      "body": "Relationships seem harder now than ever to navigate and experience positively with longevity. Despite the obvious macro factors (career, stability) to micro factors (trust issues, insecurities) Men & Women cannot seem to make it fit tightly in today's generation. As mentioned there are many moving factors to consider but one important aspect that should not be overlooked is E.Q or Emotional Intelligence. Put simply according to Wikipedia E.Q. is the capability of individuals to recognize their own and other people's emotion, discern between different feelings and label them appropriately. Now while we all have the capacity for E.Q. it is more than likely people do not practice it in use or refine it i.e. MEN.\n\nLacking emotional intelligence was a biological necessity throughout Men's existence. Men had to carry a one-track instinct whether it be hunting, sex, or for battle. This has been a useful trait for survival but what was lost in the modern age was E.Q. Women crave emotional intelligence just about more than anything else, this is the road that leads to Rome. Possessing E.Q. for women leads to love, lust, intimacy, connection, and feeling valued. None of this can be attained first without a spark like a key to an ignition. It's the base understanding of knowing when a woman wants to be heard, when a woman wants to be seen, when a woman wants to be tasted.\n\nTips for E.Q.\n\n-Feel the mood. This is where men struggle the most. Believe me from my own experiences I know this. We don’t want to ask women what's wrong just to be told nothing when we clearly know it's something. Nothing can be more agitating in a relationship. After a while men don't care much to ask about most things because woman for whatever reason cannot communicate on response. Women please to care of this ASAP. Nonetheless men feel the mood.\n\n-Women don’t know everything but they FEEL EVERYTHING. At times they want to receive a compassionate look or receive affection. Again, women find it hard to communicate what they want but if a man develops E.Q. he can supply her with what she wants and needs at the right time no questions asked. After, it is like they hit an emotional reset and are good to go.\n\n-Innerstand not just understand. Woman want to be heard, of course they do but more so woman want to be felt. Women want to feel what they are saying is being embodied by another person on an emotional level. Give them that and they will give themselves to you.\n\nThese are some emotional aspects men can do to show & prove the emotional intelligence women long for. It is important to know some of these skills would have to be executed in a moments notice. A glance, a look, a gesture of understanding needs to be displayed in the present moment. This can be tricky if someone is not in the moment. This is why women consider mindfulness to be essential to making any relationship work because it gauges a man's emotional intelligence based upon circumstances of the present moment. There is no way to plan or rehearse for it but by constantly developing E.Q. awareness becomes natural and effortless. Trust me she will take notice of you. Through these techniques it will allow you to prepare to be emotionally aware at any given moment. This is why women practice techniques such as yoga &\nmeditation. Women do these activities to be centered and mindful. All they want is the same in their partner.",

      "body": "The relationship between men and women are two sides of the same coin, two peas in a pod. We are the yin to the others yang, the above to the other's below. Both men & women come lacking in something that we need help in completing, something we are not able to entirely fulfill with just our own efforts. The most blatant effect of our hindrance is our combined lack of emotional & mental completion. Women need men for mental completion just as men need women for emotional completion. There is no two ways around it.\n\nThis is how it has to be. This is the grand plan, the master design. For instance, women come with wonderful attributes such as compassion, nurturing, empathy as well as neuroticism like no other. Despite the many attributes of women, none stands out among the rest more than women want everything. If you have read my previous writings you would be acquainted with my concrete theory. I like to say Disney did not create the princess who wants and expects everything, they only personified it. By women wanting everything this attitude, this philosophy of mentality carries over to women's mindset and thinking patterns. A woman's mindset and thinking pattern leads to racing thoughts, & not thinking in a linear fashion. I've been told by women on numerous occasions, however much men think women think x10. It was shocking to hear this and it took time for me to process why women allow themselves to be drowned in thought and emotion.\n\nMen are the resolution. Self-realized men tend to temper women's neuroticism. These kinds of men guide women's thinking back to being grounded to what really matters. So much so women have excelled in the workforce by taking a page out of men's playbook and the good women return the favor by guiding us to the rationalization of emotional connection.\nLet's be real, men can often lack emotional wholeness. Men do not find it necessary to be emotionally aware until we meet a woman we really like and sometimes we just learn it too late. Men as a whole haven't been proficient long enough to understand it and by the time we do again it's too late. The woman would have given so much of herself that she has nothing left to give and hasn't received the equivalent exchange in the relationship. She then will first checkout emotionally, then physically, then she is gone. Most men know this story well.\n\nA realization should then be born because men do not for the most part bother to see the importance of emotion in today's world. In a lot of ways this lack of emotion benefits men to the harsh realities of the world and business. Things get cutthroat, sometimes its dog eat dog. It's only when a man meets the right girl that he begins to soften his stance, he softens his heart. Without women, men's hearts would always pump cold. A man can only traverse so far without the help of the woman to show him emotional connection.\n\nIf men don't understand the emotional context in which a woman is coming from, she has the tendency to shut down and act differently. She feels that she is not understood. This is where the disconnect takes place many times. In general women have a difficult time explaining what they are feeling in the current moment because half the time women are not sure what they\nare feeling, are processing what they are feeling, and what they are feeling is ever changing.\nThis is an area men can help women by calibrating what women are feeling to the logic behind why they are feeling it and in return women can help men learn the importance of emotion. Separately we are parts of a whole that cannot have it all but together maybe we can.",
