Just as the New Testament of the bible is not a complete work of the life of Yeshua (Jesus). It is also possible to misinterpret the simple early childhood teaching and determine that killing the bad wolf is the correct course of action. However, we are simply human and it is not possible to kill the physical senses which feed the bad wolf. We are taught that we have five senses but we have many, many more including but not exclusive to: well-being, balance, intuition, knowing, creative and their opposites dis-ease, imbalance, counter-intuitive, ignorance and doctrinaire.  \n\nAs the youth of the tribe go through middle childhood they reach a level of maturity where they listen to the next level of the teaching. As with the one room school house of the past the young may hear the story many times before the words become important and they understand the meaning behind each word and begin to apply the teaching to their own lives and choices:\n\n**An old Cherokee is teaching his grandson about life**\n\n- A fight is going on inside me, he said to the boy. It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil — he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.\n\nHe continued \n- The other is good — he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. The same fight is going on inside you — and inside every other person, too.”\n\nThe grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather - Which wolf will win?\n\nThe old Cherokee simply replied - The one you feed.\n\n**First Lesson: The Fight is Eternal**\n\nThe first part of the story is telling us that we can never get rid of the first wolf, the first wolf will always be there. The fight between two wolves is eternal.\n\nBoth wolves will always be there. This applied to our emotions, behaviors, habits, and every other aspect of our life.\n\nI used to fall into the trap of trying so hard to banish the negative side of myself. To force myself eat 100% healthy all the time, to beat me up for relaxing even for just a minute, and trying to get rid of those negative thoughts in my head.\n\nThe truth is that none of us is living in pure bliss. What we can do is to act in spite of those negative feelings or hard times. We can take those fears, those worries, those doubts and move forward anyway. That’s how you feed the second wolf.\n\n- Feeling unmotivated to workout, workout anyway.\n- Not feeling confidence for your coming sales presentation, do it anyway.\n- Not happy with your spouse, show him/her your love\n\nImagine if we’re paralyzed by the first wolf, by doing nothing, accomplish nothing, and get no way. We’ll lose the momentum to move forward and indirectly we’re feeding the evil wolf!\n\nBesides, what will you do by telling yourself you haven’t accomplished anything? How will you feel when you get nothing done all the time? You didn’t just stop at where you are, you’re moving backward! And the evil wolf is getting stronger day by day.\n\n**Start Feeding The Right Wolf**\n\nNow, start telling yourself you’re worthy, start to believe in your ability and act in spite of fears and doubts, in spite of constraints and challenges. One step forward will always be a step forward even it’s tiny.\n\nInstead of doubting yourself and do nothing, you can try to learn new things and expand yourself in a slow pace. Instead of focusing on the fears within, start with ONE thing you should (and could) do right in front of you.\n\nWant to lose 100 pounds and achieve your fitness goals? Start by walking for 15 minutes a day if you haven’t yet. Then start learning squat and maybe push-up with your bodyweight and make slow progress from there. Want to build a community with a huge audience? Focus on delivering quality content, and start building ONE audience at a time. Provide value to ONE person at a time and grow your audience from there.\n\nOne truth to remember is that it’s so much easier to feed the first wolf — the first wolf is there to encourage the easier options in life. It’s easier to complain, procrastinate, dismiss, ignore and give up. There is almost no effort required to do those things, and you’re getting the reward with the sensation of relieving and instant gratification without much an action.\n\nThe second wolf is very different, it’s picky, it’s harder to feed. It’s challenging, tiring and time-consuming to do things like learning, teaching, inspiring, sharing or simply sticking to a new behavior. These things take so much energy, effort, momentum, and guts. And you don’t usually see immediately result from them.\n\nWhich wolf you choose to feed will define who you are, and we all knew we should feed the second wolf — even it’s harder. It’s how we feel the sense of accomplishment and success at the end of the day, by conquering the temptation of the first wolf and opt for a much challenging (but right) option in life.\n\n**Feeding Both Wolves**\nIn the Cherokee world, however, there’s another version of the story which is given to the children at the end of middle childhood years and it ends this way\n\nThe old Cherokee simply replied, “If you feed them right, they both win.” and the story goes on:\n\n- You see, if I only choose to feed the white wolf, the black one will be hiding around every corner waiting for me to become distracted or weak and jump to get the attention he craves. He will always be angry and always fighting the white wolf. But if I acknowledge him, he is happy and the white wolf is happy and we all win. For the black wolf has many qualities — tenacity, courage, fearlessness, strong-willed and great strategic thinking — that I have need of at times and that the white wolf lacks. But the white wolf has compassion, caring, strength and the ability to recognize what is in the best interest of all.\n\n- You see, son, the white wolf needs the black wolf at his side. To feed only one would starve the other and they will become uncontrollable. To feed and care for both means they will serve you well and do nothing that is not a part of something greater, something good, something of life. Feed them both and there will be no more internal struggle for your attention. And when there is no battle inside, you can listen to the voices of deeper knowing that will guide you in choosing what is right in every circumstance. Peace, my son, is the Cherokee mission in life. A man or a woman who has peace inside has everything. A man or a woman who is pulled apart by the war inside him or her has nothing.\n\n- How you choose to interact with the opposing forces within you will determine your life. There may be others who have the key to this knowledge, access to the records which allow us to know if our universe was birthed from another which came before ours and from whence other universes have been birthed. Perhaps in many directions. \n\nPicture a ball, a pin cushion and think about how many points or pins can intersect that ball from every direction and every angle. To me this is human perspective. We are each unique individuals but we share consciousness. So much so that scientists, historians and archeologists are afraid to report the truth. The bible contains a great deal of information and from my perspective the truth must be discerned with the heart, mind and soul. The teachings of Jesus and the words attributed to Jesus are the best place to start and perhaps for many no further exploration is necessary. In these days there are many among us who are innocent and this may be as a result of experimentation - vaccines, poisons, bio-chemicals, genetic manipulation, hybridization. Whatever the reason there are many among us who are as children and these individuals increase in chronological years but not in emotional maturity. Perhaps this innocence among us will be the saving grace which Kronos failed to consider. \n- And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer. Revelation 10:6\n\nIn the time of innocence, my early childhood - as far back as I can remember my first memory is that it is time to go and be born now. And, so it was. My next memory is at about six months of age and then clearly with the teaching that occurred through my Guardian who appeared as a Mantis type being, a winged angel. I have never seen an alien in the 3D waking world. I have never seen a UFO. Perhaps this is for my own protection because I have NO DOUBT that what is called alien (did not originate on the planet Earth) and was not built on planet Earth that can be seen in the skies and space moving objects exist. I have seen hybrid beings born in HOSPITALS on earth. I have done nutritional consultations for people who describe themselves as hybrids. \n\nWhen I realized that I had never seen a being in the waking 3D world that looked like the Guardian the appearance of the Guardian changed to that of an old man whom I called my Sunday school teacher. The most important lessons I learned were the scriptures and there was great emphasis on specific scriptures: The new testament scriptures. The four gospels, the Acts and second Timothy. \n\nThen the maths and symbols, telepathy and finally chemistry, languages and the molecules of emotion. In the waking world my education was possibly more unusual. The grandfather was taking me to learn about native American history and religion, he was also a deacon in the Christian church of the Nazarene. The church of the Nazarene is slightly different from other Christian churches in that the missionaries are instructed to ALLOW the incorporation of the customary cultural costumes, festivals and beliefs into the community. In high school I had a tearing away from the church as I deeply studied native American religion and found it to be far superior to the teachings of the church. Following this I felt the need to be baptized and returned to the church briefly for this purpose. As we have traveled the world we have visited churches, mosques, ashrams and temples on most continents. \n\nWhat we envision is a spiritual community which serves the Father and lives by the teachings of Christ using spiritual guidance as our foundation. A merit based leadership where those who are devoted to ensuring that the community remains a safe place for all to come and where those who are unable to remain are helped on their way. Where people bring what they have and have what they need. A simple life where we grow our own food, have access to clean water, respect one another and respect the environment. \n\nOne of the earliest mentions of giants in Scripture is found in Genesis 14.\n\n- In the fourteenth year Chedorlaomer and the kings that were with him came and attacked the Rephaim in Ashteroth Karnaim, the Zuzim in Ham, the Emim in Shaveh Kiriathaim, and the Horites in their mountain of Seir . . . . Then they turned back and came to En Mishpat (that is, Kadesh), and attacked all the country of the Amalekites, and also the Amorites who dwelt in Hazezon Tamar.  Genesis 14:5–7\n\nThe Amorites\n\nThe Amorites are mentioned more than 80 times in Scripture, and early on, some were allied with Abraham (Genesis 14:13). They were descendants of Noah’s grandson Canaan (Genesis 10:15–16). Although the Bible does not provide this information, the Jewish general-turned-historian Josephus gives the name of their ancestor as Amorreus.1 While the Amorites are mentioned in the same contexts as other giants a few times, they are specifically described as giants in the Minor Prophets. \n\n- Yet it was I who destroyed the Amorite before them, whose height was like the height of the cedars, and he was as strong as the oaks; yet I destroyed his fruit above and his roots beneath. Also it was I who brought you up from the land of Egypt, and led you forty years through the wilderness, to possess the land of the Amorite. Amos 2:9–10\n\nThrough Amos, God clearly stated that the Amorites were generally very tall and strong. Some may downplay the description of the Amorites in this passage, since these verses employ figurative language, but there are some good reasons to take this passage in a straightforward manner.2\n\n- The idea that the Amorites were giants is supported by the report of the spies whom Moses sent through the land of Canaan. The Amorites were one of the people groups they saw (Numbers 13:29), and they claimed that “all the people whom we saw in it are men of great stature” (Numbers 13:32). It is telling that in their response, Joshua and Caleb did not challenge the size of the land’s inhabitants (Numbers 14:6–9).3\n\nThe Emim\n\nDeuteronomy 2 reveals that the Emim, which likely means **terrors** were giants:\n\n- The Emim had dwelt there in times past, a people as great and numerous and tall as the Anakim. They were also regarded as giants [Hebrew rephaim], like the Anakim, but the Moabites call them Emim. Deuteronomy 2:10–11\n\n- Moses told the people that the Emim used to live in the territory that God had given to the descendants of Lot’s son Moab. Genesis 19:37\n\nThe Zuzim (Zamzummim)\n\nThe Zamzummim (almost certainly the same as Zuzim in Genesis 14:5) were also called giants and listed in the same chapter as the Emim:\n\n- [The land of Ammon] was also regarded as a land of giants [Hebrew rephaim]; giants [rephaim] formerly dwelt there. But the Ammonites call them Zamzummim, a people as great and numerous and tall as the Anakim. But the Lord destroyed them before them, and they dispossessed them and dwelt in their place. Deuteronomy 2:20–21\n\n**Rephaim**\n\n- The most common term used to describe giants in the Bible is rephaim (e.g., Deuteronomy 3:11, 13). It may refer to a certain people group,5 or it may be a term that simply means giants. The singular form, raphah, also appears several times. e.g., 2 Samuel 21:16, 18, 20 [6]\n\nThe Nephilim\n\nThe earliest mention in Scripture of giants is just prior to the Flood account.\n\n- There were giants [nephilim] on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown. Genesis 6:4 [9]\n\nThe Anakim\n\nThe Anakim were mentioned in several of these passages. They were perhaps the best known of the giants dwelling in the land of Canaan at the time of the Exodus. As stated in the verse above, they were part of the nephilim. If nephilim simply refers to giants in general, then the Anakim are just said to be giants in Numbers 13:33, which is consistent with their description in this passage. So the Amorites and other giant people would also be nephilim. If nephilim refers to a particular giant tribe, then the Anakim were part of this line.\n\nNumbers 13:22 states that Ahiman, Sheshai, and Talmai were descendants of Anak, who was obviously the namesake of the Anakim. Both the Emim and Zamzummim were compared to the Anakim, as they were both - a people as great and numerous and tall as the Anakim. Deuteronomy 2:10, 21; 9:2\n\nWhat is indeed significant is that many giant versions of other creatures existed in the past or still exist today. To name just a few, these include the following:\n\n    spiders (e.g., the bird-eating spider, up to 12-inch leg span)\n    moths (e.g., the Atlas moth, with a wing span of 11 inches)\n    centipedes (up to 13 inches long)\n    snails (e.g., the African giant snail, up to 15½ inches long)\n    frogs (e.g. Beelzebufo, 16 inches high)\n    dragonflies (e.g., Meganeura, with a wing span of more than 2½ feet)\n    rats (e.g., Josephoartigasia, with a conservatively estimated body mass of 750 pounds)\n    beavers (e.g., Trogontherium, about 7½ feet long)\n    scorpions (e.g., the sea scorpion Jaekelopterus, estimated at more than 8 feet long)\n    crabs (e.g., the giant spider crab, with a claw span more than 12 feet)\n    armadillos (e.g., Glyptodon, up to 13 feet long)\n    turtles (e.g., Archelon, up to 16 feet long)\n    fish (e.g., Xiphactinus, 19 feet long)\n    sloths (e.g., Megatherium, which stood about 20 feet)\n    worms (e.g., the giant earthworm, up to 22 feet long)\n    sea cows (e.g., Hydrodamalis, 25 feet or more in length)\n    crocodiles (e.g., Sarcosuchus, up to 40 feet long)\n    snakes (e.g., Titanoboa, over 42 feet long)\n    crustaceans (e.g., supergiant amphipods 10 times larger than those previously discovered)\n    squid (e.g., Mesonychoteuthis, 50 feet or more in length)\n    sharks (e.g., Rhincodon, up to 65 feet long)\n    octopuses with 100 foot long tentacles.21\n\nThe fact that scientists have discovered animals with body sizes far greater than those observed today suggests, at least in theory, the possibility of there having also been giant humans in the past, as recorded in the Bible.\n\n**Footnotes**\n\nJosephus, Flavius. Regarding the claim that Amos 2:9 is poetic so one can downplay the comparison of the Amorites’ height to cedars and strength to oaks, Smith wrote the following in personal correspondence:\n\nIs it any more poetical than Job 40–41? And even if the language is poetic, it does not necessarily follow that it is exaggerated, especially given that it is God who is describing the size of the Amorite here (and the giant creatures of Job 40–41).\n\nAn important word here is כְּ (ke), meaning as or like. In English, a significant range of meaning exists between describing two things being vaguely like each other in some general sense and being precisely the same as each other. Dictionary.com defines “as” in the following way: “to the same degree, amount, or extent; similarly; equally.” So the wording in the NKJV and NASB, “like the height of cedars,” might give the impression of vague similarity (i.e., They were both tall.), whereas the wording in the NIV and NJB, “tall as the cedars,” implies a greater sense of equality. The context gives a clue to the correct interpretation here. The verse does not simply say, “like/as cedars and oaks”; it explicitly qualifies the comparison with the words height (govah) and strong (chason). The relevant clause translates literally: \n- . . . which as [or like] height of cedars is his height and strong is he as [or like] oaks . . . Amos 2:9 The evidence appears to support a close, as opposed to a loose, correlation between the height of the Amorite(s) and the height of cedars.\n\nSo perhaps this passage in Amos is similar to biblical accounts of behemoth and leviathan in Job in the sense that they may be extraordinary to the modern reader but are describing a historical reality. As creationists, we rightly point out, for instance, that God’s description of the behemoth’s tail being as/like a cedar (Job 40:17) should be taken literally, so why should we not also take literally God’s description of the height and strength of the Amorites?\n\nThere’s no possibility of saying that **cedar** is a wrong translation and that God is describing a much smaller, shorter tree, unless one also concedes that it is a wrong translation for behemoth’s tail, since the same Hebrew word, אֶרֶז (erez), is used in both Amos 2:9 and Job 40:17.\n\nThe Lord says that He destroyed their **fruit above** (perhaps meaning their visible presence in that generation) and their **roots below** (perhaps meaning their ability to recover/regenerate/reproduce). In other words, He wiped them off the face of the earth for all time. This explanation of the terminology here in Amos 2:9 is not dissimilar to C. F. Keil's comment: \n- For this figure of speech, in which the posterity of a nation is regarded as its fruit, and the kernel of the nation out of which it springs is the root, see Ezekiel 17:9, Hosea 9:16, Job 18:16. Peabody, Massachusetts: Hendrickson Publishers.]\n\nSince they dropped out of history so abruptly, it is not surprising that we find little or no records of giants outside of the Bible. In the absence of any contrary evidence, it is surely best to take God at His word, however extraordinary it may appear to us. If He did not mean it literally, then why did He use such specific wording?\nThe non-canonical (Apocrypha) books of Baruch 3:22–28 and Sirach 16:6–9 indicate that giants (Greek; gigantes, gigantōn, respectively) previously lived in the land of Canaan before Israel conquered them. The passage in Baruch states that they \n- perished because they had no wisdom, they perished through their folly. Baruch 3:28, NRSV\nThe next verse in this passage (v. 22) mentions the Horites, who may also have been giants although they are not specifically called giants in Scripture. However, in two of the three chapters in which they are mentioned, they appear in the same contexts with other giants (Genesis 14:6; Deuteronomy 2:12, 22), so they may also have been giants.\nThis was the view of C. F. Keil, who, in commentating on 2 Samuel 21:16–22, asserted that \n- Raphah was the tribe-father of the Rephaim, an ancient tribe of gigantic stature, of whom only a few families were left even in Moses’ time. [Keil & Delitzsch. 2006. Commentary on the Old Testament, Volume 2, Joshua, Judges, Ruth, 1 and 2 Samuel, p. 680. Peabody, Massachusetts: Hendrickson Publishers.]. \nStrictly speaking, there are two singular Hebrew forms with slightly different spellings (and originally pronounced slightly differently): רָפָא (rapha) and רָפָה (raphah). But these appear to be simply two spellings for the same word.\nSihon, the Amorite king of Heshbon, may also have been a giant. He was an Amorite and is listed in the same contexts as other giants (e.g., Numbers 21:21–35; Deuteronomy 2:24).\nFor example, William White wrote, \n- As to Og’s famous bed, it may have been a sarcophagus which was large not because Og was a giant but because other objects would have been buried with him. [Harris, Robert Laird, Gleason Archer, Bruce Waltke. 1999. Theological Wordbook of the Old Testament, electronic ed. s.v. 2198d. Chicago, Illinois: Moody Press.] Other items may have certainly been buried with Og, but he was called a giant. Why bother to mention the massive size of this item if Og were not a giant? Perhaps the bed was made of iron instead of wood to support such a large man.\nIt is beyond the scope of this article to discuss the identity of the **sons of God** other than to clear up a point that confuses many: the sons of God in this passage are not the same group as the giants (nephilim). For more information on this fascinating subject, please see my article Battle over the Nephilim.\n\nThe Hebrew verb naphal can theoretically take the form of an active or passive participle, נֹפְלִים (nophelim) or נְפוּלִים (nephulim) respectively. The former occurs 18 times in the Hebrew Scriptures, mostly meaning “those who fall” (as in battle, see Ezekiel 32:22–24 for three examples), but the latter is unattested. Neither of these terms matches the morphology (shape, including vowel pattern) of nephilim (נְפִלִים in Genesis 6:4 and Numbers 13:33b or נְפִילִים in 33a). The Hebrew language does not require that the morphology of every single word follow a predetermined pattern. This is particularly true of proper nouns, which sometimes sound like other words sharing the same root letters. If a different vowel pattern was used for this term, then it could possibly be connected to the Hebrew verb naphal (“to fall”). One example of this type of vowel pointing is found with the Hebrew verb מָשַׁח (mashach), which means “to anoint.” The active participle form is מֹשְׁחִים (moshchim, “anointing [ones]”), equivalent in form to nophelim. The passive participle form is מְשֻׁחִים (meshuchim, “anointed [ones]”), equivalent in form to nephulim. An adjectival noun form of the word is מְשִׁיחִים (meshichim, also “anointed [ones]”) is equivalent in form to nephilim. Strictly speaking, the Old Testament does not include the precise form of this final word, but it does exist in combination with a suffix in 1 Chronicles 16:22 and Psalm 105:15.\n\nOn the other hand, by comparing the variant spellings of nephilim it is easy to see the extra י (yod) in the word from Numbers 13:33a. This may not seem like a big deal, but according to Dr. Michael Heiser (PhD, Hebrew Bible and Ancient Semitic Languages), this extra letter provides a strong clue as to the word’s origin. Aramaic is closely associated with Hebrew, and some small sections of the Old Testament were written in Aramaic. In Aramaic, the word naphil (נָּפִיל) has the extra י (yod) and means “giant.” The plural form of this noun is nephilin, which is equivalent to the Hebrew word nephilim (Aramaic masculine plurals have an “-in” ending, whereas Hebrew masculine plurals have an “-im” ending.). Interestingly, this is also the Aramaic word used for the constellation Orion, named for the giant hunter of mythology. [Heiser, Michael S. The Meaning of the Word Nephilim: Fact vs. Fantasy,” available at www.michaelheiser.com/nephilim.pdf, accessed December 6, 2011.] Some of the lexicons and dictionaries that support the rendering of nephilim as “giants” include The Hebrew-Aramaic Lexicon of the Old Testament (HALOT, Koehler, Baumgardner), The New International Dictionary of Old Testament Theology and Exegesis (NIDOTTE, VanGemeren), The Analytical Hebrew and Chaldee Lexicon (Davidson), and Dictionary of the Targumim, the Talmud Babli and Yerushalmi, and the Midrashic Literature (Jastrow). Brown-Driver-Briggs Hebrew and English Lexicon (Brown, Driver, Briggs) also defines the word as “giants” but lists its etymology as dubious.\n\nMany other individuals in Scripture are classified as mighty men (gibborim), but this does not necessarily mean they were giants (e.g., Nimrod in Genesis 10:8 and David’s mighty men in 2 Samuel 23:8–39). So although not all gibborim were giants, it seems as though all giants were gibborim.\n\nIt is intriguing that in the Septuagint, the Greek translation of the Hebrew Old Testament, Nimrod is called a **giant** and a “giant hunter” (Genesis 10:8–9)—not a hunter of giants, but a giant who was a hunter. Indeed the Greek word γίγας (gigas)—the plural form is γίγαντες (gigantes)—used in the Septuagint’s rendering of Genesis 10:8–9 is also used to translate both nephilim and gibborim in Genesis 6:4. There are some difficulties with this view of Nimrod. Genesis 10:8 states that Nimrod \n- began to be a mighty one [gibbor] on the earth. \nHow does one begin to be a giant? Either you are one or you’re not. The solution may be found in the ESV’s rendering of this verse, which states that Nimrod was the first on earth to be a mighty man. Yet, there were certainly **mighty men** on the earth prior to the Flood, so how could he be the first one? Perhaps the meaning of this phrase is that he was the first giant after the Flood, or it could be that the Septuagint is inaccurate here.\nThere is some debate over the truthfulness of these claims since they are included in the “bad report” made by the spies. Some interpreters have argued that the reports of giants were simply exaggerations made by the spies in their efforts to discourage the people. However, the term **bad report** (Hebrew dibbah) does not focus on falsehood, but grave intentions. Brown-Driver-Briggs place the use of this word in Numbers 13:32 under its third definition: evil report, specif. a (true) report of evil doing. [Brown, Francis, Samuel Rolles Driver, and Charles Augustus Briggs. 2000. Enhanced Brown-Driver-Briggs Hebrew and English Lexicon, electronic ed., p. 179. Oak Harbor, Washington: Logos Research Systems.] This same word is used of Joseph’s report of his brothers’ activities in Genesis 37:2, and there is no reason to think he was lying. Also, the narrative reporting found in Numbers 13:21–24 shows that the spies did find out that Ahiman, Sheshai, and Talmai were in Hebron. Furthermore, neither Joshua nor Caleb disagreed with these facts, but they did encourage the people that they could win the battle because God was on their side. Finally, it appears that the words in parentheses— \n- the sons of Anak are part of the Nephilim. Numbers 13:33, NASB —were not spoken by the spies but were an editorial comment from the author (i.e., Moses or a later editor added these words for clarification). Nevertheless, and despite the omission of the parenthetical text in some ancient manuscripts including the Septuagint, the fact remains that the spies claimed to have seen the nephilim.\nGenesis 23:2; 35:27; Joshua 15:13, 54; 20:7; Judges 1:10. Genesis 23:19 states, Abraham buried Sarah his wife in the cave of the field of Machpelah, before Mamre (that is, Hebron) in the land of Canaan.\nSome have proposed that Arba was not a personal name but was merely the name of the main city of the Anakim. This is how Arba is viewed in the Septuagint. For example, this particular version of Joshua 15:13 states, καὶἔδωκεν αὐτῷἸησοῦς τὴν πόλιν Αρβοκ μητρόπολιν Ενακ (αὕτη ἐστὶν Χεβρων). Literally translated, this would be,\n- and gave him Joshua the city of Arbok [Arba], capital of Anak (this is Hebron). Similar wording is found in the Septuagint’s rendering of Joshua 21:11.\nThe word **Philistine** may mean immigrant or stranger, and the Bible informs us that the Philistines came from Ham’s son Mizraim, who was the father of the Casluhim,  \n- from whom came the Philistines. Genesis 10:14\nHays, J. Daniel. 2005. Reconsidering the Height of Goliath. Journal of the Evangelical Theological Society 48, no. 4:702–715.\n    Hays appealed to the size and strength of an offensive lineman in the National Football League, claiming that one - could carry [the amount of weight] easily. (Hays 2005, p. 709.) The question is not whether a person could carry this weight but whether he could be an effective warrior while carrying the extra 125 pounds of scale armor, plus the helmet and bronze armor on his legs, and wield such a massive weapon. In a footnote, Hays also cited modern soldiers who sometimes need to carry guns and mortars which are similar in weight to Goliath’s gear. Again, this misses the point. The type of gun (MK 19) mentioned by Hays is not carried into hand-to-hand combat but is a grenade launcher often set up on the ground or mounted on a vehicle. A mortar is also fired from a distance. Hays also claimed that only Saul would have had the armor or weapons to match Goliath. He based this on 1 Samuel 13:19–23, which speaks of a time in which the Philistines had subjugated the Israelites and did not allow them to have blacksmiths in the land. He admitted that things may have been slightly different by the time of David’s battle with Goliath, but he missed the fact that 1 Samuel 15:8 reveals the Israelite army destroyed the Amalekites and - utterly destroyed all the people with the edge of the sword. The Israelite army was well-equipped to battle the Philistines in 1 Samuel 17, and they routed their enemies after David defeated Goliath. \nKing Saul was said to be a head taller than any of the people (1 Samuel 9:2), yet he was not considered a giant. If Goliath was a mere 6’9”, it seems strange that Saul would not also have been considered a giant. It is quite simple to resolve this difference in detail. Gob may have simply been a smaller town near the larger city of Gezer or within the area of Gezer (or vice versa). We do the same type of thing today. For example, if someone from another area of the country asked me where the Creation Museum was located, I could say that it’s near Cincinnati. They might think that the museum is in Ohio because Cincinnati is in Ohio, but the Creation Museum is actually near Petersburg, a small town located in northern Kentucky. My direction gave them clear enough details for them to know the approximate location of the museum. If someone from the Cincinnati ar\nea asked me where the museum was, then I would tell them that it is located in Petersburg because they will likely know where that is.\nThis somewhat common condition is known as polydactyly. While dependent upon bone density and other factors, the average mammal compressive strength is estimated to be 280 MN/m2 (Mega Newtons/square meter). Albert G. Rosenberg was Jewish, born and raised in Germany. He had recently become an American.\n**Psychological Warfare Division** That's a strange name for a department that's going to document a concentration camp for future generations isn't it? The Lieutenant in the PWD was Albert G. Rosenberg. Even though he was only in his late 20's at the time, he had a rare special pass called a \"SHAEF Pass\", which gave him the power to confiscate the posh villa belonging to Baldur Von Schirach, who had been the wartime mayor of Vienna and also the leader of the Hitler Youth. Rosenberg lived in the villa with 12-15 former Buchenwald inmates and the team wrote-up a documentation of the camp. Most of the former inmates were communists, led by a non-communist Austrian Catholic named Eugen Kogon. Kogon compiled the report while Albert Rosenberg supervised the overall project. One could say that the documentation of Buchenwald is largely a story of liberated communists working in a posh villa, under the supervision of a Jewish Psychological Warfare Division Lieutenant who had emigrated to the USA from Germany just seven years earlier. Objectivity you can count on.\n    \n\nAfter this project, Albert Rosenberg confiscated a German suburban house for Eugen Kogon and his family to live in, so that Kogon could write a book on his personal experiences at Buchenwald. The Psychological Warfare Division, which by now had made the Orwellian move to change it's name to \"Information Control\" wanted this book to be read by the German population. The book, called \"Der SS-Staat, is still the standard work for Buchenwald. In my June 2007, 2-hour phone conversation with the elderly Albert G. Rosenberg, he told me that Kogon could have become Chancellor of Germany instead of Konrad Adenaur, (something about Kogon knowing a \"Cardinal Pacelli\" and how that was a good thing.) but one was more right and the other more center, and Adenauer ended up becoming Chancellor. Months later out of curiosity I looked up Cardinal Pacelli on Wikipedia and saw he became Pope Pius XII in 1939.\n    \n\nThat would have been interesting though: Psych Warfare changes it's name to \"Information Control\" and promotes Kogon to become the head of Modernist Germany. Trump has been a really good guy protecting our military, protecting the officials that protect our country, protecting police officers. But, what in this instance will he do? Though many interesting discoveries have been made, it may be safely said that with the death of Pythagoras the great key to this science was lost. For nearly 2500 years philosophers of all nations have attempted to unravel the Pythagorean skein, but apparently none has been successful. Notwithstanding attempts made to obliterate all records of the teachings of Pythagoras, fragments have survived which give clues to some of the simpler parts of his philosophy. The major secrets were never committed to writing, but were communicated orally to a few chosen disciples. These apparently dated not divulge their secrets to the profane, the result being that when death sealed their lips the arcana died with diem.\n\nCertain of the secret schools in the world today are perpetuations of the ancient Mysteries, and although it is quite possible that they may possess some of the original numerical formulæ, there is no evidence of it in the voluminous writings which have issued from these groups during the last five hundred years. These writings, while frequently discussing Pythagoras, show no indication of a more complete knowledge of his intricate doctrines than the post-Pythagorean Greek speculators had, who talked much, wrote little, knew less, and concealed their ignorance under a series of mysterious hints and promises. Here and there among the literary products of early writers are found enigmatic statements which they made no effort: to interpret. The following example is quoted from Plutarch:\n\n- The Pythagoreans indeed go farther than this, and honour even numbers and geometrical diagrams with the names and titles of the gods. Thus they call the equilateral triangle head-born Minerva and Tritogenia, because it may be equally divided by three perpendiculars drawn from each of the angles. So the unit they term Apollo, as to the number two they have affixed the name of strife and audaciousness, and to that of three, justice. For, as doing an injury is an extreme on the one side, and suffering one is an extreme on the on the one side, and suffering in the middle between them. In like manner the number thirty-six, their Tetractys, or sacred Quaternion, being composed of the first four odd numbers added to the first four even ones, as is commonly reported, is looked upon by them as the most solemn oath they can take, and called Kosmos. I can read the dreamscape or thoughts of another person which includes the past and present, this life or past lives when I am called to do this and I can obtain a bio-chemical, bio-medical image of people for whom I provide nutritional consultations. I watch how their metabolism works, I think in chemistry. As a child I mostly thought in math, Pythagorian math and was first taught math symbols by the Guardian, a tall fifth dimensional being whom some might describe as an angel. I learned at a younger age when his higher self appeared to me as a cloaked being with no discernible face (1000 faces a second flashing before my meditating eyes) that the name of this staff holding shepherd being was Nahor (grandfather of Abraham or grandson of Abraham). More recently his 5th dimensional name has been given as Rohan (staff of the shepherd). He is not my only Guardian or mentor. I trust this Guardian angel because no information ever provided has been proven wrong and all information provided has been helpful and proven correct. Daniel 2:10-11 \n\n\n- (Nebuchadnezzar) was angry and very furious, and commanded to destroy all the wise men of Babylon (2:12). \n\n\nWho does the Divine Scriptures identify with the wise men of Babylonia?  \n\n\n- And the decree went forth that the wise men should be slain; and they sought Daniel and his fellows to be slain(2:13). \n\n\nOnly Daniel and his companions (Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego) were identified as wise men. (5:11).\n\nCertainly, the Lord God Almighty made a way for Daniel to avoid the obvious pitfalls of the occult practices of the wise men of Babylon. \n\nIt is uncertain what the Magi of the Christmas story identified as a star to cause them to set out for Jerusalem to see who the Jewish Scriptures of Daniel would choose as the King of the Jews, but they knew that Messiah would sit upon the throne of David. \n\n\n- Of the increase of His government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon His kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with Judgment and with Justice from henceforth even forever. The zeal of the LORD of Hosts will perform this. Isaiah 9:7\n\n\nSince the Magi were able to calculate the time of the cutting off of Messiah the Prince in Israel from Daniel's Seventy Weeks prophecy, they needed a miraculous sign to indicate more precisely the time and place of the birth of the Messiah, which the Almighty gladly provided by the Star of Bethlehem. \n\n\n- We have seen His star in the East, and are come to worship Him. Matthew 2:2 \n\n\nSeveral things can be deduced from the Scriptural narrative of the second chapter of the Gospel of Matthew concerning the Magi and the Star of Bethlehem. Matthew 2:7, 16\n\n\nSecond, the astronomical phenomenon of the Star of Bethlehem appears to be explained more as a miracle than as a momentary conjunction of the planets of Jupiter and Saturn (6 BC) or the brilliant but violent display of stellar light for a few months from a supernova or the tail of Halley's Comet (11 BC); additionally, the star un-astronomically traveled before the Magi, then stood still, i.e., \n\n\n- When they had heard the king, they departed; and, lo, the Star, which they saw in the East, went before them, till it came and stood over where the Young Child was. Matthew 2:9\n\n\nThird, Herod the Great did not have the Wise Men followed because both he and the Wise Men were initially in agreement that the exact whereabouts of the Young Child would be reported back to Herod; but, God warned them \n\n\n- in a dream that they should not return to Herod. The dreamscape message was **square the circle** and so I looked for an image which would remind me of the childhood dreamscape experiences. And, though I have seen many times the image of the magi, the Star polygon cube today I searched the internet for three hours and the Star polygon cube has been purged. Why is the dark force energy, the Illuminati afraid of the image of the medicine star? They seem to love the cube and place this icon in front of their museums and modern day structures as if a giant cube often representing the 5G quantum computers is itself a god. I also then learned, April 2016, that Whitley Streiber has had an encounter with a Guardian who calls himself **Master of the Key**. I am not extraordinary, special, unusual - I am one of many who are bringing forth information which has already been given. There is nothing new under the sun. The firing squad of the military allows for the possibility that the weapon fired from a marksman contains only blanks to protect the consciousness of the person executing the command of the superior officer, doing their duty and which is then described as delivering the consequences to the guilty and not a criminal act. \n\nIn the United Kingdom children have committed murder, certainly children have committed murder in many if not most countries; but, in the UK these children as young as eleven years of age have been tried as adults and the juries could not be a jury of their peers because jurors must be at least eighteen years of age. \n\nNow, it has come to our attention that the US military has ordered new guillotine blades, 16,000 new guillotine blades and that VP Pence has had a recent demonstration of this **humane** method of execution. As many times as I feel that the three letter organizations are filled with people whose left hand does not know what the right hand is doing and as a result of this millions of people around the world are dying of starvation and disease so someone should be punished. And, when I look deeply into the statistics and see how many people in the USA and western world are wracked with pain from 101 years of pharmaceutical poisoning, 79 years of antibiotics and 61 years of outright disinformation on optimal nutrition as it relates to physical and mental health; these statistics make me realize that anger turned to passion allows for me to share the information. I could NOT sit on a jury where people were proven to be the perpetrators of the crimes against humanity which have resulted in Americans having the highest rate of cancer, heart disease, spontaneous abortion (miscarriage), infertility, neurodevelopmental disabilities, asthma, diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome, genetic (innate and environmental) disorders aka inborn errors of metabolism and KNOW that optimal nutrition can alleviate the signs and symptoms of many diseases, disorders and conditions. For every one of the nearly 2000 inborn errors of metabolism which has a treatment protocol the treatment protocol is NUTRITIONAL. \n\n\nThe Father gave us the plants and the government has the audacity to put people in prison for use of cannabis and cannabis oil. Yet, at the same time these blood sucking, demon worshiping, war mongering and power hungry El-ite can use We the People for every lab experiment, drug trial, mind control project and leave us alone and suffering described as disorganized schizophrenics and opioid addicts. Interesting here, to some, might be that the countries with the world's smallest men on record alive today are different from the countries with the world's smallest women alive today. Since the year 2000 (officially) there are about 2000 genetic tests which can be used to diagnose a specific form of dwarfism. One way that we can understand how science as medicine has been conditioned within us to be valued is just because a person is of short stature, 4 foot and 10 inches, does not mean they have any form of dwarfism. But, there are 2000 genetic variations which can be used to label a person as genetically dwarf from simply small. Many cultures have people of small stature and these people are not defined or described as dwarfs. The same is true for the world's tallest living people, not all have gigantism who reach heights of more than 7 ft and some living human's today stand at approximately 9 feet in height. In my biological family there are uncles and cousins who reach the height of the giants and nieces and grandparents who were are small as dwarfs. I have met many people who describe this same phenomena. Some  scientists tell us that most of our DNA is junk DNA, perhaps we do not get all of our DNA from our parents and grandparents. \n\n\nIn addition to height are other characteristics which people recognize that tell us we are genetically part of the family which raised us such as skin tone, eye color and body shape. Eye colors which are most common are blue and brown but also people have green, yellow, purple, hazel, black and eye color that changes with mood, diet and season. Babies are born to two blue-eyed parents who have brown eyes or two brown eyed parents who have blue eyes. There are people who are so much like their adoptive family that these individuals may never suspect that they have been adopted and may never search for their birth parents and others who feel that they are so different from the families that raised them they must have been adopted even when all evidence is to the contrary. \n\n\nNext it may be worth considering the skin tones, a politically correct way of bringing into focus the reality that we have people with pigmentless skin who are said to have albinism or vitiligo and others whose skin is expressing heavily the luteal phase esters or yellow skin such as people of the area of China and others who are said to be red men or indigenous native American; some with various shades of brown such as is common for people of the India and some from the African continent whose pigmentation is so dark it can best be described as black. I have met many people whose skin tone did not fit any of these descriptions. A boy from India with two brown parents whose body was brown from the waste up with swirl patterns on his back and abdomen and who was white from the waste down. A girl from the USA who had one side of her body as brown and the other side was white. Many people with speckled skin and African people with all the features of the dark brown to black tribal people except these people were white with bright red hair. There were also blond haired and blue eyed indigenous native American tribes among the nearly 600 documented different tribes which lived in the Americas at the time of the arrival of the colonists and before the arrival of the colonists. Many of these tribes had trade agreements with Morocco on the west coast and Asia on the east coast. \n\nThe great flood story is different in many Asian cultures and these stories include that many of the population  were able to find safe places in high caves and the extraordinary and unique design of the cave interiors strongly suggest that these caves were not created by humans or not by humans alone. With the technology available today these caves could not be reproduced. It was as if the interior temples were carved from the inside out. In addition to this the Asian area has a timeline history which is unbroken and consistent with the archeology and myths, legends or stories which have been handed down generation to generation. The timeline history of this area is more in sync with the myths, legends and stories of the Americas including the Mayan civilization and the Chumash. The chaotic timeline can be directly linked to the 200AD to 400AD period when the Gregorian calendar manipulation occurred in the western world via the Vatican. Archeologists along with universities (Roman schools which were developed for the purpose of turning out better politicians) were vastly different from the natural learning process which took place in communities and the shules (schools which were devoted to the purpose of bringing the students to the awakening of the Creator, the Father God). The religious schools, keeping in mind that the word religion is NOT in the bible, have been designed as have been doctrines to bring people to the false god - the Deceiver. \n\nLine up the smallest human living today of light, dark, brown, yellow and red skin leading up to the tallest dark, light, brown, yellow and red skinned humans living today with our various skin variations and hair types and hair colors, eye colors and body shapes. If you had not been born on this planet and observed this line up of PEOPLE would you as a foreign entity describe the bi-pedal beings you found on this planet with one descriptor: homo sapien sapien? Science does. \n\nIf there is a universal, multiverse creative pattern, energy, Creative life force which many people and culture believe to be true and science is searching for the God particle devising massive machines that could rip a hole in the night sky, alter the dimensions, allow energies from other dimensions into our world and for which little information is known of the consequences would you agree that this is an intelligent method of investigation? How would you address the dangers of particle beam accelerators, a $20,000,000.00 CERN being constructed in Lead, South Dakota which will send particles to a Fermi - Bell laboratory installation in Illinois which is the same type of technology that has been reported to be used where time phenomena has occurred, the death of all scientists working on a project has occurred and which is associated also to NEOM (robots and super soldier robots) city being planned by Qatar, Saudi Arabia, China, Russia and the UAE for the middle eastern desert. We need a small amount of protein, approximately 2 ounces of whole protein from nuts, lentils, legumes, peas, meat or broth, dairy or egg daily. For those who choose vegan a source of arachidonic acid is best obtained from a small amount of safflower oil daily which is commonly used in the diets of vegans in India. It is acceptable to use a variety of grains, be careful of the source and packaging which is often coated in rat poison: rice, brown rice, grits, hominy, millet, quinoa, oats, rye, barley, jowar and whole grain non-GMO wheat at approximately three servings daily of three different grains is recommended. If desired a starch food such as potato and more nutritious are sweet potato, kohl-rabi, yam, cassava, celeriac. At least two raw vegetables daily and these should include regularly lettuces, garlic, turmeric, radishes, peeled cucumber, cabbage, bok choy. At least two cooked vegetables such as cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, turnip, onion, garlic, artichoke, jicaima, bok choy, peppers... At least three fruits with preference for the berries in any form: juiced, dried, prepared or raw. Coconut milk and or oil. Spices as desired. Seeds as tolerated with chocolate in moderation (mostly dark with soybean oil or stated as lecithin) with preference for mustard. Sugars: HONEY, rice syrup, molasses Beverages: Teas, coffee in moderation, filtered or spring or well water. Avoid: ASPARTAME, Food dyes, canola oil. This is general diet information and is not specific for any disease, disorder or condition.
