He’s long maintained that the vision is “bigger than an ad blocker,” with a goal of finding new ways to compensate online publishers.\n\nBrave Ads are a crucial part of that vision. The company says users who choose to participate in the program will receive 70 percent of the revenue generated by the ads they see. Their rewards will take the form of Basic Attention Tokens (BAT), a cryptocurrency that the users can, in turn, share with the creators of the content that they’re watching.\n\nEich told me that the browser is set by default to donate a user’s BAT at the end of the month to their most-visited sites, but the company also plans to let users exchange BAT for rewards like hotel rooms and restaurant vouchers (through the TAP Network created by the startup Hooch). They should also, eventually, be able to cash out with regular ** “fiat currency” ** through exchanges like Coinbase and Uphold.\n\nBrave has been testing ads since January, and Eich said that more than 40 percent of desktop users have been opting in. There is a degree of targeting, but Eich said all the data and *“decision-making”* happens on the device, so Brave and the advertiser never get access to it. (Brave does aggregate anonymized, high-level data so that advertisers can see who viewed their campaigns.)\n\nThe ads appear in the browser and don’t replace a previously blocked ad. Brave says the ads are coming from partners like Vice, Home Chef, ConsenSys, Ternio BlockCard, MyCrypto and eToro.\n\nThe company also has plans to work with publishers that want to run ads when their site is viewed on the browser, with the revenue then split between Brave, the publisher and the user.",

      "body": "(ماخذ جامع الاحادیث جلد 3، صفحہ 283) \n\nحضرت **رافع بن خدیج** رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ آپ مکہ مکرمہ میں مروان بن حکم کے منبر کے پاس بیٹھے تھے جب وہ خطبہ دے رہاتھا ۔ مروان نے مکہ مکرمہ کے فضائل بیان کئے لیکن **مدینہ منورہ** کا کوئی ذکر نہیں کیا ۔ حضرت رافع بن خدیج نے اپنے دل میں اس طریقہ سے کھٹک محسوس کی ۔ آپکی عمر شریف کافی ہوگئی تھی ۔ پھر بھی آپ نے جرأت وبے باکی کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے فرمایا : اے متکلم ! نے تو مکہ مکرمہ کے فضائل تو خوب بیان کئے لیکن ابھی اسکے بہت سے فضائل چھوڑدیئے جو عظیم ہیں ۔ اور تو نے مدینہ منورہ کی کوئی فضیلت نہیں بیان کی۔ میں اس بات کا گواہ ہوں کہ میں نے بلا شبہ **حضور سید عالم  صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وسلم**  کو فرماتے سنا ۔ **مدینہ منورہ مکہ مکرمہ سے افضل ہے۔**\n\nعن رافع بن خدیج رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ انہ کان جالسا عند منبر مروان بن الحکم بمکۃ ومروان یخطب الناس ، فذکر مروان مکۃ وفضلہا ، ولم یذکر المدینۃ ، فوجد رافع فی  نفسہ من ذٰلک ، وکان قد أسن ، فقام الیہ فقال : ایہا ذاالمتکلم ! أراک قد أطنبت فی مکۃ وذکرت منہا فضلہا ، وماسکتّ عنہ من فضلہا اکبر ، ولم تذکر المدینۃ ، واِنی أشہد لسمعت رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وسلم  یقول : ألْمَدِیْنَۃُ خَیْرٌمِّنْ مَّکَّۃَ ۔ \n\nالمعجم الکبیر للطبرانی،                  ۴/۲۸۸\nالکامل لابن عدی،                  ۶/۱۹۱\nمجمع الزوائد للہیثمی،                  ۳/۲۹۹\nکنز العمال للمتقی،۳۴۸۰۱، ۱۲/۲۳۰\nالتاریخ الکبیر للبخاری،                  ۱/۱۶۰\nMakkah\n![](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmZv8saktujE3FB9MPHVFbV5njSPaBtCQSwA3u9m6anbSp/image.png)\n\nMadina\n![](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmTenzoGqWoP452Mc6ioPrpdVTtpA1XGrdaN2eJ3g1PGtr/image.png)",
