The Private Foundation also can engage in benevolent activities to make the world a better place by funding, facilitating, implementing and operating projects and enterprises that are socially and environmentally sustainable and target self-sufficiency for mankind on earth and they can work with other private Foundations to achieve this. This is just a moral obligation and there are no laws or regulations requiring you to do anything.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Working out if your organisation is income tax exempt</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>&nbsp;To work out if your non-profit organisation is exempt from income tax you first need to consider if your organisation:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>· &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;needs to be registered with the ACNC and endorsed by ATO ( NOT APLICABLE TO OUR FOUNDATIONS)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>· &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;can self-assess its income tax status. (You sure can self-assess…right?)&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Charities must be registered with the ACNC and endorsed by ATO if they want to be exempt from income tax. (Our Private Foundations are NOT Charities)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Organisations that are not charities can self-assess their income tax status. This means they can work out for themselves if they are exempt. They do not need to be endorsed by ATO or get confirmation of their income tax status from ATO. (Yes our Private Foundations are established for community service, so in order for you to comply with ATO you need to pick a worthy cause. ( NOT relevant to our Private Foundations)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If your organisation exists, operates and incurs its expenditure solely and entirely in Australia, you meet the physical presence in Australia test. You do not need to read anything further about the three tests. ( Thats an easy one)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>· &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;it complies with all the substantive requirements in its governing rules ( governing rules supplied by us)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>· &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;it applies its income and assets solely for the purpose for which it is established. Many times we run out of words when it comes to describing our emotions.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Every one of us feels the need to express himself, and when we look at the ancient cave drawings, it is proven to us that even the prehistoric people felt the need to express their feelings and emotions.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>I have also thought a lot about what is driving my own passion towards photography, and I have even observed the enthusiasm of students at my workshop. There are a number of reasons behind this powerful and enduring appeal towards photography which have caught my attention. While you go through this list, try to figure out which one of these is the driving force behind your passion towards photography.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>&nbsp;1. There are no age limitations allied with photography. You can start at the earliest age, and there is no reason why you should ever stop taking pictures. Even if it is not easy for you to mobilize, there are lots and lots of possibilities for you.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>2. For photography, there is no need to be very rich so that you can buy expensive equipment. However, for people willing to buy expensive toys photography is of immense pleasure.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>3. Many of the people of our generation want immediate results of the efforts they are putting in. Talking about photography, today we have these modern cameras with LCDs for digital photography. These cameras provide us with instant gratification. Unlike many other pastime activities, photography doesn't ask for any experience or practice before you start taking pictures.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>4. Photographs are actual solid objects which you can present to people and which can be talked about by themselves. Pictures are something which you can exhibit and discuss with your fellows.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>5. Furthermore, photography provides us with yet another excuse for traveling and exploring new places. You can simply begin your journey in search of a new subject for photography, or you can also use already familiar subjects with a different location. Also, pictures can be a very good topic to start a small talk with a stranger.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>6. One big reason, which is certainly my own reason for taking pictures, is that photographs are not just simple images printed on paper or LCDs. Instead, these are memories. When you look at a picture, it reminds you of the good time you have spent with someone. It reminds you of the places you have visited and the people you have met. Pictures are a medium to preserve all the most cherished moments you have lived.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>7. Compared with videos or moving imagery, still pictures are more easily imprinted in our minds. They not only make you want to take more pictures, but they also fill your hearts with the desire of looking at them again and again.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>8. Keen observation is a very healthy activity. But if instead of just looking at something, you capture it, it creates a special connectivity between you and the moment. Not just a connection but it also develops a sense of intimacy with taking the picture as well as viewing it later.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>9. A huge positive point about photography is that you need not wait for a particular place or time to take pictures. You can start wherever and whenever you want.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>10. Though photography is not just about capturing memories, taking pictures can also be looked upon as means of expressing yourself.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Every individual looks at a certain thing with his own viewpoint. &nbsp;It varies from person to person. This asteroid missed earth by just 50.000 miles, but the most alarming element is that nobody came to know that it was going to hit us. However, the problem is avoided, and astronomers are relieved now. &nbsp;</p>\n<h2>NASA about to launch next mission</h2>\n<p>NASA’s mission OSIRIS-REx is not far where an $800 million probe will be launched to get some clues about the origin of the earth. OSIRIS-Rex stands for Origins Spectral Interpretation Resource Identification Security- Regolith Explorer. The probe will land on an asteroid that is much larger in size than the nearly missed one and is one of the reminders of the beginning of the solar system. &nbsp;</p>\n<h2>Aim of the Mission</h2>\n<p>In a press conference held by Jeffrey Grossman, one of the mission scientists told about the mission that it advances the practical aims of NASA extended towards a better understanding of both, the resources as well as hazards of the near-Earth Solar system.&nbsp;</p>\n<h2>The Old Benny</h2>\n<p>A nine- year-old boy from North Carolina has named the asteroid (where NASA plans to launch its probe) as Benny. This name was suggested for several reasons. First of all, it is really old and dates back to the beginning of our solar system. This is the reason why Benny holds significant importance because it can exhibit any chemical secret that will tell that how did Earth become the first and up till now, the only planet to host life. Bennu was discovered in 1999. It is a “near-Earth Object” which follows an orbit around Sun just like that of Earth’s. It may be very close to us. But, it certainly isn’t a friend of our home planet, rather it can be a cause of its disaster. This is because it passes the Earth in every six years. This close distance concerns the scientists who are of the view that Bennu can hit us in the next two centuries.&nbsp;</p>\n<h2>Mission to predict future of Bennu</h2>\n<p>Many of us believe that the planetary motion has been described perfectly by the Kepler Laws that govern the motion of heavenly objects, including the comets and asteroids. These Kepler Laws can be used to calculate their precise tours around the suns. However, these laws are insufficient as proposed by “the Yarkovsky effect,” a phenomenon known by the spy-novel sounding moniker. This phenomenon explains the speeding up of a big chunk of rock as the sunlight heats it and black space cools it down. It can accelerate, and this acceleration will slightly jolt its direction. &nbsp;The principal investigator of this mission, Dante Lauretta said that the Yarkovsky effect is responsible for thrusting the asteroid and changing its trajectory. She further said that this phenomenon has to be accounted for whenever you need to predict the future direction and trajectory of an object like Bennu.&nbsp;</p>\n<h2>OSIRIS-REx- detailed explanation of Yarkovsky effect</h2>\n<p>In the next 160 years, astronomers believe that the orbit of Bennu will track Earth’s orbit even more closely. In the mission, OSIRIS-REx, NASA will collect precise data about the shape, space features and composition of Bennu so that the Yarkovsky effect can be explained in detail and ultimately, we can predict the risks that the asteroid poses to Earth in detail. “2016 QA2” was the near miss but we will know about the next risk long before. &nbsp;</p>\n<h2>Asteroid Risks Taken Seriously by NASA</h2>\n<p>Congress has directed NASA to seriously cater to the risks of the impact of an asteroid. Hence, a database of all possible hazards and for categorizing all their threats, a scientific scale will be maintained. In 2010, the National Research Council had published a report about different risks of asteroids. It suggests that rock like 2016 QA2 can have some very serious hazards.&nbsp;</p>\n<h2>Mission Return</h2>\n<p>The spacecraft will come back with a sample weighing 4.4 pounds of Bennu rock. Scientists expect that the minimum amount returned by scientists will be 2 ounces. There will be a lot of work to know about that little material and its impact and then a much better idea will be required to know what hazards will be caused when the entire 1,600-foot wide asteroid will slam into the earth at the next century’s end. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n</html>",
