| body | Disclaimer: Any advice you see on this blog is at your own risk, Do your own research, and only invest what you’re willing to lose. Wow, so this last week surprised me a little bit. I did not expect the upcoming bitcoin fork to affect the markets this quickly. As a result, the alt coin market took a fair big hit, and continues to do so. I do expect a bounce to occur this week, as most alt coins on on a major discount right now. The crypto-cast for this week, is cloudy with 60% chance of showers. My top 5 picks for the week are the following. 1.Ripple (xrp) For the second week in a row, xrp remains my number 1 choice for the week. Like last week, xrp will likely continue to pump upward based on the hype from the swell conference. And if Swell delivers the hinted at major announcement, next week may also be a bullish week for xrp. This coin is being adopted by financial institutions around the world, and commercial phase begins in October. This could spark a major rally for xrp as it gets adopted worldwide. This coin is a long term hold, as 2018 is also looking very promising as more and more banks switch from Swift, to Ripple. 2. Bitcoin ( btc) The big guy is on a major bull run right now due to the upcoming fork. Bitcoin is about to press for a new all time high, which will likely occur in the next few days if not hours. The reason people are buying into bitcoin is because there is a hard fork coming up in November. The last time bitcoin forked, everyone holding bitcoin was given a 1:1 ratio of coins from the work, which went to a value of nearly 800 usd per coin. It was a free handout for everyone, and so now that bitcoin is forking again, everyone is jumping on the bandwagon to get the next 1:1 ratio in hopes of another successful massive handout. As a result, I expect bitcoin to rise possibly by a few more thousand before the November fork. Be cautious however, as this may be creating a bitcoin bubble, in which, we see a massive sell off after the fork. Potentially this money could flow into alts. 3. We Trust (trst) https://www.wetrust.io/ We Trust is an insurance and lending company using crypto currency. If they are successful, this coin has major potential to see some major gains, as currently its only at about 35 million for a marketcap. Their platform is launching at the end of the month, and so I believe this coin is a good deal anywhere between 25 cents and 40 cents.. Currently at 28 cents, I would say you will see generous returns by the end of October, but the real value in this coin is in the long term. 4.Syscoin ( sys) http://syscoin.org/ Syscoin is releasing masternodes in early November, and their blockmarket web in December. It has been quite, and slowly dropping in value these past couple of weeks, which makes me believe that it’s due for a rally. Holding this coin for the long term however, is the likely the smarter play, because as time goes on, the syscoin marketplace will grow, and syscoin will be used along side the ethereum economy potentially making this coin soar. 5. Qtum https://qtum.org/ I have heard a lot of news about Qtum lately possibly announcing new partnerships and development progress. I honestly haven’t done a lot of research on this one myself, but the news I’ve heard is pretty positive so I’m sharing it with you. Qtum is a long term hold, as what they’re trying to do, is going to take time to accomplish. As a side note, a couple other noteworthy coins, are Verge ( xvg) because they are about to release their wraith protocol, which comes equipped with an anonymous atomic swap function, which is a big deal. Basic attention token ( bat ) is supposed to be releasing Mercury into the brave browser this coming week, however, it has been delayed twice, so its hard to know if its actually going to happen this week. However, it’s price has dropped far enough, that it should be a good buy and hold. That’s it for this week, see you next week! Happy investing! |

"body": "Disclaimer: Any advice you see on this blog is at your own risk, Do your own research, and only invest what you’re willing to lose.\n\nWow, so this last week surprised me a little bit. My top 5 picks for the week are the following.\n\n1.Ripple (xrp)\n\nFor the second week in a row, xrp remains my number 1 choice for the week. This coin is a long term hold, as 2018 is also looking very promising as more and more banks switch from Swift, to Ripple.\n\n2. Bitcoin ( btc)\n\nThe big guy is on a major bull run right now due to the upcoming fork. Potentially this money could flow into alts.\n\n3. We Trust (trst) https://www.wetrust.io/\n\nWe Trust is an insurance and lending company using crypto currency. If they are successful, this coin has major potential to see some major gains, as currently its only at about 35 million for a marketcap. Their platform is launching at the end of the month, and so I believe this coin is a good deal anywhere between 25 cents and 40 cents.. Currently at 28 cents, I would say you will see generous returns by the end of October, but the real value in this coin is in the long term.\n\n4.Syscoin ( sys) http://syscoin.org/\n\nSyscoin is releasing masternodes in early November, and their blockmarket web in December. It has been quite, and slowly dropping in value these past couple of weeks, which makes me believe that it’s due for a rally. Holding this coin for the long term however, is the likely the smarter play, because as time goes on, the syscoin marketplace will grow, and syscoin will be used along side the ethereum economy potentially making this coin soar.\n\n5. Qtum https://qtum.org/\n\nI have heard a lot of news about Qtum lately possibly announcing new partnerships and development progress. I honestly haven’t done a lot of research on this one myself, but the news I’ve heard is pretty positive so I’m sharing it with you. Qtum is a long term hold, as what they’re trying to do, is going to take time to accomplish.\n\nAs a side note, a couple other noteworthy coins, are Verge ( xvg) because they are about to release their wraith protocol, which comes equipped with an anonymous atomic swap function, which is a big deal.\n\nBasic attention token ( bat ) is supposed to be releasing Mercury into the brave browser this coming week, however, it has been delayed twice, so its hard to know if its actually going to happen this week. However, it’s price has dropped far enough, that it should be a good buy and hold.\n\nThat’s it for this week, see you next week! Happy investing!",

| body | Disclaimer: Any advice you find in this blog is at your own risk. Do your own research, and only invest what you’re absolutely willing to lose. Hello everyone! I’m back for the second weekly cryptocast. The forecast is sunny with 40% chance of cloud. The clouds represent upcoming bitcoin fork fears, and more crypto regulations around the world. My top 5 picks of the week are the following! 1. Ripple ( xrp) https://ripple.com/ I choose Ripple as my number 1 pick of the week because there is so much anticipation surround the coin, and major money could move in at anytime. Ripple has a few things on the go this month, starting with Japan’s SBI VC and SBI MAX potentially going live at any moment. Then middle of the month around October 16th Ripple hosts their own conference called Swell, which has many major speakers, and the possibility for some major announcments. Making XRP extremely hot for the next month. XRP is a long term investment, buy and hold, and forget 2. Verge (xvg) https://vergecurrency.com/ Verge makes the second on this list because of the massive potential surrounding it. They release something called wraith protocol likely on October 4th. This protocol makes it the most private crypto to exist. They also have many key partners such as telegram and discord, and a few surprises they have yet to announce. They were also listed on Binance today, which means, it may have a lot more volume from this point forward. Verge has a lot happening between now and the end of the year. XVG is a short term and a medium term hold. 3. Basic Attention Token ( bat) https://basicattentiontoken.org/ Basic Attention Token is created by the inventor of Netscape and Javascript, and I believe had a hand in Mozilla as well. So it is clearly created by someone with knowledge and know how. They are changing the way advertising works, and in particular, our attention to advertisements. Our attention is valuable and BAT seeks to pay us for that by removing the middle man of advertising companies. They release their Mercury protocol on October 6th, and this might generate some demand for BAT. BAT is a long term hold. 4. Civic ( cvc ) https://www.civic.com/ Civic is all about securing our identity on the blockchain, securing us from identity theft, and making it easier for us to log in to all our websites with passwords with ease, it can also go further into helping us with travel documents and passports and so on. There are many partnerships working with them, with more being announced often. Cvc has yet to recover from the recent crypto crash, so it is ripe for a turn around. Cvc is a medium to long term hold. 5. Game credits and Mobile Go ( game and mgo) https://gamecredits.com/ https://mobilego.io/ Game credits is uniting the gaming industry with a single crypto currency that can go cross platform, and cross game, making it easy for everyone to purchase in game content. They have made tremendous progress in recent weeks with Gnation, and with the gaming industry in India signing deals with payment providers recently. Mobile Go, is another crypto tied to game credits, except they are tackling the e-sports industry, making it possible to bet other players for mgo tokens. The gaming industry is huge, and with all this progress, Game and mgo are on the frontier of bringing blockchain to gaming, which is a multi billion dollar industry. Game and mgo are short, medium and long term holds. They fluctuate a lot, so feel free to get on and off, or HODL. |

| body | We identify with what we are experiencing. Lets use an analogy. When we watch a movie, we become drawn into it, so far that anything else in the room other than the movie, no longer exists. We become the characters of that movie, we identify with them. When they do something funny, we laugh, when something bad happens to them we cry. When they are in dramatic situation we tense up. So whats happening to the main characters, is also happening to us, because we have identified with their experience. Then something happens. The movie ends, and suddenly you realize you are sitting in your chair, and that you are in a room, and now all the details of that room come into focus and you realize that all the experiences you just went through, were not who you really are. You were just temporarily identified with that experience. Now you have to get up and go about your own daily life. However, our own lives, are not much different than those in the movies. We still feel sadness, we still find ourselves in dramatic situations, we still laugh at funny things and we still identify with these experiences. We can apply the movie analogy, to our own lives. All situations are just experiences that we’re having and if we identify with them, they seem very real. However, it’s really all just an illusion, because if you don’t identify with them, that experience passes you by. Just like if you’re watching a movie, but you’re not really paying attention to it, you’re too busy talking to someone, or looking at something else, no matter what happens in the movie, you will not be affected by it, because you have stopped identifying with the characters of that movie. The movie will continue to play, and you will hardly even notice it. This is the same thing for all situations in your daily life. If you don’t identify with sadness, or any emotion that you don’t wish to experience…. it passes you by. You will not be affected by it, and you will see it from a perspective that is not directly involved. You become aware that you’re the watcher, not the character, just like watching a movie. You’re the watcher, unless you’re identified with the characters. So we can go through all sorts of suffering and misery, but at the end of the day, all of us, sooner or later, ask the question… who is it, that is sad? It is only when you ask this question that you realize that you are not sadness, you are just experiencing sadness and identifying with it, but it is not actually who you are. Sadness is the illusion, it’s the experience that you are choosing to experience in that moment. You can apply this to many other concepts we have. Let’s take a look at heaven and hell for example. Heaven and hell are not places to go to…. They are experiences, states of consciousness. Here on earth, there are people living in hell, and others living in heaven. Those that are living in hell are identified with their suffering, and they cause others to suffer because of it. To them, life is a living hell, and they will continue to suffer until they realize that they are not their suffering, that they’ve just identified with it, that its really just an illusion. On the other hand, we have heaven, and many people are living in heaven, following their highest joy, helping others, and just being in gratitude and happy for their life. Just being alive is enough to be happy, they radiate their happiness to all those around them and greatly improve others lives just by being who they are. To them, life is heaven on earth. Anyone who has attained self realization, knows that you do not have to seek happiness or joy, or god. The buddha went through many years trying to answer the question to why people suffer. He did terrible things to his body looking for answers, from deprivation of food, to self inflicted pain, almost to the point of death. He found no answers doing this. But then one day he decided to look in the only place he never thought to look before. He sat down, and meditated. He pondered the questions on why people suffer, and it led him to discover that his suffering and the suffering of everyone else, was self inflicted. He discovered that suffering is not real, that it’s only an experience that we identify with. He faced all his fears, and realized that suffering was not something he had to identify with any longer. In a single night, he became enlightened. He could have done this at any time at any point in his life, had he known that you do no have to seek anything at all, but instead to understand that you choose what experience you wish to identify with, because you are none of those experiences, and yet, you are all of them at the same time. You are all that is, you are the oneness of all that is, and you are able to express and experience, all that is. You are the observer, the creator, the character, the writer, the director, and the producer. You are unlimited potential and possibilities, and if you wish to experience limitation, that is a part of what it means to be unlimited. We are source, we are the universe, we are god, expressing itself in physical form, subjectively. 7 billion different ways. In essence, we’re all one, and everything beyond this oneness, is just an experience that we’ve identified with. This gives us the ability to consciously create the life of our dreams, because when you realize that it’s all just a ride, just an experience, it removes the idea of limitation from your life. |

"body": "We identify with what we are experiencing. Now you have to get up and go about your own daily life.\n\nHowever, our own lives, are not much different than those in the movies. You’re the watcher, unless you’re identified with the characters.\n\nSo we can go through all sorts of suffering and misery, but at the end of the day, all of us, sooner or later, ask the question… who is it, that is sad? \n\nAnyone who has attained self realization, knows that you do not have to seek happiness or joy, or god. The buddha went through many years trying to answer the question to why people suffer. He did terrible things to his body looking for answers, from deprivation of food, to self inflicted pain, almost to the point of death. He found no answers doing this. But then one day he decided to look in the only place he never thought to look before. He sat down, and meditated. | body | Disclaimer: Trade at your own risk, and do your own research. I am not responsible for any investment decisions you make. This information is personal opinion, and is not guaranteed. Now that crypto is starting to recover from the shock of China attempting to ban crypto, and the fact that we have many solutions to get around that, such as decentralized exchanges and atomic swapping, I think it’s safe to say, that this China ban has not weakened crypto, but rather, it has forced it to show its strength. Therefore my top pick of the week, is Bitshares. 1.Bitshares https://bitshares.org/ www.door.one I choose bitshares as the number 1 investment of the week because as exchanges shut down in China, they will search for alternative ways to buy and sell crypto, and as a result of this, Bitshares will be one of the solutions people find. I recommend Bitshares as a medium to long term hold, as they are also launching a new exchange at www.door.one within the next 30-60 days. Since Bitshares has dropped recently, I would imagine its safe to say, that you’re buying near the bottom at 7.5 cents or around 0.00002000 BTC Buy, hold for 30 days for short term, 6 months for long term. Other top picks are as follows 2.Xrp ( Ripple) https://ripple.com/ With a major conference coming up on Oct 16th, plus a japanese bank backed exchange going live any day now, Ripple’s XRP is ripe for a massive rally, and I recommend this coin as a long term hold. Buy and forget, check back in 6-12 months, if banks begin adopting it, you may see some very generous returns. 3. Syscoin http://syscoin.org/ Syscoin just released their blockmarket desktop application, with a mobile app coming as well as a website dedicated to it. They also implement masternodes starting in november, which will be sure to attract some major investors. Syscoin will also be working with the Ethereum network, using syscoin as gas. This has huge potential going forward. Syscoin is a long term hold, as mass adoption of the blockmarket takes place. 4.Omisego https://omg.omise.co/ Omisego is launching their network in Q4 of 2017, and their goals are incredible. I’ll let the website speak for itself. But Omisego is a short and long term investment. You should see decent returns in the short term, 1-30 days, or you can hold while it gets mass adopted for the potential of very nice returns over the next 2 years. Omisego keeps partnering with many other cryptos and they have a lot of development going on in the background. 5. Golem https://golem.network/ The golem network allows users to sell their computing power to the highest bidder using GNT tokens, and they have just released the Alpha version of their Golem Brass network which gives them massive potential. Golem is a good investment, short term, and long term. It should see some decent gains in the short term, but long term, Golem has the potential to shine. Those are my top 5 picks for the week. As for the crypto market in general, the crypto cast is cloudy with a 40% chance of showers. The reason being, is because the China issue has not quite yet been sorted out, and we may yet see more irrational market panic before the skies clear up. I will report back next week, with the next crypto cast, thanks for reading, and good luck on your investments! |

| body | I have discovered that the vast majority of people have experienced sleep paralysis at least once in their lives, many more than once and sometimes often. Just about everyone that has had this experience, has been freaked out by it and has never wanted to have the experience again. Which is understandable, because the experience makes you feel like you have no control at all, you cannot move your body, you cannot call for help, and you sense a darkness surrounding you. You may also feel like there is something heavy on your chest, or a spiritual being circling you. This can be mistaken for demonic possession, or negative entities. Many religious people are afraid of these type of experiences because their fear of evil far exceeds their curiosity, and that is what makes the experience, a negative or evil experience. It is only due to a lack of understanding of what is actually happening. Sleep Paralysis, is also known as REM phase sleep. There are 4 states of consciousness that the brain experiences on a daily basis. There is Beta, which is our normal everyday waking consciousness. There is Alpha, which is a trance like state, this is the state where we enter for concentration, such as writing, or painting, or creating something, and also learning. Then, there is Theta, the state of meditation. The last state, is Delta, and this is the state of unconscious sleep that we all enter into every night. We must pass through Theta, in order to get to Delta, and the problem is, we have become rather good at this because most of us never consciously experience Theta at all, and pass right through into unconscious sleep. All dreaming occurs in Theta state, and that is why we often forget our dreams, because we don’t know how to stay there long enough to remember the experience. REM phase sleep, occurs in Theta state, and often, for many, it is their first conscious experience of Theta, and it freaks them out because it is so strange to be awake in the mind, yet asleep in the body. It is a state of relaxation, that we are not used to. What’s happening, is your mind is awake, but your body is asleep… Meditation is known as conscious sleep, and that is exactly what this is, it is the meditative state, and this state is where we discover our inner world, our inner wisdom, and the truth of the nature of reality. It’s not to be feared, but rather, explored with love. However, because it is so new, and because you are so used to having control of your body, and because the ego doesn’t understand what it is, fear arises, and causes you to have irrational thoughts. When really, you are just being afraid of your own being, your own light, your own consciousness. You start holding onto everything you know to be true, and refuse to let go into the unknown. You are actually giving into negative entities, allowing them to have power over you. Negative entities can only have an impact on you, if you are in fear. If you can face negative entities with love, they have no power over you, they cannot touch you. Negative entities are preventing you from experiencing that love. They make REM phase sleep terrifying, so you never explore it. Because once you explore it, they lose their power over you, and you start to remember who you really are. When you can wake up into this state and not be afraid, you are capable of doing many things, such as meditating within yourself and feeling your energy throughout your body. You are also capable of astral projecting and coming to a realization that you are not bound to your body. As you lose your fear of this, your vibration will increase, and you will be able to experience bliss and pleasure throughout your body. You may even be able to experience a full body orgasm and a Kundalini awakening. REM phase sleep is very important for our spiritual growth, and it should not be feared, but rather embraced as a learning experience. If this happens to you, there is nothing wrong with you, observe the feelings, and just surrender to it. If you wish to come out of this state, its very simple…. Just simply take control of your breathing, rather than in a panic trying to move your arms and legs that feel like dead weights. Just breathe, and within seconds, you will be awake. REM phase sleep, is the key to understanding and exploring our own consciousness. Every time we try to meditate, this is the state we are trying to get into, it opens the body up to the energies that are surrounding you and flowing through you at all times. As Rumi says “ you are not a drop in the ocean, but the ocean in a drop." You are the universe and REM phase sleep, is almost like a cheat. If you are capable of waking up into this state, then you have already done what many people have trouble doing, while attempting to meditate. Take advantage of it, feel the experience, feel the energy of your own being, let go of all that comes to the surface. Remove the barriers you have put up, to allow the love that you are, to shine through you, and it will, as long as you let go of the fear. Explore it with curiosity, explore it with love. Love expands, fear contracts. The great secrets to life are revealed only to those that can let go of their fears, rather than ruled by them. If you are afraid of demonic possession, you are already possessed. Possessed by fear, insecurity, lack of confidence, anxiety, self loathing, and hate. Those are the demons, and you allow them to rule you. Stop allowing them, and they have no power over you, and suddenly you gain all that power back and it flows out of you as love, light and wisdom. REM sleep, is where you have the ability to shine your light into the darkness and let go of all that causes you suffering. |

| body | There is a place, a place that is beautiful, where anything is possible, where we have unlimited potential. It is a place where our problems cannot follow us, and where solutions to them are presented. It is a place of mystery and magic and intuition, creativity and inspiration. It is a place of bliss and peace, love and forgiveness. It is a place where our reality originates, where our true feelings come from. There are no distractions there, only silence. From this place, comes our thoughts, but we cannot use them there. We all have the ability to go there, this place is not a secret. But we rarely discover it, because we aren’t looking for it, for, we have forgotten it. This place can bring you the greatest joy and happiness, even in the face of danger, sorrow, sadness, and misery. In this place, is an answer to every problem, to every question, and to every mystery you can think of. Just by going to this place, it will bring you in harmony with nature and the universe itself. It will make you feel beautiful, because you are. By going there, you will discover the truth, you will find your Self, and your ultimate purpose. But we have forgotten such a place, for we realize none of these things. Behind our thoughts, is where bliss begins. It is like going back to the drawing board. Our lives are a blank piece of paper, we create our own image, we map out our lives based on our thoughts, and every thought has an opposite somewhere out there. Just by thinking of one thought, someone somewhere else is thinking the opposite. That is why everything in the universe is a duality. From positive to negative, hot and cold, up and down, light and dark, everything has an opposite. Whether your dominant or submissive, carnivore or herbivore, white or black, asian or indian, fit or unfit, good or evil, or somewhere in the middle, we are all apart of the same source. A single source. Our ability to think is an amazing thing, do you ever wonder where your thoughts even come from? Just by changing the way we think, we can change the way we live. If we can go behind our thoughts, beyond our stress and problems, get rid of all existing thoughts, and enjoying the silence of our minds, we can attract new thoughts, to us, that can be the solution to our problems. Erase the page we once drew for ourselves, and start drawing another. Rarely can our problems be solved by trying to change the current drawing, this just leads to confusion and more problems. Start over with a fresh new way of doing things, and your reality will follow. That is what living in the moment really means, we cannot be hostile to change, for change is the only constant in our lives, to fight change is to limit yourself. And this is not one of those things that is easier said then done. All it takes is a little perseverance, and you will see results. Find that place within yourself, visit it often, and allow it to guide you. |

| body | So I have a story to tell. I have been an observer lately, watching the events in my own life, and in those around me unfold. I have been looking for certain things to understand consciousness and the universe, and my observations and experiences have certainly led me down a path I wasn’t expecting. I have learned that we are very capable of manifesting opportunities, with the simple act of intention alone. You do not even have to meditate to be able to do this. The law of attraction works simply by what you are thinking about, what you really want. So this story I am about to tell you, is a true story, and it begins right around the time my kundalini came back. Because once again, kundalini changed my perspective on life into a greater understanding, and I have certainly noticed it. A few weeks ago, I was reflecting upon my life, and about the things I wish I would have done, or things that I would like to change. Since my original kundalini awakening, I have changed my life in so many ways, from the way I do things, to what I eat. But it hadn’t changed much into what I do. I have had the same routine for many years, mainly working, and sitting around at home not doing much at all. I never really got much excercise, never really hung out with friends very often, no sports, no hobbies to speak of, just work, my couch, and tv/computer. I thought back and wondered what my life would have been like if I would have joined ice hockey when I was a child. I wondered how much different my life would have been today. But then I realized something, I realized just by thinking these thoughts, I was dwelling on the past, something I can never change. My first thoughts, were, “its too late now,” but then I thought, now I’m worrying about the future….Which is kind of silly because it hasn’t happened yet. So I made a decision, I decided right then and there, that I would learn how to ice skate, and get into ice hockey. That night, my Kundalini returned, and it was an incredibly beautiful and amazing experience, and I loved every minute of it. A couple of days later, I bought ice skates, and went skating, for the first time in 15 years. Later on that week, I was working with my cousin, who was talking about how he wished he had his drivers license because it would give him so much more freedom in life. However, he hadn’t driven in a long time, and had already failed the driving test a couple of times. But he told me that he had booked his next test, which was only one week away. Because he hadn’t driven in a while, he wasn’t motivated to get behind the wheel and practice. Instead, he wanted to cancel the test and wait a few months so he could practice and get good before taking the test. So I said that he could pass that test easily if he would just get the motivation to practice. He didn’t believe me, and was going to go watch the hockey game instead. But perseverance paid off, because I kept offering to take him out driving, and my grandfather also offered when he heard what we were talking about. So finally he decided to accept the offer, and we went driving. Somewhere along the way he had decided that he was really going to try hard to pass the test only a week away. And because of this act of intention, several people from the family offer their help. He was driving every day with someone different, and offers on the table from others if he needed them. During the next week, his confidence behind the wheel increased, and with such little practice, he passed the driving test with flying colors. It was the act of intention that caused this result. Had he gone to watch the hockey game, he wouldn’t have his license right now. But this story is far from over. I run a lawn care business, and my cousin works with me a couple of days a week. He wants to work with me more often, so he can quit his part time job that he doesn’t enjoy. So we both talked about how we need to get more clients to make that happen. I had made the intention to ask my existing clients if they knew anyone else that wanted their lawn cut, and with my cousins intention to combine with it, it wasn’t long before something happened. While on a job, someone randomly pulled over and told me the guy across the street needed a lawn guy. I got the client. Later that day, I got 3 more calls, and 3 new clients. And even today, a lady walking her dog approached me and said she knows someone across town who needs a lawn guy. I haven’t even advertised yet. The act of intention, has literally manifested these things into my life. And this happens to everyone, we just fail to see how sublte the universe really is! Meanwhile after getting all these new clients, my cousin is talking about how he wishes he could get a cadillac, kind of a dream car for him, knowing full well they are out of his price range for his first car. He showed me cadillacs on the street as they drove past, or in a photograph on craigslist……. Because of his intention to find a cadillac, believe it or not, the following day, we were on a job and there was a 1999 cadillac deville concours for sale, and the price of it was 1500 dollars. It did need a new alternator and a couple of other minor things wrong with it, but there it was. What are the odds? Because of this event, I offered to loan him whatever amount he couldn’t afford to buy the car, so he could get it. Sadly, everyone else he told about it, told him he would be an idiot if he bought it. So he waited too long and the car sold to someone else. He manifested the opportunity just with intention alone. Many people reading this may see this as a coincidence, maybe its one of those you had to be there kind of things, but I have another story to tell you, that I now understand completely. A few years ago, I was looking to buy a truck. I wanted a decent truck, because the one I had was very old and had nothing but problems, I was fed up of it. So I searched for weeks, and found only trucks out of my price range, or didn’t have the features I wanted. Then one day I found a beautiful ford f-150, 2004, in great condition, it had everything I needed. The dealer said nothing was wrong with it, and I was happy about that, because I really didn’t want a lemon, because I was sick of repairing my old truck. I put a deposit down on the truck and said I’d be back in a few days once I had my banking sorted. A couple of days later something amazing happened. The dealership I was buying the truck from was in another town 20 mins away from the town I live in. I was coming home from work one day, 5 minutes away from my house, and had to stop at a 4 way. A ford truck pulled out in front of me, and it had dealership plates. It took me a second to realize that this truck was the same one i had a deposit on. Baffled, I followed it to see where it was going. I was trying to figure out what it could possibly be doing out here. A few minutes later the truck pulled into a residential drive, and a man got out dressed in ford coveralls!! He was a mechanic, fixing the many problems the truck had! Can you believe that?! In rush hour traffic, in a different town, this truck pulls in front of me….. The odds of that are staggering. Coincidence…. I think not. My intention was to find a good truck, not a lemon. The universe prevented me from making a very big mistake, because it was not true to my intentions. It wasn’t meant to be. A week later, I found the truck I own today, and have had almost no problems with it, except one which was covered under warranty. I have been very happy with it. To conclude my story, I should tell you about how my ice skating skills have improved dramatically, because where there is a will to learn, there is a way, the universe will help you achieve it. My cousins and uncle now want to create a hockey team, and an employee of mine wants to join as well. The intention of wanting to play hockey, is literally unfolding around me, opportunities coming from all directions. When I went to skate for the first time, I met someone who randomly decided to talk to me, and showed me some tips and tricks on how to get better. It has helped me majorly, the people I meet, the opportunities that arise, and the things I experience, are no mere coincidence. It is the universe working in its beautifully mysterious ways. One of the most powerful acts of consciousness, is intention. When you truly intend to accomplish something, the universe will help you achieve it. |

| body | A very important practice, to creating the reality you want to create, is the monitoring of your thought patterns. Even the smallest thought patterns that occur every day. The majority of us, think the same thoughts, day after day, and find that nothing changes for them. If you want happiness and you are focused on wanting happiness every day, then every day, you’ll always want happiness. You won’t actually be happy, because your thoughts aren’t about being happy, they’re about wanting happiness. So from the moment you wake up in the morning, monitor what you’re thinking, do you get out of bed with thoughts of excitement of what the day might bring, or do you get out of bed with thoughts of dread, or a sense of duty to get to work, or frustration that you have to get up? Just by changing that one single thought pattern, can alter your entire day. These thought patterns occur, every moment of the day, they occur at breakfast, they occur when feeding your pets, they occur when taking your kids to school, they occur when driving to work…. It never stops. So by monitoring what you are thinking, while doing these things, you have the ability to recognize and change how you respond to those thought patterns. Which then enables you to change the thought pattern, into a pattern more in alignment with how you want to feel. With enough monitoring, and enough conscious change, you can go from wanting happiness, to being happiness, without actually changing your daily activities. Change the thoughts about your daily activities, and your entire state of being changes as a result. |

| body | The reason it is hard to communicate with family and friends after an awakening process or a conscious change, is not because you have changed, it is because their perception of you has not changed. They have an image of who they think you are, and so when you are in the middle of a great change, they can’t see that. They think it’s just a phase, and that you will sooner or later resume your old habits and continue to be the person in that mental image. So every attempt you make at change, is always met with negativity from family, which makes it very hard to authentically be yourself, the new you, around them. This negativity, can, if you are not aware of it, cause you to become that image for them, just so harmony remains in the relationship. However, it is only an illusion of harmony, because while it appears to be harmonic on the surface level, there is a part of you, that doesn’t want to have to put on an act just to avoid conflict. Which is not harmonic at all. So the only way to really bring about peace is to be unapologetically you, even if conflict comes with that. If you can remain unapologetically you, eventually, family and friends will begin to let the old image of you fall away, and see that you have truly changed. Or sometimes, by being unapologetically you, you discover who is really meant to be in your life and who isn’t. Either way, leads to peace, because when you live true to yourself, there is no conflict about your integrity. You love who you are. |

| body | We often don’t think of thoughts, as being in another realm. Since they appear to only be contained within our heads, but are they? Is it really so hard to consider the idea that thoughts might actually exist in another dimensional realm, outside of the confines of the physical realm that we live our lives in? A realm that is very much interconnected with the physical realm, but still having it’s own reality, that we are simultaneously aware of while going about our daily lives. Sort of like the blueprints for a building are only 2 dimensional, they represent something that will be functional in 3 dimensional form, thoughts are similar in that respect. Doesn’t it astonish you, that you can close your eyes, and think up how to build a car, or come up with the idea to write something like Harry Potter, in the fraction of a second. We don’t even need all the details of it, we just need the idea, and the more we think about the idea, the more it expands and grows until we take the action to create it into a physical experience. And it all happens in seconds, not minutes or days or months or years, but seconds. The computing power required to operate that fast hasn’t been invented yet. When you look at it that way, you sort of begin to understand the idea that your brain, is not a creator of thought, but rather, a receiver and transmitter of it. Ideas come to you, and you express them. We don’t create the idea in our minds, we don’t create thoughts, we tune in, we listen, and sure enough, something comes though, an understanding, an intuitive jolt of inspiration, an ah-ha moment when you realize the answer to a problem, or where you forgot your keys. It is an entire realm of reality that we tune into every single day, every moment of our lives, and it is the thought’s we’ve tuned into, that determine what actions we take, and how we express ourselves. We’ve all met someone who is depressed, and after spending a little bit of time with them, we can feel their depression weighing down on us. We’ve also all met someone who’s happy and energetic, and after spending a little time with them, we start to feel happy and energetic. Why is that? It is because since our brains are receivers and transmitters of thought, we are picking up what others are transmitting. This is also what politicians play upon when running campaigns for election, or the media when it reports the news at night. It’s the subtle instilling of thoughts, that make us feel a certain way about something, from which, we base our opinions. From that point forward, our opinions on certain things become automatic, as if they were built in. This is why it is so hard for religions to get along, it’s why people are divided in politics, and separated by racism. There is a whole realm of thought that is in action, that we cannot see, but we think it and feel it, and as a result, it shapes the world we live in. However, when our opinions are formed based on the media, and politics and religion, and other things, the vast majority of people, lose the ability of critical thinking, of free thinking, of forming their own opinions. In a sense, they lose their individuality. A Conservative must have conservative opinions, a Christian must have Christian opinions and so on. So critical thinking becomes an impossibility, because they cannot see past their automatic opinions. Usually it takes some sort of catalyst, or a series of unfortunate events, or a radical shift, a revolution, a paradigm shift of some kind, for people to see beyond and around their old opinions, and be open to new possibility. Once that possibility is revealed, the realm of thought becomes available to that person once again, and it can be a shock, it can be a life changing moment in their lives, and only then, are they capable of great change, because they can see who they thought they were, from a new perspective. It is that perspective in which, they can see unlimited possibilities, and understand, that they create their own limitations. The thought realm becomes wide open to them, great inspiration and wisdom can arise from this. The courage to face fears, the calmness to be brave, the strength to face anxiety and sadness, and the power to overcome addiction. This also enables someone to be a light in the darkness for those still lost, because when we overcome suffering, and face fears that hold us back, most of us automatically gain a moral obligation to help others do the same. That is why certain people with illness’s dedicate their lives to researching it and helping others overcome it. Because another realization comes with the ability of free thinking, and that is an understanding that we are all connected, that the suffering of one person, affects all of us in some way or another, even if it’s not evident. So by helping yourself and freeing yourself, almost by default, you help others do the same. The realm of thought, is where all of us unite with each other. It is where every human connection is made. We have our relationships based on how a person makes us feel, and how we make others feel. It also determines our relationship with ourselves. How many of us don’t like ourselves and have self esteem issues and self doubts? How many of us have difficulty liking or loving ourselves? Why is it so difficult? It goes back to having an automatic opinion instilled into us, most likely based off what others have told us. Since we can’t see past that, we believe we don’t like ourselves, and we are shut down to any other possibilities in the realm of thought, because we’re not open to receiving any other way. This is why it often takes a great depression, or a close shave with death, such in the cases of Eckhart Tolle and Anita Moorjani, for us to see beyond that identity we believed ourselves to be. The biggest problem is that while the realm of thought exists, most of us have identified with certain thoughts, and closed off to all the other possibilities that we have merged physical reality, with the realm of thought to a point where we can’t distinguish between the two. When we can distinguish between the two, we discover that we are not our physical bodies and we are also not the thoughts we think. We are the awareness in which the thoughts flow through, and the life that powers your body. That awareness, contains all thoughts and all emotions, not just the ones you’re expressing and suffering from, in this life, but in all people, animals, and plants. You are all of it, you are all the life that powers all the bodies you see in the world. You are the infinite possibility of all that is, and you get to use the realm of thought to ponder how miraculous it all is. |

This is why it often takes a great depression, or a close shave with death, such in the cases of Eckhart Tolle and Anita Moorjani, for us to see beyond that identity we believed ourselves to be.\n\nThe biggest problem is that while the realm of thought exists, most of us have identified with certain thoughts, and closed off to all the other possibilities that we have merged physical reality, with the realm of thought to a point where we can’t distinguish between the two. You are the infinite possibility of all that is, and you get to use the realm of thought to ponder how miraculous it all is.\n\n",
