As a lot of you, hardcore Fantasy Football fanatics may know, its boring as hell right now!\n\nThis really is a good time to come up with a plan to conquer the 2018 season.  Most players who play in a few leagues for a couple hundred dollars wouldn't even think about planning this early into the offseason, but if you do this correctly then you can set yourself up to be fully prepared for draft day.\n\n![todd-gurley_pg_600.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmauEFxuRz6d4vhehmJS3qq8kkbqrtcTYhVLEbHprxjZJp/todd-gurley_pg_600.jpg)\n\nFirst thing first... Look at the new coaching changes.  This might take a little while since it is a revolving door in the coaching world.  This is something that needs to be done BEFORE you start really evaluating players you may want to draft in the upcoming season.  Why is this important? Tendencies and philosophies.  Different coaches prefer different types of players, some coaches value a position more than the other, and some just.....suck in general.  \n\nThis isn't limited to head coaches either.  Offensive coordinators should also be factored into this process. Head coaches lay out the plan, but the OC calls the plays.  \n\nExample: Remember Vincent Brown of the Chargers? For years that guy was supposed to emerge BUT never did.  Who did?  Big Tall, spectacular catch type guys... Vincent Jackson, Danario Alexander, Malcom Floyd, and even Keenen Allen.  Rivers and that coaching staff loved the guys who could climb the ladder.\n\nI am going to skip the part where I tell you to NOW scout players you might like... Its March and that's pointless.  \n\nThe next thing that I want to do is to figure out a schedule.  I know that I want to be in at least 20 paid leagues.  I also have some experience doing this so I know that drafting early does not suit me well.  I like to have information and I also LOVE to pick players who blow out their knee in week one of the preseason.  This tells me that I need to be drafted no earlier than 2 weeks out from the start of the season.  It's a lot of drafting in a short amount of time, but the more information I have PLUS limiting the risk of injuring players will help my overall return.\n\nWhat do I do until then?\n\nEasy... I mock my life away. By the time I get to August, I know the draft inside and out.  The moment I see my spot I already have an idea of what my team will look like.  Prepare yourself for all the different directions.  If you go RB RB from the 8 spot... is that better than WR RB?  How does your team look overall when you pick no RBs in the first 3 rounds.  Test it.  You don't need to pick a winner in a mock, but you can set yourself up to do that in August. \n\nLast tip... Start off your Sunday with a big breakfast burrito. It was fun to make, but took a while to edit.  \n\nI figured since this is a new forum and since there really isn't a lot of football to talk about, I would post this video for my new SteemIt family!\n\nBasically, the idea was to combine my 2 favorite things... Game of Thrones and Fantasy Football.  \n\nI compared a bunch of NFL players to the characters in the show and gave my reasoning for comparing the 2.  Some I think hit dead on and some may have gone over the heads of my viewers on Youtube.  Either way, I didn't really get the sort of response as I thought I might get from it. I am not really losing anything of value. I won't have to look for a second job to pay the bills.  I know all of this, but I am still a bit pissed off.\n\nI understand why Youtube did what they did.  They needed to get all the crap channels out of the picture so their ads aren't being published on them.  They want you to earn the right to make money.  I also realize that this is their platform and they can do what they want. I know all this, but I am still a bit pissed off.\n\nI go into the videos knowing that I was not going to make much money, but that is factored in already.  NOW, I've made content that will no longer have any opportunity to earn me revenue.  It's not like I made my video after all of this happened... after my monetization was taken away.  No, MY content was made before all of this and will now be unmonetized.  Why not grandfather the content in? Why not allow certain users to apply for a review? It bothers me that they just took the easy way out by taking out the little guys.  \n\nIf I post a video on Youtube again, I will do it with the understanding that I will not make any money.  I will not be compensated for my time.  I would have no right to complain about that because I have the choice to do that.  I'm pissed because I made content for my following and YT says... \"Hey, your content is good enough to be on our site, but that share you use to get.........nah bruh, we aren't going to do that anymore.\" \n\nMY content is still on your site.
