When they turn into brown keep it aside.\n\n2In the same pan roast vermicelli on low medium heat. When it turns to light brown then turn the flame off and keep it aside.\n\n\n\n\n3On that same pan add milk and bring it to boil. Add cinnamon, cardamom and salt and bring it to boil. Then gradually add roasted vermicelli and keep cooking on medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes.\n\n4When semolina is 80% cooked add sugar and cook for some more minutes.
