| title | Fourth important step of Confidence: To create an instant impression |
| body | We have to learned to be assertive, we've become an effective communicator and also understood, how to make balance in our earlier 3 steps. Now, here we'll be learning 8 techniques to create that instant impression, it just doesn't matter with whom you are; whether it's your office, home or any other place. After leaning these techniques, you can gain the knowledge to create that instant impression. you’ll discover some non-verbal forms of communication that help to inject emotion and energy into the way you communicate. I’ll share some techniques you can use every day. They won’t only help you to come across assertively but they’ll help you to feel more confident too. Let's begin leaning it one-by-one: **Eye not only sees, speak also a lot:** How many times you've felt that your colleagues are talking to you without looking at you? There are two reasons behind lack of constant eye contact: **Shyness** **Distraction** It doesn't matter though but in both the cases, negative message are being spread across. Your eyes are the most expressive part of your face. You should use them as much as possible. They have the ability to convey emotions such as interest, concern, warmth and credibility. Imagine talking to someone wearing sunglasses. It’s much harder to read their feelings when you can’t see their eyes. In Modern corporate world, specially during a meeting, its extremely important to maintain eye-contact. Try to maintain eye contact but make sure you are not staring. Although, practical implementation of maintaining eye-contact is kind of a bit tricky in the start but once you master at it, you'll find amazing difference. **Using your hands effectively:** In the beginning of your career during a meeting or presentation, obviously you want it to be more intriguing where-in using your hands definitely works wonder for you. The receiver can understand the message more concisely and precisely and an image related to that context can be formed in their mind if they're following your gestures but one thing you have to note here is, that you should not overdo it & also practicing it, while standing in front of a mirror, let you clearly distinguish the difference between when to use and when to not use it? Lastly, It’s helpful to have a resting position for your hands when you’re not using them. Otherwise, you may look as though you don’t know what to do with them. **Keep yourself away from distractions:** If you've notices top professionals, speaking with audience (different age group), they seem to be carrying that rigidness. They are absolutely aware about the surrounding and more importantly, they knew exactly where they might go wrong? So, its necessary that you should be aware about your surrounding, the topic on which the presentation or that meeting might be happening, if possible, try to get the information about the audience. By doing this, you won't feel distracted and it won't be visible on that stage in the eyes of receiver and its resulted in getting that confidence, you required. **Smile:** Smile more, it reduce stress. Smile, it create positivity. Smile often, it gives you aproachability. Smile, gives you tremendous confidence. **Facial expressions:** Have you every watched Charlie Chaplin Shows, there is no audio, its' only facial expressions, different body gestures, effective use of hands, eyes. legs etc. and just by seeing that one can easily recollect the message "Charlie Chaplin" wants to share. Truly Fantastic, isn't it? but even after having all the facilities, we just can't able to communicate well, majorly in the beginning of first job. That's where, confidence plays an important role irrespective of the fact that what others might be thinking? because if you do that, you will see that you even don't have to speak lot and you can be an amazing communicator by using perfect facial expressions. **Voice Modulation:** Perfect use of intonations, exemplary use of pitch of your voice and superb punchlines in between the speech plays a significant role in giving emphasis of certain important words and even it gives you enough time to get more ideas and also keep a remembrance of the topic, if you forgot. Try recording yourself. Say the same sentence but vary your voice each time. Try a different speed, pitch and volume. See what a difference it makes. |

By doing this, you won't feel distracted and it won't be visible on that stage in the eyes of receiver and its resulted in getting that confidence, you required.\n\n**Smile:**\n\nSmile more, it reduce stress.\nSmile, it create positivity.\nSmile often, it gives you aproachability.\nSmile, gives you tremendous confidence.\n\n**Facial expressions:**\n\nHave you every watched Charlie Chaplin Shows, there is no audio, its' only facial expressions, different body gestures, effective use of hands, eyes. legs etc. and just by seeing that one can easily recollect the message \"Charlie Chaplin\" wants to share. Truly Fantastic, isn't it?\n\nbut even after having all the facilities, we just can't able to communicate well, majorly in the beginning of first job. That's where, confidence plays an important role irrespective of the fact that what others might be thinking?\n\nbecause if you do that, you will see that you even don't have to speak lot and you can be an amazing communicator by using perfect facial expressions.\n\n**Voice Modulation:**\n\nPerfect use of intonations, exemplary use of pitch of your voice and superb punchlines in between the speech plays a significant role in giving emphasis of certain important words and even it gives you enough time to get more ideas and also keep a remembrance of the topic, if you forgot.\n\nTry recording yourself. Say the same sentence but vary your voice each time. Try a different speed, pitch and volume. See what a difference it makes.",

| title | Step three of confidence: Maintaining balance |
| body | Earlier, we've learned to be an effective communicator by changing style of handling critical situations. In this blog, we shall understand in depth that how to maintain the balance in thoughts. Let's take 'brain' for example to understand, we all know that a human brain has two parts: Right brain and left brain. Right brain thinks creatively while your left brain thinks from a critical side of life. Often, we tend to commit such mistake; where-in we jumbled up the thoughts in our mind and by doing this, either we couldn't able to come to a concrete decision or we messed things up & both the situations won't take you anywhere. Whether it's your personal of professional life, communication clashes will always be there. It's not a situation, where-in the other person is right and you're wrong or vice-versa, its just the fact that both are not understanding to settle this clash through effective communication & sometimes, it reached to a stage, where it becomes uncontrollable. Only, we have to analyse the situation well by being an active listener, so that the discussion won't become argument. By saying this, it meant that maintaining a strict balance between two most effective sides of communication; first is listen and second is speak. If one knows perfectly well to gauze the situation & understand two most important points: ## When to speak? ## How to listen? A proactive listener can be a wonderful communicator but a communication, can't be a good listener. While listening, we are not just understanding certain complex topics well but also gaining adequate knowledge towards that. Let's do a point-wise analysis of this: **Observe keenly:** Wherever you are, whatever you are doing, just start observing people around you while you talk, walk or simply look. Try and understand how effectively or badly they are communicating?, see the body gestures, they are making, voice modulation, energy level, presentation techniques, convincing ability, quick decision-making & judging the other person in a jiffy. **In-depth Analyse:** Deeply connected to the step above i.e. to observe the surrounding and people. As now you started focusing on people communication style during business meetings, presentations or one-to-one discussions being done at your office, home or outside. You are not only learning the attributes of an amazing communicator but also at times, if required, you also acquire the skills to be more flexible in your approach because now you have learned to see things from other points of view & converting yourself into a strong contender of sharing ideas and opinions effectively. **Practice, Practice & Practice:** Now, the final part is not to copy the other's style, rather you have to behave naturally but as per the situations, respond to the listener/speaker by getting in their shoes. Although, no one in this world is perfect but still 'Practice makes a man Perfect'. |

| body | Till this point, i hope you are pretty clear about how to overcome self-doubt and convert it into an opportunity to grab attention. But, there are some scenarios where-in there are some aggressive colleagues, which will always makes your job more tougher & even very difficult to grab that chance to present. Let's understand this by a practical scenario which i've faced during my job: While in the beginning of my career after MBA from where i acquired several skill-set including effective presentation, efficient communication, team building skills & many more because in today's corporate world, you can't trust anybody easily, one needs time and persistence. So, ultimately it becomes extremely tough to get the work done or even putting your point forward to grab attention. In my case, it was my immediate senior who was having a pleasant personality but if you are working under him, believe me, he won't let you speak at any instant. He, by his nature; very dominating, always likes to dominate the situation from the word go. Whether it's a business meeting, corporate presentation, client meet-up or management review, it felt almost impossible to share anything. That's why, I started feeling pretty insecure by his attitude and thoughts, it won't be possible to cope-up with him but the situation even gets more worse when i had decided to keep the paper down but fortunately, i got to know from a few of my MBA colleagues that it wasn't my problem, in-fact, in their's organization also, there were some employees, such like my senior. So, i make up my mind to counter this situation by changing my communication style and now, for everything; i started behaving very innocent like i was completely unaware of the situation and always use to ask the silly questions. Ultimately, it made him feel uncomfortable and i've started getting my moments during the meeting to share the views and i knew that if i get just once chance, i could able to convert it in my favor. One fine day, we went to visit one corporate to showcase the company's expertise, understanding the client's requirements and also, converting that account for our organization. I remember, he felt so frustrated that while in the midst of the conversation, he gave me an opportunity to share the entire presentation and discussion ahead to the next level, while in that meeting, all top-notch & experienced individuals of that organization were consistently bothering him. So, i took the presentation from there on and i knew that i had done my prior research quite well, which clearly helps me to put my point forward & also to handle the Q&A sessions, in the perfect manner. Result is, that our company got that biggest account ever and also i started getting the respect, i deserved. So, whole point of view is to be Natural in your communication and wait for that one moment which could let you change everyone's mindset towards you & it'd ultimately be pretty easy for you to deal with such person, like my senior. Share, if you such instance!! |

| title | First important step of Confidence: Being Assertive |
| body | In the earlier blog, we've understood, What is Confidence? but here we'll be learning it step-by-step that how and where to use it in the corporate world to fight for your right. Imagine you've studied extremely hard and because of this, you got good marks too. You've always dreamt of becoming an Architect, so after finishing up your Architecture from one of the top-notch university, you are going to start your career by getting a job for getting the practical exposure but on the very first day of your job & it happens, that you tend to feel a bit shaky and nervous. So, now the questions arises that, Are you a kind of person who hold yourself from taking initiatives and grabbing opportunities? It's quite usual, that it's the first time you are meeting all new Individuals but if you think it in terms of being an opportunist, this is the time where you can create that solid impression. let's understand in detail: there are some common mistakes that we must look forward: -> What if i say something wrong? -> What will people think? -> What if people won't listen? -> What, if they ignore? blah...blah....blah.... All in all, in this stage, you are doubting your own abilities which you must not do. You are hired in that organization only because you are capable enough to manage the tasks being assigned. So, first of all, remove that doubt inside you because self-doubt is the hurdle which is stopping you from excelling in your job. There can be some unseen circumstances might arrive during the start of your professional career and because of your hesitant natures, people might take undue advantage. Suppose, you have to prepare a presentation in front of your domain employees & you feel all shaky & nervous. In this case, you obviously end up being in a mess and it could certainly harm your chance to impress others and could also affect your personality both mentally and physically. That's why, to overcome all this dizziness & fear of loosing or doubting on your own, you must follow 3 simple techniques: **Don't over scan yourself:** While in case of self-doubt, it's highly unlikely that you might end up ruining your moment. It's best to not think too much and most importantly, believe in yourself & your abilities & try to keep it; simple and straightforward. Rather you should start complementing yourself about the past positive moments which you've had in the past. This will surely get that nervous energy out of you and filled you up with courage to share ideas & opinions which in turn, will give you the place you deserve and you could easily overcome your self-doubt. **Mistakes are the best friend:** There's a say: 'Always learn from mistakes and put your best foot forward'. So, in case of being in doubt, the mistakes are bound to happen because there's always that fear of failure associated with it. Concentrate on present, it's not like; all the world's top entrepreneur or top earning employees didn't commit mistakes in their lives. In-fact, through mistakes only they could able to move the career ladder one step at a time. So, we should make our mindset so strong that even if mistakes do happen, we should not get confined by that, rather we should learn not to repeat it and keep marching forward because Mistakes happens in past and nobody on this earth, have the capability to change past but yes with a positive present and mindset, one won't commit it again in the future. **Overcome your inferiority:** This scenario is not about self-doubt, its about being bobbed down because of senior colleagues or management or boss but it could surely lead to doubt as you stop rewarding yourselves and start thinking about being inferior. As, the people who are senior to you, have an upper hand because they have the authority but it must not affect our mindset and lastly, impact will be seen in performance. So, its better to give respect which they deserve & stop being inferior further because they also carry certain skill-set and you also carry yours. Best proverb: 'No one can make you feel inferior without your consent'. |

| title | How to be Confident - 6 Actions to be taken |
| body | 21st century, word "Confident" seems small; though when it matter most, it doesn't actually work that way out. A confident person never hesitates in sharing thoughts, ideas or opinions regardless of various platforms. "A confident person has all the attributes of becoming a good leader and a leader always takes decisions from heart", so one can say that whichever decision, we take from our heart and if we implemented in the practical world, the chances of getting success increases tremendously but only a few of us are actually showing confidence at our will that is the reason in this world, there are a very few leader and many followers. What do you want to be in your life? A leader or a follower, decide now because once time is gone, it will never comes back but a confidence person always keeping himself ahead of time. There are many more important characteristics of an amazingly confident person, let's discuss it one by one: **Dress for the moment** As per my real-life experience, there were many candidates appeared for the position in a organization. Most of them were in shaggy clothes, unshaved stubble and carrying very poor hygiene. Straightaway, 95% of the candidates being sent back, they didnt' even get the chance to showcase their talent but i was perfectly dressed for that interview, in full formal attire although i was not much knowledgeable but i was oozing with confidence, just because i dressed for the moment. So, my friend 'seize the moment and always, Dress for the moment'. **Get that Self-image extremely high:** Just like when we stand in front of a mirror, we tend to see a true and complete depiction of us, similarly, self-image is a true reflection of how confident we are in that moment. One can really boost that self-image very high just by following a few positive self-talk or by using positive affirmation for e.g. Confidence, commitment and courageous, defines me perfectly. Practice it every day while standing in front of a mirror. Believe me, it will work wonders for you. **Make a habit of doing complex task first:** There's a book "eat that frog" by Brian Tracy and its major emphasis being given on doing complex topics at the very beginning. In turn, it will let you do easier tasks in the blink of an eye and that is the moment where-in you feel that nothing is impossible & you see that your confidence is on its peak. **Turn your brain in thinking positive thoughts:** Whenever we are talking, listening or doing any other activity, there's this habit that a common human man has which is the argument of thoughts running in mind, means simultaneously at the same time, two or more thoughts collides and ultimate result is , delaying in decisions. So, first it is quintessential to win over our mind because its' the mind which feels lazy and so the body reacts afterwards but if we could able to nurture our thoughts in the more positive way, we could become very good problem solver and decision maker, which certainly gives a tremendous boost to our confidence. **Introduce yourself to the best person i.e. "You":** Rather than worrying about your surrounding or quickly reacting to people opinions about you, make an informed decision by knowing yourself well. You can do this by doing positive self-talk or by reading best self-help books like How to win friends and influence people, The pursuit of happiness, The power of Now & many more because when you read books, you are actually nurturing your subconscious mind with positive thoughts and in this process, you also get a chance to discover yourself because unless and until, you don't do that, your life will be full of compromises. You have got only one life, make it large & live it to the fullest. Get that confident person out of you!! **Show Gratitude:** Last but not the very least, start thanking yourself for all the work you do in a day and make sure whatever you do, you do it with full conviction and give your 100% every single time. As more you thank yourself, your surrounding and your peers, you see that life always gives you that fulfillment of achieving your aspiration and that is the moment, as an human being must receive. It is way more than earning money or getting accustomed with materialistic world and that's where, we shall find the true meaning of our existence. ## CONFIDENCE IS NOT 'THEY WILL LIKE ME'. CONFIDENCE IS 'I'LL BE FINE IF THEY DON'T'. |

| title | Stress Management: Using Self-help techniques to deal with Stress |
| body | It is the most common problem in Modern Lives, "Dealing with Stress". Its' been found out while doing interactions with Teenagers; that almost 70-75% of them are suffering from stress like loneliness, Following major deadlines, Assignments, Workloads etc. Mostly, teenagers seems overburdened & falling short of getting a good companion etc. So, we shall be learning, what are the different ways through which we can encounter Stress or in short, proven tips and tricks to manage or channelize stress effectively. But, let's first start by understanding, what 'Stress Management' actually is: ## Stress management is all about taking charge: of your lifestyle, thoughts, emotions, and the way you deal with problems. No matter how stressful your life seems, there are steps you can take to relieve the pressure and regain control. To be more highly productive, more happy and most importantly, full of life in each and every second. The ultimate goal of effective Stress Management is to have balanced life, more time for fulfilling achievement, relaxation and meeting challenges but stress management is not one-size-fits-all. So, by following below mentioned tips, one can easily understand 'Stress Management'. **From, where the stress is originating?** The most crucial stage, identifying where the problem lies? It seems easy but practically, very tough. For e.g. If someone is scared of workload, typical tasks or suffering from own thoughts (creating in own world), feelings & behavior etc are all the symptoms of stress but who is having which type of it, typical to understand and evaluate. So, to identify at a beginner level, we must: -> At a nascent stage, one has to explain well that Stress is temporary but good habits are permanent. -> Is stress, being an integral part of your work or home life or is it your personality just like that? -> Whenever a critical situation arises, do you blame yourself or others? So, overall, its at first you have to understand responsibility and by knowing the root cause of the problem, start taking positive actions on it. **Pinpointing the root cause:** After identification, its' important we must use below mentioned techniques to do some positive changes: -> Get your properly assigned To-do-list. -> Start controlling your surrounding and also people with whom you feel, stressed out. -> Most importantly, start saying 'NO", to the things; you don't like or feel. Once we gauze the situation or people/environment who is stressing us out: -> Start expressing your thoughts instead of mounting up. -> if required, do compromise. -> Scheduling or Maintaining balance between personal and official life. In some cases, the situation is not in your control because one can control himself/herself but other person can't. So, we must: -> Reassess the situation (e.g. if your phone is causing you trouble, so instead of coxing, better buy another one) -> Start looking things in broader way. -> No one is perfect and no one can't be, so we must adjust standards accordingly. -> Very important, do meditate regularly and start showing gratitude. In a very few cases, some unseen or unavoidable circumstances being occurred (for e.g. death, illness or natural calamity etc.), then one must: -> The scenario is such, which is uncontrollable so better leave it as it is. -> Learn to forgive. **Take that action out of you:** This is by far the best thing to overcome stress. Whenever you feel low or out of mood, get up and start dancing or go for a long walk with your dog, go for mountain climbing (trekking), start exercising (not necessarily visiting gym) at your home, use the stairs (Not elevator), doing salsa or zumba, play games like ping-pong or activity based video games etc. By doing certain actions, all the nervousness, anxiety and fear will remove and you'll feel very nimble. **Sharing is Caring:** Whomsoever, in your life, you feel; very trustworthy, without thinking any moment ahead, just call or meet that person and share all your worries, sorrows, deepest feelings & happiest moments spent in past, you will certainly eased out and you'll experience the stress reduces drastically. **In your To-Do-List, keep a dedicated slot of Relaxation or Fun:** While relaxing (meditating) or just taking deep breaths, start recollecting all the memorable moments you've had in your life. This will calm you down and converting your surroundings into more calm and soother. You can also start inculcating fun activities e.g. the act of laughing (yoga), playing guitar or any instruments which you like, or walking in a lush green garden every morning etc. There are two instances: one is being constant & doing nothing, are two difference scenarios but both have the capability to take your stress out. Do let know, if you have experienced other ways to conquer stress, in the comments below. |

| title | 10 ways to reduce Carbon Footprint |
| body | It's the biggest problem for the entire humanity. Climate change and its devastating effect on the planet is steadily showing its effect and in the longer run, it would cause a serious damage, if not being controlled now. Since the Industrial Revolution, human sources of carbon dioxide emissions have been growing. Human activities such as the burning of oil, coal and gas, as well as deforestation are the primary cause of the increased carbon dioxide concentrations in the atmosphere. It will be pretty clear after going through this article that putting an alarm on increase rate of Carbon Footprints, in-fact its about ways to reduce it. There are many organizations, individuals and other government institutions are taking a lot of initiatives but let us understand in detail what could be the most effective ways to reduce it to a certain extent. 1. Driving: Heavy motors should avoid driving in the heavily congested areas, not only this; it's also quintessential that how well they are driving also makes quite a stronger impact on reducing Carbon Footprint. Also, finding alternatives to Petrol or diesel could seriously play a vital role but it has to be environment friendly and good in cost effectiveness. 2. Lightbulbs: Major impact you can see in reducing footprint by switching all lights of your home to compact fluorescent bulbs & by doing that, it will give a massive boost in saving electricity as it can reduce 1300 pounds of carbon dioxide pollution during its lifetime. 3. Physical Activity: Instead of driving to work, just take a walk and if you have to travel far, you can take public transport like buses, rail networks or the alternative option to start using bicycle or just jog for the easy tasks; where we don't require our vehicle. 4. Gadgets: By simply put on a habit of unplugging charger, Turning your laptop off and whichever gadgets; if possible switch it off. Obviously, it's not good for you, but believe me, its just perfect for planet. Although, it'd be extremely tough to adopt all these habits, as we are quite used to it but honestly suggesting, it will surely makes a good impact in lowering your electricity bill. 5. Red Meat: Veg food items can be recycled easily, however it's the greenhouse gas emissions from agricultural products such as cattle and poultry are the major concerns. So, the best solution is less consumption, the lesser it will be consumed, the more footprints can be reduced. 6. Laptop vs Desktop: Fundamentally, laptops are designed to be energy efficient than Desktop and its batter life is the major factor behind. All the major components i.e. LCD panels, Hard Drives & adapters etc are making laptop a better tool for the planet. 7. Recycle and re-use: As its mentioned above, all the vegetable food items can be recycled by converting into compost. Similarly, the best example of getting 'haste from waste' is "making carry bags through waste items", by doing this, we can do our bit in reducing carbon footprint. 8. Adjusting Curtain and Thermostat: Thermostat plays a good role in changing the temperature, either up or down by a few degrees which in turn could drastically reduce your electricity bill. Like, we can keep our house 2 degree warmer in the summer and two degrees cooler in the winter. Correspondingly, by opening or closing home curtains as per the need, like in summer, in the afternoon time, don't let the sun rays get in the home by closing the curtains and in evening, opening it up, so that cool wind can come inside. 9. Print or Digital: You might have seen many advertisements majorly based on using Digital media more and also if necessary, print papers but are we actually following it on a day to day basis? We also have to make sure, that if we are getting Newspapers in our home everyday, so we must recycle them also. In case of using Digital items, make sure that the best usage of gadgets can be made, when it's switched off. 10. Lastly, plantation: Not just plant a tree, please also take regular steps in conserving it on a day-to-day basis. As per [Urban Forestry Network](http://urbanforestrynetwork.org/benefits/air%20quality.htm), a single young tree absorbs 13 pounds of carbon dioxide each year. So, if you conserve a tree till 10 years, you are actually saving two persons lives because of the oxygen that tree will omit. It's my sincere request, to please keep this planet, a place where many upcoming generations can breath fresh air. Do let know, if you have some more interesting ways to reduce Carbon Footprint. |

| title | What is "Real Intelligence"? |
| body | We all have read many theories since our childhood and while evaluating our education system, we tend to find that entire syllabus, teaching methodology etc; all are being predefined. Every student has to go through that only, just imagine if it keeps going on for your lifetime which means that we all are acting as robots. # But, are we robots? # so, how to realize, What is Real Intellect? Lets' get in-depth to understand this. * Is Intellect learning? * Is Intellect means to find out the solutions? * Is Intellect; making proper career path? * Is Intellect; thinking? * Is Intellect; doing without thinking? * Is Intellect; the belief? * Is intellect means acting as per the information? * Is intellect means learning from mistakes? All of the questions mentioned above are the common mistakes, we as a human generally making on day-to-day basis. So, first we have to make sure we must start putting up a question mark on all our questions whether it'd be related to your career, belief, problems or suggestions etc. Many people belief is to learn from a mistake and then won't repeat it again but if that mistake is quite big, which won't be affordable later on, then what? E.g. If you wants to become a good public speaker in 2023, please stop listening to all and start talking to yourself; and and ask questions; whether i really want to be a public speaker or not? what all qualities do i have; in me? As currently, 2018 means you have 5 years in hand, which means you have sufficient time. Do all prior research you can; make sure you have your checklist ready with full of questions & answers, which is called as "Real Intellect" The best way, we can understand is through, real life example is of [Sir Isaac Newton](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isaac_Newton). His theory on gravity is world known and we all have read it in our textbooks and also there were many storytellers who have written it many times. But, is that right that all of a sudden; -an apple fell on his head and he invented that theory. A big NO to this, in-fact there is no evidence which suggests that it fell on his head. The actual reason is, He was particularly obsessed by the orbit of the Moon around the Earth, and eventually reasoned that the influence of gravity must extend over vast distances. After seeing how apples always fall straight to the ground, he spent several years working on the mathematics showing that the force of gravity decreased as the inverse square of the distance. But, even in this amazing example, he asked himself a lot of times before proving the theory among the masses. so, the same we have to do in our interest areas, don't just settle with someone else suggestion rather ask yourself * What do you want to become? this is intellect. * What are your health measures, plan your diet as per proper food intake? this is intellect. * What do you actually want from the deep down from the heart? this is intellect. Superb proverb by Chanakya: "A person without intellect is like a evil demon" |

| body | We all have read many theories since our childhood and while evaluating our education system, we tend to find that entire syllabus, teaching methodology etc; all are being predefined. Superb proverb by Chanakya: "A person without intellect is like a evil demon" |

| body | Credits: [cointelegraph](https://cointelegraph.com/news/reserve-bank-of-india-urges-supreme-court-to-regulate-crypto) Credits: [coinalert](https://www.koinalert.com/reserve-bank-of-india-rbi-urges-supreme-court-to-regulate-crypto/) # Date: 21 July, 2018 # News: RBI urge the supreme court to regulate cryptocurrency Yes, that's right. RBI (Reserve Bank of India) has urged the country's supreme court to regulate cryptocurrencies. As its known to all of us that, there was a ban being put up on April 6, 2018 by RBI on banks to stop transactions of cryptocurrencies and the reason given behind is "citing high risks". Although, This entire issue is still under scrutiny by a committee (to keep check on illegal transactions) headed by Mr. Subhash Garg, set up last year, 2017 to develop regulatory framework. The last hearing which was set to be scheduled on July 20 has been postponed for three more weeks to September 11. All in all, a first positive move towards keeping cryptocurrencies regulation in India. Rgds, @squasher687 # What's your view towards this? # Accrording to you, is this the perfect time for the cryptocurrencies to shoot higher? Do let know in the comments below. |

| title | Blockchain & India - 4 Must Know Facts!! |
| body | As we all know that blockchain technology is rapidly gaining massive adoption across the globe but through this blog, would like to mention key points about Blockchain in India - its adoption and coder's statistics. Credits: https://goo.gl/RfCEGr There is an intense (over a period of 6 months) research conducted by a blockchain community "[Incrypt](https://www.incrypt.co/)" on how the current regulatory climate is affecting core development activity and blockchain entrepreneurship in india. Here are a quick facts which came up through that: ### Causing India to lose out on jobs: Currently in India, out of 2 million software developers in India, meager 0.25% (5000 only) have the right blockchain skills and they are also being forced to move to other countries (Singapore, Estonia, Dubai, Switzerland etc.) in search for the better opportunity which will further downside the IT sector as slow and steadily, the grip has been loosen up. Retaining talent is better compare to hiring talent but if the Indian government will not take immediate action (like regulation, banking support etc.) then it would be pretty tough to sustain a few blockchain developers as almost 80% of software developers are forced to move out. ### Setting up Regulations: The RBI (Reserve Bank of India) on April 6, 2018 instructed banks to stop offering services to exchanges and crypto related businesses in india, this has created a major impact on entrepreneurs, software developers, traders and exchanges in india. Not only software developers, also exchanges are planning to shift their base overseas, that's why, unless and until, India won't move fast in setting up appropriate regulations to manage risks and attract global investments in blockchain, it will affect the economy also at the certain extent. Even after setting up a commity "Niti Aayog" but still it's not helping the cause. ### Freelance opportunity are spreading their wings: -> World's largest job posting website "[Upwork](https://www.upwork.com/)", recorded a steady growth of over 2000% in blockchain. -> Approx. 14 job openings for 1 developer. -> 75% blockchain coders believes that open blockchain projects are required to solve India's problems. -> 88% believes that India should take a step in regulating utility, payment and security tokens. ### Legalized solution to receive tokens: All open source projects (Ethereum, Neo, Stellar etc) and thousands of other ICO (Initial Coin offerings) need technical marketing or advisory talent and many of these are tokenbased incentives which means, to work on these projects, developers get paid in cryptocurrencies. The overall gist of the report is: The coders aren't finding any ways to convert it in INR, and afterwards they felt, it's worthless in India, whether the government will consider their non-compliant work in any or the other way. * As per you folks, what are the solutions to cut down the job losses? * What future are you seeing of Blockchain in India? Please do let know your comments. Best Rgds, @squasher687 |
