Yo suelo lavar los vegetales con agua fresca en una taza, le echo sal y vinagre dejándolos por 5min, de esta forma elimino cualquier bacteria que puedan tener... Esto lo hago principalmente por cuidar mi estomago debido a una bacteria que tengo.</sub></div>\n\n</center>\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">\n\n</div>\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">\n\n***PREPARACIÓN:***\n\n</div>\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\"> Pelamos  <b>las zanahorias</b> y luego las hacemos julianas, (Yo cuento con un pelador multifunción que me permite hacer julianas y pelar verduras, pero con un cuchillo también funciona) hacemos lo mismo con el <b>repollo blanco y morado</b>, con ayuda de un cuchillo picamos el <b>pimentón</b>, sacando semillas y venas del mismo para posteriormente cortar en tiras pequeñas. El olor que sale en delicioso </sub> \n\n  </center> \n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">Cuando los ajos esten listos, vertemos los aliños verdes para que se cocinen junto con el ajo y suelten todo su sabor\n  </div>\n\n <center>\n\n\n![IMG_20210601_113319.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmWjNyujs56QGfCaF4BzWZtVWKBUxM6ixtFDPHiySSfW4E/IMG_20210601_113319.jpg)\n\n <sub>  Sofreímos los aliños verdes hasta que estén cocidos </sub> \n\n  </center> \n\n<div class=\"text-justify\"> Una vez ya se hayan cocido los aliños y soltado todo su sabor, colocamos nuestros vegetales con cuidado dentro del caldero y vamos revolviendo poco a poco para no hacer desastre en la cocina, a medida que avanza la cocción irá bajando la cantidad del salteado y en ese momento empezamos a colocar nuestros aderezos, un poquito de sal al gusto, orégano y nuestro caldo de pollo en polvo (conocido en nuestro país Venezuela como cubito).
