      "body": "<html>\n<p><img src=\"https://i.imgsafe.org/4b48227529.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"520\"/></p>\n<p>Welcome to <strong>Part 1</strong> of the <strong>Energetic Strength </strong>series.</p>\n<p>Before we dive into the <strong>discipline of cultivating your energetic strength</strong>...</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>What is wrong with the current approaches to Personal Development and Spirituality?</p>\n<h1>Personal Development Is An INEFFICIENT Use of Your Energy</h1>\n<p>How could this be true?</p>\n<p>Many people have changed their lives after attending live seminars, listening to courses and reading self-help books. This is true.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Then what's the problem?</strong></p>\n<p>See if any of this feels familiar:</p>\n<ul>\n  <li>You attend a seminar or read a book</li>\n  <li>You become excited and motivated. You feel like you are progressing at life just by reading or listening.</li>\n  <li>You start implementing some of what you learned. You feel great and your ego gets a boost.</li>\n  <li>You start looking at more self-help books and courses and seminars. You become addicted.</li>\n  <li><strong>Eventually you feel like you've heard it all, many times before. It becomes boring.</strong></li>\n  <li><strong>You feel frustrated that you have not yet reached those goals, even after so much research and training.</strong></li>\n  <li><em><strong>You lose your fire that you had in the beginning</strong></em></li>\n</ul>\n<p>And so on...</p>\n<p>This is not a recipe for strong energy.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>You may reach some goals doing this. You may even gain some measure of confidence in the process.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>But how honest are you with yourself? Are you being natural and whole? or...</strong></p>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Are you doing it to PROVE SOMETHING?</strong></li>\n  <li><strong>Are you doing it for VALIDATION and ADMIRATION?</strong></li>\n  <li><strong>Are you trying to BECOME someone BETTER than you are now?</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Ask yourself these questions to start getting a feel for where you're at.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><em>I</em><em><strong>f you feel like you have to BECOME SOMEONE ELSE</strong></em><em> through your personal development, </em><em><strong>you are not harnessing your PRIMAL NATURE.</strong></em></p>\n<h2><em>You may be simply operating as a SECRETLY INSECURE EGO trying to \"fix\" itself with personal development<br>\n</em></h2>\n<p>Much of the Personal Development industry feeds on this insecurity. Many so-called teachers driven by greed and manipulative sales tactics. But not all.</p>\n<p>Now let's look at spirituality...</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<h1>How Real and Raw Is Your Spirituality?</h1>\n<p>It is one thing to say you are spiritual, and then list your beliefs and stories of your life.</p>\n<p>It is another to become <strong>ruthlessly lovingly honest with yourself, and face your hidden agendas and narratives.</strong></p>\n<p>Navigating through the moment-by-moment shifting circumstances and states of life. This takes <strong>guts</strong>. This takes <strong>skill</strong>.</p>\n<p><strong>Very different to \"wishful thinking\" and lazy \"law of attraction\" positive thinking.</strong></p>\n<h1>Not to mention the ego traps of <strong>feeling superior to others.</strong></h1>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><strong>There are many problems in the spirituality sector. So people go the other way.</strong></p>\n<p>It's no wonder \"rational people\" often tend to dismiss the whole area as nonsense. They pledge their allegiance to the religion of Mainstream Science. They avoid humiliation and disappointment.</p>\n<p>In that world, anything that falls outside of mainstream science is \"clearly\" irrelevant/false. After all, science in general has successfully produced so much of what make our current lifestyles possible, and has proven itself capable at improving our lives.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>With this in mind they don't see a use for spirituality.</strong></p>\n<h2>So they dismiss a whole pool of data that may contain ACTIONABLE and POTENT GEMS.</h2>\n<h1>BUT HOW DO WE KNOW WHAT IS REAL?</h1>\n<h1><strong>There is only observation and sensory interaction.<br>\n</strong></h1>\n<p>We can only make <strong>MAPS and MODELS of reality </strong>using the <strong>DATA we observe </strong>using our<strong> internal/external senses </strong>or <strong>mechanical/digital equipment we've built</strong>.</p>\n<p>Does this fact discredit science? &nbsp;<strong>Not at all.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>It discredits CERTAINTY OF WHAT REALITY is. </strong>No-one actually knows. We are in \"an ocean of chaos\" as Timothy Leary said.</p>\n<h1>This is Liberating.</h1>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The maps and models developed by science have given us incredible things. <strong>But we shouldn't let these models limit us.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Nor should we be scared to explore ANY idea that may make life more fun or interesting.</strong></p>\n<p>So how do we begin to develop Energetic Strength without needing objective validation?</p>\n<h1><strong>We sharpen our OBSERVATION of our DIRECT EXPERIENCE of reality</strong></h1>\n<p><strong>This is your primal truth.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Everything you perceive INSIDE you and OUTSIDE you. </strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Your ever-present tangible NOW.</p>\n<p><strong>If you see something beautiful, or feel something profound, or imagine something, that is DIRECT.</strong> No need for belief systems or explanations.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>It is REAL, BEAUTIFUL and <strong>PRIMAL. </strong>It speaks for itself.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<h3><strong>How do we move beyond Personal Development and Spirituality?</strong></h3>\n<h1>We shift our focus to CULTIVATING ENERGETIC STRENGTH in our DIRECT EXPERIENCE</h1>\n<p>No need for external validation or mental analysis. Our keen observation decides if something is working or not.</p>\n<p><strong>We don't have to throw out the baby with the bathwater</strong> <strong>when exploring spiritual ideas, metaphors and models.</strong></p>\n<p>We can use ANY data without having to buy in to anything. We can pick and test.</p>\n<p>We can <strong>wear models of reality like clothes</strong> and change pieces for exploration.</p>\n<h2>We EXPLORE and TEST THINGS to find what makes us STRONGER in our direct experience and MAKES IT MORE FUN.&nbsp;</h2>\n<p>It is an easy test.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The thing we test either <strong>makes us feel stronger, more whole and opened up</strong>, or it makes us weaker and more contracted.</p>\n<p><strong>Ideas, actions, concepts - are all psychoactive</strong>. They influence our neurology, which in turn influences our experience.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>These subtle and obvious differences can be observed and noticed by us.&nbsp;</p>\n<h3><strong>Engaging this faculty can be the beginning of being truly \"Multi-Dimensional\" in your experience.</strong></h3>\n<h3><strong>Primal strength and intelligence can begin to reveal itself in your authenticity.</strong></h3>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Thanks for reading. There's nothing necessarily wrong with doing these courses and reading these books.</p>\n<p><strong>Then what's the problem?</strong></p>\n<p><strong>The problem is that you are restricted by your ego</strong></p>\n<p>See if any of this feels familiar:</p>\n<ul>\n  <li>You attend a seminar or read a book</li>\n  <li>You become excited and motivated. You feel like you are progressing at life just by reading or listening.</li>\n  <li>You start implementing some of what you learned. You feel great and your ego gets a boost.</li>\n  <li>You start looking at more self-help books and courses and seminars. You become addicted.</li>\n  <li><strong>Eventually you feel like you've heard it all, many times before. It becomes boring.</strong></li>\n  <li><strong>You feel frustrated that you have not yet reached those goals, even after so much research and training.</strong></li>\n  <li><em><strong>You lose your fire that you had in the beginning</strong></em></li>\n</ul>\n<p>And so on...</p>\n<p>This is not a recipe for strong energy.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>You may reach some goals doing this. You may even gain some measure of confidence in the process.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>But how honest are you with yourself? Are you being natural and whole? or...</strong></p>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Are you doing it to PROVE SOMETHING?</strong></li>\n  <li><strong>Are you doing it for VALIDATION and ADMIRATION?</strong></li>\n  <li><strong>Are you trying to BECOME someone BETTER than you are now?</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Ask yourself these questions to start getting a feel for where you're at.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><em>The point is </em><em><strong>if you feel like you have to BECOME SOMEONE ELSE</strong></em><em> through your personal development, </em><em><strong>you are not harnessing your PRIMAL NATURE.</strong></em></p>\n<h2><em>You are simply operating as a SECRETLY INSECURE EGO trying to \"fix\" itself with personal development<br>\n</em></h2>\n<p>Much of the Personal Development industry feeds on this insecurity. So-called teachers driven by greed and manipulative sales tactics.</p>\n<p>Now let's look at spirituality...</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<h1>How Real and Raw Is Your Spirituality?</h1>\n<p>It is one thing to say you are spiritual, and then list your beliefs and stories of your life.</p>\n<p>It is another to become <strong>ruthlessly lovingly honest with yourself, and face your hidden agendas and narratives.</strong></p>\n<p>Navigating through the moment-by-moment shifting circumstances and states of life. This takes guts. This takes skill.</p>\n<p><strong>Very different to \"wishful thinking\" and lazy \"law of attraction\" positive thinking.</strong></p>\n<h1>Not to mention the ego traps of <strong>feeling superior to others.</strong></h1>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><strong>There are many problems in the spirituality sector. So people go the other way.</strong></p>\n<p>It's no wonder \"rational people\" often tend to dismiss the whole area as nonsense. They pledge their allegiance to the religion of Mainstream Science. They avoid humiliation and disappointment.</p>\n<p>In that world, anything that falls outside of Mainstream Science is \"clearly\" irrelevant/false. After all, mainstream science has successfully produced so much of what make our current lifestyles possible, and has proven itself capable at improving our lives.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>With this in mind they don't see a use for spirituality.</strong></p>\n<h2>So they dismiss a whole pool of data that may contain ACTIONABLE and POTENT GEMS.</h2>\n<h1>BUT HOW DO WE KNOW WHAT IS REAL?</h1>\n<h1><strong>There is only observation and sensory interaction.<br>\n</strong></h1>\n<p>We can only make <strong>MAPS and MODELS of reality </strong>using the <strong>DATA we observe </strong>using our<strong> internal/external senses </strong>or <strong>mechanical/digital equipment we've built</strong>.</p>\n<p>And we can talk about those observations, and discuss the maps and models we've created.</p>\n<p>Does this fact discredit science? &nbsp;<strong>Not at all.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>It discredits CERTAINTY OF WHAT REALITY is. </strong>No-one actually knows. We are in \"an ocean of chaos\" as Timothy Leary said.</p>\n<p>The maps and models developed by science have given us incredible things. <strong>But we shouldn't let this models limit us.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Nor should we be scared to explore&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>So how do we develop Energetic Strength without needing objective validation?</p>\n<h1><strong>We each engage in a \"direct experience\" of reality via our INTERNAL and EXTERNAL senses</strong></h1>\n<p><strong>This is your primal truth.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Everything you perceive INSIDE you and OUTSIDE you.</strong></p>\n<p>Your ever-present NOW.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>This whole sensorium is expressed as your <strong>reality tunnel</strong>.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>If we see something beautiful, if we feel something profound, that is DIRECT EXPERIENCE.</strong> No need for belief systems or explanations. No need for external confirmation or validation.</p>\n<p>It is REAL, BEAUTIFUL and <strong>PRIMAL. </strong>It speaks for itself.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><strong>So how do we get beyond the limitations and confusions of personal development and spirituality?</strong></p>\n<h1>We shift our focus to cultivate Energetic Strength in our Direct Experience</h1>\n<p>No need for external validation. Our observation decides if something is working or not.</p>\n<p><strong>We don't have to throw out the baby with the bathwater</strong> <strong>when exploring spiritual ideas, metaphors and models.</strong></p>\n<p>We can use ANY data without having to BELIEVE in anything. We can pick and choose</p>\n<p>We can <strong>wear models of reality like clothes</strong> and change when needed.</p>\n<h2>Explore and test things to find what makes us STRONGER in our direct experience.&nbsp;</h2>\n<p>It is an easy test.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The thing we test either <strong>makes us feel stronger, more whole and opened up</strong>, or it makes us weaker and more contracted.</p>\n<p>Ideas, actions, concepts - are all psychoactive.       "title": "Energetic Strength #1 - Why Personal Development and Spirituality are OUTDATED",
      "body": "<html>\n<p><img src=\"https://i.imgsafe.org/4b48227529.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"520\"/></p>\n<p>Welcome to <strong>Part 1</strong> of the <strong>Energetic Strength </strong>series.</p>\n<p>Before we dive into the <strong>discipline of cultivating your energetic strength</strong>, we will look at WHY this is important.</p>\n<p>What is wrong with the current approaches to Personal Development and Spirituality?</p>\n<h1>Personal Development is an INEFFICIENT use of your energy</h1>\n<p>How could this be true?</p>\n<p>Many people have changed their lives after attending live seminars, listening to courses and reading self-help books.</p>\n<p>This is true. There's nothing necessarily wrong with doing these courses and reading these books.</p>\n<p><strong>Then what's the problem?</strong></p>\n<p><strong>The problem is that you are restricted by your ego</strong></p>\n<p>See if any of this feels familiar:</p>\n<ul>\n  <li>You attend a seminar or read a book</li>\n  <li>You become excited and motivated. You feel like you are progressing at life just by reading or listening.</li>\n  <li>You start implementing some of what you learned. You feel great and your ego gets a boost.</li>\n  <li>You start looking at more self-help books and courses and seminars. You become addicted.</li>\n  <li><strong>Eventually you feel like you've heard it all, many times before. It becomes boring.</strong></li>\n  <li><strong>You feel frustrated that you have not yet reached those goals, even after so much research and training.</strong></li>\n  <li><em><strong>You lose your fire that you had in the beginning</strong></em></li>\n</ul>\n<p>And so on...</p>\n<p>This is not a recipe for strong energy.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>You may reach some goals doing this. You may even gain some measure of confidence in the process.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>But how honest are you with yourself? Are you being natural and whole? or...</strong></p>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Are you doing it to PROVE SOMETHING?</strong></li>\n  <li><strong>Are you doing it for VALIDATION and ADMIRATION?</strong></li>\n  <li><strong>Are you trying to BECOME someone BETTER than you are now?</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Ask yourself these questions to start getting a feel for where you're at.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><em>The point is </em><em><strong>if you feel like you have to BECOME SOMEONE ELSE</strong></em><em> through your personal development, </em><em><strong>you are not harnessing your PRIMAL NATURE.</strong></em></p>\n<h2><em>You are simply operating as a SECRETLY INSECURE EGO trying to \"fix\" itself with personal development<br>\n</em></h2>\n<p>Much of the Personal Development industry feeds on this insecurity. So-called teachers driven by greed and manipulative sales tactics.</p>\n<p>Now let's look at spirituality...</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<h1>The Spirituality industry is FULL of EGOS and AIRHEADS</h1>\n<p>How many times have you heard about the \"<strong>law of attraction</strong>?\" How's that going?</p>\n<p>How many charlatains have you seen? Pretentious self-proclaimed \"masters\" and \"lightworkers\"?&nbsp;</p>\n<p>How many <strong>plain dumb and goofy \"spiritual people\"</strong> have you cringed at?&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Pseudo-science? Abuse of scientific concepts altogether?<br>\n</p>\n<p><strong>There are many problems in the spirituality sector. So people go the other way.</strong></p>\n<p>It's no wonder \"rational people\" often tend to dismiss the whole area as nonsense. They pledge their allegiance to the religion of Mainstream Science. They avoid humiliation and disappointment.</p>\n<p>Retreating to their comfortable <strong>reality tunnels</strong> where can simply listen to Priests of Mainstream Science like <strong>Neil deGrasse Tyson</strong> <em>- whose work I enjoy, by the way -</em> to get an update on what is CORRECT to believe.</p>\n<p>Anything that falls outside of Mainstream Science is \"CLEARLY pseudoscience\" or wishful thinking. After all, mainstream science has successfully produced so much of what make our current lifestyles possible, and has proven itself capable at improving our lives. Why wouldn't we take their word for granted?&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>They KNOW what reality is... right?</strong></p>\n<p><strong>WRONG!</strong></p>\n<h1><strong>NOBODY CAN SAY WHAT REALITY IS.</strong></h1>\n<p>We can only make <strong>MAPS and MODELS of reality </strong>using the <strong>DATA we observe </strong>using our<strong> internal/external senses </strong>or <strong>mechanical/digital equipment we've built</strong>.</p>\n<p>And we can talk about those observations, and discuss the maps and models we've created.</p>\n<p>Does this fact discredit mainstream science? &nbsp;<strong>Not at all.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>It discredits CERTAINTY OF WHAT REALITY is. </strong>No-one actually knows. We are in \"an ocean of chaos\" as Timothy Leary said.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>So how does Energetic Strength fit into all this?</p>\n<h1><strong>We all have a \"direct experience\" of reality that is INDEPENDENT of our BELIEFS and MODELS of reality</strong></h1>\n<p><strong>The primal truth of your INTERNAL and EXTERNAL senses.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Everything you see/hear/feel/taste/touch/smell/sense INSIDE you and OUTSIDE you.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Your ever-present NOW.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>This whole sensorium is experienced within you.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>If we see something beautiful, if we feel an amazing feeling, hear that is DIRECT EXPERIENCE. No need for belief systems or explanations. It is REAL, RAW and <strong>PRIMAL. </strong>It speaks for itself.</p>\n<h1>Let's work with our own personal Direct Experience.</h1>\n<p>With <strong>Energetic Strength</strong>, we are not looking to prove a belief system right or wrong.</p>\n<p>We are not looking for a model of reality to \"attach to\" and to \"defend\" like it is our lifeblood.</p>\n<p><strong>We don't have to throw out the baby with the bathwater</strong> <strong>when exploring spiritual ideas and models.</strong></p>\n<p>We can use ANY data without having to BELIEVE in anything.</p>\n<p>We can <strong>wear models of reality like clothes</strong> and change when needed.</p>\n<h2>We can explore and find things that make us STRONGER in our direct experience.</h2>\n<h2>Ideas, actions, concepts - are all psychoactive. They influence our neurology.&nbsp;</h2>\n<h2>This is the beginning of being truly \"Multi-dimensional\".</h2>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Thanks for reading.
