| body | In order to put in the hard work to acquire a skill, you need to believe that the activity really is a skill you can learn. When you believe the activity is a talent then you don’t bother to work hard at it, because you attribute any limitations in your performance to your lack of talent. RETHINKING CREATIVITY AS A SKILL This way of thinking about talents and skills is particularly important when it comes to thinking about creativity. For skills that involve actions in the world, such as shooting a free throw or playing a musical instrument, people have a pretty good idea of what they need to do to improve. But for mental skills like creativity, few people know enough about the way their minds work to be able to treat it like a skill. As a result, most people tend to look at those people who develop creative ideas consistently with a kind of reverence. And people who do seem blessed with a talent for creativity live in fear that talent will run out some day and they will be just like everybody else. In order to enhance your creativity, here are three things you can do to practice. 1. BECOME AN EXPLAINER The most creative people in any field are people who have a tremendous amount of knowledge. Creative people like Einstein, Edison, Coltrane, and O’Keefe were also experts in their own field. In this age of Google, there is a tendency to assume that information is available when you need it and so you don’t need to internalize it. But, if you have to interrupt your flow of work whenever you need to look something up, you can’t follow ideas to new places. In order to maximize the quality of your knowledge, you have to develop the habit to explain things back to yourself. Think about what happens when you sit down to watch a TED talk. A great speaker gives an inspirational 15-minute presentation. While you are listening, you feel that you have understanding of what the speaker is saying. Afterward, if you try to repeat what you learned to someone else you may realize that your feeling of understanding was a reflection that the speaker understood the topic very well. Unless you explain talks like that back to yourself afterwards, though, you have no idea whether you understand it, too. 2. PRACTICE OPENNESS One of the five core personality dimensions is openness. It reflects how much you are motivated to consider new ideas, concepts, and experiences. The most creative people are typically very open people. If you are someone who resists new ideas and experiences, that does not mean you cannot be creative. It just means that you need to develop a new set of habits to try new ideas on for size rather than rejecting them just because they are new. If you have to interrupt your flow of work whenever you need to look something up, you can’t follow ideas to new places. If you find yourself unwilling to consider new ideas or dismiss things that are “not the way we do things here,” try this exercise: When you encounter a new idea, listen to it or read it through, but don’t engage with it much right away. Instead, put it aside for a day and come back to it later. When you read it again, it will feel more familiar based on the mere exposure effect. Mere exposure is the observation that we like things better after we have seen them once before. Let that familiarity help you open yourself up to new prospects. 3. KEEP ASKING NEW QUESTIONS A third critical aspect of creativity is to remember that any idea you have is something that you pulled out of your memory. That means that when you have a brilliant idea, you retrieved a helpful piece of information from memory and used it. How do you get information from memory? All you do is ask your memory a question, and it pulls out information related to that question. If I ask you to think about an ice cream you ate, you do that. Even if you did not expect me to start talking about ice cream. Memory serves up experiences related to the questions you ask it. That means that whenever you want to think about a problem or situation differently, you have to ask your memory a different question. The most creative people don’t settle on a single way to think about a problem. Instead, they keep finding new descriptions of that problem and allowing their memory to find more information that might help to solve it. The more different questions they ask, the more creative ideas they have. As an easy exercise to practice asking questions, think about a problem you are trying to solve right now. Now, ask yourself how a variety of your friends would approach that same problem. Imagine a person from another country encountering your problem. Would they take a different perspective? Use the lenses of different people as a way of training yourself to describe a problem in different ways. |

| body | The female breasts, is the most conspicuous and attractive feature of the female sexual organ. Perhaps, its strategic positioning and function adds to its importance in the life of a woman. Besides the age long biological function of the breasts as a source of food and nourishment for babies, the breast is also a major source of sexual attraction for the male specie, just as it is also a key sexual organ for the woman, highly sensitive to stimulation. The fact that they come in various shapes and sizes, further add to their uniqueness and endearing place in our hearts as humans. Breast-Sucking As a sexual organ, the breasts have been known to give immense pleasure to both men and women during sexual encounters. In fact, some women have reportedly disclosed that they are capable of achieving orgasm even when thoroughly stimulated through sucking and caressing of the breasts alone. Though, because of this highly sensitive nature, some women find it very uncomfortable or even painful to submit their twin girls to constant sexual manipulation of any kind. Interestingly, men are constantly drawn to the breasts. A lot of this attraction has been attributed to psychological composition, perception and beliefs. For, pray, why would a full grown man be obsessed with sucking some mounds of milkless breasts? I don’t often get logical answers to this question when I ask. The function of the breasts in sexual behaviour has been attributed to human Face -to -Face copulation that is unusual among other mammals. Since the breast already serves the function of mother-infant bonding, then it is also excellent for male -female bonding, says an argument. After all, it is just within reach. For those familiar with some of the social media platforms, you would have come across a particular message that has been making the rounds for a couple of years now. Purportedly attributed to the BBC as source, this message usually springs out during the cancer awareness months and in support of cancer prevention campaign. As expected, it elicits a wide range of controversies from both men and women, from humour to disdain and sexual innuendoes, while some others believe the content hook, line and sinker. The purported message is claimed to have been issued by the Ministry of Health in the fight against breast cancer. One of the versions I have received read thus: Very soon, women will be paying men to have their breasts sucked! According to a report on BBC website, Doctors recommend that women reduce the risk of getting breast cancer by having their breasts sucked thoroughly and vigorously. It is said that regular sucking of the breast lowers the risk level that tends to build up lumps leading to breast cancer. The breast must be sucked as often as possible. Help women fight breast cancer today. Men, please do your part and suck a breast now! And women, please endeavour to make it available regularly…… This message is from the Ministry of Health in the fight against breast cancer. I have tried several times without success to get a confirmation for this story on the mentioned websites including cancer.org and some others in related fields. But perhaps, someone out there knows the original and authentic source of this message? Please share it with us! As interesting as this message may be, as well as the different responses it receives anytime it is being passed around, depending on which side of the divide you find yourself, I am more worried about the health implications attached. Cancer is not something to make jokes out of as it claims millions of lives across the world every year. Again, some frightened lady who hitherto was not in favour of breast sucking may easily submit herself to torture with the belief that she is suffering for a good reason. Please, let us not confuse issues. Breast feeding is not the same as breast sucking. Breast feeding is the process of feeding new born and infants with breast milk. It is this that has been medically proven to be of immense benefit to both mother and child and can prevent breast cancer. There are no scientifically proven studies indicating that breast sucking is of any medical benefit to the the woman whose breast is being sucked or the person doing the sucking. However, what has been scientifically proven is the fact that breast sucking when properly performed is of immense pleasure to the woman and may sometime on its own lead to orgasm or when combined with some other forms of sexual stimulation will help a woman to achieve orgasm quicker. Again, neither has any research shown that breast sucking can give a woman cancer. So ladies, please relax and allow your guys do the job for you. if you are not enjoying the way he is doing it, tell him. I can assure you, it’s a win-win situation. |

"body": "\n\nThe female breasts, is the most conspicuous and attractive feature of the female sexual organ. Perhaps, its strategic positioning and function adds to its importance in the life of a woman.\n\nBesides the age long biological function of the breasts as a source of food and nourishment for babies, the breast is also a major source of sexual attraction for the male specie, just as it is also a key sexual organ for the woman, highly sensitive to stimulation. The fact that they come in various shapes and sizes, further add to their uniqueness and endearing place in our hearts as humans.\nBreast-Sucking\n\n\nAs a sexual organ, the breasts have been known to give immense pleasure to both men and women during sexual encounters. In fact, some women have reportedly disclosed that they are capable of achieving orgasm even when thoroughly stimulated through sucking and caressing of the breasts alone. Though, because of this highly sensitive nature, some women find it very uncomfortable or even painful to submit their twin girls to constant sexual manipulation of any kind.\n\n\nInterestingly, men are constantly drawn to the breasts. | body | Anyone can draw. With a little bit of practice, you could even learn how to draw like a master! Even if you plan on drawing cartoon-style, learning these basics will help your drawings stand out from the rest. 1. Draw what you see. Start with simple objects (like the classic bowl of fruit) or common objects and progress to more complicated subjects — an intricately shaped table, for instance, or people's faces . The better you get at drawing real-life objects , the better you'll eventually be at putting ideas on paper. * For example, let's say you get an idea for a comic book character . You can imagine every detail — the expression on their face, the emotion in their eyes, the pose that represents who this character is — but if you haven't been practicing with faces , eyes, and poses, you'll have a hard time drawing this character on paper in a way that matches with the image you have in your head. * Instead of going big or elaborate in the beginning, focus on the small and simple. Take a bowl of fruit, or a house, or a mountain range, and practice replicating these objects with just a pencil. Draw different versions of the same thing. If you're drawing a mountain range, for example, do a little evaluation of your first drawing. Figure out what's right and what's wrong, or have a friend tell you which parts of the mountain look unnatural or need improvement. Once you have a list of the things you can improve on, draw the mountain range again. This time, improve on the parts you didn't draw well the first time. If you want after a few weeks and your drawing skills improve, draw the same picture again. See how much you've improved! * Think of yourself as a chef. When a chef learns a new recipe, he often spends days or weeks only cooking that recipe. It makes for pretty boring eating, but he's able to perfect his dish by the end of the week. Don't get discouraged when your dish doesn't come out perfectly right away. It takes a while to get things right. 2. Draw as often as you can. The more you practice, the better you'll get. Even when you're concentrating on something else but your hands are free (being on the phone is the perfect opportunity to doodle) take a piece of paper and a pencil and start drawing basic shapes. * Practice with basic, elemental shapes in the beginning. These basic shapes will form the basis of many harder shapes as you continue drawing. Mastering them will make your journey going forward more meaningful and productive. * Draw circles , squares, triangles , rectangles, etc. Challenge yourself progressively by making these shapes as perfect as possible. Then challenge yourself some more by drawing variations of a shape: different sizes of circles and squares, different kinds of rectangles and triangles. * With enough repetition (and crumpled sheets in the recycling bin), you should reach a point where you could comfortably draw most shapes. To heighten this basic skill, draw curves and curls as well. Try doing springs and spirals and various loops, curlicues and garlands, paying attention to the consistency of your curves. |

| body | The history of Nigeria will never be complete if the flag is not mentioned, talkless of the person who took his time to design the country’s signature green-white-green flag. History records that the Nigerian flag was designed in 1958 by one Michael Taiwo Akinkunmi who was just 23-year-old at that time. After his design was accepted by the government, it was officially launched on October 1, 1960. Looking at the flag from then till now, the country’s logo has maintained its official colours green, white and green for many decades. The two green stripes represent Nigeria's natural wealth, while the white in the middle represents peace. Source: Al Jazeera It could be recalled that Akinkunmi who is now 82-year-old, was a 23-year-old student studying at Norwich Technical College in London, England. The young man came across an advertisement in a newspaper that submissions were being accepted for the design of a new national flag for Nigeria. He began to show his skills and he finally came up with his original submission which had a red radiating sun badge in the central white vertical band with a green vertical band on each side. Akinkunmi’s design was accepted but the judges removed the red sun badge in the middle and the flag has remained unchanged ever since. The original flag designed by Michael Taiwo Akinkunmi in 1958. Source: Wikipedia The flag was then launched on October 1, 1960, the year Nigeria was granted its independence by the United Kingdom (UK). He was paid the sum of £100 which was equal to $281 (N42,150) in 1959. Akinkunmi lived with his father till he was 8-year-old before relocating to the northern part of the country where he began his early education. After his father’s retirement, he came down to the west and was re-enrolled at Baptist Day School, Idi-Ikan in Ibadan. He finished from there in 1949 and proceeded to Ibadan Grammar School (IGS) in 1950 where he enjoyed a very good education. He left IGS in 1955 and took an appointment as an agriculturist at the Western Region Secretariat in Ibadan as a civil servant. He later left the shore of the country. In 1963, Akinkunmi returned to Nigeria and went back to the agricultural department at the secretariat in Ibadan to continue from where he stopped. He worked as a civil servant until 1994 and retired as assistant superintendent of agriculture. On September 29, 2014, he was honoured with Officer of the order of Federal Republic (OFR) and honorary life presidential adviser at the conference centre Abuja. Now, Akinkunmi is a retired Nigerian civil servant who was born in Ibadan, Oyo state. The very first model of the green and white Nigeria's flag designed by Michael Taiwo Akinkunmi in 1959. His neighbours had to come to his rescue, handing him food and clothes. However, in 2008, it was reported that the old man was given a cheque of two million naira as fee for his appearance on a TV show. Akinkunmi‘s son used this money to build a dream house for his father painted with the colours of Nigerian flag. Michael Taiwo Akinkunmi's home in Ibadan. | body | Playing the piano is a long term commitment if you want to be good pianist. No matter what your goals are you will have to spend a good deal of time developing your skills through practicing. If want to learn to play the piano and become good consider following the suggestions below to create your abilities and fine-tune your skills. 1. Develop a Practice Schedule For a Good Amount of Training. Teach Yourself PianoYou have to take time out of your buy schedule every day to practice the piano using the piano for all practice program. Please understand that half-hour piano lesson a week is not enough. You will only get better through practicing and practicing. The more you practice the more your sound will become natural and musical. Take lessons and master your expertise through practice. 2. You Must Frequently Train. Commit an hour or two to training each day. This should be made a top priority if you want real results. You need to discipline yourself to make this happen each day. 3. Train And Learn The Basic Techniques From The Beginning You do not want to continue to practice the incorrect techniques because if you do it will take repetition to undo and unlearn the bad skill that you are used to playing. So concentrate on learning the piano chords and proper techniques and methods during each practice session so the proper skills become second nature. 4. Become Your Worst Critic. While practicing develop the skills to assess the tempo, sounds, and rhythms you are playing. You want to teach yourself to recognize when something is not right while fine tuning your ear to hear the mistakes. You want to correct mistakes and bad habits as quickly as possible. 5. Practice Your Pieces In Parts. This idea is quite helpful in case you want to practice a very lengthy piece. Divide the piece into a number of, small sections. Practice each section until you have learned every one of them separately. Then combine each section together to play the complete piece perfectly. Your objective will be to practice all the fine details of your piece, so it is possible to eliminate mistakes that can ruin your performance. 6. Analyze The Minor Details. You will see many notations applied in sheet music like finger numbers, accidentals, the tempo, and dynamic markings. The optimal way to train would be to really familiarize yourself with the meanings of the different terms and symbols. You may also consider utilizing a music dictionary that is helpful when you need to look up unknown terminology. 7. Warm Up With Some Technical Exercises. Just like sports athletes and singers, pianists need to spend time warming up and stretching before rehearsing. Include scales, arpeggios, and five-finger exercise during the warm-up period. Start slowly while warming up and spend enough time to really loosen up. 8. Perform Single Hand Exercise. A great way to warm up and master sophisticated piece of music is to practice with just one hand. Your mind requires some time and energy to put both your hands together. Show patience in this step as it may take time to make it right. 9. Knowing Music Theory Can Be a Crucial Step. Music theory, when it’s mastered, can certainly make everything seem to be easier. For example, study sheet music and analyze why certain notes are either flat or sharp. Teach yourself to spend time studying and identifying notes, chord structures, and music theory, and you will gain a further understand how composers form their music. 10. Count Out Loud While Practicing. You might be tempted to change the tempo of the piece, but attempt to steer clear of this. However, it is best to stay away from this practice because it will have an effect on the way the piece would certainly sound to your audience. Your audience will not be impressed, even though it sounds wonderful in your mind. Try to feel the tempo and rhythm of the music and you’ll feel every beat. You could do that by using a metronome or counting to yourself out loud. In Conclusion Even though studying ways to play the piano may possibly be monotonous, you will appreciate the great results any time you are in a position to perfect this ability. Using the right mindset and method, practicing could be a rewarding and fulfilling experience. |

| body | All thoughts, all passions, all delights, Whatever stirs this mortal frame, All are but ministers of Love, And feed his sacred flame. Oft in my waking dreams do I Live o’er again that happy hour, When midway on the mount I lay, Beside the ruined tower. The moonshine, stealing o’er the scene Had blended with the lights of eve; And she was there, my hope, my joy, My own dear Genevieve! She leant against the arméd man, The statue of the arméd knight; She stood and listened to my lay, Amid the lingering light. Few sorrows hath she of her own, My hope! my joy! my Genevieve! She loves me best, whene’er I sing The songs that make her grieve. I played a soft and doleful air, I sang an old and moving story— An old rude song, that suited well That ruin wild and hoary. She listened with a flitting blush, With downcast eyes and modest grace; For well she knew, I could not choose But gaze upon her face. I told her of the Knight that wore Upon his shield a burning brand; And that for ten long years he wooed The Lady of the Land. I told her how he pined: and ah! The deep, the low, the pleading tone With which I sang another’s love, Interpreted my own. She listened with a flitting blush, With downcast eyes, and modest grace; And she forgave me, that I gazed Too fondly on her face! But when I told the cruel scorn That crazed that bold and lovely Knight, And that he crossed the mountain-woods, Nor rested day nor night; That sometimes from the savage den, And sometimes from the darksome shade, And sometimes starting up at once In green and sunny glade,— There came and looked him in the face An angel beautiful and bright; And that he knew it was a Fiend, This miserable Knight! And that unknowing what he did, He leaped amid a murderous band, And saved from outrage worse than death The Lady of the Land! And how she wept, and clasped his knees; And how she tended him in vain— And ever strove to expiate The scorn that crazed his brain;— And that she nursed him in a cave; And how his madness went away, When on the yellow forest-leaves A dying man he lay;— His dying words—but when I reached That tenderest strain of all the ditty, My faultering voice and pausing harp Disturbed her soul with pity! All impulses of soul and sense Had thrilled my guileless Genevieve; The music and the doleful tale, The rich and balmy eve; And hopes, and fears that kindle hope, An undistinguishable throng, And gentle wishes long subdued, Subdued and cherished long! She wept with pity and delight, She blushed with love, and virgin-shame; And like the murmur of a dream, I heard her breathe my name. Her bosom heaved—she stepped aside, As conscious of my look she stepped— Then suddenly, with timorous eye She fled to me and wept. She half enclosed me with her arms, She pressed me with a meek embrace; And bending back her head, looked up, And gazed upon my face. ‘Twas partly love, and partly fear, And partly ’twas a bashful art, That I might rather feel, than see, The swelling of her heart. I calmed her fears, and she was calm, And told her love with virgin pride; And so I won my Genevieve, My bright and beauteous Bride. |

| body | Once upon a time I opened up my heart to you. You did what you chose to do. You chose to keep my as a best friend. Little did you know I was dying to the very end. You killed me with every boyish look. My heart melted and my knees shook. I always wanted more than that, But I guess it wasn't meant to be. But you'll never truly know how much you meant to me. You were always there And wiped away every tear. I just wish you would've waited, stayed here. I still dream about you in this one-sided love. It's hard to breathe without you, Like a suffocating dove. I wish you loved me the way I loved you, But this is a lesson that helped me learn the truth. Guard your heart and soul and mind, Unless you want yourself in an unruly bind. This one-sided love has torn my apart. This one-sided love has broken my heart. Please be safe on this journey of life, And come back someday and make me your wife. This one-sided love is a dangerous game, But then again, that's the name of the game.... @stylus1 |

| body | Unai Emery will not replicate Pep Guardiola's free-flowing football at Arsenal but the disciplined Spaniard is exactly what the Gunners need, according to Terry Gibson. Gibson, the former Manchester United striker who is now an expert on Spanish football, has been following Emery's managerial career since he began with third-tier Lorca in 2005, and he believes the new Arsenal boss will add much-needed structure and discipline to the squad. "He's an intense coach. I have spoken to players who've worked under him and they've said he's relentless," Gibson told Standard Sport. "He's really methodical. Training can be repetitive. There's no respite for the players. Training sessions are long, very organised. When you see him on the touchline, he is pointing, kicking every single ball. And I've been told he's like that to work with every single day. "He's rigid in approach. I've very rarely seen him stray from the 4-2-3-1 system and his style is more about a defensive shape than pressing. He's quite conservative in approach. He's not like the coaches in Spain who want to attack and commit players forward. He's not going to do what Pep has done at Manchester City – it will be rigid and organised. "It's something that Arsenal need – that intensity on a daily basis that probably wasn't there at the end of Arsene Wenger's reign. It will be interesting to see who can take it and who can't. He isn't a tough task master in terms of discipline but he's all about hard work. It depends whether the players are prepared to do that." Emery took Valencia into the Champions League before winning an unprecedented three consecutive Europa League titles with Sevilla, and he was recruited by PSG in summer 2016 to help the club achieve the holy grail of the Champions League. But the 47-year-old could not extract the best from a star-studded squad in Paris and his two-year spell at the Parc des Princes was overshadowed by two dismal exits in the Champions League knock-outs and tension with world-record signing Neymar. "I could never imagine it would work with Neymar, knowing how Emery approaches the game," Gibson said. "I always had this vision of Unai Emery on Neymar's back every day, pulling him into position, screaming and shouting at him on the touchline. But he didn't – he had to change because of the people he was dealing with. "At Arsenal, with the players they've got and the position they're in, he can go there and be his usual self. It depends whether the players fancy double training sessions where they're working hard as a team." Emery will work under head of recruitment Sven Mislintat and head of football operations Raul Sanhelli at the Emirates Stadium, and he is expected to take a back seat over transfers – unlike his predecessor Arsene Wenger. "At Sevilla, he worked for the best sporting director in Europe in Monchi Rodriguez," Gibson said. "He'll be fine working with a director of football. He doesn't suffer fools gladly. That'll be true regarding the players and regarding the recruitment team. His standing in the game now is completely different to when he was coach of Lorca. If he doesn't agree with anything, he will stand his ground. "He deserves enormous credit for Sevilla's three consecutive Europa League titles. Sevilla weren't buying from the top drawer. They brought Steven N'Zonzi from Stoke for £7million – that's the market they were working in. He had to go through a process of building, cashing in on players, then rebuilding the following season. That's what Monchi and Sevilla did. His team over the three years changed every season. He had to deal with that but he trusted the sporting director." |
