On the other hand, Dante Alighieri in his mythical work the \"Divine Comedy\", presents the condemned for this sin as inhabited in the \"seventh circle of hell\" \"divided into three stone circles and surrounded by a great river of blood.\" However, despite these human classifications, the Bible is not condemned to anger in itself as a sin. On the contrary, he makes a clear distinction by saying: \"Be angry, but do not sin\" (Ephesians 4:26). Besides, at least a dozen times the Scripture speaks of the wrath of God and it is absurd to think that God can commit one of the so-called \"deadly sins\".\n\nNow then, what is the problem with anger? I think it's the problem with anger in the body: what caused it and what it derived. In this opportunity I want to focus on the first of the problems and in Jonah we have a clear example of it. Chapter 4 of Jonah is the part of the story of this character that was more times uncomfortable than was mentioned. They present us with an irritated and even \"spoiled\" Jonah. Angry because God spared the lives of the inhabitants of Nineveh, and then angry because God dried a plant. On both occasions Jonah exclaimed and expressed his desire to prefer to die before seeing what was happening (v. 3,9). On both occasions, God also says: \"Are you right to be so angry?\" (V. 4.9).\n\nIt is important to note that Jonah was very upset about two things: the first of it, because of the mercy that God had extended to a people. It is interesting that many times, without realizing it, we get angry because we do not agree with the case of God. If we analyzed many of our \"tantrums\", we would realize that anger is because God did not do things as we wanted and this is very related to pride, which is clearly a sin.\n\nThe second thing that makes you angry is Jonah is the death of a pumpkin. And again, God asks: \"Are you right to lock up so much for the plant?\" It's as if the Lord said to him, \"Please, Jonah, are you saying something about what is causing your anger?\" Many of our lives are absurd. Jonah was upset about a plant that, as the Lord tells him, \"without effort on your part, creation in one night and in the other reason\" (v. 10). But if we analyze the\nsituation in depth, we will realize that Jonah was not upset by the plant itself, because we no longer had it in the shade. That is, because it affected their comfort or their own interests.\nMany of our lives are caused by someone else's cause, but because we have many of my comforts or my interests. They touch my pride or our image. That is why to heal in health it is important to analyze what may be giving rise to our anger. It is not wrong to get upset or angry for noble and even just causes. What is wrong is having things that have to do with the behavior of God or for selfish reasons. Both ways of thinking are linked to pride and that is why you have to avoid them.\nTherefore, if the things that are causing anger have to be related to that with God, you are doing things, for vain and superficial reasons, for selfish interests, or for things that you do not have grown up, ask the Lord to help you to order your emotions and see things from his perspective.",

Por otro lado, Dante Alighieri en su mítica obra la “Divina Comedia”, presenta a los condenados por este pecado como destinados a habitar en el “séptimo circulo del infierno” “dividido en tres círculos de piedra y rodeados de un gran río de sangre”. Sin embargo, pese a estas clasificaciones humanas, la Biblia no condena a la ira en si misma como un pecado. Por el contrario hace una clara distinción al decir: “Airaos, pero no pequéis” (Efesios 4:26). Además de que, por lo menos una decena de veces se habla en la Escritura de la “ira de Dios” y es absurdo pensar que Dios pueda cometer uno de los llamados “pecados capitales”.\n\nAhora bien, entonces ¿Cuál es el problema con la ira? Yo creo que fundamentalmente el problema con la ira son dos: lo que la causó y lo que derivó. En esta oportunidad quiero centrarme en el primero de los problemas y en Jonás tenemos un claro ejemplo de ello. El capitulo 4 de Jonás es la parte de la historia de este personaje que tal vez más le incomodó que fuese mencionada. Nos presenta a un Jonás irritado y hasta “malcriado”. Enojado porque Dios perdonó la vida a los habitantes de Nínive, y luego enojado porque Dios secó una planta. En ambas oportunidades Jonás exclamó y expresó su deseo de preferir morir antes de ver lo que estaba pasando (v. 3,9). En ambas oportunidades además Dios le dice: “¿Tienes razón de enfurecerte tanto?” (v. 4,9). \n\nEs importante señalar que Jonás estaba muy molesto por dos cosas: la primera de ella, por la misericordia que Dios había tendido con un pueblo. Es interesante que muchas veces, sin darnos cuenta, nos enojamos porque no estamos de acuerdo con el proceder de Dios. Si analizáramos muchas de nuestras “rabietas”, nos daríamos cuenta que la ira es porque Dios no hizo las cosas como nosotros queríamos y esto está muy relacionado con la soberbia, que si es claramente un pecado. \n\nLo segundo que hace enojar a Jonás es la muerte de una calabacera. Y otra vez, Dios pregunta: “¿Tienes razón de enfurecerte tanto por la planta?”. Es como si el Señor le dijese: “Por favor Jonás, ¿Te estás dando cuanta de lo que está causando tu ira?” Muchas de nuestras iras son por cuestiones absurdas. Jonás estaba molesto por una planta que, como le dice el Señor: “sin ningún esfuerzo de tu parte, creció en una noche y en la otra pereció.” (v. 10). Pero si analizamos la\nsituación a profundidad, nos daremos cuanta que Jonás no estaba molesto por la planta en si, sino porque ya no lo iba a dar sombra. Es decir, porque afectó su comodidad o sus propios intereses.\nMuchas de nuestras iras son causadas no por causas justas, sino porque afecta alguna de mis comodidades o mis intereses. Tocan mi orgullo o afectan nuestra imagen. Es por esto que para curarnos en salud es importante analizar lo que pueda estar dando origen a nuestra ira. No está mal el molestarse o airarse por causas nobles y hasta justas. Lo que está mal es airarse por cosas que tienen que ver con el proceder de Dios o por motivos egoístas. Ambas maneras de pensar están ligadas a la soberbia y por esto hay que evitarlas.\nPor lo tanto, si las cosas que te están causando ira tienen están relacionadas con que no estás de acuerdo con como Dios está haciendo las cosas, por causas vanas y superficiales, por intereses egoístas, o por cosas que tu no te has esforzado y han crecido, pide al Señor que te ayude a ordenar tus emociones y a ver las cosas desde la perspectiva de él.",

      "body": "Muy buena respuesta. Nuestro Dios es un Dios fiel y \"nuestro pronto auxilio en la tribulación\".\n\nEn elgún momento del su vida el salmista dijo: “¡Oh Jehovah, cuánto se han multiplicado mis enemigos! Muchos son los que se levantan contra mí.  Muchos dicen acerca de mí: `¡Dios no lo librará!`...  Pero tú, oh Jehovah, eres escudo alrededor de mí; eres mi gloria y el que levanta mi cabeza.” Salmo 3.1-3\n\nDavid fue un hombre que tuvo que enfrentar muchas crisis en su vida.  Siendo muy joven fue ungido para ser rey de una nación donde ya había un rey.  Por mucho tiempo tuvo que huir de dicho rey el cual procuraba su muerte.  Por otro lado, ser el mejor amigo del heredero del trono tampoco le favorecía mucho en su agitada vida.  Luego de ser establecido como rey sufrió una importante crisis al pecar contra Dios por medio del adulterio y el asesinato.  Sin embrago, una de las más importantes crisis que David vivió como rey fue cuando su propio hijo tejió una conspiración para quitarle su reinado (2 Sam 15).  Pensando en lo mejor para su pueblo David decide huir y organizar sus estrategias de defensa desde fuera, sin embrago no podía ocultar el dolor de ser víctima de persecución de su propio hijo (2 Samuel 15:30).  ¿Qué sentirá un padre cuando su hijo organiza una conspiración llena de mentiras para derrocarlo de su trono y aun procurar su muerte?  En este contexto David dirige al Señor la célebre oración que tenemos en el  Salmo 3.\n\nEn esta situación de crisis David está seguro de tres cosas.  Mientras sus enemigos apostaban por su derrota y aun aseguraban que Dios no le libraría él podía afirmar que el Señor era su escudo, su gloria y quien levantaba su cabeza.  Esta oración expresa la certidumbre de las tres funciones que cumple Dios en todo creyente que deposita su confianza en él.\n\n“Eres escudo alrededor de mi”.  Esta es una declaración de protección.  David sabía que aunque sus enemigos eran muchos, Jehová había dispuesto un escudo alrededor de su vida, por lo tanto podía acostarse y dormir tranquilo porque Jehová lo sustentaba (v. 5).  ¿Cuántas cosas generalmente intentan quitarnos el sueño?  En las noches el temor y la preocupación intentan llegar a nuestras vidas y robarnos las horas de descanso.  Pida al Señor y crea que hay un escudo de protección alrededor de su vida a cada momento.\n\n“Eres mi gloria”.  Muchas veces creemos que las cosas que poseemos y hemos alcanzado en la vida son el producto único de nuestro esfuerzo, dedicación y hasta “suerte”.  David sabía que “su gloria” procedía del Señor.  Es decir, creía que todo lo que él era y representaba en ese momento era por las misericordias de Dios.  El no era rey porque era valiente, o porque venía de una familia real o porque era un astuto guerrero.  El sabía que era rey porque Dios lo había puesto allí.  Cuando llegamos a tal nivel de certidumbre de creer que la casa que poseemos, el trabajo o la posición que tenemos, la familia que hemos levantado, los hijos engendrados, y muchas otras cosas más; son solo el fruto de la misericordia de Dios y de lo que él tenía previsto para nosotros dejamos de creer en nuestra gloria y creemos que Dios es nuestra gloria.  \n\n“Quien levanta mi cabeza”.  Como dice la versión Dios habla hoy “Eres quien me reanima”.  Como ya se mencionó David lloraba por saber que su propio hijo había puesto en sus contra a muchos leales seguidores del rey, pero quien le daba animo para seguir era el Señor.  Dios sabe cuales son las cosas que nos duelen y nos causan desanimo, pero debemos sobre ponernos a eso y la única manera es confiar que Dios tiene el poder le “levantar nuestra cabeza” por encima de las circunstancias.  Creámosle al Señor y su palabra y podemos concluir nuestra oración como David: “De Jehovah viene la salvación.  ¡Sobre tu pueblo sea tu bendición!” (v. 8)",
