      "body": "Why are you Sick, Ill, Hospitalized, Miserable and/or in Bad Shape...?!? It baffles me that the masses, including members of my own Family, see that they're on their last leg(sick beyond belief) and aren't open and/or seeking other means of Healing/Recovery(Holistic, naturopath, etc.,) to Living in health terms proper Lives! \n\nThe Late Revered Johnnie Colemon and my Uncle Jacoby Dickens once said that if you do the same things, you'll keep getting the same Results..  Please all that will read this, please share and distribute to many!! IF YOU KEEP DOING/BELIEVING THE SAME THINGS, YOU'LL KEEP GETTING THE SAME RESULTS!!! Why don't people get that..?? \n\nI know that the Ultimate Addictive Food Product(White Sugar) and its culprits(White Bread, White Flour, Sodas, etc.,) are very tasty and Common... And I understand that there aren't as many \"Healthy\" Food options in society as there are Junk/Garbage Food choices... But when you see your own Parents, Cousins, next door neighbors and so on, literally on their Death Beds or on figuratively a Thousand Pills(synthetic Drugs) a day, why doesn't a Light Frickin go on in ones Head?!?  Who in their Right mind, likes to be in Pain, restricted in living life to the Pure Fullest, not seeing their Children graduate College and so on..?  I have a personal equation that I use: for every slice of Cake/Pie/Candy you eat you should Jog one extra mile.. Simple Equation! \n\nAlkaline foods are a blessing for your body and Acidic foods are TOXIC!! Not rocket science Right..??  If you can't eat consistently healthy, then most definitely exercise(Jog/Walk in your own neighborhood at least  1 mile every other day, do some push ups, sit ups) and take multi Omega 3 capsules, Vitamin C, Garlic tablets, Turmeric, etc., \nI'm not Perfect but I know that I want to realistically Live properly and be a Blessing for maaany years to come...\n\nPut down those DAMN smartphones and get back to the Ole School/Back in the Day ways of Living People, PLEEEASE!! \n\nCheckout on Youtube: Dick Gregory, The Honorable Elijah Muhammad,  and Dr. Sebi , Peace be upon their Souls/Lives!
