      "body": "It's been about four weeks since I've spoken to Sean. His phone goes straight to voicemail. There were no responses to my emails. This isn't like him at all.Something must be wrong. He might have had another episode.\n\nThat's what Sean calls it \"an episode\". We both wished it was a fictional series. Something that goes away with a click.But, it isn't and it never will be. Sean's mental illness will forever be apart of him. Whenever his mind decided to snap, all hell broke loose.  No one wanted to be around him. No one understood that he wasn't acting mad intentionally.\n\nI met Sean in June, a few months after his latest espisode. I read about him in the local paper. He was a writer like me. Why am I talking about Sean like he is still not here?He must be here, somewhere. I refuse to believe anything else. He is a writer, a great one. Most of all he is a wonderful person. \n\nI miss him. The conversations we had were meaningful. He had so much insight. He listened to me, really listened. And his smile lit up any room.I never met someone who was more human. He had such a compassionate soul. I'm not sure many saw Sean for the man he was. He was the realest.  \n\nBut, society so quick to judge and segregrate anyone who didn't fit in didn't do right by him. They swept him under the rug, forsaked him, branded him with their cruel words and actions. \"A mad man\" they might have said.To me, Sean was a genius, the write kind.\n\nThe first time I went to met Sean, a few people warned me to be careful.I never felt afraid. We had such a lovely evening, there wasn't even a tinge of awkwardness. Afterwards, he followed me to my bus stop. He was quite a gentleman and even though he had no cash, he refused my offer to buy him something. \n\nWhere are you now, Sean?I called Bellevue Hospital. I called his parish's hospital and got no information. I contacted those who knew him and his work but not one could give me any updates. \n\nThe last time he had an episode, he was alone,on the streets. They stole his phone.He had no means to contact anyone. He had to seek shelter at a hospital. \n\nI typed his full name in Google. The only thing came up was his Twitter he recently began to use frequently.Sean was not a social media person.I had encouraged him to use social media more to advertise his work. He had several poetry books on Amazon that weren't selling though his work was amazing. His last tweet was mid-August, the same time I spoke to him.\n\nMy eyes stung. I didn't want to type the dreadful words but I had to know. I typed his full name and added 'dead' beside it. Waited....The page load and a recent 2016 post came up in the search. My heart leaped. I looked closer, it was in another country. Oh thank you,Jesus. He must still be alive. Maybe alone but still alive. \n\nI forced my tears back. I will not allow fear and worry to consume me. I will look for Sean physically. I didn't know where I would find the money to travel. But if I don't, who will?Sean has to know that he has one friend who truly care about him. And I will not allow him to be alone for this episode.",

So when shit hits the fan, they tend to think it's confetti. And that is not alright. Usain Bolt, as everyone knows, is a legend. Some people even refer to him as a god after he became the very first human to acquire &nbsp;‘Triple Triple’, three gold medals at three consecutive Olympic Games &nbsp;triple (100 metres, 200 metres, 4 x 100 metres). It was an epic athletic achievement that left spectators near and far in a daze. In the awesome aftermath of his recent Olympic win, Usain Bolt shocked the world again with another 'extremity', this time in the bedroom department.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Social Media was now buzzing with his alleged infidelity. I tried to ignore it. After all, his sexual life is his personal life whether he's faithful to his spouse or not. He still is an awesome athlete, arguably the greatest. I loved what he has done for Jamaica. I even felt inspired by his athletic fervor. (<em>'ll write an</em>other article about Rio 2016 impacted my life). But, the more I tried to avoid this buzz, the more it came at me like a relentless fly in my ear. I had to squat it. Hence, this article; beware as I am about to steem.</p>\n<p>As a Jamaican myself, I do not believe it's okay to come to Usain's defense simply because he's from your country, club or your hero. A spade simply does not change its shape because you imagine it to be a heart. Don't praise behavior that you will never partake in yourself. Would be be okay if your spouse (man or woman) was reported to behave that way? I read several comments that men wrote saying \"he's just being young.\" Would you believe she's just being young if you see pictures of your girlfriend on social media in bed with another man? Step off the balls wagon and save your pretentious comments that you more than likely penned when your girlfriend was in the shower.</p>\n<p>It is very much known that Usain Bolt is in a committed relationship. Another comment that ticked me off is \"Usain Bolt is not a married man.\" Really? Maybe it's the feminist in me but what does marriage have to &nbsp;do with this if he is in a real relationship (one that is not open)? Do you really believe it's okay to sleep around because they haven't tied a knot? What does your spouse have to say about it? Maybe I am old fashioned but the last time I checked a relationship was built on respect and trust. Are those photos respectful to his spouse?&nbsp;</p>\n<p>I think I should stop steeming because I might blow a fuse. I just strongly dislike people throwing morals through the door because they have a high regard for another human being. It's disgusting really. I wonder what some people really stand for if they can not stand up for their own code of ethics when battling with superstar dust. I acquired all the evidence to convert all you non-banana or infrequent banana eaters. There are awesome benefits of taking in some of that sweet,long,firm, yellow fruit called 'Banana'. I now present you with 5 of these reasons why you should include this fruit in your diet:\n\n* Banana Stregthens the Nervous System - That reason alone should convert you from a non-eater in a jiffy.
