      "body": "<html>\n<blockquote><strong>\"평생학습의 과정 또는 결과를 통해 '공공성'과 '사회적 가치'를 창출할 수 있는 '시민학교'의 '창학(創學)'을 지원한다.\"&nbsp;</strong></blockquote>\n<p>현재 담당하고 있는 시민학교 스타트업 사업의 표어다.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>사업설명회를 앞두고, 일정 기간 누적된 선행사례가 있는 사업모델이 아니었기에 염려되는 부분도 많았지만,</p>\n<p>기존의 스타트업 관련 사업과 차별화 되는 지점이 명확하여, <strong>'스쿨빌더'</strong>라는 선도자의 위치에서 기대해볼만 한 부분도 많았다.</p>\n<p>예상보다 많은 인원이 사업설명회에 참석해주셨고, <strong>'시민학교 선발연수'</strong>라는 이름의 원데이 워크숍을 거쳐 14개 팀 중 6개 팀을 선발하였다. 그렇게 6개 팀은 <strong>최초</strong>의 <strong>'새싹틔움학교'</strong>(시범, 인큐베이팅 단계)가 되었다.</p>\n<blockquote><strong>'모두의 낭공스'</strong> (낭만이 공존하는 스터디, 국제개발협력)&nbsp;</blockquote>\n<blockquote><strong>'Dis : 디자인 스터디'</strong> (문화예술)&nbsp;</blockquote>\n<blockquote><strong>'클리마투스 컬리지'</strong> (환경)&nbsp;</blockquote>\n<blockquote><strong>'나무 프로젝트 : 모두의 학교, 꿈의 노래'</strong> (문화예술)&nbsp;</blockquote>\n<blockquote><strong>'5지게 잼난 메이커 학교'</strong> (생활과학)&nbsp;</blockquote>\n<blockquote><strong>'여행여기'</strong> (인문학) &nbsp;&nbsp;</blockquote>\n<p>스타트업의 초기 성공을 결정하는 가장 중요한 요인으로 '자금'을 이야기하는 연구(<a href=\"http://www.riss.kr/link?id=A103200334\">이현호 외 2인, 2017</a>)도 있지만, &nbsp;시민학교 스타트업에서는 <strong>'팀빌딩'</strong>을 초기 성공의 가장 중요한 결정 요인으로 이야기 한다. 지원 대상을 <strong>'3인 이상으로 구성된 팀'</strong>으로 한정한 것도 이와 같은 이유 때문이다. 선발된 팀들은 5년차, 7년차 혹은 그 이상 스터디를 지속해오면서 이미 단단한 팀빌딩을 이룬 상태였다. 여기에 시민학교 선발연수를 거치며 공공성, 사회적 가치에 대한 고민을 각자의 프로그램에 더했다. 이렇게 짧은 기간에 빠르게 작성한 계획안을 놓고, 연구개발위원(컨설턴트)을 초빙하여 1차 <strong>'연구개발회의'</strong>(컨설팅)를 진행했다. 효과적인 연구개발 결과를 얻고자 트랙을 구분하여 운영했는데, 별도로 요청하지 않은 자료까지 준비하며 자신의 계획과 고민을 충분히 공유하고, 이에 따른 피드백을 경청하는 모습에 감동하지 않을 수 없었다. 특히, &nbsp;불타는 금요일에 진행된 트랙의 경우 오후 11시가 넘어서 회의가 끝날 정도로 열기가 뜨거웠다.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>5월 14일부터 시범 운영 중인 <strong>'새싹틔움학교'</strong>(시범, 인큐베이팅 단계)의 프로그램은 이렇게 짧은 기간에 준비되었다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 시범 운영을 통해 확인하고 공유하려는 가치가 분명하게 드러나 있다. 일방적 수강이 아닌 시민이 서로 가르치고 배우는 방식이 주는 낯섦과 무료 운영으로 인해, 일부 학교에서는 노쇼가 발생하여 본질적인 가치를 퇴색시키고 있는 측면이 없지 않아 있지만, 이 또한 시범 운영을 통해 충분히 확인하고 축적해야하는 경험이라 생각한다. 부디 남은 기간 더 많은 시민이 참여하여 <strong>'살아있는 니즈'</strong>를 각 학교에 제공해주셨으면 좋겠다. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>사업설명회를 처음 시작하던 그 때나 지금이나 우리도 각 학교처럼 동일한 스타트업의 입장에 있다고 생각한다.&nbsp;</p>\n<blockquote><strong>\"시민학교를 스타트업하는 시민학교\"</strong></blockquote>\n<p>어떤 분은 우리에게<strong> \"흥미로운 이니셔티브를 진행하고 계시네요?\"</strong>라는 메세지를 주셨다.</p>\n<p>이 말씀에 전적으로 동의한다. &nbsp;</p>\n<p>가끔씩(<del>자주</del>) 찾아오는 지침과 힘듦을 극복할 수 있는 내적 동인 이기도 하다(<del>외적 동인은 급여 인상?</del>).</p>\n<p>사업 공고문에 나와있는 것처럼 일정이 진행되지 않고(<del>생각보다 모든게 대부분 계획처럼 되고 있지만</del>), '창학보육'중인 학교뿐 만 아니라 자문위원, 시민 등의 니즈를 반영하는 과정에(<del>물론 다 듣는 건 아니지만</del>) 비즈니스모델의 수정, 보완이 지속되어 쉴틈이 없는 와중에도 마음은 더 풍성해지고 더 뜨거워지는 기분이다(<del>화병일 수도 있다</del>).&nbsp;</p>\n<p>일이 진행되게 하는 동시에 연구개발을 통해 독창적이고 실용적인 사업모델을 만들어나가는데 좀 더 익숙해지고 유연해져야겠다.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>기존의 스타트업 사업처럼 전업으로 몰두할 수 있는 팀이 참여하는 것이 아닌, 본업이 있는 상황에서 별도의 시간을 할애할 수 있는 팀이 <strong>스터디 보다는 발전된 형태를 기대하며 참여하는 사업</strong>을 가장 효과적으로 운영할 수 있는 모델과 방식은 무엇일까?&nbsp;</p>\n<p>이를 연구하는데 필요한 현장과 참여자(시민, 학교), 그리고 다양한 참고문헌이 있기에,</p>\n<p>필요조건은 이미 적당히 충족된게 아닐까? &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n</html>",
