| body | <center><h1><b> How to achieve healthy body? </b></h1></center> <center><i> It is true, that calisthenics is really simple to train, but if you want to have some good results, you still need to know few things about how to train. </i></center> <center><h3><b> Your body needs to be taught, not destroyed.</b></h3></center> <center><i> This is very important to remember that every training. Take your time and teach your body how to move properly. Do first few reps of every exercise slowly and be focused on your movement. That is the way how you can achieve your goals much quicker, than if you will train without thinking. That means, it is better to train every day 20-30 minutes, than train two times per week for two hours. Try to listen your body. It will always say to you, if the movement which you are doing is good for it or not.</i></center> <center> https://thumbs.gfycat.com/AgedDifferentIcterinewarbler-max-1mb.gif [image source](https://thumbs.gfycat.com/AgedDifferentIcterinewarbler-max-1mb.gif) </center> <center><h3><b>Choose right intensity of every exercise.</b></h3></center> <center><i> If you choose exercise, which is hard for your body, you are risking to get injured. Choose the exercise, which you can do at least 3 times with good technique. Forget about your ego. Especially on your start, because a lot of people have problem to accept their level. They are thinking that they can do more and they will chose harder version of any exercise. It slow their progress. You need to give your body enough time to adapt to every movement you are doing. That means, it is better to train easier version of the exercise for some time, and if you can do enough reps (8-10) with good technique, than you can move to harder variation. </i></center> <center><h3><b>Spend enough time in your bed. </b></h3></center> <center><i> Getting enough sleep is another very important thing if you just started with training. Sleep is just another part of training. It is very important because while you are sleeping, your body is recovering, resting and charging energy for next day. Do not underestimate it. You will never feel good in your body, if you are sleeping only 5 or 6 hour per night.</i></center> <center><h3><b>Avoid to drinking alcohol.</b></h3></center> <center><i> It is very important to not drink alcohol in the same day when you are training. It is because alcohol is poison for your body. (Btw. that is the reason why you are vomiting if you drink too much. Your body is trying to get rid of the poison every way). When you are doing your training, you exhausting your body and if you are drinking some alcohol after that, your body does not have enough energy to recover, because it spends all energy to fight with the poison. I this case your muscles stay unrecovered and your strength is going down. They are looking for some special magical exercises or trainers thanks which they are thinking, that they can achieve their goals after short period of time. I am sorry, but it does not work like this. It is true that on the internet you can find many coaches who promise an excellent results with their programs, but again that is not the right way, which works. </i></center> <center><i> It is because, your body was gaining fat for many years. You cannot expect that you will be able to lose that many years old fat in few weeks. I am not saying that is not possible, it is, but it would cost a huge amount of your effort and on the top of that it would be such a big shock for your body that once you stop exercising, your body would gain up the fat back because it would be afraid of another similar fat loss. </i></center> <center> http://im.rediff.com/getahead/2011/sep/14obesity9.jpg [image source](http://im.rediff.com/getahead/2011/sep/14obesity9.jpg) </center> <center><i> You need to realise that losing fat and fixing your body is not a sprint, but long term run. It is better to realise that if you want to start training because you want to lose some fat and gain muscles, it means that your actual lifestyle was not so good. You need to change your lifestyle, add more movement to it, and change your diet. </i></center> <center><i> Even with training, start carefully and make one little change in your lifestyle after another. Your goal should be constantly making small changes in your life that you can keep them in the long therm. For example with start training of calisthenics. Do just one exercise whole your first week for 10 minutes per day.
