Since then, the center where I used to live and work, I visit less and less: crowds, pollution, parking problems ... the list of reasons is quite long.\n\nEaster is traditionally the quietest day of the year. The custom is that there are very few people on the streets, so I used a quiet Easter day to walk around the center, drink coffee at the legendary Hotel Moskva and see what is happening in the center of my hometown.",

      "body": "Many children and boys are living in Nairobi centre, along the streets.\nThey are alone, sent here by their family (living out of Nairobi city), to earn some money, and then losing all contact with their family.\n\nThey are invisible, living on the margins of society.\nSometime police kill someone of them, by night, without a reason.\nAt night, police enters in the park where women and children sleep, to rape them.\n\nIf you survive at policemen, you risk every night to be killed by other clans men.\nThey sleep together.       "body": "Well, I can fit a ton of birds in this category; I have a small green area near where I live, and small (and not so small) birds are fortunatelly pretty frequent. Some of them though, are hard to capture on camera. And the beautiful kestrel chosen as the opening photo is the perfect example of one of those species: you see them very often, but normally darting from one place to another. It's very necessary we meet up physically and not totally depend on online communication where feelings could be hidden and we could be given a wrong information too.\nThe world is becoming lonely even with people around, you walk into a room and everyone is more focused on their phone and unaware of their environment.\nPhysical communication build connections and brotherhood better among humans.\n\n\nMore physical communication boost confidence, strengthens communication more than online communication.\nAt some point in my life, I use to feel more confident, open and relatable while having an online communication with friends, but when it's time to meet physically, communication become slow, I deal with being shy and it seems to me like I'm just knowing you for the first time, meanwhile we have been chatting, in most cases this attitude is mutual.\nWe might all agree that online communication is more convenient but we can't take way the fact the physical communication build more connection and bond in our world , over online communication.\n\nThe part were I encourage online communication more is the aspect of safety, not just safety from crime and harms , but also financial safety.\nThis is why more people prefer working remotely, because it saves them from expenses and transportation.\nThis doesn't mean crime doesn't exist in online communication, but it reduces the rate of crime the in the physical world.\nAlso, have we ever thought of the fact that technologies like phone are built to assist and help humans, it wasn't meant for us to totally depend on them or replace our physical presence. Not to forget, we thanked God for the blessings because that’s the first thing I don’t fail to do. You step out with a certain amount, buy a few things here and there, and before you know it, it’s gone like the wind. Money is indeed a spirit that leaves your hand once it gets to you - the way it comes, it goes quietly.\n\nSometimes, this isn’t about carelessness; prices in the market have gone up so much that even the small things add up fast. But still, the shock is always there - like the feeling when you finally sit down to calculate and then you realise how hard it hit.\n\nIt was at that moment that I gave it a thought again about how we handle our daily spending. I have a few people around me and many others out there who don’t take time to track how much goes out of their pockets until their wallets start crying for help when some things aren’t adding up. It’s easy to overlook the little amounts because they don’t seem much or obvious, but when you start adding them together, you realise they actually matter a lot.\n\nThis small experience taught me that being aware is everything when it comes to money. It’s a skill one must learn to manage their finance, not to become a reckless spender. Being intentional with our spending doesn’t make us stingy; it just makes us mindful. It’s about tracking our money and knowing where it’s going, even if it’s just on small things.
