      "body": "আমি আশা করি যে আপনারা আপনাদের মূল্যবান মন্তব্যের মাধ্যমেই আমার এই লেখাটি সৌন্দর্য বৃদ্ধি করবেন এবং আপনাদের মতামত ব্যক্ত করবেন। আমি যদি কোনো কিছু ভুল বলে থাকি, তাহলে অবশ্যই আমাকে শুধরে দিতে ভুলবেন না।\n\nআমাদের মধ্যে এমন কোনো মানুষকে পাওয়া যাবে না যে ভবিষ্যতের জন্যই ভেবে ভেবে একেবারে অস্থির হচ্ছে না। অর্থাৎ, আমরা একটা কদম দিতে গেলেও সব সময় ভবিষ্যৎ নিয়ে চিন্তা করি, এমনকি আমরা শুধুমাত্র আমাদের ভবিষ্যতের জন্য চিন্তা করে করে আমাদের বর্তমানটা আমরা কীভাবে কাটাচ্ছি, সেটা একটুও আমরা ভাবি না।\n\nআসলে, অতীত, বর্তমান, ভবিষ্যৎ এই তিনটি একেবারে ওতপ্রোতভাবে জড়িত। অতীত নিয়ে ভাবার কিছু আছে বলে আমি মনে করি না। অতীত নিয়ে যদি ভাবতে যাই, তাহলে অতীত থেকে শুধুমাত্র আমরা আমাদের জীবনের জন্য শিক্ষা নিতে পারি। যে শিক্ষাটি আমরা ভবিষ্যতে কাজে লাগাতে পারি এবং যে শিক্ষা কাজে লাগিয়ে আমরা জীবনে সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হওয়া থেকে নিজেদেরকে বাঁচাতে পারি।\n\nএখন আসি বর্তমানে, যেটা নিয়ে আসলে আমরা একটুও ভাবি না। কারণ আপনি নিজেই চিন্তা করুন—আপনি যদি কোনো কিছু করেন, তাহলে প্রথমে যেটা ভাবেন, তা হলো সেই কাজটার ভবিষ্যৎ। আমি বলছি না যে ভবিষ্যৎ নিয়ে ভাবনা চিন্তা করা খারাপ কিছু। কারণ আমরা যদি সুদূরপ্রসারী চিন্তাভাবনা না করি, সেক্ষেত্রে আমাদের জীবন থেকে দুঃখ-কষ্ট সহজে যাবে না এবং গেলেও তা সাময়িকভাবে যাবে। কিন্তু আমি মনে করি সেটা একটু লিমিটের মধ্যেই হওয়া উচিত।\n\nএই যে আমি ভবিষ্যতের ব্যাপারটা বললাম, এখন যদি বর্তমানের কথা বলি, সেক্ষেত্রে আমি বলবো যে আমরা মানুষ হিসেবে যে জিনিসটা নিয়ে সবচেয়ে বেশি কম ভাবি, সেটা হলো বর্তমান। আমরা আসলে ভবিষ্যতের জন্য আমাদের বর্তমান টাকে নষ্ট করে ফেলি। কিন্তু আমি মনে করি, যদি আমরা ভবিষ্যতের জন্য বর্তমানে কষ্ট করি, সে ক্ষেত্রে বর্তমানে অন্তত নিজেকে এতোটুকু সুখ দেওয়া উচিত যাতে আমাদের বর্তমান সময়টা নষ্ট না হয়। কারণ মানুষের প্রতিটি সময়ই মূল্যবান। শুধুমাত্র ভবিষ্যৎ মূল্যবান, বর্তমান মূল্যবান নয়, আমি এমনটা মানতে নারাজ।\n\nতাই আমি মনে করি আমাদের ভবিষ্যৎ নিয়ে যেমন চিন্তা করা উচিত, অতীত থেকেও যেমন আমাদের শিক্ষা নেওয়া উচিত, ঠিক তেমনটাই আমাদের উচিত বর্তমান নিয়ে অন্তত একটু হলেও চিন্তা করা যাতে আমরা বর্তমানে যেমন আছি, তাতেই কিছুটা সুখী থাকতে পারি।\n\nআপনারা যদি আমার এই পোস্টটি পছন্দ করেন, তাহলে আমাকে ফলো করুন এবং আপভোট দিতে ভুলবেন না। ধন্যবাদ!",
