This poem is about imagination world and the real world, which has a nice rhythm and artistic conception that I feel like I am in that woods in the snowy evening. “Woods”, “snow” and “frozen lake” represent relaxation and rest because this is a place far away from the real world, they both provide a silent feeling that lead both the speaker and us into imagination world. On the other side, “village” and “farmhouse” also represent relaxation, stability and rest, because at that moment, the owner of house in the village enjoys his rest in such a snowy evening and feels stable about his rustication. But they are totally different “rest” because “woods”, “snow” and “frozen lake” are from nature and “village” and “farmhouse” are owned by people. It is no doubt that the speaker is stopping by woods on snowy evening because he loves this valuable rest that he can get from nature. But this rest is stopped by his horse because his horse doesn’t know the journey. \n\nWhose woods these are i think i know.\n\nHis house is in the village，though；\n\nHe will not see me stopping here\n\nTo watch his woods fill up with snow.\n\nMy little horse must think it queer,\n\nTo stop without a farmhouse near,\n\nBetween the woods and frozen lake,\n\nThe darkest evening of the year.\n\nHe gives his harness bells a shake,\n\nTo ask if there is some mistake.\n\nThe only other sound's the sweep,\n\nOf easy wind and downy flake.\n\nThe woods are lovely, dark and deep,\n\nBut I have promises to keep,\n\nAnd miles to go before I sleep,\n\nAnd miles to go before I sleep.\n\n\nThere are two challenges when listening to the melody and relates to the past event. Harness bells stopped for some period because of the tension raised on the surface of the downy flake which made the subject break into pieces and not allows the harness bells to make any noise further. It is the same situation like for the death of a person that made silence from the crowd. Another challenge is the use of Farmhouse for relaxation because sometimes, a subject is disappointed and try to live alone instead of with the surroundings. Farmhouse could build tension on some occasions because it allows the subject to make any adverse action and no one can stop the certain course of action. The meanings of these two words can build negative consequences under the process of tensions and relaxation. The melodic shape is going towards the different process, at some point in the start, the melody brings silence to the action because of the heart touching moment that a subject reminded\n\nand thus stop to show respect and rewind the scenario. It helps to re-energize the ability to perform melody quickly and filled no gap due to high emotions evolved and attached with the music until it will come to an end with the stop of a heartbeat. Therefore, such a particular process would help to perform a melody in order to overcome the challenges that would manage the feelings with the designed music.",

In other words, the world indicates the inception of creative roads for the life-changing scenario. So, excluding the general condition to define the success and leadership ability of the people. It clearly shows that the historical results performed by several leaders had only one quality that defined their position over the normal people and that was “believe” of what they wanted to do to inspire others instead of utilizing their own power and assess owns self-obsessed condition. \n\nUnder the law of diffusion of innovation, there is a strong connection between the model and the leadership in the people. In order to define the model in the context of leadership and ideas, the gap between early majority and late majority is directly proportional to influence the people for the generated ideas and allow them to implement in the same direction that indicates the late majority factor in the model. The early adopters and laggards illustrates the possibility to quickly adopt the idea and creation or destroy after the market expansion. In this circumstance, a chain to potential influencer's would be destroyed and not allow the ideas to convert into actual results. Hence, a lesson for the aforementioned topic is to believe in what you wanted to do and how this might result for the potential benefits.\n\n A word “Leadership” is a key success factor to enhance the highlighted scenario because without the influence of the people and creation of new ideas to attract others, it is unlikely that success might not happen and result in a position of laggards as mentioned in the law of diffusion of innovation. The article concludes that people must believe their selves and connect those believes to the actual happening subjected to the consistency and effectiveness of the directions. Leadership is one of the elements that defines these directions to follow in order to manage the powerful conditions and increase the ability to utilize “Out of the box decisions” to change the world forever.",
