      "body": "![mental-health-2313430_1280.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmQ58Qgq4f3Vht82bpuD5PMRYc4buaLpLT7qmxmxNXqE5L/mental-health-2313430_1280.jpg)\n\n                    CAPITULO I\n\nLa vida a pesar de mi corta edad no ha sido nada fácil de llevarla, todo empezó cuando apenas era muy pequeño, tan sólo de meses de edad, ya mi vida comenzaba a verse de un tono un poco oscuro y lleno de complejidad, jamás pensé que la vida familiar sería tan dura, sé que suena un poco raro decir que las personas que más queremos y amamos sean las que nos den mayormente el 80% de los problemas cotidianos.\n\nMi entorno familiar estaba constituido para aquel entonces por mi madre, la cual ella desde muy pequeña sufrió y padeció mucho maltrato y abuso por parte de familiares, tanto lejanos y cercanos, de cinco hermanos era la segunda, una de las mayores, poco a poco fue creciendo y cada vez era tratada con mucha indiferencia por pensar muy distinto a los demás, esto trajo consigo una actitud muy despreciable y nada buena para su vida.\n\n\nEra una persona muy inteligente y a la vez muy hermosa, sus altas calificaciones de sus estudios le hicieron muy fácil el acceso a una de las mejores universidad del país, por el área de arquitectura, sin embargo, justo en ese momento crucial de su vida donde se veía venir mucho éxito y un camino fructífero, ella conoce a una persona, la cual su madre y hermanos le aconsejan que se case y sea feliz, ella aún muy joven y confundida por muchas cosas, no sabía qué hacer, ya que el matrimonio es un fuerte compromiso y ella solo pensaba en estudiar y ser una profesional exitosa, la incidencia e insistencia por parte de la familia la llevo a tomar una decisión a temprana edad que le cambiaría el rumbo de su vida para siempre.\n\nDecidió casarse a los 19 años, con una persona mucho mayor que ella, y no estando contenta o enamorada, solo lo hacía para complacer el capricho de los demás, él era una persona adinerada y de buena transcendencia familiar, solo quiso casarse con ella porque le parecía muy hermosa no porque la amaba. Queda embarazada al poco tiempo de una pequeña criatura, como era de esperarse no pudo continuar sus estudios que tanto anhelaba ya que ahora debía preparar todo lo posible para ser madre, lo que no sabía es que su vida estaba a punto de cambiar.\n\nLlega el momento de dar a luz y ella estaba muy feliz por ver a su nueva hija, el parto fue normal, hasta que algo muy extraño comenzó a pasar, los dolores eran demasiado fuertes, la anestesia no le hacía efecto alguno y de repente se encontraba en un estado muy crítico, tanto así fueron los dolores de parto, que desarrolló una enfermedad lamentablemente incurable, al poco tiempo pudo volver a la normalidad y logro dar a luz sin mayor riesgo.\n\nAl día de recuperarse tiene en sus brazos a esa niña que dió a luz y la ve con mucho amor a pesar de todo lo que pasó. Fue transcurriendo el tiempo, su hija fue creciendo sana, pero a la vez,  la madre fue desarrollando una enfermedad que desconocía, comenzó a tener una serie de dificultades con su esposo y su entorno en general, ella fue cambiando lentamente su forma de ser y de pensar con muchas personas incluyendo su propia hija que tan solo tenía 4 años de edad, su esposo no la entendía y llego a maltratarla muy fuerte, no se soportaban, él sólo quería a su hija más no sentía nada por ella.\n\nAl pasar los años fue diagnosticada con Esquizofrenia-Paranoide, la cual hace en la persona que piense, diga y actúe de una manera totalmente errada y equivocada siempre pensando la persona que estaba bien sus ideas y actitudes, ya no podía controlarse sola, entraba en fuertes depresiones, a veces sin razón alguna, sin embargo pienso que mi madre no llevo una vida nada fácil, ya que también influyó mucho su entorno familiar muy negativo, que la llevo a tomar decisiones que tarde o temprano cambiarían el rumbo de su vida y sus planes.\n\nYa no podía cuidar de su hija, ni a su vez estar sin medicinas, estaba descontrolada, su familia decidió buscarle un sitio para internarla, ya que no querían tener a una persona enferma cerca de ellos, a sus 23 años de edad empezó a visitar sitios clínicos con mucha regularidad, aunque siempre enfermaba y recaía nuevamente en el mismo ciclo, empezó a pasar más tiempo internada que disfrutando de su vida, la cual empezó a afectarle de una manera muy negativa, no era una persona fácil de llevar, muchas veces pensaba cosas totalmente fuera de la realidad y que realmente no estaban bien, ella no se daba cuenta de las cosas que pensaba porque en su mente la enfermedad la hacía actuar de una manera extraña.\n\nEn ese ciclo de vida ella ve un escape, el marcharse lejos de todos, y toma la decisión de embarcarse hacia lo desconocido y aun así estando bajo efectos de su enfermedad mental, logra llegar a una nueva ciudad que no conoce, y decide ir a una iglesia a buscar ayuda, ya que en esos sitios se consideran buenas personas y les gusta ayudar y colaborar con los más necesitados, mi madre llego sin nada sólo con un pequeño bolso con pocas pertenencias, se podría decir que estaba en situaciones de indigencia, se le acerca al pastor de la iglesia y cuando ve un momento decide hablar con él y contarle de una forma muy resumida su agonizante vida en espera de que éste le escuche y le dé palabras de aliento, el pastor le dice que tome asiento y se quede en la iglesia a escuchar la palabra de Dios, al terminar todo ella no tenía donde quedarse y se lo  comunica al pastor, al momento él responde que no habría problema alguno en que durmiera dentro de la iglesia en los banquitos por una noche.\n Al día siguiente despierta, y el pastor le había traído comida, aprovechando le dice a ella que espere a la noche que tenía que decirle algo importante.\n\nAl caer la noche, el pastor se le acerca y le dice discretamente que no tendría ningún problema en que se quedara en su casa mientras conseguía un sitio donde establecerse, lo cual sería algo muy difícil para ella ya que no pensaba con mucha cordura solo se dejaba llevar como una niña, ella acepta sin pensarlo y va a la casa del hombre él le muestra el cuarto donde se quedaría y le dice que se ponga cómoda, que no sea tímida y se sienta como en casa, el hombre poco a poco fue dándose cuenta de que era una persona muy fácil de llevar y de que podía hacer con ella lo que  quisiera, y llegó a pensar cosas contra ella que no estaban nada bien, él le decía que podría ayudarla siempre y que no se preocupara por nada, fingió ser buena persona pero realmente su intención es que ella fuera su amante ya que él estaba casado.\n\nUn día el hombre decide entrar a hablar con ella en su cuarto, poniendo la palabra de Dios de por medio ante pensamientos malos, le dice que él quería estar con ella y que nada iba a impedirlo ya que Dios estaba de acuerdo con lo planeado, ella muy confusa se deja llevar por el pastor, la cual en repetidas ocasiones utiliza el mismo método para estar con ella, tratándola como su juguete sexual.\n\nAl transcurrir un par de meses, ella queda embarazada nuevamente ahora se trata de mí su único hijo varón, poco a poco fui creciendo en su vientre, y el hombre llamado mi “Padre” empezó a verla con odio y desprecio ya que no estaba en sus planes tener un hijo. Llegó el momento del parto, para ella no fue nada fácil, sin embargo, esta vez no paso por esos dolores tan fuertes como en su primer embarazo, y no tuvo complicación alguna, al tenerme en sus brazos, estaba sola en el hospital, nadie la acompañó, y la figura paterna desde ese momento jamás la tuve presente, sola y valiente contra todo a pesar de no tener nada, se sintió la mujer más feliz al ver a su nuevo hijo varón, intentó conversar con el pastor pero ya lo que hacía era maltratarla física y psicológicamente, él era una persona que no se podía contradecir, y fue capaz de tirarla contra una mesa de vidrio, causándole graves heridas en sus piernas.\n\nAl ver la vida tan dura en la que se encontraba sumergida y aun estando sola con un bebé en sus brazos, decide regresar a su ciudad de origen con su familia, para que intentaran ayudarla con su nuevo hijo. Al llegar donde su mamá, lo primero que hacen es separarnos, yo tan sólo tenía 8 meses de edad, y un tío le da una paliza por haberse perdido tanto tiempo sin saber absolutamente nada de ella, la hacían muerta o desaparecida, mi madre no podía comprender lo que pasaba, porque en su mente todo estaba bien. Luego de todo esto, ella queda en un estado de locura total, y para ese momento su única adoración era yo. Deciden llevarla a un internado muy alejado de la ciudad, por motivo de la gran depresión, no pensaba con claridad e incluso deseaba quitarse la vida, era tanto su dolor por nuestra separación, que utilizaba una cobija simulándome a mí pequeño cargado en su hombro, algo de verdad muy triste y desgarrador.\n\n Yo había quedado en manos de mi abuela y una tía, la cual cuidaron de mí mientras mi madre se encontraba recluida en la clínica, sólo Dios pudo hacer un milagro en ella y devolverle la cordura al pasar poco más de 1 año de nuestra separación.  Fue mejorando lentamente, hasta que llegó el día en que pudo volver a ver la luz de la ciudad y sentir el calor de las personas en la calle, muy apresurada fue a verme, en ese momento que llegó a casa, yo tenía 2 años de edad y estaba dormido, mi madre no quiso despertarme solo se acercó a mí y no dejaba de mirarme con lágrimas en sus ojos, cuando desperté, sentí nuevamente ese calor de madre que tanto necesité durante su ausencia.\n\nFueron pasando los años y fui creciendo junto a mi madre, que a pesar de su enfermedad siempre fue una persona ejemplar, ya que su fortaleza y ganas de vivir hacían mágico todos los días que podía aprovechar en pasarlo junto a mí.\n\nVeía la vida de una forma muy injusta tanto conmigo como con mi madre, no podía entender porque siempre cuando se ponía mal tenían que separarnos e internarla en clínicas lejos de todo, era un poco pequeño para aquel entonces y no comprendía muchísimas cosas, me tocó vivir experiencias muy fuertes con mi madre, su enfermedad la hacía actuar de una manera tenebrosa y muy maligna, tanto así que en ocasiones, me decía que estaba poseído por demonios, siempre cuando ocurría eso me ponía a llorar, porque me trataba como una persona muy mala, era lo que pensaba. Recuerdo que una noche, se acercó a la cama donde yo dormía, con una cara muy extraña y molesta, y me acusó de echarle “veneno” al agua de tomar, no entendía como mi madre pensaba eso de mi si tan solo era un niño, yo le decía que no era capaz de hacer esas cosas contra ella, yo la amaba a pesar de que fuera muy fuerte conmigo en los momentos en que ella entraba en crisis. A raíz de todos esos malos pensamientos, mi madre toma la decisión de atar y coser todas las noches mis manos y pies con medias, sujetándome a los extremos de la cama en forma de X con cables, cada vez que se acercaba la noche me ponía a llorar porque sabía que tendría que dormir amarrado a la cama, yo le decía a ella que no lo hiciera pero ella me susurraba “es lo mejor para los dos”, que tenía que hacerlo ya que podía pararme de noche mientras ella dormía a echarle veneno al agua y el demonio que supuestamente yo tenía dentro, podía hacerle daño físicamente, eso es lo que ella pensaba.\n\nDe esa manera viví por mucho tiempo hasta tal punto que se hizo costumbre, cada vez intentaba hacerlo de una manera distinta pero siempre tratando de que por más que sea yo no la pasara tan mal, ya que ella me amaba a mí, mas odiaba al supuesto demonio que no salía de su cabeza. Una noche, no quiso amarrarme más las manos y pies, y no quería que volviera a dormir en la cama, ahora me ponía a dormir en una hamaca, la cual ella podía envolverme dentro de ella y coser todos los extremos con un cable muy grueso y seguro la cual yo no podía desatar, sin embargo, yo lograba escaparme algunas veces de esos amarres, ya que mi madre no era muy buena con los nudos y yo era un chico muy ágil, esperaba que se durmiera y así podía ir al baño y tomar agua, después tenía que volver a entrar dentro de la hamaca e intentar ponerlo todo como estaba, para que no se diera cuenta.\n\nConsidero que no fueron buenos tiempos para mí el vivir con mi madre y su enfermedad tan grave, pase muchas cosas fuertes que diría que es para quedar con traumas de infancia. Al pasar de los años mi familia se empezó a dar cuenta de mi actitud extraña hacia ellos, la cual era muy antisocial y no me gustaba salir de la habitación, no era fácil la vida que llevaba y como era un poco pequeño llegue a confundirme con muchas cosas en mi pequeña mente, ellos vieron la mala actitud de mi madre hacia mí y decidieron nuevamente internarla por varios años hasta que lograra recuperarse, desde ese momento sentí una libertad enorme ya que pensaba que no volvería a pasar más las mismas cosas malas, me llevaron con ellos y mi madre fue trasladada a un internado nuevamente.\n\nLa enfermedad cada vez se hacía más extensa en ella y la cual hace que poco a poco se le vayan deteriorando las neuronas del cerebro, cada vez que ella caía en una fuerte crisis le costaba mucho más salir y volver a estar bien, las medicinas que tomaba eran muy fuerte y la ponían en un estado parecido al de un Zombi. Si!
