I'm not trying to sound moral or beIing religious by saying too much of masturbation is not good because it is a habit people get addicted to and anything people get addicted to have their bad sides and also their good sides.\n\n I know fully well the advantages of masturbation which includes:\n\n1. it induces sleep\n2. it relieves stress and tension in the body\n3. it helps when sex isn't available when there's a deep urge\n4. it help's when you are not sure of a newly found sexual partner, to avoid STD's and unwanted pregnancy\n5. When you want to go to somewhere  your conscience keeps pricking you've done something wrong, you don't feel as normal as everyone else and the addiction of this could lead you in missing your responsibilities;  suspending what you wanna do for a later time or for the wrong time. \n\nAnd once this psychological instability starts, it tells on your face that your mind isn't clear and makes you start running away from people though you haven't committed a crime. It feels like eating the forbidden fruit in the garden of eden. Leading to seclusion of thyself and more seclusion leads to more loneliness and more loneliness leads to much masturbation.\n\n\n#Lowered muscle strength, size and lowered stamina( tiredness and weakness):\n\nBecause of the much release of sperms which contains lots of proteins it could lead to so much loss in weight and make a firmer muscle to become weak and we know that sexual activities burn lots of calories thereby reducing so much energy in you resulting in weakness and tiredness which can hinder you from handling energy required tasks efficiently, I've heard of cases where people miss their academic works and also people missing their jobs( official duties) because they lack the self esteem( being soaked in guilt) and required energy to carry out the days activities. \n\nThis sexual act, I can't deny is a pleasurable act but it makes you feel you can't approach a woman and makes you feel incapable.\n\n\n\n#Causes bruises and weakness to your penile organ and also affects relationships:\n\nBecause its freely done with your hands it allows you to manipulate your penile organ to your state of satisfaction and this would lead to little bruises on your penis causing you discomfort. And don't forget that too much of it also weakens your penis, because it keeps on going and going after one ejaculation to the other, the pleasure diminishes with time and since it's pleasurable, you want to get another round and this results to long lasting fondling of your penis before you reach another climax or orgasm which you would want to experience, this leads to weakness of the penis and causes bruises to your penile organ.\nIf you masturbate too much, it reduces your sexual urge for women or your partner because you've already satisfied your urges from masturbation and have exhausted most of your reserved sexual energy which doesn't make you perform well in bed with your partner as a result of weakness of the penis and loss of sexual libido.\n\nNOTE: I'm not against masturbation because I know the good sides of it, I'm just only against involving in it too much( like 5 to 6 times daily). \nI tell you all these from experience because how you use your body turn out to give you the result you deserve,  just as when you eat good food it tells on you, when you don't  it also tells on you, too much of everything is bad.\n\nThen how are you gonna look like when you exhaust your body's calories and protein many times daily; I'm sure it's definitely gonna tell on you. \n\nIF YOU POUR OUT SPERMS ALL THE TIME IT MAKES YOU LOOK WEAK AND FRAIL BECAUSE YOU ARE ALWAYS TAKING VITAL PROTEINS AWAY FROM YOU.       "body": "Would it be fair to tip the Brazilians as the next likely country to lift the World Cup in Russia? Why not? The Brazilians hosted the Mundial and were taught lessons about the game. In Brazil, the samba drumbeats were silent as their nationals watched in awe when the Germans decimated the Samba Boyz 7-1 in the semi-finals. It looked like an horror film, but the Brazilians have since learned the lesson of building on their youths. Equally horrifying was how Brazil lost the third-place bronze to Holland. They hosted the Mundial to lose, but they would be in Russia with a young crop of players who are the defending champions of the Olympic Games’ soccer event. Brazilians at home are doing everything possible to get Neymar back on his feet to play in Russia.\n\nSo, who are the Brazilians to watch at the Mundial? There are midfielders such as Willian (Chelsea), Paulinho (Barcelona), Fernandinho (Manchester City), Philippe Coutinho (Barcelona), Casemiro (Real Madrid) and Fred (Shakhtar Donetsk). They are youthful but lack the big stage experience to ruffle the feathers of the big boys. But the Samba Boyz attackers have tremendous club side experience, which could count for them with forwards, such as Douglas Costa (Juventus), Roberto Firmino (Liverpool), Gabriel Jesus   (Manchester City) and Neymar (PSG).\n\nIf there is a country that can dethrone the defending champions, Germany, it is Argentina, with an array of vastly experienced stars. It won the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008. Besides, most of them were members of the Argentina side that won the World Youth U-20 Championship in Holland.\n\n\nLionel Messi is Argentina’s biggest player, but, if the coach decides to list Carlos Tevez in the squad for Russia, then the Argentines could be contenders for the title. That Kun Aguero being injured  isn’t strange. He has an unenviable history with injuries. He will be in Russia but  Higuain looks like the striker to deliver the goals, only if he isn’t as wasteful as he was in Brazil, four years ago.\n\nManchester City FC’s doctors have ruled Aguero out for the season, which gives him time to recuperate for the World Cup.  The Argentines must look for another goalkeeper as it appears Romero won’t be fit for the Mundial, which makes matters worse since he is a reserve with Manchester United this season. He played a few matches but he looked unconvincing to bench De Gea.\n\nArgentina’s squad comprising Javier Mascherano Hebei (China Fortune) Ángel Di María (PSG), Éver Banega (Sevilla), Lucas Biglia  (Milan), Marcos Acuña (Sporting CP), Eduardo Salvio  (Benfica), Diego Perotti (Roma), Giovani Lo Celso (PSG) and Leandro Paredes             (Zenit Saint Petersburg). Their attacking options include Messi (captain)  (Barcelona), Agüero (Manchester City), Higuaín  (Juventus), Paulo Dybala (Juventus) and Ángel Correa  (Atlético Madrid). The problem with this squad is the manager’s tactics and ability to effectively utilise the potential of his players. With a better tactician, the Argentines could surpass their final appearance in 2014 by winning the trophy? I’m not suggesting a repeat of the 2014 final. If it happens, there is a justification for it, given the issues raised here. The French were winners in 1998 when they hosted the competition. They have been also-ran in spite of their potential. They have a coaching problem, which has rendered their big stars otiose during matches.\n\nIf names could win the World Cup, then you can count on the French, with such players as Paul Pogba (Manchester United, Thomas Lemar (Monaco) Corentin Tolisso (Bayern Munich), N’Golo Kanté (Chelsea), Blaise Matuidi (Juventus) and Adrien Rabiot (PSG). Others include Antoine Griezmann   (Atlético Madrid), Olivier Giroud  (Chelsea), Kylian Mbappé (PSG), Ousmane Dembélé  (Barcelona) and Anthony Martial (Manchester United).\n\nThe Spaniards were the defending champions at the Brazil 2014 World Cup, having won the previous edition held in South Africa. In fact, they were the Confederations Cup defending champions. Purists tipped them to defend the trophy creditably, even if they don’t win the diadem. The Spaniards were taught the lesson of investing in the products of their youth teams. They fell like a pack of cards, largely because they came to Brazil with the team everyone was expecting.       "body": "Whereas the other 24 countries would be improving on their performances during the Mundial, these big seven would be doing things on impulse arising from playing together through big games, such as the  World  Cup and the Confederations Cup. The biggest beneficiary of these two competitions are the Germans, who used virtually two sets of players to win the World Cup in Brazil four years ago and the Confederations Cup two years ago.\n\nGermany’s manager Loew was pummelled by the press and  nationals when he dropped the nucleus of the World Cup team to the Confederations Cup. He has at least two players per position who have delivered performances for club and country. It won’t be out of place to tip Germany to win the World Cup again. Well, that is one permutation for the Mundial. The history of the World Cup is full of fairytales where minnows humble the past winners.\n\n\n\n\nWith players, such as Toni Kroos (Real Madrid), Sami Khedira (Juventus), Julian Draxler (PSG), Ýlkay Gündoðan (Manchester City) and Leroy Sané (Manchester City) in the midfield,  it will take more than just ill-luck for the Germans to beaten by pre tenders. Loew has a load on his shoulders with this galaxy of midfielders who would deliver defence-splitting passes to renowned and ruthless strikers, such as Mario Gómez (VfB Stuttgart),Lars Stindl    (Borussia Mönchengladbach), Sandro Wagner (Bayern Munich) and Thomas Müller (Bayern Munich). Need I list the German goalkeepers and defenders who have done well with their clubs? It will take lot to beat these Germans because they are young and immensely skilful.",

I was surprised and scared at which my lip was deeply torn.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>The picture of it made me scared and anxious and I went ahead to sew it. It is practically done in Medicine to have an injury today and sew the next day most especially for lips.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Though the lips is a very sensitive part of the body and your enemy would want to get you there to demoralize you during a fight if you are not a good blocker. But the fact remains that the lip has so many sub capillaries and networks of arteries connected to it, it wouldn't be the best decision to start sewing it when an injury occurs that same day, because the sewing would block and disorganize the networks of these arteries after the injury might have gone and it's gonna cause you some discomfort, as it is advised that the lips heals fast, vitamin C could help in facilitating it's healing.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>SO DON'T RUSH INTO ACTION SEWING YOUR BODY PARTS OR YOU GONNA END UP REGRETTING THE THICK SCARS WHICH COMES WITH SOME FEELING.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>IF YOU GOT SUCH CASE, WHAT COULD HELP WOULD BE A REVISION SURGERY BY A PROFESSIONAL IN THE FIELD.</strong></p>\n</html>",

Some oppress people with their military might, Some command and others follow. &nbsp;Is this world a place we compare ourselves in term of 'who is bigger than who'</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>One of these reasons make Africa &nbsp;not developed today. I was passing by the street and saw people doing some really hard jobs; they were casting a decking on an ongoing constructed building. The work was too hard that I couldn't imagine people doing such job. I saw a pregnant woman carrying two 9inchs block on her head, That should be an Insult to the women race. All these kinds of jobs are done because the economy isn't enabling for making money and getting rich, instead the rich gets richer and the poor get poorer.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>They are lots of concrete[building construction, casting the decking and german &nbsp;floor] jobs done in Africa i would say is beyond a healthy human being.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>I saw people carrying a metallic pan filled with concrete mixed from the mixer and they take it upstairs where the decking is taking place. I could see the Energy they expend which is beyond the human capacity, working from morning till night for little money, its a pity you rarely see such a very hard labor like that in advanced Countries. Well I don't really blame these workers of hard labor, I blame the government for not putting things in place. What a pity for the African youths.</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Over there in advanced countries, jobs are done with machinery to make things easy for them. The reverse is the case in Africa. I could see the reason Donald Trump called Africa a Shit hole. Even if they receive aide from Advanced countries they are still gonna find a way to steal from it. These leaders are so corrupt and selfish that they want to have it all by themselves. I pity the citizens of the black Continent. The lack many Infrastructures like roads, shelter, electrical energy and so many things that can hinder development, that's why investors usually run away from some bad black zones.</strong></em></p>\n</html>",
