In Pakistan, a male is considered to be in childhood if he is under the age of 18, and a female is considered to be in childhood if she is under the age of 16. Childhood is the most enjoyable and memorable period of anyone's life. It's the first stage of life, which we can spend however we want. Furthermore, this is the time that shapes the future.</div\n\n\n<p> </p><hr/><p></p></html>\n\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\"> Parents love and care for their children, and the children reciprocate. Furthermore, it is a golden age in which we can teach children everything.Furthermore, children have no worries, no stress, and are free of the filth of everyday life. Furthermore, when a person collects childhood memories, he or she feels delighted.</div\n\n\n<p> </p><hr/><p></p></html>\n\n**Importance of Childhood**\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\"> \n\n\n\n\n\nIt is unimportant to children, but it is very important to adults. Furthermore, it is a period in which children's moral and social character develop. We can easily change someone's mindset at this stage of life.It is also critical to understand that children's mindsets can be easily changed at this time. As a result, we must keep a close eye on our children.\n\n\n**Pakistani law  about Right of childhood person**\n\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\"> \n\n\n\n\n \n\nPakistan is the sixth country in the world to ratify the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) adopted 1989. Various law to provide Right to children.Various articles of constitution of Pakistan 1973  enshrine  child rights and child protection \n\n- Article:25A  said that guarantees  right to education.\n\n- Article:11/3  said that relates to prohibition of hazardous labor of children.\n- Article:25/3  said that empowers government to make special provisions for protection of women and children and \n\n**Pakistani law related to Custody**\n\n\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\"> \n\n\n\n\n \n\nWhen a child is young, the mother usually has custody; after that, the father has custody. It is thought to be in the child's best interests to spend his or her tender years with the mother. In seven years, the Guardian courts have the authority to grant interim custody of the ward to the mother if the child has not reached the age of seven years in the case of boys, and puberty in the case of girls.\n\n\n<center><div class=\"phishy\">Who is considered as an adult in your country? Include age</div></center>|\n---|\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\"> \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\nPakistan is considered to have attained his majority when he reaches the age of 18 years, at which point he enters adulthood. Adult lifestyle represents how an adult would like to spend the rest of their life. Adults can do whatever they want to do. It is up to them to make the right decision and choose the right person with whom to spend their time. In terms of adult relationships and ways of expressing them, society has come a long way.\n\n<p> </p><hr/><p></p></html>\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\"> \n\n\n\n\n \n\nMarriages were once the only form of human interaction, but times have changed and things have been revised. It should be their choice and only their choice because they are the ones living their lives and not anyone else's, so it is important to respect the opinions of others.\n\n\n<center><div class=\"phishy\">Childhood or Adulthood, which do you prefer?</div></center>|\n---|\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\"> \n\n\n\n\n \nIn my view of poin, both are better in their own ways, but childhood is better because we don't have any tension or stress about our careers, jobs, families, financial problems, or fear about not doing your homework or the next day of your final year exam, not having friends and not having any insecurity about our looks, number of friends, gf/bf, how cool or savage we are lol bad joke but all of this we don't even know exist in these world we are happy in our own small imagination\n \n\n<p> </p><hr/><p></p></html>\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\"> \n\n\n\n\n\n\nIn adulthood, we all have these problems, but we also have a lot of things to do. We can travel, manage our own money, buy whatever we want (but it must be within our budget), we mature, and we understand a lot of what is going on in this fake world.\n\n\n<center><div class=\"phishy\">Give at least 3 reasons why you prefer childhood or adulthood</div></center>|\n---|\n\n\n\nThere Many  reason why I prefer childhood life but few  are explain in below.\n\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\"> \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n-  Child Life is the best time of our lives because the memories we make as children always put a smile on our faces. It is also the time when the child's personality is formed. Furthermore, it is the best time to learn about life and gain knowledge.\n\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\"> \n\n\n\n\n \n\n- Being a child is less stressful than being an adult, and have ten times the fun. When you are a child, you can enjoy life and have fun with your friends without worrying about bills. Children will not have to worry about providing for their families.\n\n\n- During childhood. We can play because a child's first language is play. Playing helps children learn, communicate, and form relationships. But, as previously stated, we cannot play as much in adulthood as we could in childhood. It is thought to be in the child's best interests to spend his or her tender years with the mother. Various law to provide Right to children.Various articles of constitution of Pakistan 1973  enshrine  child rights and child protection \n\n- Article:25A  said that guarantees  right to education.\n\n- Article:11/3  said that relates to prohibition of hazardous labor of children.\n- Article:25/3  said that empowers government to make special provisions for protection of women and children and \n\n**Pakistani law related to Custody**\n\n\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\"> \n\n\n\n\n \n\nWhen a child is young, the mother usually has custody; after that, the father has custody. It is thought to be in the child's best interests to spend his or her tender years with the mother.
