      "body": "Creo que todos podemos estar de acuerdo que Venezuela era o es uno de los paises mas ricos del mundo en cuanto recursos por explotar. Venezuela en el siglo pasado era considerada un paraiso para todos los que quisieran prosperar.\n\nRecordando un poco la historia de Venzuela.\n\nA principios del siglo XX, Venezuela era un país productor de productos naturales como cacao, tabaco y café, siendo uno de los paises mas productores y exportadores de dichos recursos, luego vino el auge petrolero, donde los agricultures dejaron sus terranos para irse a pozos de petroleo. \n\nEsto causo un gran revolución en nuestra economía, ya que nos convertimos en un país monoproductor, es decir, ahora solo produciamos petroleo. Venezuela siguio avanzando, surgiendo cambios sociales y politicos pero nunca de manera significativa en materia económica hasta la llegada del dictador Marcos Pérez Jimenez, donde cambio significativamente Venezuela e intento llevarla a un escalon superior aunque con un costo bastante significativo desde el aspecto social.\n\nEn el periodo de Marcos Pérez Jimenez, se llevaron a cabo muchos cambios en infraestuctura, haciendo bastante llamativo el país a culturas extranjeras, haciendo que el país se fuese minando poco a poco de personas de otras nacionalidades.\n\n<center>![ciudad-universitaria.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmRiGj2gmAh52huD39arAse2bwPTCimzGJ79L3H2KHGim3/ciudad-universitaria.jpg)</center>\n<div class = \"text-center\"> <p> <a href=\"https://marcosperezjimenez.files.wordpress.com/2015/08/ciudad-universitaria.jpg![ciudad-universitaria.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmRiGj2gmAh52huD39arAse2bwPTCimzGJ79L3H2KHGim3/ciudad-universitaria.jpg)\"> Fuente </a> </p> </div>\n\n\nEn la decada de los 70 llega a la presidencia un hombre llamado Carlos Andrés Pérez, aprovechandose de la situación causada por los paises arabes, Venezuela se convirtio en unos de los paises mas prosperos de esta decada, debido a que era basicamente el unico en producir y exportar petroleo en cantidades insuperables y haciendo del turismo un motor importante para la economía, denominando este periodo la edad de oro de nuestro país .\n\n<center>![turismo-en-venezuela-16.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmZe591YuEeH2Bfi4igWWsxa8MS122kGYjvZfqg7s92fYk/turismo-en-venezuela-16.png)</center>\n<div class = \"text-center\"> <p> <a href=\"http://hablemosdeculturas.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/turismo-en-venezuela-16.png\"> Fuente </a> </p> </div>\n\n\nDespués de esta gran subida en nuestra economía Venezuela se mantuvo estable, no igual que en esta epoca, pero si estable, con una economía creciente.\n\nEn 1994 asume la presidencia del país Rafael Caldera, este un punto bastante importante de resaltar, debido que desde esta fecha hasta 1998 un barril de petroleo no costaba mas de 20$ en promedio.\n\nEn 1999 asume la presidencia Hugo Chávez, este presidente intenta ayudar de forma muy directa y sin cuidado la areas pobres de Venezuela y atacar el sector privado de la nación. Un gran error que hemos estado escarmentado desde hace mucho tiempo.\n\nDesde el ´99 hasta el 2009, el barril de petroleo toco su maximo precio, donde cada uno te podria llevar a costar casi 120$, haciendo de esto una gran entrada de dinero al país.\n\nCon esta gran suma de dinero, se llevaron a cabo politicas innecesarias y sin garantias, especialmente politicas sociales, donde primero habia que capacitar a la poblacion y luego a las instituciones.  Se invirtio dinero innecesario en CDI ¨Centros de Diagnostico Integral¨, complejos medicos que actualmente se encuentran totalmente en desuso y sin las provisiones necesarias para su funcionamiento.\n\nSe invirtio un gran cantidad de dinero en la creación de viviendas totalmente gratis, algo muy altruista, pero realmente algo muy mal pensado, el estado es garante de satisfacer las necesidades de la población, eso es algo muy cierto pero tampoco puede regalar el dinero y crear un espiritu de vagancia, porque se estaria afectando el mucho mas de lo que se beneficia.\n\nExpropio empresas privadas de una forma totalmente innecesarias, donde estas empresas actualmente no trabajan nisiquiera al 20% de su capacidad instalada y si es que aun siguen en funcionamiento, haciendo asi que el desabastecimiento sea mucho mas pronunciado.\n\nAl principio este problema podia ser solucionado debio al gran capital que ingresaba proveniente del petroleo pero todo lo que sube tiene que bajar, en el 2009 el precio del petroleo decayo en exceso, haciendo que Venezuela se encontrara sin una entrada de dinero que pudiera solventar sus gastos.\n\nLuego de haber creado una sociedad en total declive y una economía interior totalmente igual, el gobierno venezolano se encontró con un gran problema, no tenia forma de producir dinero o el dinero suficiente. Así que intentó activar la producción agricola del país, pero fracaso.\n\nIntento de muchas formas la obtención de dinero, pero en todas fracaso, PDVSA, la empresa encargada de extracción y producción del crudo cada vez fue decayendo, produciendo cada vez menos petroleo y por ende menos dinero.\n\nActualmente Venezuela es uno de los paises mas endeudados del mundo, se estima que Venezuela posee una deuda de alrededor de 90.000 millones con China, donde casi todo el crudo que se puede extraer es enviado a este país.\n\nPero aun sigue siendo uno de los paises con las reservas naturales mas grandes del mundo, pero sin un gobierno capaz de administrar esto.\n\nActualmente necesitamos un gobierno capaz de reformar a la población, crear una sociedad progresista y emprendedora, una sociedad productora de sus propios bienes y servicios, que sea capaz de solventar sus necesidades.\n\nUn gobierno que sea capaz de recuperar la producción petrolero y el turismo, que los capitales extranjeros vuelvan a tener la confianza necesaria de invertir en este bello país, un gobierno que sea capaz de utilizar todo lo que este en sus manos para reestablecer el orden y la ley, erradicar la corrupción y llevar a Venezuela a su siguiente etapa.\n\nYa hemos tocado fondo, ahora nos toco surgir nuevamente.\n\nLos tiempos dificiles crean hombres buenos.",

La cual es dinero obtenido por el cliente por el simple hecho de mantener su dinero dentro del banco. En su contra parte, el banco al prestar dinero cobra al empresario una tasa denominada: Tasa Activa, un interes cobrado por el prestado del dinero de sus clientes, obviamente como un valor mas alto que la Tasa Pasiva, para asi poder obtener un ganancia y rentabilidad, haciendo de esto un gran negocio.\n\nPuede sonar algo descabellado porque el banco esta usando nuestro dinero para darselo a otros, pero esto es de gran importancia, sin este prestado de capital ningún empresario podria emprender sus actividades, evitando así crear un economía.",

      "body": "@irama Tienes razón pero en cierta parte te equivocas. \n\nEl gobierno venezolano no debe comprar ni alimentos ni medicinas en el exterior, sabias tu que poseemos unas de las tierras mas fértiles?, que el único producto que no se da en Venezuela es el trigo?.\n\nLo que hundió al gobierno y lo sigue hundiendo fueron sus políticas erradas, al querer ocuparse ellos de toda la industrialización y dejar afuera a los capitales privados cometieron un gran error.\n\nSu segundo error fue sus políticas sociales, todo estado debe hacer políticas sociales el detalle de Venezuela fue que hicieron en exceso, quitandole dinero a la banca comercial para invertirlo en políticas sin ninguna garantía, es decir, regalando el dinero,  haciendo así que ningún banco pueda dar un préstamo a algún emprendedor por no contar con el, sacando de la ecuación a los capitales tanto extranjeros como los nacionales. Ahora que se dieron cuenta de su error, nadie quiere invertir aquí y ningún país quiere que Venezuela invierta en el.",

      "body": "@ayomide14 Excelente post amigo, entiendo perfectamente tu opinión, pero creo que el cambio de mentalidad hacia un economía que no provenga de la escasez es algo sumamente difícil de lograr por lo siguiente. \n\nSegún términos económicos la economía nace siempre en función a la escasez y cualquier definición que le des siempre y cuando trate de satisfacer las necesidades de la humanidad que son de carácter creciente es una definición valida, con esto quiero decir que si cambiamos el concepto de la escasez ya no seria economía, seria otro tipo de pensamiento que claro, en cierto punto seria algo revolucionario e innovador.",

Al adquirir comida para su consumo es un bien pero cuando usted alquila la luz eléctrica esta adquiriendo un servicio.\n\nEntonces debemos producir bienes y servicios para el consumo.\n\n¿Como producir?\n\nEs una respuesta simple, producimos a través de los factores de producción y la producción es la transformación de materia prima en productos semi-elaborados o elaborados.\n\nLos factores de producción de una nación son muchos, pero el mas importante es la industrialización. La industrialización ademas de permitirnos la creación de la mayoría de los bienes y servicios nos ofrece diversos beneficios como: Empleos, impuestos, rentabilidad, entre otros. \n\n¿Para quien producir?\n\nProduciremos para la población, para la nación, para la sociedad siempre desde el punto de vista de satisfacer las necesidades de la humanidad que son de carácter creciente.\n\nSiempre debe haber una producción constante en una nación para poder satisfacer las necesidades de los consumidores, un país sin industrialización es un país pobre porque todos los bienes y servicios deberá importarlos, haciendo así que su economía disminuya y si su economía disminuye, disminuye su moneda creando así una devaluación no oficial y haciendo mas difícil cada vez la compra de bienes y servicios en el propio país, por ejemplo tenemos a Venezuela, un país sin industria.",

El maíz se extrae de la agricultura, es decir, del sector primario de la economía, recuerden que este es el sector mas importante porque por si solo nos permite la alimentación y la alimentación es la primera necesidad de la humanidad y la economía no es mas que la manera de administrar los recursos para satisfacer las necesidades de la humanidad o población.\n\nUna vez se haya extraído el maíz ya este posee un valor X o un precio X debido al esfuerzo o trabajo realizado por el agricultor al sembrarlo y mantenerlo hasta el punto de extracción, ahora el maíz es vendido a un precio X a una compañía refinadora de maíz que podrá hacer con el diferentes productos como es el caso de la harina de maíz, luego de que la compañía lo haya transformado en un producto elaborado este adquiere un nuevo valor o nuevo precio. \n\nAhora entra en marcha el tercer sector de la economía el cual es la comercialización del producto que no es mas que otra cosa que llevar el producto al mercado, ahora un supermercado se dispone a comprar el producto elaborado y al hacerlo este adquiere un nuevo precio X, que es muy distinto del valor inicial cuando el agricultor simplemente lo extrajo, en algunos países como es el caso de Venezuela se puede vender un producto por encima de todo su precio de costo, es decir, si el precio de costo es 30, puedes vender ese producto un 30% mas. \n\nRecordemos que costo es todo aquello que compramos destinado a la venta, es decir, si compramos un edificio para luego venderlo el precio del edificio representa un costo para nosotros, en cambio si lo usáramos para algo personal este ya seria un activo para nosotros.\n\nUna vez explicado la transformación del precio cada vez que pasa por un sector distinto de la economía hasta llegar al ultimo, podemos darnos cuenta de que el precio no es mas que el valor que se le asigna a un producto por el trabajo realizado por las personas que lo procesaron y un porcentaje de ganancia para las empresas que facilitaron ese proceso. \n\nEl precio juego un papel sumamente importante en la economía, marca el valor de nuestro trabajo y asigna nuestra capacidad de adquisición, según lo que dispongamos en el bolsillo es lo que podemos adquirir.",
