는 것이죠. \n절제와 함께 가장 힘든 것이 반복입니다. \n시간이 부족해서? 급한 일이 생겨서? 등 계획한 것을 지키지 못하게 되는 여러 이유가 있을텐데 그것은 시간을 쪼개거나 틈틈히 남는 시간을 활용하며 지키면 된다고 생각합니다.\n\n3. 주변 환경\n\n마지막으로 주변 환경입니다.\n\n이것은 사람마다 다르겠지만 저 같은 경우에는 환경의 영향을 많이 받아 주변 환경에 신경을 많이 씁니다.\n예를 들어 저는 집에서 공부를 절대 하지 않습니다. \n그 이유는 집이 편해서 그런지는 몰라도 집에 있으면 계속 집중하기가 어려워 도서관이나 조용한 공간에 가서 볼일을 보곤 합니다.\n\n습관을 만드는 방법에는 여러 가지가 있겠지만 저는 이렇게 3가지를 지켜나가게 된다면 좋은 습관을 만들 수 있다고 생각합니다.\n\n자신에게 잘 맞는 환경에서 반복적으로 꾸준히 지켜나가며 절제를 한다면 좋은 습관이 만들어지지 않을까 생각됩니다.\n\n요즘에도 새해에 계획한 것을 지켜나가려고 계속 행동으로 옮기고 있는데 절제가 가장 힘든 것 같네요 ㅎㅎ..\n\n여러분들만의 습관을 만드는 방법이 있으시다면 얘기를 나눠보고 싶습니다 : )",

      "title": "안녕하세요! 생각만 하다가는 안될 것 같아 하나씩 실천하기로 결심한 HM입니다 : )",
      "body": "20대에 들어서면서 가장 큰 고민은 꿈이 없는 것이었습니다.\n\n무엇을 해야 할지 방향 설정도 어려웠고 하고 싶은 것이 뚜렷하게 없어 방황하게 되었습니다.\n\n그때 든 생각은 '내가 관심 있는 분야를 하나씩 해보자!'. \n\n제가 가진 전공과 다른 분야를 가장 빠르게 알 수 있는 방법은 대외활동 또는 공모전이라고 생각을 했고\n\n지금까지 어쩌면 해보고 싶은, 관심 있는 활동을 하게 되었습니다. \n\n막연하게 '어떻게 하면 될 것이다'라고 생각만 하는 것이 아닌 하나씩 시도를 해보니 어느새  꿈을 찾게 되었습니다.\n\n지금의 꿈은 파일럿입니다.\n\n전공과 전혀 관련도 없고 가는 길이 쉽지 않지만 꿈이라는 것이 생겨서 기분이 정말 좋았습니다.\n\n다만 요즘 예전에는 꿈을 찾기 위해서 열심히 생각을 실천으로 바꾸었다면 \n\n요즘은 그 꿈과 관련된 활동이 다른 분야에 비해 적고 없기에 어떻게 해야 할까 혼자만의 고민하는 시간이 많아졌습니다. \n\n일단 영어를 기본적으로 아주 잘해야 해서 영어 실력향상이 우선이라고 생각은 드나 그것이 실천으로 이어지는 게 쉽지 않았습니다. \n\n밖에 나오면 부지런해지지만 집에 있으면 게으른 나.\n\n저는 이렇게 생각하지만 사실 말도 안되는 핑계라고 생각이 듭니다.\n\n그만큼 간절하지 않은 것 같기도 하구요.\n\n많은 생각을 한 끝에 이제는 다시 꿈을 찾던 시기처럼 생각을 실천으로 바꿔보는 행동을 하나씩 해보려고 합니다.\n\n1. 빠르게 바뀌어 가는 트렌드의 흐름을 읽으며 새로운 것이 나오면 하나씩 직접 경험해보기.\n2. 영어 공부\n3. 고민에 대하여 너무 깊게 생각하지 말고 그냥 일단 도전하고 보기\n4. 책 꾸준히 읽기\n5. 좋은 글쓰기\n6. 꿈에 관련된 지식 쌓기 \n\n이것이 일단 제가 생각한 목표입니다.\n\n스팀잇을 하는 이유도  1번과 3번 때문입니다.\n\n\n앞으로 스팀잇에 올리는 글들은 책을 읽으며 책에 나온 좋은 글귀와 그것에 대한 생각, 저만의 고민, 일상. \n\n이렇게 올리려고 합니다. : )\n\n\n스팀잇에 대하여 많이 부족하지만 하나씩 천천히 배워 보려고 합니다 : ) \n\n잘부탁드립니다!\n\n고민에 대하여 여러 사람들의 생각과 의견을 듣고 싶고 소통을 통해 사고 방식을 넓히고 싶습니다 : )\n\n많은 소통해요 : )\n\n-HM-\n\n![HM 프로필.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmXfQTYMHWU8Ww3ej9KkqEdnBAtdViZiNstPd14KYqZHsi/HM%20%ED%94%84%EB%A1%9C%ED%95%84.jpg)",
