      "body": "Berita Serambi Indonesia (Rabu/29 Maret 2017) berjudul “Pria Lhokseumawe Jadikan Kios Tempat Jualan Ganja” tidak banyak menyita perhatian publik. Barangkali karena isu ganja ini bukanlah yang pertama, melainkan sudah bertaburan di berbagai media semenjak lama. Namun bagi saya tajuk berita itu cukup mengkhawatirkan. Kejadian tersebut menandakan jual beli ganja bukan lagi dilakukan secara sembunyi-sembunyi, dari tangan ke tangan, tetapi sudah dilakukan secara terbuka di kios. “jika anda mau ganja, silakan beli di kios itu” begitulah kira-kira kesannya.\n\nPersoalan ganja semakin marak di Aceh; petani ganja, pengedar lokal, ekspor ganja keluar Aceh. Realita ini bisa kita ikuti dari informasi yang diberikan oleh media. Tahun lalu Polda Aceh mengklaim sudah memusnahkan sekitar 189 hektare ladang ganja di seluruh Aceh. Beberapa di antaranya tersebar di Aceh Besar, Gayo Lues, dan Nagan Raya. (Serambi 1/4/2016), bulan Juli (2016) lalu 15 Hektar ladang ganja ditemukan di Kecamatan Sawang, Aceh Utara, (Serambi 17/07/2016). Awal tahun 2017 ini ladang ganja juga ditemukan di kawasan perbuktikan Leubok Meriam dan Leubok Kuyun, Kecamatan Peulimbang Bireuen. Ladang ganja seluas 6 hektare ini dimusnahkan tim gabungan dari Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi (BNNP) Aceh bersama BNNK Bireuen dibantu puluhan personil dari Satnarkoba Polres Bireuen, Senin (Serambi 31/01/2017). Rasanya angka hektaran ladang ganja di Aceh bukannya berkurang tapi semakin bertambah. \n\nMaka tak salah kalau ada orang lain (luar Aceh)  mengenal tanah Aceh sebagai tanah paling subur untuk ditanami ganja, dan daerah dengan tingkat konsumsi ganja terbesar di Indonesia. Pengalaman ini saya temukan ketika bergaul bersama orang-orang luar Aceh. Sering terjadi ketika saya memperkenalkan diri bahwa saya berasal dari Aceh, kemudian terlibat pembicaraan tentang ganja. Bukan saya yang memulai, “mas, dengar-dengar orang Aceh memasukkan ganja sebagai bumbu masakan ya?.” “pak, bagaimana masalah ganja di Aceh..” “tanah Aceh sangat subur untuk tanaman ganja, benar begitu pak?” dan lain-lain sebagainya dengan makna yang sama. Artinya ada orang luar Aceh mengenal Aceh sebagai salah satu propinsi yang aktif memproduksi ganja. Tentu saja saya menjelaskan bahwa itu tidak benar. Karena kita tidak boleh menggeneralisasikan suatu perbuatan yang dilakukan oleh oknum-oknum tertentu. Misalnya maraknya kemaksiatan PSK tempo hari di Gang Dolly Surabaya, kita tidak bisa mengatakan orang Surabaya sebagai pelaku maksiat. \n\nPernah saya memposting masalah maraknya ganja di Aceh pada media sosial Facebook akhir tahun lalu. Ada seorang akun facebook mengomentari postingan saya dengan mengatakan “orang Aceh membeli pesawat pertama RI dari uang hasil ganja.” Komentarnya tersebut bukan pertanyaan tapi pernyataan. Spontan saja beberapa teman membalas komentar itu bahwa berita itu adalah salah. Saya mempertanyakan mengapa dia mengatakan seperti itu. Kemudian dia membalas di kolom komentar bahwa ia mendengar cerita itu dari orang-orang tua di kampungnya. Sebuah oral history yang menarik bukan! Dan setelah kita jelaskan bahwa cerita itu tidak benar, ia minta maaf lalu menghapus komentar tersebut karena dikhawatirkan akan membuat marah orang Aceh. Ia berasal dari Kalimantan. Artinya identitas kita sebagai orang Aceh sudah rusak gara-gara segelintir orang yang memproduksi dan mendistribusikan ganja. Bagaimanakah Aceh sebagai tanah aulia, tanah para ulama, bumi Syariat Islam! \n\nTerakhir kejadian minggu yang lalu, ketika saya naik ojek dari Depok ke Bandara Halim Perdana Kusuma Jakarta. Kami terlibat pembicaraan, dia bertanya asal daerah saya. Saya menjawab bahwa saya berasal dari Aceh. Namun tiba-tiba, karena penasaran, ia mengatakan kalau orang Aceh banyak yang mengkonsumsi ganja. Duh! karena ini bukan kejadian pertama kali saya ditanyakan persoalan itu, saya tidak terkejut mendengar pernyataannya. Dan saya bersedia menjelaskan dengan baik. Mereka telah melegalkan ganja ditanam dengan tujuan bisa diolah sebagai bahan dasar ilmu kesehatan dalam kedokteran. Kita bisa mengoogling di internet bahwa ternyata ganja juga memiliki banyak manfaatnya dalam sisi medis, seperti menyembuhkan kejang-kejang, menghilangkan nyeri, sakit datang bulan, malaria, rematik, gangguan kehamilah, gangguan pencernaan dan lain sebagainya. Dalam ilmu kesehatan, manfaat ganja ternyata lumayan besar. Oleh karena itu mengapa kita tidak melegalkan budidaya ganja ini?\n\nBudidaya ganja akan mendatangkan manfaat cukup besar jika dipergunakan dengan benar. Masalahnya hanyalah pada kontrol dari pemerintah agar budidaya ini tidak dimanfaatkan untuk dikonsumsi pribadi. Sebagaimana kita kenal selama ini, ganja dimasukkan dalam rokok, lalu penggunanya akan merasa “di atas awan”, kemudian  mereka akan kecanduan. Ganja adalah salah satu jenis narkotika, jika dikonsumsi secara illegal (cimeng) maka akan menyebabkan kerusakan-kerusakan dalam tubuh kita. Tapi sebagai obat, ganja akan bermanfaat. Kita masih ingat bagaimana awalnya vaksin meningitis dilarang bagi jamaah haji di Indonesia, namun karena keadaan mendesak, demi kesehatan (darurat) vaksin meningitis ini menjadil halal. \n\nSekiranya ganja dilegalkan untuk dibudidayakan justru akan nampak manfaat dari segi ekonomi para petani. Saya tidak tahu bagaimana pertanian ganja selama ini dilakukan secara illegal apakah dilakukan secara intensif, misalnya dipengaruhi curah hujan, unsur hara tanah, diberi pupuk dan lain sebagainya. Namun jika sudah dilegalkan, khususnya dengan kontrol dari pemerintah, budidaya ganja dapat berjalan dengan baik dan menuai manfaat untuk petani dan  sebagai pemasukan kas daerah jika di ekspor.  Apalagi disebut-sebut tanah Aceh cukup subut untuk tanaman ganja, mengapa kita mesti tunggu 10 atau 20 tahun lagi untuk melegalkan budidaya ganja ini? Dengan membudidayakan ganja itu juga sama dengan meminimalisir pengguna ganja untuk memabukkan. “Jika anda melarang anak anda makan es krem maka jangan letakkan es krem di atas meja. Jika hisap ganja adalah haram maka jangan biarkan mereka menanamnya.” Jika tidak juga pemerintah kita berkeinginan melegalkan budidaya ganja positif, langkah efektif memberantas ganja juga belum dilakukan. How does Baluem Blidi look for prey? it is interesting to tell you.\n\nFrom the speech of several people, the Baluem Blidi will search for prey on the river, that have stagnant water, and swift water. Stagnant water means not superficial, while running water is usually shallow and rocky. Baluem Blidi will attract the prey who are bathing. The person will be drawn to the bottom of the river, then put into the holes located on the wall of the river. After a few minutes, the person is dead, floating on the surface of the water. If a friend sees, don’t think to help right away, because they will also be withdrawn, sucked in blood, and die. You can help your friend if you are taking a bath with three or four people.\n\nBesides Baluem Blidi is in \"river water like that\", if there is a puddle of water that spins like a tornado, there must be The Baluem Blidi. It is need advanced technology to see this ghost manifestation. Perhaps. What is the physical form of Baluem Blidi?
