| title | DeepOnion: What Can We Expect Now? |
| body | Hello everyone and welcome, The last airdrop, the final airdrop, the fortieth just ended. And it did it in the best way it could, with a quantity of $Onion distributed well above the amount planned initially; good news then for all the 917 participants! And with today “a new beginning” has started! Many are the upcoming innovation on which the development team is already working hard; and each of these will be important in some fashion. Let's dive into a deeper analysis of what will be released in the following months: - New exchanges: in the next weeks / months new exchanges will be listing $Onion. I like KuCoin a lot, however I’am perfectly aware that the volumes of Binance or Bittrex (just to name two of them) would be really important and would greatly sustain a price increase in the long term. On the other hand, in order to increase the price there have to be an increase in demand, and many crypto investors only use big and well-known exchanges. Until now the airdrop has blocked these exchanges ... but now the Airdrop is over ... and we are ready for the new beginning. - VoteCentral: registration has begun yesterday for this new feature. In all honesty, there is a certain aura of mystery with VoteCentral and its actual functioning; however, Vote Central will allow the community to take part actively in the development of the project. How many other communities can say they can do the same? Not many. - DeepVault: this is one of the two most important features of DeepOnion and what really sets us apart from other projects. Its possible use cases are really impressive as it can be used in many situations. Personally, the possibility of having the certainty of the integrity of documents / files, and therefore knowing if they have been damaged or tampered with, is really important and useful for everyday life! Soon there will be news on this respect and, if all goes well, Onion will leave its competitors behind. - Stealth Addresses: this is to me the second feature, together with DeepVault, which mostly differentiates DeepOnion project from many others projects. The possibility of carrying out transactions in a truly anonymous and non-traceable manner is something not to be underestimated at all. It will be released very soon, just after the developers have fixed the small bug that there was (and that is now practically solved). And be careful, there are many projects that guarantee (or would like to guarantee) anonymous transactions ... in my opinion, only with the Stealth Addresses we will have such an anonymity. With the Stealth Address, just after the transaction has taken place, the address created and used for the transaction will be destroyed and therefore will not traceable in any way. - DeepSend: on this feature we will have news shortly. This is something peculiar of DeepOnion and is another way to carry out transactions completely anonymously (even if its operation is a bit different from the classic peer to peer sending / receiving). We know the theory, we'll see in practice ... a lot of hype! - Wallet for IOS applications: yes, the wallet for IOS will be released soon. It is not a priority to me, but will allow us to get a lot of visibility (in addition to the fact that there are not many coins with working wallets). Is it therefore true that an old phase of the DeepOnion project has ended, and we are now facing a new (bright) beginning? To me the answer is yes; there are many exciting upcoming innovation that will make DeepOnion stand out from all other privacy coins. So fasten your seat belt ... let's moon! Supermox |

| title | DeepOnion: cosa possiamo aspettarci ora che l'Airdrop è finito. |
| body | Ciao a tutti e bentrovati. Supermox |

| title | DeepOnion: talking about Tor Network |
| body | Hello everyone and welcome, in today's article I would like to spend some words on how the TOR network works. TOR is one of the main features of DeepOnion and therefore I believe that understanding how it works could be very beneficial (to me at least). When we talk about "anonymity", we often hear about proxies, VPN and other tools designed to guarantee the most complete privacy. In this respect, the TOR network is certainly a great example. It stands for The Onion Router (Onion ... Tor, ... DeepOnion ... DeepWeb ... remember anything?) and that better describe the protocol at the core of its functions. The entire TOR network relies on the TOR Relay, the GPU (computer bandwidth) of those who take part in the decentralized network... The more TOR Relay (imagine them as mini-servers, just to give you an idea) there are, the more the TOR network is fast. Interesting to know that the TOR network works almost on any operating system. Anyone installing TOR can become a Relay (decentralization has long been pursued). "Or, more specifically, either a non-exit or exit relay" cit .; the difference lies in declaring one's will to be an exit node from the TOR network for a client that uses TOR (hence the web service to which requests are addressed will see the IP of the exit relay node) or a non-exit relay , a simple Onion router that allows data to be passed from the previous node to the next node within the network. Obviously the main features of TOR are: privacy, integrity control and server directories; all features kept in perfect balance with anonymity, usability and efficiency. "What clients do is to choose a path in the network by constructing a" network "in which each node (onion router) only knows the previous and subsequent node" cit., and not the other nodes used for that communication. The security that this system provides (or should provide) is great. DeepOnion uses and exploits this network, which is improved and updated more and more by the development team. I hope I have clarified some doubts on how the TOR network works (I am not an IT specialist and I have tried to summarize the main concepts). If anyone would like to contribute or add something to this article I would appreciate. See you next time. Supermox |

| title | Talking about DeepOnion |
| body | Welcome everyone :) with this post I want to illustrate in a nutshell, to all those who don’t know it yet, an incredible cryptocurrency project that makes anonymity and privacy its main forces: I'm talking about DeepOnion! DeepOnion is an anonymous "cryptocurrency" that uses the TOR network; someone might know that the TOR network guarantees a very high level of anonymity. How does DeepOnion use the TOR network? Through the network you can send and receive ONION in a completely anonymous manner using DeepOnion's wallet. It is worth to mention that the number of ONION currently in circulation is quite limited, even though there are weekly airdrops: therefore anyone could get ONION for free. The website of this cryptocurrency is really a masterpiece, it is multilingual (Italian in included as well) and it is very clear and thorough in terms of information and explanation about the project; if you have any doubt you can join the ONION community, to me one of the best in the crypto space, to get some advice, help and take part in free giveaways. The wallet is light, usable, safe and well done in all its aspects and you can do staking on it: it means that the more ONION you have in your wallet the more you will receive as a reward. The road map is followed strictly by the development team: I suggest taking a closer look to it in order to realize how reliable is the ONION team on this matter. Many, including me, believe that DeepOnion has all the credentials to become better than Monero in the long run, at least as far as functionality and anonymity are concerned. At the moment, to me, the best exchange where you can get the ONION is Kucoin. Finally, I suggest you to take a closer look at the website, read the white paper and make some more due diligence on the project and, if you consider it to be valid, join the world of DeepOnion; come and visit https://deeponion.org/community/. see you Supermox |

| title | DeepOnion: Anonymous And Privacy Through The Tor Network |
| body | Welcome everyone, while studying and researching the realm of privacy coins, you come across a great number of different projects and cryptocurrencies: from the most "known" Monero and Zcash, to the less famous ZCoin, Pivx and Xspec for example (actually, there are many more, but they are not relevant for the purpose of the post). It is undeniable that "privacy" will be an issue of great importance in the upcoming future for regulators and the world in general. It is enough to mention that, in the end of May, the European Parliament will adopt a new law concerning privacy and anonymity. Therefore, it is no coincidence that many projects in the crypto space are focusing their effort and work on money and payment privacy. “Privacy coins will be the future ... or rather the privacy will be the future of the crypto”, said John Mc Afee just in the end of December 2017. Beyond what one might think of McAfee and his unique personality, I have to admit that I share his vision. But you might wonder why, among all these coins, I should focus my attention on DeepOnion then? There are other coins around that are much more well-known and “expensive" .... yes, but maybe not as private and anonymous as ONION. I believe that the Tor network (the router on witch DeepOnion is based upon) will guarantee in the long term the success of the ONION project; "DeepOnion guarantees true privacy on the TOR network, using the latest TOR version 3.3.0 with OBFS4 and MEEK support" (cit.) there could not be a better quote to be mentioned. And the more the network will expand (or rather, the more it will be used), there will be greater security and anonymity. Moreover, in the upcoming future, developers will further hide transactions with DeepSend and reliable multi-sig. This, to me, (without taking into consideration other features of the coin) is more than enough from a technical stand point. Furthermore, considering that none can predict the future (at least as far as I’m concerned), it seems that the ONION development team is fully on track with the road map, an important clue of expertise and reliability, something that is not achieved that often in other crypto projects… In conclusion, I can say that, for now, I’m very confident with my DeepOnion holdings and I cannot wait to see what is coming in the next future. If the crypto world will continue to grow (and exist), DeepOnion has all it takes to become one of the main players of this game. See u next time. Supermox |

| title | DeepOnion: is the price tied only to the value of Bitcoin? |
| body | Hello everyone and welcome! Ready to get bored again? I hope so :) In this article I want to share with my readers my thoughts about the oscillation that has been occurring with the price of ONION and try to understand what it is related to. DeepOnion is a fairly new ambitious project, perfectly working if we consider the yet released parts (let's not think about the last update for the sake of this article). It offers moreover fairly low fees, that will be lowered even more in the long run. However, its value in dollars or compared with BTC has drastically decreased over the last couple of months... not years uhm, but months!! OK, let’s take into consideration that February was not full of news or exciting updates and not even the first part of March was; keep in mind that the most “juicy” upcoming releases has not been officially announced yet; I’m referring to DeepSand and DeepVault ... only VoteCentral has had some rumors even if to date they did provide a specific date of release. But certainly, what underlined above, does not justify a sudden drop because, just remember, that on the beginning of March the price per ONION almost hit 19 dollars. Therefore, it seems clear to me that we are bound to Bitcoin! And this may happen for a number of different reasons: - Bitcoin still moves the market and therefore, if BTC goes down, we go down too; - The value in dollars is not a relevant metric, unless you want to cash out in fiat, as it is related to the current value of BTC or ETH... we could also have gained a lot in pairing with BTC but still have less value in dollars in our pockets; - when the volume falls, unfortunately people sell the ONION to buy BTC. In the end, we are considered a simple altcoin. So we are totally at the mercy of BTC? It would seem so ... but I think this statement is only partly true. Let me explain: if we take a look at coinmarketcap.com we’ll notice a double rise in the last days: when BTC rose and when the new ONION wallet was released. Then, however, some problems of sync appeared in the new wallet and then the price began to fall again... that was a sing, in my opinion, that we are linked to the BTC price only up to a certain extent: technology is doing the rest. Therefore, I believe that, as soon as the problems of sync of the new wallet will fix, the price will start rising again ... subject to a drop of BTC of course :) At the moment the price of DeepOnion should be considered a very good entry poin (uness you really want to get rid of it)... otherwise what is left to do is just wait for the end of the bearish market trend, the end of the airdrop and especially the achievement of the next steps on the road map. Then we’ll see our project (devs will excuse me for the “our”) that will flourish... I’am very very bullish! Let me know what you think. See you soon Supermox |

| title | Will DeepOnion stands out in the privacy coins competitive landscape? |
| body | Hi everyone, in this article I would like to focus on the privacy coins competitive landscape and share some thoughts regarding DeepOnion and its direct privacy competitors. In particular, I found myself thinking about how many coins have made privacy and anonymity their own strength; it is therefore undeniable that this field of application for cryptocurrencies is, on an absolute level, very relevant (we do not take into consideration Italy that is a stand-alone story, given the position of the tax authorities vis-à-vis citizens) and, in my opinion, privacy will be the focus of many business areas in the future, not limited to cryptocurrencies. To date, to say that there are many projects working in this field is way too simplistic; the first ones that come to my mind as direct competitors of DeepOnion are: Monero, NavCoin, Verge, PIVX, ZCash, ZCoin, Komodo and many others. Given the very long list above, I asked myself if DeepOnion, at the moment, certainly not the most marketed and famous, has what it takes to conquer its share of the privacy market and, why not, be among the top 3 privacy cryptocurrencies. Considering about maybe writing a dedicated article, or making a full video about the topic, in my opinion what makes (at least could make on the long run) DeepOnion superior to most of the above mentioned altcoins, is the anonymity of the IP address. This feature, made possible thanks to the TOR network, makes DeepOnion superior to the much more capitalized Monero and Dash. This feature in fact, could cut out of the competition some crypto competitors in the privacy space. Moreover, DeepOnion offers very low transaction fees and therefore puts it in a better position than many others, whose fees are to date quite expensive. Finally, its wallet is very user-friendly and the coins are easy to use and manage (take the term “use” in a broad sense, since the use of crypto in general is still very limited). To me, this ease of use is a condition that could help a greater diffusion of the DeepOnion, since, if it were difficult to use, this would discourage most users and the related value of the coin would be affected. Not to be underestimated, to conclude, one element that has to be taken into consideration for the future adoption of a certain coin is its diffusion on the exchanges; aspect to always keep in mind (it is clear that being listed on Binance is different from being listed on a minor exchanges). Well, but what was said above does not cut off the competition all the other cryptocurrencies that focus on privacy and anonymity... therefore I believe that the completion might be won on minor features such as, in our case, DeepSend! In conclusion, I believe we should follow and stay stick to our road map and have trust in the future, our project has all it needs to do very well in the crypto space both in the short and the long term. Let me know what you think. Supermox |

| title | DeepOnion: Mobile Wallet |
| body | Hello everyone! Today is a great day, the first version of the mobile wallet for Android has just been reseased! Most of you might have heard about it today (maybe you just read it on the blog post) and I wanted to share with you the importance of such event. SpecificalLy, there are two arguments I would like to cover with you today, the first stresses is how exceptional is that a young project like DeepOnion already has a working mobile wallet. Maybe, those who understand a little bit of coding (not the underwriter, to be honest) are aware about all the struggles of releasing such a type of application, especially because it deals with money and payments. In fact, it worth noticing that much older, marketed and well known projects than DeepOnion still have not released a mobile wallet, neither for IOS systems nor for Android. The mere fact that, just in a few months, DeepOnion developers have managed to launch such wallet is, in my opinion, a strong index of great committment, and, among other things, it seems that this effort has not subtracted time and focus for other developements, as Stealth Addresses were successfully just released this Monday. There is another thing I would like to highlight: the release of the mobile wallet was not a surprise at all, in the sense that it was foreseen in the roadmap for this quarter. The fact that a working version was released on March 21st means that we have respected the roadmap! In modern cryptocurrencies space, respecting the roadmap is a big deal and can only be a source of pride for the developers and, at the same time, of great satisfaction for us who believe in this project and in its short and long term vision. We can hope that all these innovations and developments, coming close to each other, will mitigate or reduce the presumable dump that will likely occur after the Airdrop; or, from another point of view, these constant innovations should reinforce our conviction and faith in a skilled development team that works relentlessly for the success of the project itself. So, let's move on, and stay tuned for the next steps of this great project called DeepOnion! See you soon |

Parrebbe proprio così...ma secondo me tale affermazione è vera solo in parte. A presto Supermox |
