      "body": "自入币圈至今，已半年有余，回头真有恍如隔世之感——币圈一天，股市一年——所言并不是完全夸张。在这个全新的金融世界，能限制人的只有自己的想象力，市场7*24无休无眠，心脏要够坚强，神经整天高度紧绷，因为风吹草动就能让几分几厘的单价一个月涨出几千倍……\n\n以下是单价低的小币\n\n![](https://steemitimages.com/DQmagEAFQ4pYMg4U4nHa5qUyhj3rcLxb9i93mfHoQHfhV14/image.png)\n\n看仔细了，比特大帝来了（计量单位：美元）\n\n![](https://steemitimages.com/DQmYzcASQYHwosYENvVfkaCvzhjvhTvFRFmzUf5fSYxdD2G/image.png)\n\n经过几次过山车，稍稍有点感觉了。但九月四日，七部委的联合绞杀令劈面而来，血流成河，顿时感觉自己像个传销分子。刚到十九大闭幕，没有政策风险的海外币市势不可当，卷土重来，当初手里那些跌倒脚面的币种，又一飞冲天……\n\n慢慢就俨然老司机的心态了，呵呵，心态和承受力已非昔日——虽然当初的煎熬有些难受。\n\n\n实操部分来了\n\n一\n\n数字币是不是营销骗局？\n\n不是，而且将成为继黄金、股市、期货后的第四大投资市场。全球金融盘量是70多万亿，币市不到半个万亿，成长空间用脚趾头都能想明白。\n\n从环境说，我朝酝酿的房产税，美国的加息和减税，大概率将合力巩固美元的中心地位。国际部分地区的震荡局势也推波助澜，使得这一国际货币价格长期看会震荡上行。\n\n二\n\n既然值得做，什么样的人可以做？\n\n有时间的程序员。能看懂代码和开发进展，懂技术发展趋势，就避免了睁眼瞎。李金马就有这种优势，所以现在建立的圈子很火。\n\n再退一步，不会编程但能持续学习必要技能也可以变现这个科技带来的红利——圈中人称艰神的一个90后，靠着毅力和勤奋，不懈搬砖对冲，10万的本钱现在已经过千万了。\n\n文科，恐龙级电脑操作水平，炒股基础是零，拖家带口，时间严重不足，这样的人必须死心吗？但想赚钱怎么办啊？\n\n哈哈，福音是：可以。我就是其中的一个。\n\n在挖矿圈、炒币群、写作群见到的大多数人也是这个状态，不少还是全职在炒，\n因为是早期——这也是认知红利的变现嘛——收益也不错，秒杀各种理财产品。\n但有个前提：提升自己逐字逐句的阅读能力（有时要看英文）。白皮书的技术看\n不懂，但完全可以从逻辑以及实现的距离、路径，看出个大概。\n\n退一步说，如果有些连翻译都不通，甚至文气不顺、有别字，说明项目本身连文\n案都没钱打磨。十一月发现了两个，后来果然跌成一团屎。他们是来割韭菜的，\n可惜当年阅读、写作没学，或者没上过像样的大学，露了馅。\n\n不要相信盲目相信大佬站台的所有产品，与自身从事的行业、技术新闻结合起\n来，逐渐学习独立判断。比如风头正猛的学链和咔咔买房，有大神级的李笑来站\n台并大力推广，各种二三级小圈主不遗余力地拉人，我根据自己的行业经验和朋\n友的调研报告，判断不靠谱，就没碰。中期看，是个坑货。\n\n如果能遵守一些基本原则（就是不知道在深刻领会前，不知道要交多少学费，反正我教了不少，心疼没用，必须的），任何人、任何资金量、任何时间和地点都可以进入并长期混迹币圈。因为，现在依然是财富向互联网迁移的早期，机会很多，而且它不是完全意义上的零和游戏，不是你兜里少的钱正好等于我兜里多的钱。\n\n最后，推荐一篇如何投资的精品——来自英语流利说的听力题，重点已在括号里加了体会，我准备反复看。\n\nWhen people talk about investing, they are always looking for the best advice. Many are willing to pay a lot for it. Since 1900 one of the largest index funds has returned about 6% per year. Compare that to the average difference between any year’s highest close and lowest close which is 23%.       "body": "![](https://steemitimages.com/DQmWuKGVFGqe9GPTpku9PWzVU6B9BeP4eGu3gCKgh4FA1hD/image.png)\n\n#### 一\n\n最近，虐童事件以及它酝酿的一连串新闻风暴，不仅揭开了巨大黑幕的一角，更使许多爹妈的舐犊之心被捅了刀子。在朋友圈转文章，发感想，为自己的孩子感到担忧和害怕……和所有事件中我们所经历的心境和过程一样。\n\n同在一城感受真切。当年给孩子选的也是这一类幼儿园（一年10万内的勉强属于中档）。幸运的是，那里的老师真心喜欢孩子。但更多去了别的园的孩子就没这个运气。在知道的范围内统计，被针扎、被打的比例，可以用“普遍”二字。这次是因为光溜溜爷爷、叔叔闹大了。\n\n 半年后呢？\n\n> 半年之后，我们已经完全忘记了这件事情，需要有人提醒，或者类似发生更恶劣的虐童事件，你才能想起来曾经轰动一时、令你忿恨异常的这个事件；半年之后，幼儿园还在，或者，换了一个招牌，增加了摄像头和24小时监控，让每个家长都可以随时监控。新的园长、老师，继续迎来新的家长和孩子；半年之后，如果想查询一些这个事件的资料，很可能发现，无论是报道还是视频资料，都消失了。\n \n> 我们又有了新的烦恼，孩子的成绩让我们发愁，小升初让我们焦虑，每迈过一道上学的坎儿，我们都累得话都不想说，接下来，安全、性教育、心理健康……\n\n我们就那么记吃不记打吗？只追求情感宣泄而不在乎问题的解决，这是作为万物灵长的人群应该具有的水平吗？那么多自诩精英、至少以精英自我要求的人，整体上和一群斑马犀牛有什么区别呢？一只同伴被鳄鱼吞噬后，就是半个小时，它们平静如没发生一样，我们半年后的遗忘，是五十步笑百步。\n\n![](https://steemitimages.com/DQmVDYapTdrp68GgpetE2AXzVAM4AfAvjqf6Cc5B3BgBrgM/image.png)\n\n#### 二\n\n\n教育的问题，从来都不是教育能解决的，也不是一时能解决的。\n\n那么，社会系统有没有办法？\n\n做人最重要的是开心，虽然人民群众普遍追求美好生活，但不想骗人，真-没-办-法。\n\n最近逻辑思维上有一期“灰犀牛现象”（建议听听）的专题，很有启发。\n\n灰犀牛，是陆地上除大象之外的第二大动物，好几顿重。平时动作缓慢，人畜无害。但惹急了，这么个怪物庞然大物以每小时56公里的速度冲过来，后果相当严重。灰犀牛现象，是指那些大家都看见了、也都说出口了，有人还在喊，可没人管，也没人负责，似乎不难解决，可就是没能及时解决的风险。\n\n解决方案说起来简单，无非是：首先承认危机；其次，确认每一个灰犀牛事件的轻重缓急，有的放矢；第三，一定要行动，不要光制订计划；第四，不要浪费危机，要利用危机去改变；第五，要站在顺风处，及时发现；第六，要有全局观。\n\n听起来都对吧？但好像什么都没说。所以，这种方案就等于没方案。对于整个社会来说，想轰走回犀牛几乎不可能，因为它的根源是人性的bug。风险在不可能避免地积累，而摆脱风险的明智的举动和系统化解决方案，总是显得那么少。\n\n看看最近的进展，完全印证了上述观点。\n\n官方的应对措施非常老道，例行发文进行行业大检查，辟谣，删帖，统一发布文稿，再等下一个新闻热点，现在已经平静多了。伟大的魔幻小说《西游记》早有记载，有后台的妖怪吃几个童男童女都没事——同理可推，那几个给孩子扒光了体检的畜类肯定没事，一个微信里说激动了的人甚至还进去了，尴尬。\n\n手握权柄看什么都是钉子，出了问题，大事化小小事化了迅速搞定不影响前途，不是人同此心，心同此理吗？但，给中箭的人解决痛苦，手起刀落把皮肤外的箭剪掉，然后说手术结束了，你认为能解决什么问题？\n\n而且，没有好的老师，谁也办不好教育。这是常识。\n\n那么，当下环境里，能找到好老师吗？\n\n看到一个教育部门的资料，截止2009年，全国各层次学前教育专业的在校生数量为209626人，本科生占3.1%，专科生8.8%，中专生最多，达到了184662人，占到了88.1%。\n\n就是说，硕士也好、博士也好，挣1万也好5万也好，孩子就算上昂贵的幼儿园，和孩子每天朝夕相处、照顾孩子吃喝拉撒的，都是每个月收入两三千的高中和中专毕业生。\n\n自己的孩子犯错、任性、该睡觉时大吵大闹，你能反复告诉自己，“这是亲生的！”来平息自己的怒火，而当一个老师同时要面对十几个甚至几十个吵闹的孩子，没有相当的爱心、没有符合水平的智商和情商，是很难把控得住局面的。\n\n加工资？资本大佬要给美国人民一张好看的资本报表的！资本的天性就是追逐利润啊。\n\n种下什么因，就收获什么果。幼教包括整个教育都是中国经济高速发展三十多年的“灯下黑”，现在它只是初露峥嵘。不夸张地说，这是国之殇。\n\n我们牢记着“没钱万万不能”的信条去拼命，渐渐忘了——有钱并非万能。哈佛中国研究中心的评论上说，权力的追逐只是少数人的专利，金钱是绝大多数中国人的宗教信仰。又黑我天朝，太准了！\n\n#### 三\n\n\n既然系统不能指望，也不能陷入无助感无法自拔啊。从个人躲避危险的角度来说，躲避灰犀牛，会有一些办法。\n\n培养孩子良好科学的饮食起居习惯，这样就能减轻老师的负担。要知道，两三千的工资，让那些没有生过人、又看不到人生希望的小姑娘很难有平和愉快的心情的。\n\n选择入托入学点时，不要一味选高大上的，认为越贵越好。软件和细节的配备和布置更重要。曾亲历了一个月费一万五的高端幼儿园，找的外教是恋童癖——人家园里也就是找一张洋人的脸来拉一下学费，你怎么也考察一下对方的英文水平啊。不少外教是出租司机，在本国是半失业状态。\n\n学一些教育学心理学，去感受负责人和老师，了解他们是生意人还是喜欢教育、能从教育中找到乐趣（而不仅仅是喜欢钱）。\n\n特别是父亲们，要从挣钱的火线上经常下来，不要老加班，学习和孩子交心，让他们愿意和你分享自己的感受和经历。\n\n\n####世界啊，我向你交出了我的孩子，请你以善意，温和地待他，求你了。",
