In the memo, the employee attempted to answer the question regarding why men on average go for tech roles vs. women. \n\nThroughout the 10 pages with his statements, he provided statistical and scientific data to back up his claims regarding his claims. While several people/employees attempted vocalize their feelings about why he was in the wrong while others felt he was logical with his claims and that Google is hampering free speech.
