      "body": "![20210912_183152.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmXSHQ22ZTE7QL4CtQSgsrtKhXLpTDuFkCD574zeGYomM3/20210912_183152.jpg)\n\n\n\"බොහෝ අය සිතා සිටින්නේ පින් කිරීමෙන් සසර දිගුවන බවයි. එනිසා ඔවුන්ට පින ගැන තිබෙන්නේ අනිසි බියක්, නමුත් භාග්‍යවතුන් වහන්සේ වදාළේ පිනට බිය වෙන්න එපා. පින කියන්නේ සැපයට කියන නමක් කියලයි.\"\n\nඅප කවුරුත් පින ගැන අසා තිබෙනවා. බොහෝ දෙනෙක් පින් කරනවා. “පින” ගැන අපට හරියට කියා දුන්නේ ඒ උත්තම මුනිවරයා වූ තථාගත අරහත් සම්මා සම්බුදුරජාණන් වහන්සේ යි. උන්වහන්සේ තරම් පිනෙහි වටිනාකම දැන සිටියා වූ වෙනත් අයෙක් මේ ලෝකයේ නැහැ. භාග්‍යවතුන් වහන්සේ වදාළේ පිඟාන සේදූ ඉඳුල් වතුර ටික පවා කුඩා සතෙකුට හෝ ආහාරයක් වේවා යන මෛත්‍රි සිතින් වීසි කරයි නම් එයිනුත් පිනක් රැස්වෙන බවයි.\n\nනමුත් අවාසනාවකට මෙන් ජීවිතයට සියලු යහපත සැපය සලසන පින පිළිබඳව බොහෝ දෙනාට තිබෙන්නේ අනවබෝධයක්මයි. ඇතැමුන් සිතා සිටින්නේ පින් කිරීමෙන් සසර දිගුවන බවයි. එනිසා ඔවුන්ට පින ගැන තිබෙන්නේ අනිසි බියක්. එනමුත් සියල්ල දන්නා වූ භාග්‍යවතුන් වහන්සේ වදාළේ පිනට භය වෙන්න එපා. පින කියන්නේ ඉතා යහපත්, සිත්කළු වූ පි‍්‍රය මනාප වූ සැපයට කියන නමක් ලෙසයි. ඒ අනුව අපට පෙනී යනවා සසර දුකින් එතෙරවීම පිණිසම තමන් වහන්සේ ළඟ පැවිදි වූ භික්ෂුන් වහන්සේට පවා භාග්‍යවතුන් වහන්සේ විසින් පිනෙහි වටිනාකම පෙන්වා වදාළ බව. එසේනම් අප කිසිසේත්ම පිනට බිය විය යුතු නැහැ. එමෙන්ම භාග්‍යවතුන් වහන්සේ තමන් වහන්සේ විසින් සසරේ රැස් කරන ලද පුණ්‍ය ධර්මයන් සහ එහි අනුසස් මෙසේ පෙන්වා වදාරනු ලැබුවා.\n\nපින්වත් මහණෙනි, බොහෝ කාලයක් තිස්සේ මා විසින් කළ පින් නිසා මෙලෙස ඉතා යහපත්, සිත්කළු පි‍්‍රයමනාප වූ ආනිශංස ලැබූ බව මා දන්නවා. අවුරුදු දහයක් මෛත්‍රී සිත වඩනා ලද පිනෙන් සංවට්ටකල්ප හතක් මේ ලෝකයට ආවේ නැහැ. පින්වත් මහණෙනි, කල්ප විනාශ වෙනකොට ආභස්සර බ්‍රහ්ම ලෝකයට යනවා. නැවත කල්පය ආරම්භ වෙනකොට බ්‍රහ්ම විමානයක ඉපදෙනවා.\n\nපින්වත් මහණෙනි, මම තමයි එහේ මහා බ්‍රහ්මයා. මම හැම දෙයම මැඬ පැවැත්වූවා. අනභිබවනීය වුණා. සියලු දෙයම තේරුම්ගත් කෙනෙක් වුණා. සියලු දෙයම තම වසඟයට පමුණුවා ගත්තා. පින්වත් මහණෙනි, මම තිස්හත් වතාවක් දෙවියන්ට අධිපති වූ ශක්‍ර දේවේන්ද්‍රයා වී ඉපදුණා. නොයෙක් වාර සිය ගණන් ධාර්මික, ධර්මරාජ වූ සතර මහා දිවයින් දිනූ සියලු සතුරන් දිනූ, සෑම ජනපදයක්ම දැරු ආශ්චර්යවත් වස්තු හතක් ලබා සක්විති රජු බවට පත්වුණා. ඉතින් එසේනම් ප්‍රදේශ රජකම් කරපු වාර ගණන ගැන කියන්න දෙයක්ද? පින්වත් මහණෙනි, මට මෙසේ සිතුණා. මොන ආකාරයේ පිනක විපාකයක් නිසාද දැන් මම මෙතරම් සෘද්ධිමත් බවක් සහ මහානුභාවසම්පන්න බවක් ලැබී තිබෙන්නේ කියා. පින්වත් මහණෙනි, මට මේ ආකාරයට අවබෝධ වුණා. මා විසින් කරපු මේ පුණ්‍ය කර්ම තුනක යහපත් ඵල විපාක නිසායි මෙතරම් සෘද්ධිමත්ව වැඩ සිටින්නේ. මහානුභාව සම්පන්නව සිටින්නේ කියලා. ඒවානම් දානයත්, ඉන්ද්‍රිය දමනයත්, සිත කය වචනය සංවර කර ගැනීමත්ය.\n\nපින ගැන තවත් විස්තර කරන විටදී මේ උදාහරණයෙන් එය තවත් සනාථ වෙයි. දිනක් බුදුරජාණන් වහන්සේ දානයෙන් රැස්වෙන පින ගැන ලස්සන දහම් කාරණාවක් සුමනා නම් රාජ කුමාරිකාවට වදාළා. ඇය එවිට භාග්‍යවතුන් වහන්සේගෙන් මෙසේ විමසුවා.\n\nස්වාමිනි භාග්‍යවතුන් වහන්ස, දෙන්නෙක් සිටිනවා. මේ දෙන්නාම ශ්‍රද්ධාවෙන්, සීලයෙන් ප්‍රඥාවෙන් සමානයි. නමුත් එක් අයෙක් දන් දෙනවා. අනෙක් කෙනා දන් දෙන්නේ නැහැ. මේ දෙදෙනාම මරණින් මත්තේ දිව්‍ය ලෝකයෙහි ඉපදුනේනම්, දන් දීම සහ දන් නොදීම යන කාරණය මුල්කරගෙන මේ දෙන්නාගේ වෙනසක් දකින්නට ලැබෙනවාද?\n\nඒ අවස්ථාවේ දී භාග්‍යවතුන් වහන්සේ වදාළා, සුමනාවෙනි, ඒ දෙදෙනා අතර පැහැදිලි වෙනසක් තිබෙනවා. දන් දුන් පුද්ගලයා දන් නොදුන් කෙනාට වඩා දිව්‍ය ආයුෂයෙන්, වර්ණයෙන් සැපයෙන්, යසසින් අධිපතිභාවයෙන් බලවත් වෙනවා.\n\nස්වාමිනි, මේ දෙදෙනා දිව්‍ය ලෝකයෙන් චුතවී මනුෂ්‍ය ලෝකයේ උපදිනවා. එවිට වෙනසක් නොතිබේද?එහිදීත් වෙනසක් තිබෙනවා. මනුෂ්‍ය ලෝකයේදීත් දන් දුන් කෙනා දන් නුදුන් කෙනාට වඩා මනුෂ්‍ය ආයුෂයෙන්, වර්ණයෙන්, සැපයෙන්, යසසින් අධිපතිභාවයෙන් බලවත් වෙනවා.\n\nස්වාමිනි භාග්‍යවතුන් වහන්ස, මේ දෙදෙනා පැවිදි වූයේ නම් පැවිදි ජීවිතයෙහි වෙනසක් දකින්නට තිබෙනවා ද?\n\nවෙනසක් තිබෙනවා. පැවිදි වූ පසුවත් දන් දුන් කෙනාට වීවර, පිණ්ඩපාත, සේනාසන, ගිලන්පස, යන සිව්පසය ඉතා යහපත්ව ලැබෙනවා. දන් නොදුන් කෙනාට සිව්පස ලාභය අල්පයි.\n\nස්වාමිනි, භාග්‍යවතුන් වහන්ස, මේ දෙන්නා නිවන් අවබෝධ කළේනම්, එවිට ඔවුන් අත්දකින නිවනෙහි වෙනසක් තිබෙනවාද?\n\nසුමනා කුමරිය, මේ සියලු දෙයෙහි වෙනස්කම් තිබුණාට ඔවුන් අත්දකින විමුක්තියෙහි වෙනස්කමක් නම් මා දකින්නේ නැහැ.\n\nතමන් විසින් අසන ලද ප්‍රශ්නවලට භාග්‍යවතුන් වහන්සේගෙන් ලැබුණු පිළිතුරු වලින් උද්දාමයට පත් සුමනා කුමරිය මෙලෙස පවසා සිටියා.\n\nස්වාමිනි, ආශ්චර්යයි, ස්වාමිනි අද්භූතයි. ස්වාමිනි දන් දීම කළයුතු දෙයක් මයි. පින් කිරීම කළයුතු දෙයක්මයි. දෙව්ලොව උපදින්නට උපකාරවන දෙය පිනමයි. මනුලොව උපදින්නට උපකාර වන දෙය පිනමයි. පැවිද්දන්ට ද උපකාර වන දෙය පිනමයි.\n\nභාග්‍යවතුන් වහන්සේද එය අනුමත කරමින් මෙසේ වදාළා.\n\nසුමනාවෙනි, එය එසේමයි. දන්දීම කළයුතු දෙයක්මයි. පින් කිරීම කළයුතු දෙයක්මයි. දෙව් ලොව උපන් අයට උපකාර වන දෙය පිනමයි. මනුලොව උපන් අයටද උපකාරය වන දෙය පිනමයි. පැවිද්දන්ටද උපකාර වන දෙය පිනමයි.\n\nමින් පැහැදිලි වන්නේ සසර සැරිසරන සත්ත්වයාට නිවන් අවබෝධ කොට සසර දුකෙන් නිදහස් වන තෙක්ම යහපත පිණිස, සැපය පිණිස පවතින්නේ ඔහු සිතින් රැස් කරන ලද පින බවයි. මේ නිසා බුද්ධිමත් තැනැත්තා කළ යුත්තේ පිනට අවමන් නොකර හැකි සෑම අවස්ථාවකම සුළුවෙන් හෝ පින් රැස් කිරීමයි. \n\nමේ පොඩි පිනක්නේ කියා හෝ 'එය තමන්ට විපාක දෙන්නේ නැහැ තමා කරා එන්නේ නැහැ' කියා හෝ ගණන් නොගෙන ඉන්න එපා. වතුර බිංදුව බිංදුව වැටිලා තමයි කළයක් පිරෙන්නේ. බුද්ධිමත් පුද්ගලයා ටිකෙන් ටික වුවත් පින් කරන කොට ඒ පින එකතු වෙලා අන්තිමේදී ජීවිතයම පිනෙන් පිරී යනවා.\n🙏🌷🙏\n\nතෙරුවන් සරණයි!",

President Maithripala Sirisena’s ambitious campaign to eradicate all forms of poverty by 2030 came to the fore against this backdrop under the banner ‘Grama Shakthi - People’s Movement’ on October 20, 2017. It is a fact that there were positive as well as negative aspects of many post-war poverty alleviation programmes that came into effect. The ultimate aim of Grama Shakthi is to alleviate poverty in the next 12 years (2018–2030) by reviewing and improving only the positive profile of these programmes and infusing strength to implement rural development plans with proper understanding of market opportunities, with the contribution of women and youth.Four policies have been identified for the Grama Shakthi People’s Movement. They are identifying the nature of poverty by targetting families and areas, deriving public sector contribution for poverty alleviation, garnering support of the private sector for the cause, and mobilising the support of people and organisations to combat the reasons causing poverty.Based on the above policies, the Grama Shakthi People’s Movement propagates certain golden rules that the community should follow to maximise the benefits. Breaching of any of these golden rules can inhibit the progress of the villages. These rule highlight the need to contribute to people’s development, uphold self-confidence and practice self-help, emphasise significance of being accountable for own actions, acknowledge that good governance is key to success, believe in gradual progression, the worth of cost effectiveness, the importance of transparency in transactions, uphold the principles of equity and inclusion, highlight the value of swift action and ensure quality and relying on others when required.\nIt is proposed to launch this village-based people’s movement covering all 14,022 Grama Niladari Divisions at Divisional Secretariat level. A people’s company (Grama Shakthi Unit) is formed with a Board of Directors representing 80 percent of families in selected 700 Grama Niladari Divisions that rose from 10 percent to 45 percent in the poverty index in 2017. Every villager can become a member and under this programme, a fund will be raised by the government to provide Rs. 8,000 per individual, an amount determined based on the size of the membership of each unit. Solutions will be provided through the Grama Shakthi Unit for identified poverty-related reasons within the village.",

Housing for middle income group of the country was haven’t housing. Our government was developed so many housing projects, High commissioner of India Mr Gopal Baglay and secretary, state ministry of rural housing and construction and building materials industries promotion of Sri Lanka Mr Keerthi Ranjith Abesiriwardhana signed four MoUs towards streamlining the implementation mechanisms of on-going model village and three gram Shakti housing projects on 18th December 2020 in the presence of honourable state minister Indika Anuraddha. These MoUs would pave the way for releasing instalments for the houses as advance payment enabling quicker implementation of the projects. 2400 houses for homeless, low income families across the island are being constructed under the four housing programmes at a total cost of SLR 1.2 billion. 600 houses under the model village housing project are evenly spread across the 25 districts of Sri Lanka. 1200 houses are being built less than two gram Shakti housing projects in the southern province and an additional 600 houses are being built in the Northern Province under the gram Shakti housing project. 96 houses have already been completed under the four programmes. All these projects are being executed through national housing development authority. India’s flagship Indian housing programme under which close to 50000 houses have already been constructed. Construction of another 10000 houses is also being undertaken in plantation areas of Sri Lanka. Housing project across the island are aligned with people oriented, community driven developmental assistance programmes by government of India in Sri Lanka.",

They were then sent to catholic churches in Germany, Australia and Switzerland to replace religious relics that had  been destroyed in the wake of the protestant reformation. The skeletons were dressed in ornate costumes and lavishly decorated, mostly by nuns because such was their supposed status they could be handled only by someone who had taken  a scared vow to the church. Some corpes took five years to decorate with hundreds of sparkling  jewels and several pounds💎👑 of gold and silver. The jewels alone are worth thousands of dollars.\n        Many were true works of art,to construct the relic of st.Deodatus in rheunau ,Switzerland, awqx face was molded over the upper half of the skull and a fabric wrap was used to creat a mouth in order to make the corpse look more lifelike. By the 19th century, the fake saints had been exposed  amd were considered an embarrassment to the catholic church. Most of them were removed from display,stripped of their honors and locked away in containers for safe keeping. There they remained,largely forgotten until paul koudounaris found their secret hideaways during his three year travel of European churches and ossuaries.He hunted down and photographed dozens of the skeletons to tell the amazing story of the jewels encrusted skeletons of the catholic church. ⛪💎",

Without doubt our ablity to use this language exposeses us to the world.\n       In the prevailing society, we can  see and eagerness  in the students to learn English. But its not a surprising tendency because today English language has an important  aspect in education system. Learning  English paves tbe students, the way to find more information  on subjects matters.students are able to access to the internet and other sources of knowledge with the helps pupils to involve in self studying. On the other hand English language is essential for higher  education. \n          If we want to become masters of English, we must do regular self practices.we should  read good articles  written in English. It improve  our vocabulary. We must listen to good English programmes telecast on television  it will bring  good results. If we can have our conversations in English language without doing regular self practicing it will be difficult to learn English well.😊😊",
