      "body": "You’ve just completed a project at work and you’re feeling pretty good about yourself. You think you’ve done a good job and you hope your boss will like it. (Of course, he’ll never let you know—he’s just not the kind of person to give compliments.) You’re at your desk taking care of some busy work, getting ready for the next project to come your way.\n\nSuddenly, you hear your boss raise his voice and you wonder who’s getting chewed out this time. Then you hear him call your name as he stomps toward your desk. Your heart sinks: You know this is going to be bad.\n\nA torrent of blistering epithets spew from his mouth as he slaps at the report you’d handed him earlier this morning. Somewhere among the insults he points out an error in your calculations. You feel bad that you’d missed something that now seems so obvious. But on top of the embarrassment, your boss has just run your ego through the shredder. You feel like an idiot, a moron, an empty shell. The insults are beginning to stick.\n\nAs your boss runs out of steam, he tosses the report on your desk and gives you until the end of the day to fix it. Then he lumbers back to his office, muttering under his breath about the incompetence he has to put up with. You’re not sure if you’re relieved or disappointed that you weren’t fired.\n\nYour office mates cast sympathetic glances your way. Later in the day when the boss steps out, a few stop by your desk to help cheer you up, but it’s small comfort.\n\n<h4>How do you heal such a gaping wound in your self-esteem?</h4>\n\nIt only took a couple of hours to fix the error. At least it would have only taken that long if your mind hadn’t been so preoccupied with replaying the verbal attack over and over in your mind. So you stay late, double and triple check your work, and then slide the revised report under your boss’s door.\n\nOn your way home, you pick up a six-pack of beer. The first one goes down fast, so you open another. Sometime past midnight, you finish the last one as you drift off to sleep. Before you know it, the alarm goes off and it’s back to the grind. Only now you have a hangover to nurse as well.\n\nYou hate your job, you hate your life, and you hate yourself.\n\nSometimes we’re the target of angry words and have no choice but to endure the insults. But that doesn’t mean we have to accept those words at face value. No matter what you’ve done, you don’t deserve to be abused—verbally or otherwise. If you’ve wronged another person, he or she has a right to express their grievance, and you have the responsibility to make amends. However, allowing corrosive language to eat away at your sense of self-worth is no way to do penance for your sins.\n\nYou can’t stop others from losing their temper, but you can decide how you’re going to respond. And the place to start is by reminding yourself—over and over again—that it’s not about you. Words spoken in anger tell far more about the person who speaks them than they do about the person they’re targeted at.\n\nThe words that came out of his mouth were personal insults. But what your boss was really expressing was his own inner feelings, which he cannot put into words and which certainly have nothing to do with you. We aren’t responsible for the emotions of other people, just as it’s up to them to decide how to react to our behaviors.\n\nWho knows what’s going on in the life of another person—the stresses they endure, the demons they struggle against. Perhaps your boss is having family problems, or maybe he’s under pressure from his higher-ups. It might even be that he’s nursing a hangover. No one knows what’s eating him. But whatever it is, that’s what he’s expressing when he vents his anger. It’s simply not about you.\n\nAfter all, your boss could have behaved differently. He could have asked you to step into his office. He could have thanked you for finishing the report on time. He could have matter-of-factly pointed out your error and politely asked to you correct it by the end of the day. Whether he treats you kindly or cruelly depends solely on what’s happening in his life. Again, it has nothing to do with you.\n\nUnderstanding that you aren’t responsible for other people’s behavior is liberating. When you know that words spoken in anger aren’t really about you, the attack, while still unpleasant, doesn’t have to damage your self-esteem. It’s also easier to find a way to forgive the other person.\n\nThe next time someone approaches you in anger, honks at you in traffic, or puts you down, do yourself a favor: Silently repeat this mantra as many times as you need—“It’s not about me. It’s not about me.”",

      "body": "Starting with a quote :\n\nShips are safe in harbour, but that's not what ships are made for.\n\nSo, lately I have been watching The Flash season 2.\n\nFrom my point of view it`s quite an interesting and inspiring story. I think there is a lesson for everybody in it. But being a quiet young Entrepreneur, I am now experiencing a challenging and unstable emotional life. Watching this t.v.show really helped me.  In this blog post I am gonna share the things I learned from it and comparing them with my personal experiences.\n\n<h4>1) Your Team is Important </h4>\nYes, Whether you are an Entrepreneur or superhero you need a team to be successful in order to achieve your goals and overcome obstacles. With Entrepreneurs most likely it is the family that comes first, that will help you overcome problems not matter if it is business related or your personal life.\n\nFriend's are just as important as family. They also are there to help you out, support you, help you achieve your goals with you, and tackle obstacles with you. Choose them wisely....\n\n<h4>2) Put your heart in what you are doing</h4>\nSee, we can learn from our mistakes and obstacle so that we may become better at what we are achieving. Sometimes obstacles work as steps, steps that you need to climb to get to the top and eventually you will reach the top and achieve what you set out for.\n\nPutting your heart into your work will make you fall in love with your achievements, achieving them will be like kissing your love, and who doesn't want to kiss their love multiple times a day. ( I know, I am kinda romantic. ;) )\n\n<h4>3) Decide and Execute</h4>\nDon`t make hasty decisions. Think about what's being offered and how that will benefit you. Don't let your emotions get the better of you.\n\nThink before making the decision, discuss it. Two heads are better than one.\n\nBut once you made your decision, Stop taking approval of others on that. Instead, go out and take massive action.\n\nYou either learn something from failing or you achieve what you want to.\n\n<h4>4) Love, Relationships and Emotions</h4>\nYou may not agree with this but I believe you shouldn't fall in love early in your career. It creates unnecessary distraction from you to achieve your goal.\n\nLook, if you are struggling with something, it is easy to fall in love with someone who make you feel comfortable. But if you are a hustler, if you are still struggling, if you have big dreams to achieve, if you want to be great, if you want to be a leader. First thing is you need to get over your emotions. Emotions can sometimes be a burden on you career, so tread carfully. Stupid feelings get you excited and you end up doing crazy stuff and I mean it in a bad way.\n\nIn the Flash season 2, Barry (The Flash) actually fell in love with someone who works with him.\n\nIt`s kinda good love story for another time, but Barry let's this girl go. It was hard even to see. But I eventually realise that it is very important to not have someone very close to you. They will end up troubling you inside out. Especially if you are storm and don`t have the patience to deal with it. Dude, it`s a $ 1 million advise.\n\nEven if we see Steve Jobs, He let his love go away. No matter what the reason. He didn`t talk to her daughter for quite a time. and See he made a freaking awesome phone Empire. Bam!\n\n<h4>5) Never lose your focus</h4>\nAlthough, there will be different small obstacles or problems to handle. There will be a Big one. In Flash season 2 it was Zoom.\n\nDon`t go trying to solve the big problem. Deal with the smaller problems first.. Each one of them will give you lessons. Adding all lessons of small problems will help you manage and overcome the big problem.\n\n<h4>6) Don't go looking for approval</h4>\nYou should know your value, never ever waste your time proving yourself to anybody.\n\nIn fact, don`t go shouting you have done something cool. Because to me 1 is better than 0. But you need to be improving every second of your life, every second of your life should be invested in learning and improving your self for the better.\n\nOne of the great person said : Don`t explain yourself because the ones who believe you don`t need explanation. The ones who don`t believe you will never believe no matter what you do.\n\n<h4>7) Believe in the Impossible</h4>\nThe art of knowing less is actually pretty cool. You might feel ashamed sometimes, but have the curiosity in yourself. The less you know the more you achieve is what I believe. Knowing less will not tell you what is impossible and what you can`t achieve. You will keep trying to do something which was meant to be impossible for someone who has learned. But If you freaking put your heart into achieving it. Dude, Take my words You are gonna get it!\n\nTo be honest, I learned a lot of other things like don`t get influenced by emotions, don`t share alot of stuff, be ready to loose every single thing you love step by step and a few more.\n\nBy the way, thank you so much for reading till here.
