Then eating nothing but basically fish / chicken & veggies and you are doing this all to \"Get Lean\" then ummm YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG!You will get lean the first time only because you are starving yourself and your body isn't used to the extra cardio and cleaner foods.</p>\n<p>But if you keep doing that you are just destroying your metabolism and basically your body is in panic mode so is literally going to hold onto everything you feed it.You think you going to eat tilapia and asparagus forever. Metabolic damage isn't something you want to deal with. Plus you are ruining your hormones!Please do your research if you have someone telling you to do tons of cardio and that carbs are bad for you. Then I suggest you maybe ask around.</p>\n</html>",

In late 1911, Arnaud and his family could travel to Mexico, only to learn that Don Porfirio was no longer president and had left entrusted the fate of the island to international arbitration would issue the King of Italy.</p> <p>Arnaud spent a couple of years in Mexico. | body | ¿Que es lo que provoca que un ser humano se vuelva, egoísta, déspota, ambicioso, mentiroso y demás? Muchas preguntas giraban en torno. __Te veo distraída Lucy, dijo la abuela. Ese brillo en tu mirada se ha opacado. ¿Que es lo que te atormenta? Lo mismo de siempre abuela, dijo Lucy. En ese momento dejo escapar un suspiro y continuó diciendo; __¿Abuela tu crees que exista algo mágico que ayude a que las personas sean buenas? La abuela sonríe y dice; __Claro que sí, pero todo depende si esa persona quiere cambiar. Porque a veces por mucho que nos esforcemos por cambiar a alguien, si esa persona no pone de su parte, nada podemos hacer nosotros. __Dios podría si quiere, dijo Lucy. __Dios mismo no es capaz de intervenir, puesto que a todos los seres humanos les dio un libre albedrío para que tomen sus propias decisiones. ¿De quien se trata ahora? Preguntó la abuela. __Es Iván, dijo Lucy. __Hay Lucy, dijo la abuela. Tu siempre intentando enderezar jorobados. __Yo sé que Iván es bueno, es solo que ha tenido mala suerte. Dijo Lucy No te engañes hija, son las malas decisiones que tomamos en la vida y estas en algún momento regresan a nosotros. Afirmó la abuela __ Quizás ha tomado malas decisiones porque la vida lo ha empujado al borde del abismo. Insiste Lucy. __Somos nosotros mismos quienes tomamos esas decisiones que nos empujan al borde del abismo por no tomar en cuenta las consecuencias de nuestros actos. Aseguró la abuela. __Tu me dijiste que si existía algo mágico. dijo Lucy. __Te voy a contra una historia dijo la abuela, ven acércate. Lucy acercó la silla junto a la mecedora donde se encontraba la abuela. Hace muchos años existió una princesa, era hermosa y de buen corazón. Pero a pesar de todo, ella no había encontrado a su verdadero amor. Por mas que buscaba, parecía que el amor mas se escondía. Los años pasaron y ella se dio por vencida. Se encerró en el palacio, estaba resignada a quedarse sola, tan solo imaginando como sería el príncipe de sus sueños. Esa mañana de primavera, la princesa decidió salir a pasear por el pueblo. Iba caminando saludando a las personas que se encontraba en el trayecto, de pronto tropezó con algo. Entonces, al voltear la mirada, se percató de la presencia de aquel hermoso gatito. Se agachó y lo tomó entre sus manos. En ese momento, se acercó un muchacho y dijo; __Disculpe, ese animalito es mío. Ella alzó la mirada y poniéndose de pie dijo; __Oh. Lo siento, mientras entregaba el gatito a su dueño. Fue entonces, cuando sus miradas se cruzaron como se cruza un eclipse lunar en pleno día. Después de unos minutos, el extraño dijo; __Gracias, tenía rato buscando a viento. __¿Viento? Preguntó la princesa. Oh. si perdón. Mucho gusto soy Alejandro y mi gato se llama viento. Ambos sonrieron. __Encantada dijo la princesa, me llamo... __Yo se quien es usted, dijo el muchacho, es la princesa Alondra. Estrecharon sus manos y se quedaron platicando largas horas. Ambos disfrutaban de la bella melodía que salía de sus corazones. Desde ese día, cada tarde se encontraban para demostrase su amor. Alejandro era un hombre muy guapo, pero guardaba muchos secretos. Frente a la princesa se mostraba humilde, sincero y arrepentido de un pasado tormentoso del cual venía. A pesar de las sacudidas que la vida le había dado, el seguía siendo el mismo en el fondo. Era un hombre muy mentiroso. La gente advertía a la princesa para que se alejara de él, pero ella se sentía enamorada y estaba dispuesta a ayudarlo para que él fuera bueno. Una mañana sin previo aviso la princesa emprendió un largo viaje. ¿Dónde estará la princesa? Se preguntaba la gente. Habían pasado ya varios días desde que dejó el palacio. Días después, la princesa llegó a la ciudad de NO SÉ DONDE, estando ahí preguntó por NO SÉ QUIEN. Alguien le dio la dirección donde podía encontrar a NO SÉ QUIEN, agradeció el favor y continuó su camino. Cuando llegó a casa de NO SÉ QUIEN, le comentó el motivo de su visita, entonces, NO SÉ QUIEN tomó un cofre de una mesita y se lo entregó. ¿Que es? Preguntó la princesa. __Es NO SÉ QUE, dijo NO SÉ QUIEN. Cuando haya la luna llena, vas a colocar este cofre frente a la persona que quieres ayudar, vas abrir el cofre y vas a soplar muy fuerte NO SÉ QUE. Es muy efectivo, finalizó, NO SÉ QUIEN. La princesa se despidió muy agradecida, Días después llevó a cabo la misión. Parecía que NO SÉ QUE había funcionado. Alejandro era mas sincero y se mostraba arrepentido de su pasado. __Abuela desearía tener NO SÉ QUE, dijo Lucy. __¿Quieres saber un secreto? Preguntó la abuela. El cofre no contenía nada, lo que realmente hizo que Alejandro cambiara fue su mismo deseo de querer hacerlo. Ser o no ser, depende de ti. Cuando creemos que podemos, estamos en lo cierto. El poder radica dentro de cada uno de nosotros. El secreto está en conocerse así mismo. Recuerda que no hay imposibles para quien ha logrado superar sus temores. |

Remember that when you wake up tomorrow you have a choice, and that choice is to make that day the best it can be. You have a choice to keep a positive attitude, and a choice to work as hard as possible.
