| title | INDUSTRIAL TRAINING LOG |
| body | Good afternoon my fellow steemians, today I'd like to tell you all how my experience so far has been during the course of my industrial training. So before I start I'd just like to re introduce my self and drop a little knowledge of what surrounds me. My name is sebastian osita obasi and I attend the university of Nigeria enugu campus and I am a student of the dept of architecture. Currently I'm a already a few weeks into my Industrial training placement, so if you're looking for some helpful info and tips for either your self or loved ones who might like to venture into this line of work. I hope you're blessed as you view this. ***DAY 1*** The site in which we were assigned to for a renovation job was the National institute for Pharmaceutical Research and Development located at idu-karmo in Abuja FCT. Upon arrival at the site I was greeted by the contractor and given a tour/ orientation of what renovations needed to be done and why. The client company had complained about leakages through their roof and ceilings which in turn affected their work and that they also needed more spaces in certain labs to accomodate the new equipment being expected. So as such we were tasked with the work of providing a new ceiling and roof structure for them as well as the development of a partition wall to properly demarcate certain spaces. I was assigned the task of monitoring the progress of these projects to take notes measurements and other things of what was going on. So I took it with pride and decided to get started and to my greatest surprise I was asked to climb the roof structure while it was still being erected i.e in it's carcass phase and seeing as I'm not a skilled ninja or carpenter with superior balance skills (which for some reason they all seemed to have here) I climbed and as I matched the ceiling board (because I didn't know better) I almost fell through the ceiling. What a roofing carcass or truss system( for the picky ones) looks like Not to my surprise they all began to laugh and I decided to join them actually ( it won't be me these guys would embarrass like this) they proceeded to tell me that I should only walk on the walls and noggins (struts i.e pieces of wood placed to give the frame work rigidity fixed within joints most times) so as to avoid my untimely death or serious injury. Any ways after mastering the art and skill of balancing myself to walking on the walls I got around and asked questions concerning the work ongoing something like why they do this like this or that ( I won't want to go too deep into the details) but yeah. After asking my questions I was puzzled with the grueling task of getting myself back to the ground which for some reason was worse than going up but eventually your boy did it( Superman has nothing on me at this point honestly). I then proceeded to where the Mason's who were doing the block work for the partion walls were and they more than happy to welcome me. They all started to call me oga( Nigerian slang for boss) and I began asking them questions Now that's all the jist there is to it on my first day. But before I go I'd like to state a few things that one might need to lookout for if they ever found themselves in such a situation as this **1 observe how they place the purlins on the roof** : Its no surprise to this in the construction industry that most times artisans i.e Mason's and carpenters can sometimes choose to do things the way they see fit rather than the way the architect specified it to be. Now this is important because at the time I was there I didn't know better I saw something that was inconsistent which was the way they placed two succeeding purlins together This was what they did. And when I asked they told me it was for strength, where as what the architect had specified was different What the architect asked for Now if you notice what we wanted was that that be placed head to head and not on top eachother. Well it was soon corrected afterwards Another to take note of is **2 the way in which they lay their blocks bad set up the walls**: before now I hadn't realised that they were actually different techniques to block laying [you can find out more here](https://ncma.org/resource/concrete-masonry-bond-patterns/) As well as things involved to ensuring the wall is straight like ; attaching to parallel lines to the course ends and laying the blocks between them as this enusres they are straight horizontally And the use of plumbs i.e metal rods fixed to the ends of the walls to ensure that they are straight. I really hope you enjoyed my little update today and I hope it guides you on your own path while working. God bless you all and have a wonderful day. |

| title | THE REVELATION LAND |
| body | Good day my fellow steemians I'm here to treat the word today like it's hot and drop it. I really hope this blesses anyone out there reading this. The book of mysteries today talks about the ultimate revelation of God **INTRODUCTION** Jerusalem is built on mount Moriah but that surrounding Jerusalem is the land of Moriah. The word Moriah is gotten from two Hebrew words:the first being ra'ah meaning seen, visible or revealed and the second being yah the name of God. So that goes to show that Moriah means "the revealed God" And the question what is your perception of God? Was asked. Some perceive God to be manipulative, a capricious puppet master or an angry judge wanting judgment where as Who God is is love, he is the total, unconditional, extreme, incomprehensible, cosmic love for us. Romans 5:8 has shown that the son is the ultimate expression of Gods love because he has died for us. **MY TAKE** Gods love for us is simply impossible. In it's self it can't be understood as to say it were a pattern where as it's a series of continuous expressions. But I've come to realize that this love, overwhelming love is not for us to understand but for us to receive. To be honest receiving isn't that easy, because on doing this we have to come to terms with the fact that we just might be the bad guys here. Just ask Peter in luke 5:8 Today we are being called to. A cosmic love that's beyond us. The mystery of the cosmic love. |

| title | THE SECRET OF YOMA |
| body | <div class="text-justify"> Good day my fellow steemians I'm vmglad to be back with what I have for you all today. So without much stress let's get into it. So today in the book of mysteries the topic of the secret of yoma was discussed **Introduction** Two major barriers originally were said to keep man away from God, holy from unholy. One of the barriers was formed by two massive "doors of hekhad", the holy place. These doors separated the holy place The second or other one was called the parochet known as the colossal veil which seprerated the holy place from the holy of holies and only the high priest was allowed to enter and on the day of atonement. According to the Bible the parochet was torn from top to bottom signifying that the barrier between God and man. But that remains one i.e the golden doors of hekhal. The question: should the barrier not have been removed? And that shouldn't there have been another second witness to the fact that the barriers had been broken down l. There was an opposing witness. The golden doors of hekhal began to open themselves they began to do this about the same time Christ died as the final atonement to remove the barrier between us and God. That at the time of his death that which seprerated us from God has been removed. **MY TAKE** the mission of today was that we use the power to which Christ has given us by virtue of his death to open any door or barrier in our path. Personally I'm someone who knows barriers all too well, but today we're being called to something greater than ourselves something beyond our scope. That we have power by virtue of Christ to change things but that most importantly we have free access to God by virtue of it as well. That's just amazing honestly that we have access to God's inner circle just by accepting what Christ did for us (Hebrews 10: 19-20). So what does that entail for me? I've never really felt like I belonged anywhere in particular before until really I became a Christian and why this helps us because I'm finally able to understand that if anyone gets me God's gets me, because he too went through the same thing. Sure people liked him but he wasn never truly accepted and when he was about to die for us he was abandoned by his friends God wants a relationship with us and most times we don't realise that the boundaries between he and us are laid by us. How? In our doubts, lack of faith but most importantly in our insensitivity to the love around us. So today we are urged to go into his presence and just stay receive and be blessed </div> |

| title | THE EXODUS FACTOR. |
| body | <div class="text-justify"> Good evening my fellow steemians I'm back again with today's message for us all and it's a real one so, well I hope it blesses you. Yet again from the same book of mysteries comes this topic the Exodus factor. **Introduction** The book starts off with the teacher asking his student the meaning of ivrim (in Hebrew) which is Hebrew and that the meaning of Hebrew in Hebrew is "the one who crosses over" hence a very common story was considered which was that of the Israelites leaving egypt. Now they had to cross the red sea to GET OUT of egypt in order to enter the promised land. Getting out in it self is holy. A story of Abraham from Genesis 1:12 where God told abraham to leave everything and follow him to the land he would give him. So many people want to a part of something better, want to be better, want to be at peace but are not willing to part with what's holding them back. And it ends with the mission asking us " what do you need to part with in order to be a part of today so that you can walk into God's promises" **MY TAKE** Bondage my friends is real trust me cause I've been in several myself right from ideologies to addictions etc the Israelites much like my self we're excited at the thrill of being finally free after such a long time in bondage but what we soon realised as you further into the story so that they began to exhibit the traits of slaves even while they were free. So? That goes to say that the Exodus factor is a mind thing. They were taken out of egypt but Egypt wasn't taken out of them. You can never truly be free until you're free in your mind. And lets face it, some of us enjoy our bondage we want to change but we aren't willing to part with what's holding us back for instance take an ever-so present individual (if you catch my drift) such as myself who wanted to be less present but I wasn't willing to part with certain unhealthy habits that would keep me were I'm at. Currently I'm on a path with God where he's steadily taking me out of myself and my mindsets and into new things. The truth remains ** WHAT YOU'RE WILLING TO PART WITH ULTIMATELY DETERMINES WHAT YOU'RE WILLING TO BE A PART OF** But then again why do you need God to stop this? Because leaving takes faith friends. Faith in something bigger than us in a purpose or vision bigger than us. And in Christ we are new men( 2 cor 5:17) And thats where the change truly begins from inside So are you trapped in some sort of bondage today? It might not be easy to go but we just need to believe in Jesus to be our personal Lord and savior and at that, you don't have to enough because he's strength is sufficient in our weakness (2 corinthians 12) </div> |

| title | THE DAVAR AND THE OLAM |
| body | <div class="text-justify"> Good evening from this side eof the world my fellow steemians, it's actually been a while since I posted on this platform though i can't say it's nice to be back because I dont think anyone really noticed that I was gone but it's all the more reason why it's a privilege to be able to share once again so if you're reading this it's not too late. I'm here today to share my take on a topic I read today in a book titled "book of mysteries" and later further explained by a very dear friend of mine and it's titled the **DAVAR AND THE OLAM**. DAVAR means the word i.e God's spoken word and the olam is the world i.e everything you can see. **Introduction** So two questions was asked today "which is greater"and "which is more solid" that which is seen or that which is unseen? Being reasonable enough one would think the obvious and go for that which is seen, visibly present or physical as being the more solid hence greater because well, it's tangible and much like what we do here we view things based on logic as a result of proven experiences and theories. But it was posed in the book that the unseen 'davar' was greater than the olam 'the seen' and this is because from the DAVAR the olam was created i.e the world follows the word. In my faith as a christian I'm lead to believe that God was able to create everything, the stars, the moon, the sun just by his spoken word (Psalm 33:6-9). And so what does that mean for us? That we shouldn't let outlives be led by the world but by the word. What this means is that we should never let our circumstance, situation or events determine your life but that your must be able to let your life determine your days. John 1:1-4 says that " in him was life and the life was the light of men" that we ought to speak life ( the word of God) into our days and dying situations and watch them rise no mater dire or seemly hopeless it might be that on fact that's when it should be done the most. **MY TAKE** Being a person that I am, can only mean that I as well are subject to these things and being a Christian makes them even more likely to follow me because the world is against us. But today I've been a given a new hope found in the strength of the words of my creator. If your like me you've probably struggled with some stuff and probably still are, well I'm here today to tell you that we've been given the power to speak life into any situation but you need only believe and receive Jesus and why it's necessary it's because in order to do this you need power and authority and most importantly hope in something bigger than ourselves i.e salvation in order to make it work. And Jesus before leaving gave us all this through his holy spirit and therefore passing a mantle to all disciples and with a mantle comes it's anointing. So today let's live a life governed by the davar and watch the olam fall in place </div> |

| title | Capital Management and Trading Plan - Crypto Academy / S4W8 - Homework post for @lenonmc21 |
| body | <center></center> <div class="text-justify"> A good morning to you all my fellow members of the steemit Crypto Academy Community. so we were given an important lecture on trading plan and capital management. Now these Two concepts are very fundamental and important to keep in mind being in the world of trading and all its important to note that markets will pose great risks for the person who does not have these concepts down before hand. This class was really informative as usual so prof @lenonmc21 doesn't seem to disappoint in that area and because of him i know better now. lets dive into the tasks given and see what I've really gotten to understand and those areas that i need to constantly improve on when it comes to doing operations in the market. 1- **Define and Explain in detail in your own words, what is a "Trading Plan"?** A trading plan comprises of those rules and regulations(much like a constitution) that we investors are said to observe when trying to create a trading strategy. It is important to know that this is done in order to have total control and management over our risk, initial capital and later capital as well as the number of operations we carry out in the market considering the fact that we have to follow all the laid out exceptions that we formulated almost religiously. Before carrying out any market operations, its important to have already formulated a good and feasible trading plan, majorly due to the fact that it will be the major determinant for the those .rules we would be observing while performing in other to achieve success. so it could be said that the rate of success in your trading life is directly proportional to how good your trading plan is. During my brief time as a trader I formulated a trading plan a while back in which i had listed my goals ( both having short and long term ones) as well as the particular number of operations i was to carry out daily knowing the risk my trading plan offered. I'm usually the pen down type so best know that i did this all in my trusty journal. i usually do this in order to ensure that i follow this plan and also to ensure that i know and remember the goals as well as not getting caught up in the moment and end up making a mistake that might lead to the destruction of everything. so i guess you could say that this my trusty journal became a makeshift bible for me, helping me navigate through the cold world that is online trading **some things that you might need to have in your trading plan include** : GOALS : This in itself is important because it shows what you aim to achieve while trading. it would have to have be both long and short term and of course the major goal which for me at the time was gaining financial freedom and stability. DURATION: this is also very important because it keeps you on a steady path and maintaining a certain pace not going to ahead and too below yourself while trading. its important to keep in mind that often we might not meet up to this due to unforeseen circumstances but its good to have in order to help you maintain discipline. CONDITIONS: These basically help you to know those things that you need to effect in order to achieve your goals. STRATEGY: Having a clear trading strategy is very important. This helps you know your trading style and basically what works best for you. it is something that should vary from person to person but the overall goal of success in the markets FORAGING: This is a personalized term which is simply looking for reasonable profits with respect to what your initial capital maybe. You should also have the percentage that you are willing to risk and most importantly remember that no matter what happens always try to stick to the rules you've set up for yourself in your trading . Having a simple trading plan might just be all you need to have a successful trading career, but only when you follow it if not then our path will be much more difficult and you just might end up losing all your capital. 2- **Explain in your own words why it is essential in this profession to have a "Trading Plan"**? Having a trading plan is very essential because a)-Having A TANGIBLE and VISIBLE indicator can help keep your emotions in check which in turn would gurantee you more control over yourself and your actions whereas id you didn't would just lead you on a downward spiral of clueless navigations about the market which would eventually lead to operational inconsistency seeing as we would not have a concrete strategy to follow. b)- A lot of experience is needed seeing as how you spend numerous hours looking at charts, finding patterns daily and by consistently maintaining this for a long period of time, you eventually begin to get better at understanding the strategy more. By doing this we are able to establish a norm and this will in turn lead to obtaining better results. c)- Not having a workable trading plan would often lead to no chance or rather a drastically reduced chance of receiving profit due to the fact that we would eventually have an inconsistent flow of operations per day which doesnt provide a stable use of our capital, seeing as how a trading plan majorly offers you stability and consistency d) Not having a trading plan will leave a person wandering and uncertain as to what to do in the market which would in turn lead him to making bets and unrefined decisions in an attempt to get lucky whereas sadly the market has no feelings for such individuals in the sense that he might get lucky and win the first time... theres no guarantee that he will continue to win. some benefits of having a trading plan also include; 1)-We receive discipline by following our rules, 2)-We also gain control over our emotions due to the fact that we are going to follow set out established rules which in turn gives us a very strong mental resolve. 3)-We gain operational consistency due to the fact that we perform tasks day by day giving us a pattern to follow 3- **Explain and define in detail each of the fundamental elements of a "Trading Plan"** The 4 fundamental elements of a trading plan: Risk management its basically what it is which is simply reducing the rate at which uncertain operations are conducted in the market, in a layman's term anyways. A limit is placed on how many operations that we would uptake in, considering the fact that all decisions would have to be upheld. personally i think 2-4 operations daily would suffice seeing as how we wouldnt want to run the risk of exposing yourself by doing too much in the market. i think this is best summarized by the statement made by ludwig mier van der rhoe(a renowned architect) "less is more" Capital Management Capital management simply involves keeping your funds in tact which implies securing it due to the fact that we would be following our plan which should also contain the amount we would be willing to lose per operation we perform in the market . strict capital management is needed so that one does not lose more than they can whereas you could just manage your capital and make sufficient gain. Trading Psychology I'd personally say that as for me i regard this as the most important thing in trading. This is simply understanding that emotions or rather our feelings will tend to come in and this in turn will begin to affect the trading life in several ways one being that we begin to stray away from our trading plan since now we begin to work based off feeling than fact which in turn would lead to numerous losses. For this reason and more having a good psychology is paramount. Good psychology also helps us run good risk management, considering the fact that we are only going to operate with the amount that we have established regardless of if we make profit or not. Examples regarding the Psychology of Trading: one is the need for revenge. i'm all too familiar with this feeling, so in order to explain i'd be using an illustration. lets say that during an operation we would have 2 losses and that being our limit to withdraw and we wanting to obtain a positive trade, end up losing several times over therefore adding more salt to an already painful injury. Another is having an overactive ambition. Now for instance lets say that as it happens we have a good day and win about 3 trades in a row with good profits and wanting to add a fourth positive trade, we end up loosing instead which could have been avoided say we stuck to our initial plan. for instance we could start with having an account that makes about 30$ monthly if in which we keep laying investments of our profit in the percentage of positive trades will increase and our total capital will be more better to obtain little or in some cases more than what is winning in the month before. 4- **Build a “Trading Plan” and cover all the basic elements discussed in the class**. I am going to show below an image of how my trading plan will be structured and then I will be defining each point of what I am going to place as a rule to follow: Initial capital: $ 1000 a solid way to start of trading, it is a very good amount to start with having operations in the market and this because it allows us to have some form of patience with our losses when trading for the first time and trust me when i say the losses will come Time frame: six (6) months. in this six months periods of study should be observed because its needed if you wish to thrive in the market especially in a bear market with high volatility in which only profitable soldiers who know their onions thrive. Two hours allotted to study the market and movements that occur weekly Goal: This is very important because its very important that we set goals which help us to clarify our objectives, keep us as motivated every day for as long as possible when operating to attain the set target within the given time frame.. This goal has to be realistic and feasible therefore bringing forth tangible profit. My goal is to receive 30% monthly returns reaching about $3800 in 6 months what is my Defined Strategy A proper strategy that we are comfortable with within the market and possess amazing consistency to become experts in our strategy. So i would spend about 20 days in a demo account to practice strategy, but not for long due to the fact that this demo would not provide me with the adequate information because real money wont be involved and in so doing much effort would not be put in. Risk management My Risk Management here is to make sure that i check to see that if i made a profit or loss and ensure that the profits outweigh the losses which is exactly why i made risk management to have a ratio of 1:2 in which i had to step away from the market after gaining a profit of two percent and having a loss of one percent No entry signal is observed. That goes to say, that If the market does not give me the green light i need to make an entry purchase or a sale i usually prefer not to make any trades at all and calmly but hesitantly leave my computer and stay patient until the next day and not expose myself. How do i manage my capital properly Its always best to have a clear loss percentage that we are ought to permit ourselves to go through as well as those percentages that we would look for in the market. we must observe those regulations we placed for ourselves in order to guarantee a better success rate At what percent would i lose and at what percent would i gain : considering the facts 1 I will carry out a single operation within the market, I can afford to lose a minimum of like 3% and a maximum of 5% within the market. In general i would only be losing about 3% at that cost i'd be gaining experience just to come back later to take a higher risk most likely greater than 5% Yes or if I should look for double my invested risk, because I will only be making a trade in the market and I must get much more than what I am risking. My percentage of profit to look for would be 6% and in favorable markets I would look for a ratio of 1: 3 to obtain 9% of the operation that I am doing. With these percentages, I would seek to earn $ 60 in the market daily and in some opportunities seek $ 90 according to my initial capital of $ 1000. whats my Trading Psychology maintaining a good psychology is important because it helps us follow our trading plan. Its important to have a brilliant strategy but without good psychology its as good as having nothing because we would be following a different set of rules which are not ours but that of our emotions and mind. 1st Section : At the stage we watch the month of the account 2nd Section : Then the months initial capital. 3rd Section : money we're willing to loose in an individual market 4th Section : percentage that we would like to earn 5th Section : How well the trades are going to work for us considering that there would be 20 operations per month 6th Section : money achieved at the end of the month getting the 30% increase this a table with all the planning of my capital: MONTH | CAPITAL | %LOST | %GAINEFFECTIVENESS | TOTAL CAPITAL --------- | ---------- | ----------- | ------------ | ------------ 1000 | 3% = $30 | 6% = $60 | 50% = 10/10 | $ 1300 1,300 | 3% = $39 | 6% = $78 | 50% = 10/10 | $ 1690 1,690 | 3% = $50.76% | 6% = $101.4 | 50% = 10/10 | $ 2,197 2,197 | 3% = $65.96% | 6% = $131.8 | 50% = 10/10 | $ 2,856 2,856 | 3% = $85.66% | 6% = $171.3 | 50% = 10/10 | $ 3713 3713 | 3% = $111.3 | 6% = $222.7 | 50% = 10/10 | $ 4877 Reward A surplus percentage of what was established could be left as a reward for yourself for a job well done, which serves as a major source of motivation goal would be 30%. Having a capital of $ 100 we could generate 40 or 35% of the account if we manage to do a good job and even much more, but in a real expectation I think that 30% is the ideal and if we have a little more of that we take it for ourselves as a reward for the good work done. To define more clearly it would be to obtain 5% for us if we have a 35% profitability month and if we have a 50% month then also leave that 20% for us. conclusion Having a trading plan a good one for that matter is extremely important if you wish to be successful in trading. we all must understand that the need to always follow rules and regulations is paramount. a knowledge of effectively managing your capital is needed for the success of your trading career. A simple trading plan is all one really requires in order to start trading starting to trade as well as helping us gather a sufficient amount of knowledge needed to double the account in the long term of course. </div> |

| title | IMPORTANCE OF FAMILY. |
| body | <div class="text-justify"> Hello my fellow steemians... it is with great pleasure i write to you today about a topic close to my heart, which is on the importance of family. [link to the picture](https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.kashmirleader.net%2Fimproving-family-life-and-relationships%2F&psig=AOvVaw0OnA6y8MpPhfFj1HRGsPrW&ust=1631970162962000&source=images&cd=vfe&ved=0CAsQjRxqFwoTCJjMg-eIhvMCFQAAAAAdAAAAABAO). It's pretty easy to define family as simply a group of people related by blood (at least from what i was taught in my secondary school at the time) but over time i've come to understand family extends far beyond the constraints of biology, location, or even situation. Family (to me) is a concept that falls within the lines of that homely, accommodating or comforting feeling, you know...that feeling you get when someone just gets you, or maybe for some reason seems to relate to your every struggle or need. If you're like me and you've ever felt such a thing amongst a group of weirdos or maybe with that special someone then this post is for you. The wonderful thing about family is that you're always at home whenever you find yourself around them which is an amazing thing that everyone should have the privilege of experiencing, and a common truth that most people might be able to relate to is that with family comes the good and the bad. They're several times that i can recall when my family didn't feel like home and as well as times that i often felt like an outsider amongst those i considered family but in the end true family never gives up on family, and that right there just makes it all the more worth while to have family. [link to the picture](https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.katrinaleechambers.com%2Fhome-feeling%2F&psig=AOvVaw2HNJEmukX_SJ9vjIQtA59Y&ust=1631972132798000&source=images&cd=vfe&ved=0CAsQjRxqFwoTCJD69JKQhvMCFQAAAAAdAAAAABAD) Now that we know my views on what a family is id also like to tell you what i believe the importance of family is. **1. FAMILY PAVES THE WAY FOR FUTURE RELATIONSHIPS** Its a common proverb in nigeria when someone says "charity begins at home". And what this means is that all habits good or bad begins from how you were brought up. The very first relationships a child has is with their parents and their siblings. be it healthy or not, these relationships provide a foundation or model for what future relationships will look like. It’s mostly not a conscious choice people make, but for better or worse, people often make the choices of life partners and friends based on how similar they are to their family. Family dynamics repeat themselves and helps one reinforce their beliefs about relationships and self. **2 FAMILIY CAN BE A GREAT AND IMPORTANT SOURCE OF ENCOURAGEMENT** In the high or low times, families can give the emotional support and encouragement a person requires to be okay or rather satisfied. It can be difficult to find purpose in adulthood and as such if person doesn't have a strong family, they’ll always be able to find the love and support they need. With their family behind them, a person will find the motivation and courage to succeed. On the other hand, if a person doesn't get love and support from their family structure, they’ll eventually begin tom feel lonely, detached and might in the end slide into depression. Though some people are of the opinion that they don't need support from anyone i think its only fair to say that the support from family hits differently from those of others. [link address](https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.istockphoto.com%2Fphotos%2Fencouragement&psig=AOvVaw2KZ-D1JUyEAORKaolGpC6O&ust=1631974675204000&source=images&cd=vfe&ved=0CAsQjRxqFwoTCIC2wsyZhvMCFQAAAAAdAAAAABAD) ** 3 FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS ARE OFTEN CONNECTED TO MENTAL HEALTH** Studies have shown the importance of spending quality time with family, specifically eating together as a family. While families can still be healthy even if they don’t eat together every time, there is a correlation between this time together and the development of a young person’s wellbeing. In Pediatrics, one study discovered that kids who ate with their families regularly were less likely to show depression symptoms. On the other side, research shows that negative family relationships can trigger or worsen mental health issues no matter how little [link for picture](https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.pngwing.com%2Fen%2Ffree-png-tdvve&psig=AOvVaw2EzE-jE9mJ7AGE6RQ0NuWP&ust=1632010687072000&source=images&cd=vfe&ved=0CAsQjRxqFwoTCLiWm8mih_MCFQAAAAAdAAAAABAM) **4 FAMILIES TEACH IMPORTANT LIFE LESSONS** Families are the first place where children learn how to control their emotions, understand how to properly interact with others, and communicate. It’s also the first place where kids learn about the consequences of their actions, either positive or negative. Parents are responsible for guiding their children, providing life lessons that will be remembered for years to come. These lessons create a big part of a person’s worldview and ultimately how they believe the world works. **5 FAMILIES FOSTER A SENCE OF BELONGING TO A GREATER CAUSE THAN ONESELF** Families are hubs of tradition. Many families pass on traditions through the years by sharing stories from the past. This creates connections with family members that aren’t around anymore. A person who grows up in this type of family may often feel like they belong to something bigger than themselves. They’ll pride in being a member of a community that’s gone through hardships and triumphs. Now it is with great honor that i introduce to you today my family This is my biological family well at least part of it. I'd probably get destroyed for posting this but my love for this picture is too surreal for me to ignore. That right there is a golden picture of the two loves of my life my younger sister and my mother and as you can see i am surrounded by all this love that i don't care to admit to but none the less they're mine and i love them with everything in my being This group of people here are a part of my spiritual family and as you can see we drip glory which though play a similar role in my life are different in their own special way. we are the new covenant family in the unec enugu campus This right here is my academic family. As you may know i'm a student of architecture in the University of Nigeria Enugu Campus (UNEC) and we over here at the department of architecture though having our different characters and abilities all come together as a single big academic family in the sense that we all share the same goal which is to leave this school before it kills us. i've shown you my family and i'm happy to have shared what they all mean to me as a person. whats your story?? </div> |

\n\nThe wonderful thing about family is that you're always at home whenever you find yourself around them which is an amazing thing that everyone should have the privilege of experiencing, and a common truth that most people might be able to relate to is that with family comes the good and the bad. | title | BURRIED THOUGHTS |
| body | <div class="text-justify"> It's sad...sometimes, how other people's happiness can make you seem unfortunate. Like you missed out on everything good and now you're sinking into your own puddle of loneliness. I've been there....and now it seems like I'm stuck. Looking for someone to feel bad for me so that I don't have to do it myself, a feeling I know all too well. It's an awful thing really...because I should be happy for them. It's not that I'm not... it's more like... I'm jealous for the gifts they received but at the same time I honestly wished that theyd wait for me. Right now I'm just thinking...I don't really do that actually I talk to the voice in my head and lately its like it's there but I'm not listening anymore. All the more so I've been abandoned by my hopes and dreams and as sad it seems I still believe that I have something more to give. To the world at large I offer my heart, my struggles and passions are all part of my art. Cc: @campusconnect.ng</div> |

Usually used to show contrast Tables can be done by applying the codes below: Header 1 | Header 2 --------- | ---------- Cell 1 | Cell 2 ** MARKDOWNS TO ADD SUBCRIPTS** Youre able to make use of subscripts by using the followinh codes text or number here . This is done to make a text or number appear below the baseline. H2O is a common example where two is the subscript without the codes it'd look like H2O **MARKDOWN FOR ADDING LINKS** Upon introduction of a link, it is automatically recognized and is clickable i.e. https:https: https://steemit.com/submit.html?category=hive-120962 We are able to hide a link in a word or phrase, using the below syntax [What you'd like the link to say](https://steemit.com/submit.html?category=hive-120962)transforms to >> What you'd like the link to say **MARKDOWN FOR ADDING CODE** Adding Code in a post is sometimes necessary, it works in the below by Adding one back-tick (`) before and one after the markdown syntax For instance `##headline`.this enables you to input code without the code actually taking effect. I honestly had no idea about the necessity for markdowns till this was to taught to me. I'm not the best at being organised but who doesn't appreciate organisation and now I'm not only able to be organised but I'm also able to add so much more to my post giving it life and making it able to be read and understood better.
