      "body": "I'll try this first without the screen captures...\n\nFirst of all, I have confirmation that I purchased the EOS tokens with MyEtherWallet.\n\nIn MyEtherWallet I choose Contracts and choose EOS contribution and click Access.  I've made sure that this info is correct.\n\nUnder Select a function, I have registered two keys I believe, which I know is a waste so I'm not sure I need to do that again?  Every time I have done this I get the green banner across the bottom of the screen that says it's been verified and I might have to wait up to 3 hours but it never comes.\n\nUnder Select a function I have claimAll many times with no luck.  I here to get the green banner that says the transaction has been verified.\n\nI can see all of these transactions go through, but I still do not get my tokens: Under Token balances it is 0.\n\nI have followed the step by step instructions many times, but I must obviously be missing something because it works for other people.",

      "body": "I purchased EOS tokens using MyEtherWallet and the transaction went through no problem.  However I have not been able to successfully claim them.  I have read every instructions out there that I can find.  I have wasted a bunch of fees trying to claim them.  I have registered an EOS key twice, which I know is a waste.  Can anyone tell me what I am missing or doing wrong?  I can see that the purchase transaction went through now a week ago, but I can't seem to claim them.  Are my tokens lost?  One step I saw in the above tutorial was to enter your private key for your  wallet?  I always use the keystone file to access my wallet.  What is the private key?",

      "body": "I have tried claiming my tokens many times but they don't show up.  My original transaction is there.  I have done the claimall a few times, I have generated the EOS key at least twice which I know is a waste, I have waited countless hours and tried again.  Nothing I do is working.  Do you have any suggestions?  I wish I never purchased this ICO but there is no point in whining about it now.  I just want to see that I have them.  I don't know why they don't have an email address for these kinds of issues.",

      "body": "I really like your stuff... I am really new to this stuff and I wish I had read about MetaMask before I purchased EOS tokens with MyEtherWallet.  I have not been able to claim my tokens yet.  I have gone through the instructions a few times and wasted transactions fees, I guess all part of the learning curve.  I want to see my EOS tokens and transfer them to MetaMask.  I'm sure you have posted this already, so can you point me to where I can get my EOS tokens from MyEtherWallet from the very beginning?  I have claimed them, registered them, reclaimed them but I don't have them.  I hope I haven't lost them.  Is there an easy way to get them out of MyEtherWallet?  I'm learning a lot fast, but not fast enough I guess.  Thanks for your patience in advance.",
